Tax the rich, feed the poor, tell there are no rich no more.
Roger
And there we go with our familiar lyrics. Mr. Alvin Lee, 10 years after so prophetic, so many years ago, 40 years or more so ago.
Patrick
Paul.
Roger
Paul's with us this morning, as is going to be the habit, hopefully on Wednesdays. Brian Howard is going to join us at some point here shortly or else I'll join him. But it's a real special day today. First of all, it's Wednesday, and second of all, it's the 5th of December, last month of the year. See the light at the end of the tunnel, maybe. And there's not very many days, Paul, that we get to open up the show joyful in commemoration of the death of a drug smuggling, murdering, lying new world order leading ex president.
Paul
Yes, I couldn't agree more.
Roger
Okay, so we'll celebrate, we'll celebrate that today and. Yes, sir, and there's. That is, you know, room for celebration there. And as I think back when we had, when we've had these really wonderful leaders, quote unquote, that we've had for so many years since I've been in this, the Clintons. And then we had this creep and then we had. Or we had this creep and then we had Clinton and then we had this creep son who couldn't hardly even say a sentence coherently. And then we got rid of him and then we got Obama. There was always an uproar about it, you know, out there among people that have two brain cells to rub together. And if you'll remember, there was a response that they laid out, said, no, no, you're supposed to respect the office. I don't know. It doesn't matter. You're supposed to respect the office. Why isn't the office respected today?
Paul
Oh, I don't know. One incumbent after another being a complete cretin probably doesn't really help, you know what I mean? And although I like the current guy, I am, you know, Orange man, bad as he's. As he's now called in grunt language. But I don't quite like him, you know. And there was a lovely little quote I got with regards to this, which I, I'd not seen before. Maybe it's, it's well known to you over there. But Pastor Steve put it on a. This is a call out to him because he put it on a little chat. He said we should always speak good of the dead. He's dead. And that's good.
Brian Howard
I like that.
Douglas
Good.
Paul
Top comment. Yeah, God, top comment.
Roger
So all the flags will fly at Half mask. It's too bad they couldn't double the flag pole and put it up at the top if they were to take approach here. And you'll see all the, you know, the sorrowful, oh, he's passed. He was such a great leader. He wasn't a great leader. He was a murderer, a slaver, a drug smuggler, probably a child molester and a bunch of stuff we more than likely don't know about, in all honesty. So we'll commemorate his passing today because usually people that have been in that position, we don't get to celebrate their, their passing too much and join, joined here by one of the better students I've ever had, Mr. Brian Howard. It is a preface to today, of course, we've promoted here since last week. Today we're going to really dwell on the birth certificate and some of these things that we're finding and why we're so excited about it. And find out maybe from Paul if he's got any updates and discuss it in general. Hey, Brian, I hadn't had you on my show in a while. I sure am happy to. Is Brian's audio not going to work? There he is. Hey man, I'm there.
Brian Howard
How are you?
Roger
I'm good, I'm great, Paul.
Brian Howard
Great to hear your voice too.
Roger
Well, speak directly in that microphone, Brian, and we want to get you. You were having a little sound problems here when we tried to touch up earlier, so. But I want everybody to hear exactly as clear, clear as possible what you've got to say today because I'm going to turn it over to you here in a minute. I had a. As I wrote, Paul, I had a Tormentia day pinsando this morning. For those of you who don't, I'm sure Katya is smiling. For those of you who don't know what that means, I had a brainstorm this morning and it's funn. Some of these things are delivered to you, you know, and I've experienced this over many years, being in this as deeply as I have. And an answer will come to you at the strangest time from the most unexpected direction. So I got a good night's sleep last night, slept real hard and I got up this morning. You know how you're groggy when you first get up? I mean, disoriented a little bit and you're fuzzy, okay. And man, when I put my feet on the floor, this lightning bolt hit me and I've been excited about it all morning. And the reason is because what I've been striving to do for so many years is to get this very complex, deliberately so complex situation down to a very simple way of not only delivering it, but understanding it to get people on the uptake as quick as possible. Okay, And Brian, for instance, Brian, you heard me on. And many of our core listeners came from some of the. These appearances on Joyce Riley, what, five years ago?
Patrick
Let's see.
Brian Howard
That's correct. I just moved to Idaho. We moved to Idaho. Yes, just about five years ago.
Roger
Okay. So. And Brian heard me on there, and like most people, he goes, what the hell was this guy talking about? But something. But like me, when I first stumbled onto John and Glenn, I knew there was something, a great substance there. I had no idea what it was. And it's like taking a drink of water out of a fire hydrant if you got no relatability in your past law and all this complex stuff. But, you know, there's something of substance there. It touches you.
Brian Howard
Okay?
Roger
And, and so it touched Brian. He came along. He's a very brave warrior, and there in the early days when he was still a newbie, really backed the director of transportation of the state of Idaho flat in a corner. Okay? So we knew that he was a gallant warrior from the start. He's continued that, that attitude. And to this day, and he brings some very valu to us today on what we're going to discuss. But what hit me this morning is, for as long as I've been in this, and most of us, and I, I know not everyone, but most of us got into this arena through the tax side, something happened. You went along in your life, you generally got in your late 30s or in your 40s and your ox got gored. And by then you got a family, you got responsibilities. And all of a sudden, somebody stealing your substance and you start asking, what the hell's going on here?
Brian Howard
Okay?
Roger
And I dare say many people got into our arena via that avenue. And what has been the battle cry in the tax movement since I got into this or shortly thereafter? And the battle cry is show me the law.
Douglas
Right?
Roger
I mean, they're still using it today. I heard a videotape recently of a guy obviously new to the movement, and he actually went and got the IRS on the phone and he had a problem with them. And he, he got this some supervisor and he keeps asking. It was about 20 minutes long. I couldn't even listen to the whole thing because where's the law? Well, we're not going to talk about that, sir. Well, hold on, hold on. You're supposed to answer questions. Where's the law? So he's going through that whole thing. Okay, well, let's use that. That virtually everybody in our. In our community and way of thinking is familiar with, I have to say. And let's ask them the same question. Where's the law that did away with state citizenship? Where's the law? Show me the law that did away with Ferguson there in Plessy vs Ferguson. How'd they kill him? Where's the law? Well, there ain't none, okay? And the way they're doing all this is they're legislating from the bench because it was done with the court case, all right? And that's the way they've generally done all this stuff. Now you wonder why they were so upset about Kavanaugh getting in up there. They know the power of that position. They've been using it for a long time, okay? And there is no law. It's a presumption. We're not dealing with law. We're dealing with a presumption of law. And until that presumption is rebutted, that presumption stands. And the whole thing rides on that very simple concept and idea, okay? So for all these years, I had to get people like Brian, and many of you out there are still having problems with it, okay? If you're. Especially if you're new to it and you're trying to untie these knots and figure out what in the heck is this guy talking about? Well, I got a very good listener. He's out there by you, Brian. He's good old Texas boy. His name's Ben. I'm sure he's listening today. And Ben contacted me back in ex wife number two days, and he said, you know, Roger, I listened to you for six months. And he said, I thought, what is this crazy idiot talking about? And he said, I was so perplexed that I continued to listen, okay? And then all of a sudden, it hit me. Bam.
Brian Howard
Okay?
Roger
And that's the way people, many people come to this, okay? Because you're having to untie knots in your mind so that you can understand the complex way that this has been accomplished and figure out that it's so damned easy to get out of it. All you have to do is rebut the presumption. The whole thing rides, and you can go look it up in black's law dictionary. And I thank Aladdis to this day because I got this idea from a show I was doing with Al one time. We got into this discussion, the Presumption of law is what's ruling the world to this day. So how do you rebut the presumption? Well, the way we've done it in the past is with this affidavit that necessarily doesn't state what you are, it states what you're not. And you put it. You can do it with a declaration. It says right there in the passport application, you can submit documentation, comma, including affidavits. So you can just make a statement and say, send it to them. And evidently, according to their words, which I think are pretty plain here, that you can rebut that presumption. However, if you do it in an affidavit form now, it's a legal declaration. And in the law, if you've got an affidavit that's properly formed, properly executed, and presented to the proper person and it's not rebutted, it stands above all other truth. It's the highest form of truth in law. And that's why we try and couch this in an affidavit form, because it backs them into a corner. Rebut it, they can't reply to it. They just got to stand there mute. And for seven years since people have been doing this, what have they been doing up there at the Secretary of State? Old Foggy Bottom himself stands there mute, doesn't he? Has anybody ever had an affidavit in seven years they've submitted to the Secretary of State that was rebutted?
Patrick
No.
Roger
Why? Because it's fraud. Okay. So what excites me is I've experienced personally how difficult it is to get people into this mindset, get them understand it, get them to have the balls to go ahead and submit that application with or without a passport application. But this new way is much simpler, and evidently a common law birth certificate does the exact same thing. It rebuts the presumption. Would you guys agree with that?
Patrick
Yeah.
Paul
Oh, by the way. Hi, Brian, good morning to you. I was just. Just been listening in there and just. I didn't catch. I mean, I didn't not catch you saying hi. I just didn't say any back then. But, yeah, broadly speaking, Roger, I'd agree. I'd agree with you, except I'm sort of keeping myself slightly intentionally in a neophyte state with all of this so that I can talk to normal people about it, if you know what I mean.
Patrick
Yes.
Paul
It's not that I'm. It's not that I'm averse to knowing all of the aspects of it. I need to. But I'm trying to sort of approach it in a way on a personal level where I can talk in normal language to normal people about this, particularly with what the benefit is to them, because people get a bit mystified. Is it really important? And literally people don't know yet that it's important, that there's that lack of understanding. Of course you got to know it was important and probably most of the listeners got to know it was important. Like you were saying a few minutes ago, Roger, because you had a personal experience of bumping into something that pushed back and you went, hey, hang on just a minute, what's this all about? This doesn't seem quite bit a right. So I think that's part of it. And you asked, you mentioned earlier on just about this common law court thing over here. I did speak with John briefly yesterday and he's up to all sorts of things and he's in a situation of escalating conflict with the powers that be. But it's all going along in the right way. And I don't have much more to say about it at the moment because we hadn't spoken for about six or seven months and yesterday was only about 20 minutes or so. But what I'm going to be doing, just to let you know, is I think sometime next week I've got a whole series of really simple questions. We're going to do a sort of a Q and A session which I want to go through with him, and we're going to record it and see what comes up out of that. So I'll keep you posted on that. And it's something that could be made of use of here. And in due course we could probably get him on. Not this year, because I think he's up to his armpits in court appearances, let's put it that way. And so I don't want to say anything that might queer his situation because he's definitely in a direct conflict situation with them. But what we were discussing yesterday, and I'm probably using slightly different words to describe what you've just been describing, is that statutory courts over here, which are the courts, deal with dead things and that's it. They deal with corporations and they do not deal with flesh and blood things. And it's like you said, as long as you go along with the presumption that they're allowed to, you're done, because you stood in their courts and all their law is coming to bind upon the birth certificate or whatever it may be on this document. And not on you, the flesh and blood man, whereas the common law court is exclusively for flesh and blood human beings. Well, you see, getting down to this really simple stuff, I think with people, that's what I need. I know I need it simple myself.
