Today, I'm gonna walk you through a content marketing system that will grow your business, that'll bring in high quality leads, that will expand your reach and will make high ticket sales much easier. Now, if you run an online business like an agency, coaching, business mastermind or online service provider, you know that you should be putting out more content. You've got content fomo, right? But you probably struggle with, number one, that you don't have enough time and structure to consistently create content. Number two, the feeling that you need to be on every platform which either is gonna. You are spending all of your time on content and social media, and because you think that's the case, you're spending no time on content and social media. And you've probably also experienced a disconnect between all of your content efforts. So whether It's a podcast, YouTube, email list, multiple social media platforms, they're all separated, they're not working together. And you've got one person on your email list, you've got a social media manager who's posting stuff that's not bringing much reach. You might have a podcast that's getting like 50 downloads an episode. And all in all, you're just like, what am I doing with all these things right? Today I'm going to walk you through how you can bring these things together, how you can integrate a content ecosystem and how you can make it so that once that ecosystem is built, your main primary input is just one 20 to 60 minute recording session per week. And then the system handles social media, email, and getting warm leads into your sales funnel. Once this is built, it's going to position you as a thought leader because your audience will be growing. It's going to reduce your ad costs, and if you're running ads, it's going to increase your roas, all while attracting higher quality leads. And it's going to generate more trust with your audience before they even enter your sales process. Because if your company does sales calls, you know that if somebody gets on a sales call and they've never heard of you before, the odds of them purchasing are slim to none. And most of all, this system is going to grow your presence and your audience without requiring you to be constantly creating and engaging on social media. So if you don't know me, my name is Kevin, I'm the founder of Grow the Show and this is the system that I've been developing for the last five years as I've worked one on one behind the scenes with over 406, seven and eight figure entrepreneurs and CEOs. To uplevel their content game and build and implement a system like this. And so I'm going to walk you through what it looks like right now. Now, since the CEOs that I work with are very busy running their companies, they need to have a content system that doesn't take them too much time, but that does feature their expertise and nurtures the crap out of the people watching the video like hopefully is happening with you. And so this is what that system looks like. Now, since you're a busy CEO, what's really crucial is that you only have one input. We need to make it so that you have one job per week. That job takes you an hour. And then the team and AI handles the rest so you can focus on building your business, managing your team, those types of things. Okay? So your input into this system is going to be one piece of long form content. Now, if you have heard of me before, you know that I've been talking for five years about podcasts. But long form content can be either a podcast or a YouTube video. And ideally it's both, right? So we've got YouTube and then we've got podcast, which is green for Spotify, but Apple podcasts as well. You get it. So your focus as the CEO is just one piece of long form content per week in the form of a podcast and or long form video. And so that can be something like this where it's just you sharing something solo. It could be an interview where you're interviewing a past client for a case study, or you're interviewing some other expert. Whatever gets you spending 20 to 60 minutes on camera, on a microphone, sharing what you know. So again, we want this to be 20 to maximum 60 minutes. You can also get away with 9 or 10 minutes, but this system really wants 20 minutes. And here's why. When you do this, when you focus on creating high quality long form content, what happens is over that 20 to 60 minutes, you're sharing a bunch of bunch of different ideas and thoughts and tips and tricks and stories and expertise, right? 20 minutes is a long time. And so I want you to think of each one of those ideas as an atom. So we're going to put on our scientist hats for a moment, right? This is my scientist hat, right? So each idea, each story, each tip, each experience that you have to share with your audience, with your clients and your customers is an individual atom. And what's beautiful about long form content is that it allows you to share a molecule of value. What does that mean? It's a bunch of individual ideas and tips and topics and stories that all linked together make something that is unique and valuable. Right? So this is your 20 minute YouTube video, which has a bunch of different ideas that together are amazing. And after somebody watches the 20 minute video, they're like, whoa, this person really knows what they're talking about. I should work with them. Okay, so that's all you have to focus on. Now this right here is where most people mess up what I'm about to teach you, which is how to take this piece of long form content and turn it into social media. So short form and email newsletter content. Okay? So what we want to do is make it so that your input is just the long form. And then AI and your team takes what you created there and creates short form content and email content. Here's where people mess this up