Welcome to Decoding Women's Health. I'm Dr. Elizabeth Poynter, Chair of Women's Health and Gynecology at the Atria Health Institute in New York City, and I'm an expert on midlife women's health. Women in their 30s through their 60s. It's a time of enormous change hormonally, psychologically and physically. I've spent over 40 years working in this field and here's what I've observed not only as a doctor, but as a patient also. The most important health information actually is out there, but it's really hard to find sometimes. On this show, I'll be bringing this information directly to you.