Roger
You're right. And, and it's not necessarily dealing with dead people, it's dealing with property. And see, this is the futile tie in that virtually nobody's ever had before. That gives you great amounts of understanding. And I would say before I turn it over to Brian, because I'm dying to hear what he's got to say. You know, I was in sales most of my life. Now the common response I've always had, well, what else the hell do you do with the name, last name of sales, you know, and it's always, I'm glad I wasn't named Roger returns. Okay, but in all that sales training that they, especially in the good ones, they teach you people don't buy things, they buy features and benefits. And that's why a good person that's in marketing always emphasizes, well, this is what it can do for you. This is how I can make your life easier. It's not that it's the thing you're buying, it's what the thing does for you that you're buying. Okay, so you're right in keeping it simple and being able to get this across to people. And that's always been my big hurdle. How do I get this across to more people that they can pick up with easier? Okay, what's the benefits of it? Well, first of all, you have no man made laws that apply to you and you're out of the tax system except for two statutes of the code. Is that enough benefits for you?
Paul
Yeah, that's enough for me for starters.
Roger
Okay. Brian Howard stumbled into my show, contacted me, we started working together. He's fearless, this guy is. Was a four year scholarship football player at the University of Texas. And I don't think Brian fears anything on the face of this earth because I've seen that exhibited in his actions. I'm tickled to death to have him as one of our students. And I'm even more proud to have you as an announcer on our network, our fledgling little network here. And you've got your own show on Thursdays which probably many people may not have been aware of. And I'm sure you'll probably increase your listenership over there on Thursdays from your appearance today, because I believe we got a pretty good audience today. And I have a feeling this show's gonna go a long way today since we got cast box. We can get this stuff out there easy. People can get exposed to it without having to listen live, etc. Thank you. Thank you, Paul. Brian Howard has taken his initial thrust at the old director of transportation at the state of Utah, who he scared the pee waddling out of. Okay. And he's now, he's now taken it to this birth certificate issue which he glommed on like a pit bull here a while back and determinedly just got in and he got us some really important answers because the answers, for me, they were really important because I recognize that what you found out totally validates everything I have been teaching for all these years and everything John taught to us. So, Brian Howard, welcome back to the show, buddy. I'm going to turn it over to you.
Brian Howard
Sure, thanks. Thank you, Roger. Thanks for having me on.
Patrick
Yeah.
Brian Howard
So this thing, this thing started, as you mentioned, when Brian, I don't want to interrupt.
Roger
Talk right into the microphone. I want everybody to hear what you're saying and you sound just a little bit like you're away from the microphone a bit.
Brian Howard
Okay. For whatever reason, I couldn't do the Skype. So I'm gonna, I'm calling in on a cell phone.
Roger
Oh, there's the reason. Well, hold it. I'll tell you what, you couldn't do the Skype. You want me to disconnect and try and hook you up from our end on Skype?
Brian Howard
Well, we tried it earlier, so it. And I still couldn't get it figured out. For whatever reason, I could hear. You could hear me on your end, but I couldn't hear you on my end. So without wasting time, okay, let's just roll on.
Roger
Talk as straight into the microphone as you can. We'll get as best fidelity as we can.
Brian Howard
I will, I will. And if I, if I chirp at it, I'll just let me know. So this thing started when, when I had moved away from the state of Texas to Idaho and I had heard you on the Joyce Riley show, who I'd been listening to every morning for years and rest in peace, Joyce, she put so much good information out. And it was at a time in my life when I was starting to awaken, not only spiritually, but but once that began to happen and after 9 11, I began to wake up. I would terminate as waking up to what's really going on, what's, what's really hidden, etc. So I heard you on the show, I ordered your book, I read the book and it. You Know, it was just like a slap to the head. It made perfect sense. And I was in Idaho at the time, and I had a. I had a Texas driver's license. And I thought, okay, well, let's see, I'm gonna go, I'm gonna put this into practice, what I've heard and learned, and I'm gonna go apply for a passport. I needed to actually update my passport. I had one and it was, I think it had just expired. So I went through the whole process. I went and did the passport experience like you said. I was new to it. I was nervous the first time I went into, into the passport office. I wasn't sure if I was going to get slapped or told no or what. But it was just part of this process. And the more, the more, the more you can touch it and feel it and turn it, turn it tangible, the more empowering it becomes. I'll put it at that. And you and I have discussed this many times, Roger, but that's at the key of what this is. It's self empowerment. And that's what this whole thing is about. It's waking up and realizing who we are, what's been done to us. Now how do we go and unwind it? And that's really, as of late, is what my, really, I believe my calling is, is to help others come out of this thing, both spiritually and contractually with the beast. Because that's what it is. We've been deceived by, by, by, by non consent, etc. Into contracting with this system. And we don't even know what it is. But, but it's starting to reveal itself, which is, you know, really just a blessing. So anyways, back to the story. I was in Idaho, put the process, your theories in practice. I did get a passport, an updated passport. I submitted the affidavit with the passport just like you said. I waited around a couple weeks nervously, anxiously waiting and being there, came in, the mail, was returned to me. There's a new passport and then a separate package with the original birth certificate and the original affidavit, which I was required to submit at the application process. So I'd gotten that, that stage done. It showed without a doubt that they did not contest it. They didn't even, they didn't say anything about the passport and all the information that's in it stating that I'm no longer a 14th Amendment citizen, citizen, I'm a non resident, and all the terms that are included in that. Most importantly, like I said, I'm not a 14th Amendment citizen. So that was a first practice. The light bulb really came on at that point and I said, okay, well let's see, I've moved, I've changed states now and I'm no longer a, I'm no longer a SIRF or a federal employee for that matter, or 14th Amendment Associate and I'm going to go apply for a driver's license here in the state of Idaho. So this was practice stage number two of this really starting to come out of it and then realize, okay, I see what they've done. So I went in and you and I talked about it and it was actually a really, it was a fantastic experience to go through. If you remember, we had a lot of fun just going back and forth and literally, and I term it like this, and then a lot of other things. It's like a cowboy, you know, chasing down a calf and he's got a lasso and he throws a lasso. And it doesn't matter how big it is, just long as it's big enough for that, that calf to step in. The second they step in it, you zip that line tight and you got them. No matter what the game begins, the process begins. And that's how I look at dealing with any of these agents, corporations, fictitious entities, whatever. The second that they engage and you know what the truth is, and you, and you know what the process is, it's game on. And I think that's why I'm not afraid, because I see it, I see they have to abide by their rules and if they don't, then they're in deep trouble. And I think the process of the driver's license, the non resident driver's license, which I'm going to discuss now, is that proved it. The second they engage, they can't back out of it and act like they, they didn't receive it. They, they don't want to discuss it, et cetera. So there I go. I charge into the, to the Department of Transportation office there in Idaho, in Boise where we lived and walk up through the counter and I said I wanted to apply for a non, basically a driver's license. And I had all the paperwork already, already already completed. I had my affidavit with me as well, and that is the non contested affidavit as well as my passport. And you know, bless the girl's heart, she didn't obviously know as, as in any of these low level agents, they don't have a clue. They're just, you know, paid by the hour. They're Just doing a task. And I asked to apply. So I started the process and I. And she got halfway through and I said, well, wait a minute, I'm. I'm not sure if you understood me correctly. I'm applying for a non resident driver's license. Because she was going through the whole process and then there was a little digital screen, which are in most government agencies now, where you just sign on a digital pad so you'll almost like a checking out of the grocery store where you sign up your credit card. It's just a little digital pad where you'd sign your signature so there's no information presented on those things. It's literally just a signature. And then they superimpose that on a contract. They never even show you the contract. And that's probably more to the game of hiding, hiding and not disclosing. But. So she got to the point she wanted me to sign and I said, well, wait a minute, I can't sign this because I'm not sure. I need to make sure you're understanding me. And I said, I'm not applying for a resident driver's license. I'm applying for a non resident driver's license. And I handed her the affidavit, the factual document, not the ex parte document, which is the passport, but this is the actual factual document that is on file with the US State Department uncontested, clearly stating what I am and what I am not. And once again, thank you, Roger, for that whole process, because if I hadn't stumbled across you, I would definitely not be sitting here talking to you right now. I can guarantee you, you that. So she goes, she, she takes that and she has this puzzled look on her face. She doesn't know what the hell I just presented her with. And she goes, let me, let me get a, let me get my manager real quick. Hold On a sec, Mr. Howard, let me get my manager. So out comes a manager, you know, another government stiff, but this one's a little more serious. And she knows, you know, she kind of directing everybody. And she goes, she walks up and she looks through it, she browses at the, at the affidavit. And she goes, well, what are you trying to, what are you trying to do here? And I explained once again, and she said, well, we can't, we can't issue you a. I can't issue you a non resident driver's license. I said, well, I'm not a resident, so I can't claim I'm a resident. And did you read the affidavit etc. And she said well what, we can't do that. So the conversation quickly shortened and it came to the point where then she said well here. I said well then what do I need to do to, to question this or take this to another higher level? And she goes okay, well here's the process. You have to, you have to request a hearing. I said well, let's go ahead and do that because I need to get a driver's license, a non resident driver's license for the state of Idaho.
Roger
Let me interrupt you for just a second Brian, and add that something is what you started off and you and I discussed this at the time is you're exhausting your administrative remedies, correct?
