Hey there. Today is going to be a little different. We're going to talk about your fully booked era inside the LocalPreneur Academy and what that looks like. It's what you are currently believing about those things. Your thoughts affect how you feel. How you feel determines how you show up every day. How you show up creates your results. If getting fully booked has felt like it's going to take years or it may never happen, or it only happens to other people, I want you to really hear me. You have more control than you think. You can build local demand quickly. Getting fully booked in a year or less is possible. And if you can take just one belief from this week, I want it to be this. I can become the fully booked local, go to person in my city, starting exactly where I am today. Hold that. Like, when you start believing differently, you start showing up differently and your results will follow. But you have to believe that you are becoming the business owner who is fully booked, who is well known. You have to hold the belief that it is inevitable if you keep going while you're marketing, while you're learning, while you're developing your marketing skill sets. So how do you actually do this? Like, how do you just believe and then get better results? Well, belief creates commitment, commitment to a result. And commitment drives action. You learn the skills you need, you go out and meet people, you market, you stay consistent, you adjust, you tweak and you make it better. You're committed to the results of getting fully booked and you improve along the way. So it's not about just believing hard, but believing leads to action. You're going to get clearer on the value of what you do and how you talk about it and why people should work with you. Specifically, you're going to stop saying like, I don't know how to talk about what I offer, or I don't know how to make people want this, or I don't know how to make people want to pay this or I don't know how, how to make people see the value in what I do. You're also going to get really clear on how to reach your local people. This is the second skill set using what I call the local client filter. So you're going to figure out who your best clients are and where they are either online or offline or both. And you're going to really solidify the places that you want to constrain down and commit to marketing. So you're going to have a local marketing plan that feels like a checklist that you can just show up and follow every single day or every single week to get in front of those people and be more visible. Your local marketing plan is designed to take the guesswork out of what you should be doing every single day. It stops you from jumping from thing to thing. Like you become the person who sticks with your plan and then who can troubleshoot what you're doing and then get better results from what you're doing month after month. The third core skill set you're learn that you're going to learn is how to grow your local audience. So you're going to implement my 100 local follower system. So this is my process to help you grow your audience by at least a hundred new local people every single month so you never have to question again, where's my next lead coming from? There's always new people in the pipeline, in the audience. The fourth thing you're going to learn is how to create content that builds local demand using my eight local go to content pillars. Now, these are not templates. Again, I don't want you sounding just like everyone else out there. It's categories. It's the categories of content that you need to be cycling through that's really going to set you apart as that local go to person and that's going to convert your audience from followers into clients. Because it's not about posting just to post or it's not about following a random trend. It's about connecting and telling your people how you help them and positioning yourself as that local solution and getting them to take action today. So the last skill set you're going to master is selling. So you'll learn how to confidently invite people to work with you in a way that feels natural and not salesy, not spammy, not pushy. So you can start bringing in clients consistently. Selling will start feeling like a service. And for some of you, selling might even start feeling fun. So those are the five core skill Sets that you need to get fully booked locally. So you need to know how to stand out locally as that top choice person, how to reach more people in your city, how to grow your local following, how to create content that builds demand and creates desire. And then you need to know how to sell. So by the time you've gone through these steps, you're not just doing more marketing, you're actually developing the skill sets that get you fully booked. So this is what makes the things that you're already doing work better. So it's like I'm already posting on Instagram, so now we're going to make it work better. I'm already putting out email newsletters. Now we're going to make it work better. I'm already going to networking events and meeting people. Now we're going to make it work better. So you're developing the skill sets within what you're already doing. These are just some typical ones that I usually get. One of the main ones I get is how long is it gonna to go through the program? And what I like to tell people is I don't want you to consider the academy a program with a finish line. I want you to consider that joining the LocalPreneur Academy is just your ongoing mentorship and support system. Like you're gonna be marketing forever. There's no finish line with marketing. Like we just keep getting better and better. You're so you're going to have me just forever within that. So to help you reach like whatever your next goal is, you're always going to want feedback. You're always going to have a next thing that you're working on or working through a new limiting belief that comes up. So this is just like a let's get you in and I'm taken care of type thing. However, to answer your question, to consume the actual content like the trainings inside, some people come in