though. When I say that you're using AI to create short form content, what I don't mean is that you are ripping clips of this 20 to 60 minute YouTube video or podcast episode. Clips can work for one purpose on social media, and that is retargeting. So people who already follow you on social media will see your podcast clips or your YouTube clips and they'll be like, oh, wow, this is good. I remember that this person exists. That reminds me, I wanted to book a sales call with them, right? Or they might engage with it or whatever. But clips don't grow your audience. They do not. And so if you've been posting AI clips or even clips that a video editor has made for you, here is why they have not grown your audience. If you ask anybody who's really good at social media, who has a solid audience, who shows up there all the time, they will tell you that the best social media posts, the ones that go viral, the ones that get tons of organic reach and get you followers, share and focus on one idea, just one, one atom. Remember, we got our science hat on right now. So a really good piece of short form content, whether it's a video like a TikTok or a real or short or a LinkedIn post that usually has an image or a carousel attached to it or whatever, or even a thread on X or blue sky or threads. Wherever you are in this post Twitter world, doesn't matter. Any social media platform thrives off of posts that share individual ideas. Okay? And so you might sense where I'm going with this. You take 20 minutes to 60 minutes recording a podcast episode, okay? Now that podcast episode, that YouTube video is a molecule. The video is great because of the way that all of the ideas link together and interact. When you rip just random clips from that video. This is what you're posting on social media, just a random 30 second grab. So if you look at this, somebody who has never heard of you before is going to see this as the social media content that you post and they're missing all of this other stuff that makes this make sense and they're also missing understanding context about you and what it is that you're talking about. So you post this and it's like maybe got one idea in it and it's got like half of another idea, but it's missing all the other pieces that made the video great. And somebody scrolls past it because it's, it doesn't make sense, right? Except the people who already know you and already have this context on the left and the right. So it works for retargeting for people who already know who you are and what you're about. But it does not work for complete strangers because they just get this chopped up molecule. Instead, what you want to do is use a combination of AI and your team to identify what are the atoms that make up this molecule. What are the individual ideas and stories and tips and experiences and case studies that all link together to make that piece of long form really, really great. For me, I just use a custom GPT to identify these and you have your AI and the team identify the atoms of value in your long form and then create native social media content out of it, whether it's a video or a LinkedIn post or whatever. But each piece is just one of the ideas and you make that social media content such that somebody can see just this and get it. They have all the context. They're like, oh wow, that's really good. And it's not them seeing this and being like, I don't understand this scroll and then you don't grow and your content doesn't perform well. Now I grant you, I've been promising you this whole video that oh, it's only going to take you 20 minutes of time to do this really well. It's probably going to take you a little bit more involvement in creating these atomic pieces of social media value, right? So like if you're doing short form video, it's probably going to take you turning on your camera and talking to your phone about this piece of atomic value. It's going to have to need to have its own hook and its own call to action and its own story right across the board. Each one's going to need that, but first of all, you can have a team help you with that and just like give you scripts. But second of all, once this is working, once you see this, you're going to like this. Social media is going to be fun for you because you're actually going to start to see your audience grow. And it's no longer going to be this horrible thing that makes you feel bad about yourself because you're posting this stuff and you don't understand why it's not getting any reach. Okay, so we bring it back to the system. You focus your 20 to 60 minutes on creating content, then you identify the atomic pieces of value and turn that into short form content that allows you to show up regularly on social media, grow your audience there, and also retarget tons of people there. You also use AI and team to take what you shared in your long form content and turn that into an email. The good news is that you can easily share the whole molecule of value in your email, right? So you can either take what you said in the whole video and turn it into an essay for an email newsletter, or the other option is that you can have AI or a team member write a short essay or a teaser that convinces people why they should consume your video or your podcast episode. Okay? But either way, you are not doing this. You got a business to run. So at this point, you're showing up regularly on social media, which by the way, also tells people to go consume your long form content. You're showing up regularly on email sending valuable emails, which also tells people to go consume your long form content. Because these things are good. Your audience is growing thanks to the YouTube algorithm. Your audience is also growing thanks to your social media algorithm, Instagram, TikTok, whichever one you decide, and