Brian Howard
Absolutely. We, we definitely exhausted them. But by the time we were done with it, head honcho there, I mean he was exhausted is a good way to determine he was. He showed his true colors and. Which I'll disclose here in just a little bit. But so anyway, she presents and instructs me on how to go to the next step and I have to request a hearing. So the conversation ended and she gave me the information and a phone number and I think she documented something at the time. But so I backed off, thanked them and I walked out of the office and onto the next step. So I engaged and I started in a hearing process. In the state of Idaho they have a, a third party attorney that's not, that's not a direct employee that technically he is an agent and employee because he's been contracted between corporations. So this, the Department of Transportation is nothing more than a for profit corporation. In each and every state across this country, they are all corporations. There's no such thing as a state. There's no such thing as a city, a municipality, anything. They're nothing but government service agencies or corporations. So I engaged and started the process and scheduled the first hearing with an attorney, basically a lower level attorney that was doing the, I guess just trying, from what I understand and looking back at it now, he's just we. And trying to get you to admit to jurisdiction etc and please, Roger or Paul jump in at any moment. So the first hearing came up and literally the first words out of his mouth.
Roger
All right, I'm going to jump in here because this was funny to me, this attorney who's, who's in this capacity, he writes Brian a letter and he says, okay, okay, we're going to have a phone conversation because it's done over the phone at 4 o' clock in the afternoon. And so Brian Is there waiting. And the guy doesn't call at 4. He doesn't call till like 405 or something. Right. And Brian reamed his butt.
Brian Howard
What. And, and it gets better from there because he. This was just one of the, the little tricks that they played. And you have to understand this. If and when you engage, you have to have your armor on. And now that I've been in this, you know, more than a few years and tried and true, the practice, you have to get the mindset that you're going to be deceived at every second of the, of the conversation. And the process that is there, that is their ultimate goal, is to confuse you, deceive you, and then trick you so that they can, they can move the process forward and basically not. Not allow you to prove yourself. Just like, just like in the courts today, if you're, if you're charged, there's no process to go, to go in and clear yourself. You immediately have to fight it as if you're assumed guilty.
Patrick
Right.
Brian Howard
The presumption of guilt.
Roger
Correct.
Brian Howard
So. So this happened.
Patrick
So.
Brian Howard
And there were a couple instances, like Roger mentioned. So we got on the call, he was late to the first one, probably hoping that I just would not call or something, and they could push the, you know, they could say, okay, he didn't call in at this time. That's what my assumption is. And that's what they proved to be true in every other contact from that point on. So we did. I called him back, got him on the phone, and then he immediately went into the conversation of trying to say, hey, you live. Well, where do you live? You live over here, right? You live over there. You're. You're a resident, right, etc. And we just, we went back and forth, and I quickly told him that no, I was not a resident. And he, he didn't. He didn't. Well, he definitely understood it, but he was trying to play a game to get me to verbally state that I was a resident. And we went back and. And forth, and it. Then it became a filing thing. It was a little jump through the hoops. We had the first hearing, then he scheduled another one. And I had to decode from the Department of Transportation and print it out and literally follow it like a checklist, like, Like a, like a game, like a game board. I'll term it that way. Because if you don't make any of the correct steps by the time frame that they have in their code, then. And they can whack a mole you and literally Exclude it, and the process is over and they win. So you have to engage it like you're literally in a game situation. And you gotta stick. You gotta be a stickler to the details and a stickler to the documentation. So moving on through the process, we went back and forth two or three times. And I challenged him to the point that he wanted. He couldn't answer me. And then I submitted the affidavit it to him showing that I. What I was not. And at that point, the second I did that, he did hot potato. That he could no longer. He could no longer handle it because I had. Well, one. I. I'd proven that he had committed fraud because he had tried multiple times to not send me the documentation in the mail. You'd send. He was supposed to. He was required to send specific documentation. And they would send it literally the day. The day before so that it would get there later or the day of. He would schedule a call and then not get on the call. And like, you know, like we mentioned at first, but this was a little game.
Roger
Well, this is what. One of the things that I remember is a question that you posed to him in the. In that. The way this transpired after the affidavit came up and you were discussing it and Brian said, well, would you like to write an affidavit? Affidavit. And signed it under penalty of perjury. That trumps the Secretary of State. And it was like, boy, you threw a hot potato right in that guy's. No, no, no.
Brian Howard
Yeah. Well, Roger, that's what I learned from you, the power of the affidavit. Right. That is the highest form of evidence.
Patrick
And.
Brian Howard
And if you present an affidavit to any government agency, employee, judge, anybody, they are required specifically to respond to that. The only way that they can rebut it is if they, under penalty of perjury, sign an affidavit contesting it and proving it with evidence.
Roger
With facts. With facts. See, it's got to be done with facts, and it's got to be done and signed under penalty of perjury. And not one person in that whole thing we call government will do that, because they can't. And they know the repercussions if they do.
Patrick
Correct?
Brian Howard
Yeah, they would not touch that. So we got to that point. I mentioned that. And then he escalated it up to the actual head of the Department of Transportation. So this is the guy that's in command of the entire Transportation Department. Every state has one. It's a very high office. He has an entire large staff underneath them. And then we began the appeal process because they had tried to pull every trick through the lower. This lower attorney to show that I did not follow the rules, did not file on time, all these little dirty tricks. But I did. And here's another thing I added to it, and I would recommend doing this now. Thank goodness for the Internet and email. You can find any of these agents and their emails online or through their various agencies. I carefully documented every contact, every day, every letter that was sent, everything, everything to the. You know, to the certified mail. I would copy the data and attach it to an email and send them the same day that I mailed it and CC myself, right? So there's a digital record as well.
Patrick
So.
Brian Howard
And if I didn't do that, I probably would have not got to the point that I did, because they. They craftily, those little crafty bastards set it in place so that I would miss these dates and then would send me letters stating that I missed the dates. And I would respond in an email and CC all of them and say, no, you're wrong and you're committing fraud, and here's the evidence you need to retract this, and boom, they would immediately retract it. So it's just dirty tricks. You know, I'm sure everybody's run across it, but. Okay, so we get to the point further down the road. And now, now I'm. Now I'm exchanging only letters, only documentation through the mail with the head of the Department of Transportation. And once again, they tried a number of other tricks. They tried to assume that I. And claim under presumption that I was a resident, et cetera, all these little. All these little tricks. And we got to the point where, you know, once I started claiming and using the affidavits, right, my status of affidavit, that's on file, uncontested with the U.S. state Department. Once presented with that evidence, this guy could not one rebut it, wouldn't even address it. Roger, you can hold it.
Patrick
Let me.
Roger
Let me. He wouldn't. He wouldn't sign a single document. He had somebody sign every document that Brian got. And you couldn't have interpreted that sentence signature with the Rosetta Stone.
Brian Howard
Exactly.
Patrick
Exactly.
Brian Howard
And it was. It wasn't even legible where you could tell, okay, well, who in his staff signed for this, you know, by design. But we got to the point, and. And then I, like you said earlier, the. I pulled out the. The. I pulled out the. The full deck of cards and said, okay, If I'm wrong, I presented you with an affidavit and you're claiming that you, you're. I, you're claiming that you have authority over the US State Department on my status. I've told you what I'm not. I've applied for the, applied for the non resident driver's license. And the second I did that, and I put him on the spot that if I'm wrong that he needs to submit an affidavit under penalty of perjury. The very next piece of mail I got, I believe the very next piece of mail I got was a simple letter stating, thank you, but we would like to inform you that we cannot issue you a non resident driver's license.
Roger
He said, now, he said this, he said this. We cannot issue a driver's license to anyone who's not a resident.
Brian Howard
Correct, Correct. And I'd have to literally read right through it. But bottom line is they tried everything, they tried every trick in the book to not get to that point and admit what they could not do. And that was the whole. Looking back at it now, that was the, that was the end game. The goal of the entire process was to get them on the record and state from the head honcho, right, the guy with the most, most, you know, culpability would admit in writing that no, we cannot issue you a driver's license, a non resident driver's license. So from that point on, it should have definitely been escalated up to a state court. But, you know, at some point, hopefully that will take form. But I'll. Roger, I'll let you cut in here and.
Roger
Well, let me. Well, let's say you see in the larger picture what's going on here, okay? When cars came along back in the old days, even in the horse and buggy days, you didn't need a license to operate a vehicle. They're not a motor vehicle because they don't have a cord.
Brian Howard
Okay.
Roger
Electricity runs motors. These are run by engines. You want to get in and pick nits a little bit. But in those early days of Model T's and Model A's and all that stuff, you didn't have to have a license to get out there. But the people that were hauling goods or people for profit did have to have a license. But after, after they did the 3-9-33 thing and switched over, everybody over into this new status and they went along and they found a real clever way because doesn't everybody want to drive? I mean, you get your kids, they want to drive at 12 and 13, right. Why? Because that's liberty. You see, if you go back. And the most simple explanation I've ever seen is Blackstone. This from over on your side of the pond there, Paul. And Blackstone took this very complex concept of freedom and liberty. And I could ask each one of you, write out and tell me what is your concept of freedom and liberty? And you might get paragraphs and you might get pages, right?
Brian Howard
Okay?
Roger
Because it's a big subject, it's a lot to chew on. But Blackstone, in his absolute total brilliance, reduced it down to one word, one single word to encompass that entire large, broad concept. And that word is locomotion, the ability to get from point A to point B unimpeded. So everybody wants freedom and liberty. Everybody wants locomotion. All these kids want to learn how to drive. What would you do if you couldn't drive? So they took this plan and locked you into it by getting everybody to initially have a driver's license. I'm going to cover that in a second. Now, you got to have one, right? So how did they institute the driver's license in the 30s? Do you know this, Paul? I'm sure you don't. That's a rhetorical question. Do you know this, Brian?
Brian Howard
No, I don't.
Roger
They started giving you a discount on your car insurance if you had a license.
Brian Howard
Yeah, that's right. That's right.
Roger
Okay. So that's how they weaned the people into it, put the pacifier in their mouth, and then they just, with gradualism, as they always do, just got. Well, you got to have a driver's license. You got to have one. If you don't, that guy over there that's so mean and has that gun is going to pull you over and do bad things to you.
Paul
Yep.
Roger
So, see, again, gradualization. And what is it really, Brian?