and they binge them all in a weekend. Some people like to go module by module, like week by week. Some people like to come in and master like one thing at a time. Like, they're like, I'm only going to focus on growing my local following, so I'm going to do that for like the whole month, like 30 days. It truly is tailored to you and, and what you need in the moment to get better results. And I'm not about homework for the sake of homework. Your homework is implementing your local marketing plan. Like the real stuff that you need to be doing to get more visibility, to get more people to know about your business, to bring in clients. We're not just doing worksheets or fun little chatgpt prompts for the sake of doing it. That could just be slowing us down. So another flavor of that question is how much time should I commit a week to really get the results. And again, it's not about your commitment to the program. It's about your commitment to your own business and the results that you are creating. People tell me often that they want to join, but they want to wait until they can contribute, can commit. And I don't want your commitment to be to me or the program. I want your commitment to be to your business and to be to your audience and to be to getting fully booked. And for that to happen right now, like not later, when it's more convenient, because we know it will never be more convenient in the program. The coaching, the trainings, the mentorship, the feedback, that is what helps you to be able to get results now in whatever season of life you are in. I have people who join, who are in the middle of big moves across the country, who are becoming new moms, who are having more babies, who are working full time jobs and it's because they know their business and their results are happening now. So they might as well find a way to move the needle now and grow their business now and get better results now because they don't want to be stuck in the same place six months from now. They know that is the scariest place to be so they make progress in the time chunks that they do have. They ask for coaching or they ask for feedback in the in between or they watch a 10 minute video or they listen to a replay when they're in their car. If you have 10 minutes a week, we can make significant progress in your business. We can make sure you're getting what you need from the academy and then spending your time actually implementing and getting results, not just spending all your time like in a program watching videos. I always say, I'm going to say it again, your business is happening now. So let's make it work better now. And I don't want you to delay that. Okay, so final question is, what if I am just starting my business? Will this work for me? Absolutely. I always say there are three best times to join. Number one, when you are just starting out, you can come in, you can learn how to do everything right from the get go. I put right in air quotes but you can learn how to do everything from the get go. It to me it's the best time to join. Like you don't have to spend months or years alone trying to figure it out. And all the trial and error alone and all the second guessing and all the overwhelm, the confusion, the spinning, you are going to save yourself so much time and make progress so much faster. Like you're literally putting yourself on the fast track. The second best time to join is if you have been in business for a while, maybe you've been in business for a year, a few years, and your growth has plateaued, or maybe you've even gone backwards or you're just not growing at the rate you want. And also I get the real fear of not making the revenue that you want right now and investing on top of that. But at the same time, if you don't try new things in your business, nothing is going to change. This is the time that you need the most support. Like we have to get in your business and figure out what's going on. Like we want to get really specific. And you've got to invest in a program and a coach and a mentor to help you problem solve and stay out of all the overwhelm, all the confusion, all the defeat that's probably happening right now. And it's going to be very uncomfortable, it's going to be scary, it's not going to feel super fun. But this to me is the most important time to invest. You've got to be willing to put your money in and know that you're not doing it just for this year or even next year. You're doing it because you want to know how to make money for the rest of the your career. To me, this is the most powerful time for you to invest and to be the person who takes control. So the third best time to come in is if you have been seeing a lot of success in your business, you are growing, now's the time to also join. It's actually to me the easiest time to invest when you have that extra income coming in. But, but we want to get really clear on what you're doing now that is working really well. So we can keep doing those things and make them work even better and systematize those. And like this is where just some growing pains tend to happen. Like you might want to start raising your prices, possibly adding new offers, restructuring things. You may start dealing with a lot more people, you might have a lot more visibility and you're going to want to give your support, yourself support through all of that from someone who has experienced all of it and dealt with all of it. So here's what I want to leave you with today. You know your beliefs drive your action and create your results. It can be simple. When you have the right mindset and you constrain down to the right actions, fully booked is more than possible. So the question is just where do you want to be six months from now? Where do you want to be a year from now at the end of 2026? Because what I know is if you keep trying to do all the things or if you keep staying stuck in the same thought patterns, in the same beliefs, in the same confusion, the same overwhelm, another six months, another 12 months are going to pass and you will still find yourself in the same spot. And again, that's a very scary place to be.