I recommend you just pick one to really focus on once this is happening, you're getting algorithmic audience growth, then this is where you make money. This is where you monetize. Now, if you're the right person for this video, if you're a coach, a consultant, an agency owner, online service provider, mastermind owner, course creator, whatever it is, you've got a sales funnel, right? So you've got either a call funnel, an application funnel, maybe an Instagram DM funnel, a webinar, whatever it is, but this is your sales funnel. You have all three of these things sending people into your sales funnel via CTAs like this. If this is all making sense to you so far, and you are a coach, a consultant, an agency owner, a mastermind owner, or anybody with an Online business gotta be online, not brick and mortar. And you want me and my team to not only build out this system for you, but handle the production. Then go ahead and click the link in the show notes and we can set a time and I can walk you through what that would look like. Please note that this is only for businesses that are doing at least minimum 10k per month in revenue, ideally 25k per month in revenue. If you're before that, please don't book a time. It's probably not a good fit to bring us in. You can build this out on your own. If you are above that, you don't have time to build this out on your own. So click the link below and I'll build it out for you. So you take all of the content that you make, you put a CTA somewhere within it. In a long form, it can be in the middle like I just did. In short form, it can be like link in bio, you can like post once out of every 10 videos, tells People to go through the sales funnel and email. Every email you send should have a CTA to the sales funnel. Now, hopefully you already have a sales funnel. If you don't, you should do that before you do all this. But at this point now you've got a sales funnel that hopefully is proven, that closes deals. You are inputting 20 to 60 minutes a week into your long form content, which is driving algorithmic lead flow on your short form platform and your long form platform. It's getting you emails by CTA lead magnets. And now the machine is in flight, the kite is in the air. Okay, all this is built. You focus on this. It drives short form, it drives email, short form and long form. Get emails onto your email list. Your email list gets people to book a call, gets people to buy your stuff. And now it's make long form content, close deals. Now for CEOs that I work with who have already started with content creation, but it's not there yet. This system usually takes about 8 to 12 weeks to build and then it's in flights. So like anything in your business, it does take some time to build the machine, but it doesn't have to take that much longer than you think because a lot of this stuff you're doing already, it's just disjointed and slightly incorrect. So my hope for you is that after seeing what this could look like, you can build this for yourself and you can pull each individual piece of your content ecosystem better together and better integrate them in terms of how you create the content and better integrate them in terms of how people consume your content. So I don't want anybody consuming a YouTube video of yours without the chance to get on your email list, and I don't want anybody reading an email of yours without the chance to watch a YouTube video or get into your sales funnel, et cetera, et cetera. So hopefully this made sense to you. Hopefully this was helpful. If you have any questions about this, please put it in the comments if you're on YouTube or Spotify. And my hope is that this gets you one step closer to building a thriving content business that is super profitable and gets you what you wanted when you launched the business in the first place. I have two things for you before I let you go. Number one, real quick, if you've ever gotten any value from the show, please, if you haven't yet, leave us a five star review. I get a notification every single time reviews come through and they almost always make my day. So please, please, I would love to hear from you. It really, really helps us. And then the second thing is, if you are a podcaster who needs help with production, if you are struggling with all the time it takes to make these things and you haven't yet, definitely set up a conversation with Podcast Boutique. They are the team that I've been working with for five, six years. They're my most trusted production agency and recently they added an incredible service that you're going to want to hear about. They call it Record and Forget. I've been using it for months. It is amazing. You just record your episode and send it to them. They do the content editing for you. They create titles, show notes, they can make it into an amazing YouTube video clips and of course high value production. So the content editing piece is the thing that I know people have been asking for for a long time. It is unbelievably good. All I do is record. I send it off to them, they handle the rest. And by the way, they're also closely in lockstep with me. So anytime I discover something that is working to grow and monetize a podcast, I immediately share it with them. We work to implement it with my show and then they implement it with the other shows that they work on. So if you're spending time yourself doing any of the editing or post production, or if your current post production team isn't cutting it, maybe they're an internal team that doesn't know what they're doing or they're an external team that's either too expensive or does not keep their promises, which is very common. Check out Podcast Boutique. You can go to podcastboutique.com, let them know that I sent you. All right, I'll see you in the next episode.