Paul
A question for Brian. If you're not a resident, then you may have already said it, but for thickos like me, if you're not a resident, what are you? Apart from a Brian, of course.
Brian Howard
I'm actually the living man. I'm a living man created in the image of the Most High.
Paul
Okay, now, I've never seen you.
Roger
You hit on a real important question, Paul. If you're not a resident, you got to be a non resident. Either you're pregnant or you're not pregnant, right?
Paul
Well, yeah, I've been permanently not pregnant.
Roger
Okay, Well, I mean, in the sense of men, we're talking about couples. All right, but. And I was talking about somebody this last night, and I pondered this for years when I was in Argentina because I had put that affidavit in. So I'm not a resident of the United States and I'm down there illegally in Argentina overstaying my visa and I sure as hell wasn't going to do apply for residency down there. So when you get on flights and stuff, they, they send you, they give you this little piece of paper and it says, well, where's your residency? Well, where is your residency? We see this goes back to the crux of the matter because we're talking about the original status in the US where you got your law, your, your rights from God and that's who you owe your duties to. So where's your residency? Heaven. You see the importance of this right there. Where's your residency? Well, I, I, I, I reside in heaven. That's where I get my laws from. That's who I owe my duties to. That's where my residency is, correct?
Paul
It would seem so, yeah.
Roger
Well, that's what it is.
Brian Howard
Roger. Yeah. Can I, let me add a quick thought to the end of that point with the whole driver's license and then I'll, I'll move on. But I think that the end result in the practice and getting them to admit in paper, in writing that they could not issue me a non resident driver's license. They did not contest me at that point to drive, to do anything. Actually not drive. That's another trick word to travel. Sure, right. They didn't come impound my car. They did nothing because they knew that I knew. They knew that I unravel the game pretty much. So here's, here's just something to keep in a takeaway is what they wanted to do was literally force me and what the entire process is, is to force me to surrender my right, my inalienable right to travel freely. And in order to secure their privilege, right. In order to get their driver's license, I would have to agree to this, this, and this, and come under their jurisdiction and surrender my right to free travel.
Roger
Let's simplify it for the audience. What they were trying to get you to do is not rebut the presumptions.
Brian Howard
Correct? Absolutely correct.
Roger
So, and Patrick's joined us here, but I want Brian to go on and. Because this was just a preface so you can lead up to your, your next little victory.
Brian Howard
Okay, so the, the, let's move on, I guess to the, to the, the birth certificate issue, which is what was the next thing I came across. And you know, this is, this Is over now a number of years and I have two. I have two beautiful girls. Two, two. Two women. Two woman's wo. Man that I was blessed with creating. Yeah, they're not, they're not children, they're not girls, they're not. None of that. Those are deceptive terms. There. There's a man and a woman period. And everything else is a presumption and used in these. Basically these terms. If you really look in to the multiple meanings that goes into this conversation we'll get into later. But it's all hidden. It's all hidden in the grammar guys. We've been. We've been deceived by the, by the grammar that we think we know. So I. Like I said, I have two daughters and I started to stumble. Once I really started come out of the status thing. I started to realize that hey, my birth certificate. Why is my birth certificate. Why is my name in all caps, right? Why is my name in all caps? Why, you know, why are things the way they are? And it's just been a. It's been a gradual learning process. I'll put it to you very lightly. It's taken years. But I began to challenge my birth certificate. I was born in the state of Arizona, actually the territory known as. Known as Arizona. And I have a birth certificate. My parents signed some things in the hospital, right? I wasn't cognizant. I had no idea what they signed. But on my behalf they signed them and gave supposed authority to a corporation to create a thing called a birth certificate. And now I know exactly what it is, right? And we'll expand on it. But it's not at all what you think it is. It's basically your bond. Your. Your a debt slave with a. With a fictitious dead entity created in your name in the likeness of your name, I might add, what you think name, right? On your birth certificate, on your driver's license, on your Social Security card, on. On all your. On any account that you take out with a corporation. Every single one is in a. Is in a variation of this all caps name. So I started the process really not totally knowing what I'm doing, but I engaged the state of Arizona, the vital statistics office and you know, requested a new birth certificate. Now I have an old one. I've got a couple, I've got actually a couple now. And I noticed some abnormal at, you know, just some things that were different on the earlier version and the ones. And the two separate ones that I have now. And I began to challenge them on. On what my true Name is on that, the all caps name is not my name. And I got, I got just literally a back and forth, basically another trick in their, in their, you know, in their quiver, another round of tricks to, to defer, to not answer direct, etc. So that process is ongoing as I speak. What really, you know, what really, really began, the discovery phase was I have two daughters, as I mentioned, born here, close to me. And I went, started to go back into the hospital, literally undercover to find and get my hands on the document package, the entire document package of when they were born.
Roger
Now I want you all to listen because this is where it starts getting good right here.
Brian Howard
Okay? Yep. And so the process started like this. I walked in, I actually took one of my, my youngest girls with me and I dressed on purpose in flip flops and shorts, very casual. I didn't have on any business attire. One walked into the hospital, into the administrative office where I was directed to from the front desk. And I walked in and had a conversation with a lady sitting behind a desk. And I asked and I stated specifically that I have two of my children were born here at this hospital. And I wanted to request the entire document package, literally all the documents that are on file with the hospital just for my personal records. And lady was very nice. I didn't really have any, you know, any, anything up front with her that, that posed any problem. Just a normal conversation. She said, okay, yes, we can, we can, we can request those. Now here's the case and it may be different in other states, but specifically speaking about the, the state, the corporation of Texas, there's a rule here that all the hospitals have to keep the files in House for 10 years after anybody's born. Or what they would call birth. Born and birth, two terms that we'll get into inside that hospital. They keep them on site for 10 years. Now one of my, my oldest girl had just passed 10 years, so they had to request that to be drawn out of some warehouse somewhere. But the other one ones were supposedly there. So I form, I verbally requested, I didn't even do this in writing. I just went in and asked. And then, you know, specifically asked the lady, okay, when can I expect them? What's the. What, what is what should be my expectation here? And she said, okay, well we'll have them in a couple weeks and you know, I'll just give you a call. So a couple weeks go by, I didn't get any call. So, and I go back again, you know, daughter in hand, and I have another conversation with her and say, you know, she recognized me. And I said, you remember me? I came in, I was trying to get my, the documents for my children. At that point she did ask me, well, why are you, why are you requesting these? Like she was just kind of being friendly, but she was probably instructed to ask that question, don't know, doesn't really matter. But that was the first clue that okay, maybe something is here in place, that they're, they're gonna stall this process. I said, you know, I'm just trying to get my, get him for my records, just for personal record, you know, I'm a stickler, record, records, etc. And we left the conversation with another agreement of okay, I'm gonna double check on it and why don't you just. And I said, well, I'm just gonna come back in. Just let me know when I want to, when, when I should physically come back in and I'll, I'll just come back in and pick them up. She asked to mail them. I didn't want them mailed. I don't want them put in an envelope to an address or anything. I wanted to physically come in and exchange over their counter face to face. And I would recommend doing that if you can physically do that because you get into a whole other deeper conversation once it's mailed to you. So where the process began to stall was then once again, I came back in and the documents were not there. So this is literally the second time I went in. And then she stalled and said, well, I think we've got them. And then she said, well, there's a big, a big box that we had to order the other one. And there's a big box. I haven't gone through them yet. So I pinned her again. I said, okay, well then you want me to come back in two days, three days? And she said, just, you know, give me a couple days. I walk back in and boom, they're both. She hands me two big white envelopes, you know, two almost legal size envelopes that are stuffed with about 40, 50 pages of paper in each one and both my girls names on it. So there are basically the records for their, when they were born inside that hospital. So I thank her and leave it at that. I go home and I start to tear into them. And I'm specifically looking for one thing, right? I'm looking for one document. I'm looking for one document where we authorized them, where we specifically, with our wet ink signature, authorized their agent, that corporation or anybody to create this thing called the birth certificate. That's what I was trying to get at. What is the piece of, what's the document? What is the, the evidence that I could get my hands on saying that I actually physically signed for it because that's what I was going to eventually try to revoke and destroy via fraud? Well, I get into it and there's nothing in there. There's not one mention, not one thing about the first certificate, not one thing, not one signature, not one piece of paper that describes what their next step was to do nothing. Just, you know, random stuff off on, you know, the general health of the babies, which, you know, would be just typical stuff. Weights, temperatures, tests that they did, etc. Okay, so then I go back in after I had the actual document package. I go back in and I walk back in and the lady, and of course she recognized me and I said hello and I asked her, hey, I'm trying to find out where the, where the documentation is in these packets of where the authorization to create the birth certificate is. And she acted like she really didn't know. Kind of went back and forth and I literally got to the point and escalated the conversation once I said, okay, well if you don't know, then you need to direct me. Who or what office here within the hospital actually handles the, the birth certificates or the filing or the storage or anything? Well, she rings up to the upstairs, she rings somewhere, I don't know where it goes. Rings up to the birthing, literally the birthing room where the babies are born. Where we were down the hall, we had a room set up, you know, it was very nice, comfortable. She rings up to there, she says, I think this, I think this lady handles it. So I get her on the phone and I am recording this as always. I just, I advise you to do that if you need to check your check locally, but you need to make sure what you can do because you need to have things on the record. So I have this lady on the phone and I'm asking her, you know, where is this, you know, can you tell me or instruct me where the document is, you know, that creates the birth certificate? Because I requested this package and nothing things in there. She gives me the run around to some extent and then, and then she instructs me to go to another office and she says, well, all those things are handled in this office. She said, well, okay. Well I said, well, all right, I'm on my way up and, and just left it at that. I wasn't going to give her any room to distract me again. Hung up the phone and upstairs. We go to another office. I get up there, have another conversation with a lady, and she has no idea and is not really sure what I'm asking for. But then at, you know, after a short amount of time, she goes, okay, I think you need to go down to the basement where they keep all the records. And that's what I understand is that's where they handle the birth certificates and the verification of facts. It's called the vos. It is a mandated form by law. And once again, you have to check locally in each state. But regardless, they may call it something different. They're all the same because the process is identical across the entire country. When the baby is born, supposedly there's a verification first. There's a live record of birth. And that is where the baby's vital statistics, their sex, basically all this data is put on a form. Right. And then it's verified. Okay. And I believe that's what's signed. That document is not, is not in these packets, which is the next step that I'm going into to request. And I think that may be something that's hidden, is actually the record.
Roger
You can bet your bottom dollar it's hidden real deep. And you had to dig all a lot to get to that point, right?
Douglas
Correct.
Brian Howard
And I, and this whole process has been like a maze really, because once you get to one step, there are going to be other levels that are hidden. And I believe that's the one document that they don't want to let out. It's the record of the, or the certified record of live birth. And that very well made, just have the Christian name, the first and, and second on it. But we'll get into that later. Okay, so she, I, she. And they both told me that they, that all the data is put onto this vof, this verification of birth facts. And that's what's filed and that's what the birth certificate is created by.
Roger
Let me, let me add something, Brian, because, because I remember when you told me the story and, and we've discussed it initially, and when you finally got to that woman and you start confronting her and she says, wait a minute. And she goes off for about 10 minutes, and when she comes back out, what was the first thing she said to you?
Brian Howard
Oh, it was obvious she just played her card. You know, she's not very good at poker playing. But he goes, well, I'm gonna give this to you, I'll give this to you. But, but I, I just want to make sure everything's okay. And that you don't have any other issues here or there's. Or there's no legal process or there's no. Gosh. What did she say?
Roger
She said, you're not going to use this against us, are you?
Brian Howard
Correct. Correct. She. She literally, in general terms, said that, you know, that there. She asked me gently, was there anything else going on or. I wasn't going to use this in any way. I said, use it? No, of course not. I'm just.
Douglas
I don't.
Brian Howard
What would I use it for? I played dumb with her, right? Played possum. I'll learn how to play possum. I said, I'm just trying to get these records, you know, in case there's any. Any other. Any issue down the road with their identities or anything else. And just. It's just personal, personal family records. I want to have these on, in our records. So she then hands me this. And this is after this. Let me back up. When I was upstairs at the second office, when the lady said, okay, you need to go down here. She called back down to the basement, and she's talking to the lady and she. And I just said, okay, tell her I'm on my way down. And I just walked away. Once again, I was gonna physically show up face to face. So down I go. I walk up, knock on the door, out. And out this lady comes, and she's. She's basically the age. She's the one that handles the document. And what I'm going to get into next is exactly how they transfer the data and create this thing called the birth certificate. She then comes out. I explained what I was after. She.
Patrick
She cut.
Brian Howard
She goes back in, and I'm there for probably 10 minutes waiting. She comes back out, and just what I just explained and Roger explained took place. And then she hands me the.
Patrick
This.
Brian Howard
This form. And it's a one page, right? It's got. Right across the top and big, black. And big black. Proper English, uppercase, lowercase, uppercase, etc. Proper English says verification of birth facts. It's a one page and it has the description, the name, but there it is in all caps, right? The baby's first, middle and last name. It's got the date, the date born, and the date of birth. Right? And I'll get into the details here in a little bit. But she hands me this Verification of birth facts. And I'm looking for one thing. Where's my signature? Or where is my wife's signature? I look down at the bottom and in big blue print, like A, like a stamp on this form right where it says parent signature. There's no, no signature. It just has copy, copy and big blue bold print. So there's no. There you go. There's no signature. Neither I nor my wife signed in giving authorization to create and verify these facts that they presumed are correct that they then used to create the birth certificate. So here's where it gets interesting. I didn't ask her anything at that point. We chatted for a little bit. I thanked her for the copy. I didn't want to make a stink at that point. I'm just, I'm just a. I'm just a guy in there trying to get documents and, and play possum. So I walk out. Well, next thing I do, I go to the, to the State Department here in Austin. Thank goodness.
Patrick
It's.
Brian Howard
It's right down the street. I go into the Vital statistics office. It's the agency under the State of Texas corporation that handles the birth certificates, that creates them, that houses them, etc. When you need a birth certificate, you go in there and you apply for a cert. You know, they take your ID and they mail you one. So I go up to the, up to the counter and there's a rather friendly guy, if you know what I mean, and he's chatting, probably flirting a little bit more. And I'm, and I, I do what I do and I make sure that things are documented. And I start into a process and explaining that, hey, I've got, I'm trying to find out some information about my children's, both my girls birth certificates. And I'm. And I said, I'm just confused. I'm. I got stories that come from the hospital and I'm trying to find out the documentation that you guys have on file and how you create the birth certificate. I gently explained it, and then this young man who was the actual manager of the department then went into a long spill and explained exactly how the process works. So at the hospital where that hospital and that agent, that agent of that corporation, once they have the verification of birth facts form, they go into an office down in that basement to a dummy terminal, a computer terminal. There's one terminal in the, in the hospital, and there's another. The master terminal is in the Department of Vital Records or Statistics. Every hospital has a node, a computer terminal that all plugs in into this network. It's a, It's a private network that the state installs. It's not the hospital's property. The state owns it. The state goes out and installs them. The state maintains them, it owns it. So that agent in the hospital takes this information and literally on a green DOS screen, right? On an old green DOS screen, types in, in these specific fields, the data that's on the, this Verification of Birth Facts. And it's all in all, all caps, right? There is no lowercase. The whole thing is in DOS uppercase. Okay? When that lady's done, she hits a button, send. It sends that data instantly to the Vital Statistics Office and the other agent of that corporation on the other end hits accept. And that starts the process that basically creates the birth certificate. Okay, so the name of that software is ter. It's a system that's owned, like I said, between one corporation being the state and it's a private system. Once it's put, once the data is put in, that's the only thing that the Vital Statistics office receives. They don't receive a mailed copy, a paper copy, a hand delivered copy, anything of the Verification of Birth Facts or the bof. It's all digital. And I asked this gentleman, I said, well, okay, so they send the data through this computer. But what do you guys have on record to verify those facts or anything? He goes, we don't have anything. We just, it's the computer terminal and the software. Once they put that data in and they hit send, that's, that's what we have on record. It's a digital, it's a digital record. So they don't, they don't keep. There's no, there's no. Between the two parties, there's no exchange of the actual physical document. Okay? So there's evidence right there that the state does not, does not correct or prove that that data was even verified. Because first of all, my signature, my wife's signature is not on it. So I'm going to leave it at that. Roger.
Roger
No, you're not going to leave it at that. You missed the most important point. After that is generated what we call a birth certificate at the Vital Statistics. What do they do with it?
Brian Howard
Oh, well, of course, yeah, I mean, I'm not going to leave it. I didn't mean to leave it that. But once it's, Once it's generated, once the birth certificate is generated, then they have to, under a strict timeline of federal code, they have to then send that to the, I believe the securities and Exchange Commission or deport division or department under that. That literally records it. I'm sorry, registers it. Not record it, but registers it. So it is literally a legal title, a Bond that's created on bond paper.
Patrick
Right?
Brian Howard
On legal bond paper. They then have to reg. They then have to. To register with the federal government, and then it's housed somewhere in the federal government. I'm not sure exactly. And we can come back to that.
Roger
Didn't you tell me that, didn't you tell me that they put it in
Brian Howard
a safe, that the physical, the registration takes place with the federal government? That's how they track the CUSIP number and the actual bond for the Sesquivi Trust account or probably multiple accounts that now to fine tune exactly what you said, they hold the physical, the actual physical birth certificate in a bank vault inside that vital statistics office. So here in Texas, the one that I went into, the gentleman explained, and I asked, well, is that my property? If something's wrong with it, can I have the original back? He said, of course not. It's. We own it. And it's housed literally back behind these vaulted doors with security guards and guns in a bank vault. Literally a bank vault. So the original is there.
Roger
What do you put a rhetorical question for everybody that's listening. What do you put in a bank vault? Money, property, something of value. Okay, so here's your process. Brian went through it doggedly, pit pit bull doggedly, and he got us the answers. So what does it prove that we've gone over at this point is that you're born into servitude and it's represented by the birth certificate that's generated through this process. Now I want to get inject what John, when we were in these seminars 30 years ago, what he floated back then when we had not too much discussion on birth certificates, but it did come up. And what John thought was that the birth certificate is an instrument in the commercial law that's known as a warehouse receipt. Okay, you can go look this up. You can go do your own study on it. But I remember from those seminars he used an example when he was trying to explain to us and illustrate what it is. And the example that he used was a 17, late 1700s Supreme Court case. And it dealt with cotton down in New Orleans. And you know, cotton is not fungible. In other words, every bale of cotton is different from the other one. Fungibility is when one things are always the same. And so there was some kind of illegal dispute on the cotton in the warehouse. But the cotton generated, if they're going to sell the cotton, they don't necessarily just grab the bale of cotton and go haul it around and sell it. They do it with a warehouse receipt. Okay. And in that court case, the judge was very explicit and he said the goods take on a very shadowy existence and now become the warehouse receipt. So the paper becomes the good. So the birth certificate becomes you because your property born into the system. Does that make sense?
Paul
Is there. Yep, it does. Is that it seems to me there's a difference between. Well, there obviously is literally a difference between the word born and the word birth.
Roger
Yes.
Paul
And the way I've got it in my head is we've all been born because the born date, which is what it should be. In fact, we should have born days, not birthdays, and we should have a born date certificate. Or a born certificate, is when you physically decided that your nine months were up and you climbed out right that moment, wherever it was, for each of us, and jolly good, we all did it too. So that's that. That's when it physically occurs. But the birth date, if you look up the word birth, it says to put something into its allotted slot. That's what when you berth a ship. So if a ship is about to arrive, obviously in a harbor, there is a birthing place for it which has been pre configured based on the description of the ship, for the ship to come in and slot into that slot. So the birth certificate, it seems to me, is when they then decide, almost instantaneously, milliseconds after the actual born moment, to put you slot you into their system of servitude. That's what the birth certificate is. That's why it occupies this position, I suppose, of being a receipt or a warehouse receipt or a bill of goods, whatever you want to call it. In other words, your birth date and your born date are actually not the same, even though they make sure that they are to create the confusion. And wasn't it the case in that video that Romilly Stewart did, where. Now this is the Australian situation, and I need to review it again. But he was applying in Australia for a birth certificate certificate, and the date on the birth certificate was the day he applied for it, not his born date, not the date he was physically born. This is bewildering, of course, to all of us because we got. No, it's a birth certificate when I turned up.
Patrick
No.
Paul
So, I mean, just on the basis of those two words alone, a great deal of clarity can be created.
Roger
Okay, now let's go back and attack this from a different angle, Brian. Why don't they require the parents to have their signature on there?
Brian Howard
Why don't they require. Yeah. On the verification of fact.
Roger
Sure.
Brian Howard
Well, because it the. Well one. Because they're going to commit fraud.
Roger
No.
Brian Howard
So it gives them.
Roger
They're already in fraud over their eyeballs. The reason they want the parents signatures on there is because the parents are already presumed to be property. And in the feudal system if you had a child, that child was born under the same condition. So the presumption is in effect from that document's non signatures.
Patrick
You're.
Brian Howard
You're correct and presumed to be dead. Right. Because the all caps name is the.
Roger
No, I don't think it's presumed to be dead. It's presumed to be. To be property.
Patrick
Okay, property can over property.
Roger
Correct?
Brian Howard
Correct. Correct. Let me add this Roger. So and Paul just mentioned the gentleman from Australia. So and that's the key to the whole deal. If you, if anybody looks on their birth certificate, right. Look up at the very top, it'll tell you what time literally to the day in the minute and the hour of when you were born. At the very bottom, very bottom left is most likely going to be the registration date, the date registered. That is the day that this document is birthed. It becomes a thing. And if I could read this real quick, let's listen.
Roger
That's the day you're securitized, correct?
Brian Howard
Correct. That's the day this thing, this all caps name becomes a bond, a security, a surety.
Roger
It becomes a surety for the bond,
Brian Howard
correct?
Patrick
Correct.
Brian Howard
And that's what I think that's what he figured out. But here's the key with this word date. I'm gonna read this real quick. Date the specific or mention in a written instrument of the time, day, month and year when it was made. Also the time so specified. The word is derived from the Latin word datum meaning given and is defined as the time given or specified in some way, ascertained and fixed. The time when an instrument was made, acknowledged, delivered or recorded. The clause or memorandum which specifies that fact and from the time from which its operation is to be reckoned.
Roger
You see, if, if John's theory is correct, that the birth certificate is actually a warehouse receipt, when that is generated, if the good becomes the warehouse receipt, that's when you're birthed. Okay, now let me bring this up to a modern day example here. A couple of years ago, many of you will remember a guy named John Corzine. He was a Goldman Sachs guy, he was governor of New Jersey, he was a United States senator for a while. And when he got finished with his political shenanigans, he went over and he started A company called MF Global. And MF Global was taking people's money and against the law they commingled it. And he made a big bet on Russian bonds and he lost his butt and he went in and stole the gold. Okay. Gerald Celenty was a victim of that. Y' all all remember that?
Brian Howard
Yes.
Roger
Okay, so I saw a headline from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from a trader up there. It was a headline about when this thing was very topical and when it was happening. And the statement he made was he couldn't have stolen the gold. We have the warehouse receipt.
Patrick
Roger.
Roger
Yes, Chris.
Brian Howard
This Chris in Las Vegas. I can't add too much this morning, but I would point out that the word term B I R T H, birth and B E R T H and doc doc for document versus dock for a ship dock or a craft dock, vessel dock. These terms all intermingle to obfuscate and to confuse the issue so that the less than adept can't make hide in her hair out of what the devil they're really talking about.
Roger
Well, most people fall in that less than adept category today, dare I say. And listen we can, we can continue this discussion tomorrow and ad nauseam. I wanted to get this special show where with Paul and what he's found. Hopefully he had some stuff from John. We got the guy from Australia and now we got our own guy right here who's done the shoe leather, okay. And he's got the proof. He's got the proof that you're born into servitude and that buttresses the whole 14th Amendment thing and the fact that what we're really dealing with here is a modern day version of the feudal era.
Brian Howard
Absolutely.
Roger
So go ahead Brian.
Brian Howard
Let's see, where was I going to go from there? I guess I'll go into a couple things that, that have now I guess being revealed and I believe in Paul. If you want to add to it, please do. But what I've discovered now is the creation of this, this document, right? This bond, this birth certificate and this thing that originally started it was the all caps name, right? This, this name in all caps. Well why is my name in all caps? Why is the state any, any state or any government corporation anything in all caps. But yet here on my birth certificate my name is in all caps. But yet my parents name down below is in normal English grammar, right? And those, those questions started to come up and then as of late this gentleman from Australia and the Justinian deception. Hallelujah. Man, this guy's nailed it. Knocked it out of the park. But I didn't, I didn't know any of this. I didn't, I didn't realize what my surname is and why do I have this last name? Back in the old times they were, and I'll go back to the Hebrew there they had a first name and from a tribe. But now that I've come to understand this, I guess in what about 1230? Let's see, in about 1230, the Justinian doctrine of one of the, basically the, the Roman emperors created this two name system called the Corpus Juris. It was created in about 1230 in the reign of how and stopped. And that was a family, an emperor family that ruled for just about 100 years. So somewhere in between 1100 and 1230, he, he basically perfected this Corpus Juris. Justinian, a former Roman emperor in about 530 to 560 created the corpus Juris. It was perfected, it was perfected in 1230. It was perfected just after the Magna Carta. And it was done to specifically counteract the common law that was quickly gaining traction. And it was done so that Rome could continue their, their private contracts, I. E. The birth certificate fraud.
Roger
Now this is new to me.
Brian Howard
This thing was done, this was done way back, way back. This is going way back, folks. And this whole thing is nothing more than the beast system. As I mentioned early on, us contracting against our free will with the beast system that is Rome. This is all Roman. This all came out of Rome. And there's perfect evidence. Just look it up. The Corpus Juris, that's basically the creation of two names where there was a Christian name first and a middle name. Right? That's who their names were. And then they added the last name, the surname, and then it was basically put into code and law so that they could I guess eventually create this, this fictitious dead entity in all caps, which is dog Latin, right? It's not proper English, it's not grammatical English. It's for, it's a foreign language. And after watching a lot of this gentleman's information, it's actually Egyptian hieroglyphs, folks. The all caps, the all caps names and letters are literally Egyptian hieroglyphs. It blew my mind. Can't go into that. Please add to it.
Roger
Well, I want to, I want to get Paul, I want to get Paul to come on here first of all, because we love to hear his accent and I want to hear what he's got to say. And so Paul, what, what are your thoughts here at this point?
Paul
Well, it's, it's fantastic hearing Brian go through all of the minutiae. And I think for listeners here who are keen on getting to grips with the minutiae, it's fantastic that you, Brian, have gone and done that from the perspective of how it works in your neck of the woods. It may be subtly different everywhere. I know that when I was watching the Romilly Stewart thing, there seemed to be procedures or things that he was doing that were new to me. But I'm told that the route is all back into common law and therefore this got to be some echo across all of these branches of this deception. I mean, as we're going through it as well in today's show. And I don't have a great deal of knowledge to throw in at this stage, like I said before, it's not like I'm some expert on it because I'm trying to find how we overcome the communications challenge. That's what I think the biggest one is. It's obvious that the knowledge of how this thing has been put together exists. That knowledge does exist, but it comes spurting through in all sorts of little places and little bits of knowledge here and bits of knowledge there, then huge lumps of it. Even when I'm watching the Romuly Stewart videos, they are involved, they're not for the layman. And I'm very keen that we have a project. I feel as though I've got this hat on whether I'm much of a start or not to get this information across in this in a simple and as lame like a way as we are capable of doing, we must do it. Because what's the other alternative? We're saying? Oh, by the way, if you really want to know about the state of your enslavement, here's five years worth of study. Oh yeah, you can see people. Oh, good.
Roger
Where do I start?
Patrick
Count me in.
Paul
You know, this is what I've been been looking for. I don't want to sit in front of TV for the rest of my life. I want to study this. Yeah, okay, so, you know, we're just. It's like tumbleweed moment. We're just going to be staring at a desert. There'll be nobody there.
Patrick
Right.
Paul
Because there's no perception yet amongst the broad. Well, there is amongst the growing number, that there's even trouble anyway. But I mean, what we seem to be describing in very simple terms, of course, is an extension of the enslavement systems that have been here for millennia. And as the techniques of paper production, as the sophistication of legal language has moved on with each century, we now find ourselves in a position with this electronic mayhem. All the words misused, the use of hieroglyphs or capital letters, which, under the laws of grammar, which is what I think Romilly Stewart is talking about, does not qualify as real language. When you start capitalizing words, you're doing something else. So, of course, we're back to that ancient scam of being deceived, of having our direction, of course, misdirected perfectly, and we end up assuming things. And what's that Roman adage? Let him who wants to be deceived be deceived. So let us be deceived.
Roger
And you hit on the key point that.
Douglas
That I.
Roger
That has been my birthday burden for all these years. How do you simplify this to where it gets across quickly and where the recipient can uptake it as quickly as possible?
Paul
Well, I think we start with words, don't you?
Roger
Yeah, well, of course, you know, and. And that's why it gets back to the epiphany, why it hurts when you have one of them things. I had this epiphany a while back, and. And Brown versus Board of Education closed the door. They said, equal in the classroom, equal in the society. Well, Brown versus Board of Education overturned a previous supreme court case from 1894 called Plessy vs Ferguson. And the little thumbnail description of Plessy vs Ferguson is separate but equal. And that did nothing but verify the Jim Crow laws that had been in effect since after the Civil War and the passage of the 14th Amendment. Blacks had to use a separate restroom. Blacks had to go to a different drinking fountain. Blacks had to sit in a different railroad car. And Plessy vs Ferguson confirmed that, okay? Didn't endorse it. It just confirmed it. Brown vs Board of Education overturned it. So it made us all equal because we're equal in the classroom with all this busing. And now we're equal in the society. So the question is, which drinking fountain are we all drinking out of now that we're all equal? Now, that's pretty simple, okay? It lays it out. It gives somebody the concept right out front. And if they have the desire to go back and research that and do a little bit of study, now the study begins, and you can start untying the knots. But at least they know in a concept what happened.
Paul
Yes. I think another aspect of it as well is that. And this is more to do with the communications process that we're involved with the people on the other side, our perceived, you know, the administrators of this system, the ones that, as Brian was just describing, the one that the girl at the front desk hasn't a clue. She's part of it. She doesn't even know what she's a part of of. Right. Many of them are enmeshed in this system of control. Just assuming, like we have done for most of our lives, that this is just the way it is and that there's nothing really wrong with it.
Roger
But no, no, let me correct you. Let me, let me correct you for a second. When that woman came out and gave Brian that stuff, or before she gave it to him, she said, you're not going to use this against us, are you? Somebody knows.
Paul
There are a few times. And he punched her in the mouth.
Roger
Somebody knows something. They don't know what we know or discussing here, but they know it ain't right.
Paul
Well, they've got that coming through. But what is. You see, my response to it would be this. Rightly or wrongly, this might sound a little bit wet. I accept this is I want those people on our side. I don't want them as enemies.
Roger
Yep. No, right.
Paul
Part of the communication is to get these people that are enmeshed on that side of the court system, as it were, that this removal of this break on human energy of this enslavement system will do you more good than anything you could do by continuing to serve this beast system. You must come and stand with us. We forgive you. We forgive you completely. Because I don't want you as an enemy. Because it's going to be ruinous for all of us if that's what happens. Can you not see that this is the path to take? So we have to. First of all, here's our job. We're enslaved. We were irritated like mad for most of our life. We begin to unpick it and then when we've unpicked it, the people that have done it to. We have to forgive them. We've got to. I can't see any other way around it.
Roger
It's not their fault. They wanted a job. They wanted to feed their family. They got this job and they go in there and they do what they're told or they don't get the paycheck. And this goes back to the letter from Rothschild back to the US in the 1800s, when he lays out the system and he said those involved will be so attached to the system that they won't do anything against their self interest. Basically, yeah.
Paul
That's it. That's how we are held in place.
Roger
Patrick
Patrick
interject Something here, you know, we're
Brian Howard
talking about class warfare.
Patrick
It's been going on since the beginning of time. It's, you know, entrepreneurs against the bureaucrats. We love to say yes and they love to say no. They're caught up in the system. And the twofold problem that you speak of, you have, Roger, and a lot of people will see this, you have, hang on a second, you have a, you have a situation where our dumb, pathetic white race is stiff neck and hard headed and it causes action. And as Paul said, you know, by the way, it's gonna take you five years to figure it out. Well, many are caught, fewer chosen. You know, are you really called? Are you going to take up the calling? Are you going to walk the walk? Are you going to apply yourself? Are you going to eat the scroll? Are you going to study? And then once you come out of this bondage and we figured it out, which this is great here to understand what the bondage is in Babylon, the system and be able to preach this, you know, in season out of season where they hear, they forbear. But many are called fewer chosen. Very few are going to apply their sister to this and hang on and ride the right, you know, and Yeshua is looking for people that have integrity, character and depth and love for the truth and the word. And when it's given to you, you learn it and you apply it and you give it out freely to your brother. That's what we're doing today. We're expounding on our education and our knowledge to each other to overcome the beast system. And they do truly have a problem on their hand. It blows my mind when people won't follow the room to their affidavit and pull the trigger. For whatever reason, they have fear somewhere in their ideology. I'll hand it back over to y'.
Brian Howard
All.
Roger
Well, I, I'm going to make a buttress a point that I make on here all the time and maybe you'll understand a little bit better because if you've been a regular listener, I know you've heard me say it. Every one of you are so important to me.
Patrick
And then likewise very important to me. Yeshua sent me to this program.
Roger
You can. Brian, I'm gonna. Doug has joined us too. But Brian, what, what do you have to say? But you see why every one of you are so important to me, man, I've spent 27 years trying to find you.
Brian Howard
Correct. We appreciate that. Let me add this. Ephesians 6:12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, against principalities against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So let me just say this. Our race has nothing to do with it. This is a. This is a Luciferian plot by the adversary to entrap us all. Whether you're white, black, green, yellow, it doesn't matter. That's a. That's just the point. But this is. This is a deep, dark rabbit hole and it's being revealed. Here is what's taking place. Their game plan and their blueprint is being revealed because the time in our. The return of our king is at hand. Okay, guys, it's not far. The kings coming and this thing's going to be destroyed. And then I believe this is the early stage of it literally being revealed. And I'll call, I'll step back and enjoy the conversation.
Patrick
Okay.
Roger
Well, let me welcome my friend Doug, who's a man of few words. Hey, Doug.
Douglas
Hey, brothers. How are you? Y', all, I should say over here in Arkansas, I assume you're doing well. Well, yeah, my comments are when. When you mentioned that, you know, now we're drinking out of the same water fountain. Well, the way I look at it is not so much about the water fountain, but it's about the water, okay? That all everybody's drinking the same water no matter what water fountain it's coming out of. And so you know, when Paul, like, Paul love you. Yeah, I love your English terms and all of that and all that. So when he says it sounds wet, you know, I'm assuming you mean it's like slippery. Okay. Is that correct?
Paul
Weak. We call people over here, like if you're called a wet nelly, right? It means you are a SAP. You're a weed. Right? You're. You're easily manipulated. You're just a bit of a drip. Makes sense.
Douglas
Yeah.
Roger
Yeah, yeah.
Patrick
Well.
Douglas
Well, I looked at it as being wet, as being slippery because, you know, wet things make your footing slippery and all of this unreliable.
Paul
Yeah, slippery fish.
Patrick
What it.
Roger
What did Churchill say? A related people separated by a common language.
Paul
Yeah, he was half American too.
Patrick
He was.
Douglas
But see, the way we think, we think along the same lines all the time. We'll work through discrepancies in the communication because each of us have within us. I would say the something from the creator where we're all against evil and. And we just don't take everything and gobble everything down as seems to look like. And so, yeah, everything changes all the time. We know our enemy always changes everything. Every day, whenever. But the only Thing that never changes is the Creator, and his will is his word, his instructions to us. And, and this is all about truth and righteousness.
Patrick
We.
Douglas
I don't receive anybody. I don't lie to anybody. I do. What I do, I would humbly say is righteousness. And so we're dealing with the opposite nature. That. That's all they do. And even with this great show today exposing the machinations of these guys regarding the birth certificate and the driver's license, they, you know, when you corner them, they're not really cornered because there's no corners today. Okay. Everything's rounded so they can just. They move out of the way and they come back at you. They're just trying to catch you. And even the current political stuff with the whole Trump Russian thing, you see, there's no there there that, you know, if they can catch some. Someone saying something that appears to be not totally truthful and then construe it to be a lie, then they charge the person with lying. When. When. The fact is, when you look at it is that, you know, they're. They're trying to cooperate these different victims, and that's what they are. And, but they're. They're asked questions that could be construed and I think are. Were construed to catch them. Yeah.
Roger
Douglas, we're getting a little about 20 minutes left. And this is. Was specifically on the birth certificate today. And I. Brian's left his job to come be with us. Paul is here, and everybody's listening. And I'd like to kind of stay on that point to see if we can bring out as many facts that are pertinent as possible, because we can discuss this later on subsequent programs, but this one right here, to get this primary information out that's so darned important to people's understanding, that may simplify all of our efforts in teaching other people. That's what I'm trying to get at today. Okay.
Douglas
Okay.
Roger
So, Brian, or because you've had the experience that brought us our knowledge from our culture and society in the U.S. all right, and. And is there anything else that you want to add specifically on this where we can get this honed down? Hope. My hopes are that this is the easy way to rebut the presumption. The affidavit rebuts the presumption. I believe the common law birth certificate accomplishes the same thing, and I believe it accomplishes it much easier, which is going to do nothing but further our efforts.
Brian Howard
Sure. I'll add this and then I'll See, I think there's a little more detail here that would be good to add to the conversation. And so when you mentioned common law birth certificate, most people are going to go well what is that? So as this thing, as this conversation expands, we're going to put this into a teaching, a teaching scenario which is the best way to do it because speaking of it goes in one ear, out the other and the average guy literally is going to listen to this and try to piece it together. But this needs to be done very methodically into a teaching scenario. So there'll be more to come on that.
Roger
You're working on something to that end, aren't you?
Brian Howard
Yes, we are. We're working on that exact thing and it'll, it'll be revealed here at some point, but it's going to be an in depth history and a teaching scenario with a chalkboard, etc. Just like we were back in school and hopefully nail this stuff so that it can be distributed re listen to broken down study etc because that's what's gonna have to happen. That's what I've done and that's what every person is gonna have to do when they take the responsibility to reclaim who they are.
Roger
Hey listen, freedom ain't free.
Brian Howard
Hell no it's not. Hell no it's not. There's a lot of good men, there's a lot of brilliant men and good people that have been slaughtered because of this beast. And I'll just leave it at that. But let me add this real quick because I know we're getting down here on time. These two birth certificates in this common law birth certificate I think is, you know, I need to learn more here. So I'm going to, I'm going to disclose this, but the gentleman from Australia laid this out and what has taken place is when we're born. And Paul had a good, good point that in different areas the procedure may be a little different, the terminology may be a little different, the form, the look of the pages may be a little different. But the process of tracking and the end of the underbelly, right. The map of how it all comes together is identical. So it's no different.
Roger
The effect, the effect is identical. Paul, you spoke with John a little bit, you said, and we haven't even gotten to that yet so I'd like to, for you to chime in and give us your thoughts and if anything you pulled away from that conversation with our friend John in Scotland. For the audiences new to this. This guy's in Scotland. I guess this was earlier this year, maybe in the spring. And Paul called me and he started. There's this guy up in Scotland that's got this common law birth certificate and they're having incredible results with him. It to the point. I remember the one case that you mentioned was the gal that was about to get her home foreclosed on, and they were in court and she produced one of these. And the judge got up and he says, I have no jurisdiction here, and walks out of the courtroom. And I don't believe the house got foreclosed on, did it?
Paul
No, I think. I mean, that's that, you know, boiling it right down, as I have to, for my own sort of sanity, into simple. A simple proposition coming back to a point we mentioned early on, maybe an hour back, is that their courts are to deal with their statutory equipment, of which the birth certificate is one of their vital components in their assumption of authority over you. And of course, if you go in and allow that into one of their courts, you are basically saying, yeah, you've got authority, you've got jurisdiction over me, and go away. You know, we'll try and we'll do the whole court case thing. And I'll probably end up losing because I'm an idiot and I don't know what's going on. But when John has gone in or when he's advised people to go in or shown them what to do, there have been, in the early days, there were cases. I'm not saying that this has been reversed, it hasn't. I know that it's moving to another stage from what he was telling me yesterday. I'll come to that in a second. But what has occurred is that defendants have said, hey, you know that birth certificate thing that you've got, that we did when I sort of turned out up. Well, I own that. And the reason you claim this back, this is a key part of it, is that they are then removed from any entitlement to have jurisdiction over you. And you can do that because the common law court is the highest court in this land where I live, called the King's Bench. In your land, you might have a different procedure, that's all I'm saying. But in this land, it is. The fact is that's kind of of irrelevant because no one is holding common law courts until now. Now, of course, there's a lot of mockery going on from other people who have gone down different furrows for trying to plow the truth out of the ground with this. I do understand that there's A kind of sort of, you're wrong about this. No, you're right. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. John is actually right at the coal face, right in there doing it. And I think to a degree, he's done it absolutely the right way because they've kept it quiet. But there is an. I know from speaking to him yesterday, there is a large number of growing support all over England is building up and in Scotland, I think he's got a case coming up soon. It might be this coming weekend. I think it is. There's a lot of supporters going up. I can't get up this weekend. No, it's the December 20th or 19th, something like that. So this is about two weeks away way. And it's to do with responses that the system are beginning to make back to him, which at first blush don't appear to be good, but they're actually really good because they're going to literally bring clarity into this situation. And the steps that they're taking are the usual ones, I would suggest. I don't know a great deal about it, but the usual ones of distraction, intimidation and mucking about with the process. They do have the power to do that. So that's what they do because, I don't know, it all depends how thoughtful they are being on the other side. I would imagine that just like anybody other. Any other jobsworth, okay, they're elevated jobsworths. They like getting paid. They like it. They said it's okay. This, this is all right. These people are obviously troublemakers. I doubt if many of them have thought it through to the depth that is being thought through here on this side. So it's a bit like. As we cure the patient, which is our sick civilization, the very people that you seek to help will in fact prove to be the most difficult to actually heal and they'll cause us the most grief, which is basically what's going on. I think it should be expected to go on. And the fact that it is going on is in fact a positive sign. It means that the cure is coming and it won't be without the patient, though, you know, screaming a bit every now and again. So. So I just think that's the signs of it.
Roger
Let me bring a parallel. Let me bring a parallel in that exactly parallels what you're talking about with our process and then affidavit and the statement and the exposure of the fraud is so blatant, especially an affidavit form, that the only thing they've been able to do, and they only do it With a small percentage of people that file it is they come in and they send you a letter back. And the rest of the letter after the first paragraph can be different because obviously they can go in and cut and paste and bring things in. But the first paragraph and every one that's been sent to me is always the exact same thing. And it says, it assumes by what you have submitted that you're a citizen under the 14th amendment. Then it quotes the first clause. All persons born are naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. It stops there and it goes on with some more verse verbiage. And the very last words of the paragraph are except by operation of law.
Brian Howard
Okay?
Roger
And so is Vattel's law nations operable enough for you? Because it says right in there, and every country in the world is signed on to it, that every man has the personal right of political self determination. Okay, well I'm submitting this affidavit and I'm determining self determination, determining what I am. It's an affidavit form. Prove me wrong. Well, it appears by what you've sent us that you're the. See, they don't have any ammunition. They got nothing to stand on. That's their best defense and it ain't worth a crap if you understand what you're doing. If you don't understand what you're doing, you go, oh, well, I guess I'm assuming. It sure appears that I'm a 14th amendment citizen. Yeah, you're right, Brian.
Patrick
When a, when a child's born, conceived, who owns that child? At that. At that very first few minutes.
Brian Howard
So I was just finishing up. Roger, while you were off, a good question was posed. When a baby is born, who owns it? And I explained the second that that birth certificate is created and registered, it creates this fictitious corporation. Basically in all caps people say straw man. And that's technically what it is, but it's an all caps, basically a fictitious entity. It looks like you. No, I'm sorry, it sounds like you. Right. If you look at the name, well you think, okay, that's me, but it's actually not you. It's property of Rome. Okay, Anything in anything in all caps, you have to break this down to the grammar, the Latin, the whole Latin. You go in any church, in any basilica anywhere, up along the top of the roof and all the government buildings, it's all written in Latin, so it's got a little hyphen in between all caps. Well, what they've done with dog Latin is they've hidden it. They've basically taken out the hyphens and they put left it in all caps. So what you think you're reading is not what you. Is not what you're actually reading. There are two distinct, different languages, foreign ones, proper English grammar. The other is hidden Latin.
Roger
Let's get back. Let's get back to the basics and listen, what I've been striving to do for so long is to get people out of this. I'm a corporation. You're not a corporation. You're a piece of property, okay? And this brings back the feudal system. The overriding thing that's happening here is the feudal system. The neo feudal system has been slipped on us where all persons born or naturalized and subject to. To the jurisdiction thereof. The reason you don't sign those forms when your child is born is because it's already presumpting in effect that you're a piece of property. And in that system, when the child is born, it's a piece of property, okay? Now the key to this is that it has to be voluntary. Everything has to be voluntary. And that's why they brought the feudal system in, because it's voluntary servitude. And they can put us into that position, but then they tell us that we're free. And so what is the ultimate remedy? The same as it was in the feudal system. If you wanted to get out of it, you went to the lord of the manor and you said, hey, I'm volunteering out, chief, see you later. And that's what these things do. The affidavit volunteers you out this birth certificate. Common law evidence evidently does the same thing because both of them rebut the presumption. Does that make. It's a. Of course it's a sham. And that's why they can't do anything about it because they're. They're frauds exposed. And it's just like I explained to Patrick. Patrick and I had a long conversation last night. What is this really doing if we're in the Holy Grail for? I find out last night. Patrick was a freemason, okay? And so he was up at pretty high up in that. And I said, what's the Freemason's motto? First a line, then another line, then a square. That's the Holy Grail. That's the triangle and the all seeing eye. First a line, 14th amendment, then another line. Federal Reserve act, taking control of the money. So bill the administrative state. Well, what's the square? What's the line that Closes the other two open lines where they hid the original state citizen. And this rebuts that presumption. It takes away the third line of the conceptual trap and you're out. And there's nothing they can do about it except take the mask off.
Patrick
By the way, I'm clandestine from that. Yahweh.
Brian Howard
Let me out of that.
Patrick
That movement. Yeah, yeah, we'll call me into the blight.
Roger
Well, that was just real important.
Brian Howard
That's an excellent, excellent.
Patrick
Go ahead. Excellent way to explain it. Roger that. That triangle, the all seeing. I never would have caught that as the Holy Grail. And them tying all this together to keep you in. In the box. It's just so many.
Roger
Why should. Why is the Holy Grail the most open, closely held secret in the history of our planet? Because it's so damn easy to get out. And we can use the same thing. We can use it against them. We can flip it over on them. Boom. That's why they don't want you to know what it is and how it operates. Because it can be used either way. In Paul's country, the when there was a good king, the people rejoiced. When there's a bad king, the people moaned.
Patrick
How.
Roger
What was the difference between a good king and a bad king? How he used the Holy Grail.
Patrick
Gotcha. Gotcha. So. So the child basically belongs to nobody for those first few moments until they
Brian Howard
fill out their paperwork and then you
Patrick
continue to flow through the system voluntarily.
Roger
When they do the birth certificate, it makes it a warehouse receipt. The paper takes on the shadowy existence of the good. You now are represented by the birth certificate, which is then securitized and attached to the bonds which. Which they sell all over the world to run the governments. And your income taxes are taken and they go straight to the bondholders to pay their coupon. That's the deal.
Brian Howard
Just like the title of a car. Yep.
Roger
So listen. Well, it's been a stimulating show today. I'm sorry for the technical screw ups. We're going to get Greg busy this afternoon splicing this stuff together and we'll just continue the conversation tomorrow if you want, we can talk about whatever. We can talk about, you know, the celebration of the dead president. And we'll take it a day at a time. I reiterate here, every one of you are so important to me. Okay, Paul, thanks for being with us. We'll look for you next Wednesday. Maybe you'll have some conversation with John between now and then. We can expand on this. Otherwise, noodle, on what we've said. I'll come get this show up where we can spread it around as quickly as possible. And you guys have a good day. I think your brains will be working. Thanks, Brian.
Brian Howard
You're welcome.
Roger
See y' all tomorrow.
Patrick
Get a hold of you, Brian? Yeah.
Roger
I'll put you. I'll put you. I'll put you together with him. I figured you two bond pretty good. I'll put you together with him. Patrick.

Global Voice Radio Network – July 31, 2026
Episode Theme:
A deep dive into the origins, implications, and ongoing ramifications of the birth certificate system in the US and other Western legal systems, with broader context about lawful status, citizenship, freedom, and statutory presumptions. The episode features host Roger Sayles, recurring guests Patrick, Paul (from the UK), Douglas, and featured guest Brian Howard—who shares his personal research and legal battles regarding the birth certificate process and its use as an instrument of legal and financial control.
The episode explores the idea that birth certificates function as instruments of servitude and financial collateral within a neo-feudal legal system. The conversation centers on how individuals are involuntarily entered into this system at birth, the presumption-based legal structures that enforce it, and practical steps (notably affidavits and “common law birth certificates”) to rebut these presumptions and assert “living man” status outside of statutory enslavement.
The tone alternates between hard-nosed, conspiratorial assertions and good-natured camaraderie, with lively, sometimes irreverent banter. The spirit is both rebellious and earnest, mixing legal strategy with personal awakening and a call for practical activism.
The language is unapologetically anti-establishment, skeptical of government, and tinged with religious/spiritual references.
Radio Ranch with Roger Sayles (July 31, 2026) delivers an impassioned critique of the statutory birth certificate system, arguing that it creates involuntary servitude through unrebutted presumptions of law. Through detailed personal experience and historical context, the hosts and guests demonstrate both the problem and a potential remedy—rebutting the presumption via affidavit or “common law birth certificate.” The episode serves as both a wake-up call and a practical roadmap for listeners seeking to reclaim their autonomy and legal standing.
For those who haven’t listened:
This episode walks you through the story of how your very identity and freedom may be presumed away through the “routine” paperwork of birth—and offers a tangible, if complex, strategy for turning the tables. It is a powerful, jargon-rich but ultimately accessible conversation for anyone interested in sovereignty, law, or the deeper mechanisms of state power.
