So stay tuned to that next week and come back. But this episode today is a little bit more time sensitive, so I wanted to record it and get it out for you. If you're listening to this when it comes out, it is the week of Thanksgiving here in the us it's the week of Black Friday. Next week is Cyber Week. There's just a lot going on. So I wanted to get this out for you because I know that you're planning for next year. You are trying to wrap up this year, you're reflecting on this year. You're thinking about how you can continue to grow your business bigger next year. I'm going to give it to you in the fastest, most concise way over one week. So in other words, I'm going to put you on the fast track. A lot of people come to me and say leslie, I want to join the local premier academy but I don't have a lot of time so I need to wait and join later when I can 100% commit. This is what I hear so often. I need to wait until I can go all in or until I have time to watch all the trainings or come to all the calls. And I just want you to know that first off there is no such thing there. Like this is just very perfectionistic, all or nothing thinking there will never likely be a time that you can go all in. I'm using air quotes. There will always be other things like full time jobs, kids, clients, travel, other people and things needing your attention. But like I said, your business is running now, your results are happening now. So I want you to have the opportunity to get the biggest results now with whatever circumstances you currently have. So I always tell people anyway, I'm like if you have 10 minutes a week, like you can grow your business, 10 minutes of focused attention in the right place can change the trajectory of where you're going. And I say 10 minutes because 10 minutes is the average length of a video training inside of your members portal inside the local Preneur Academy. Or you could take 10 minutes and come and post something inside our private community and get coaching or get questions answered or get brainstorming or get feedback. You, you could even post your marketing like your emails, your Instagram, social media posts and ask for my feedback or the community's feedback. We can brainstorm together in 10 minutes. You could listen to part of a coaching call replay in 10 minutes and get a get in a totally different energy just to move forward in your day. Like you can attend a coaching call and get coached in 10 minutes and move forward in your day and create a totally different result for yourself. There's just so much that you can actually do in 10 minutes now ideally and Likely you do have a little bit more time, but 10 minutes is the minimum is what I tell everyone. I just don't want you to be thinking that you need to wait until a better, less busy time where you're going to have all this free time. I just don't think that exists. And that's also why the local Preneur Academy is lifetime access. This isn't a program that you lose access to after 12 weeks or 6 months. You are in for life. So you can take your time, you can come in and out as needed. You can use the program, the material, and me in our community as needed. It is definitely not intended to be something that is like required of you to show up full time. That's my job. It's my job to show up full time for you. So I want you to come in and take from the program, not it take from you. I also know there are just different types of students that come into my program. Like I have people who come in and binge everything immediately. I have people come in and don't go through anything. They only show up into our private community and just ask for like my feedback on things. Or they just show up to calls and ask questions or get coaching which totally works. Then a lot of people take their time working through the materials, the five step process that I teach and maybe they do like one module a week or something. Like there is no right way. Some people have full time jobs, some people are busy working with clients, some have all day to just focus on their business and we have everything in between. So what I wanted to do with Fast Track Weekend is I wanted to take for everyone the most essential things that you needed to start getting results. Like more local followers, more visibility, more engagement, more clients and more revenue in the fastest way possible without you even having to start the program. Like without you even having to log in and watch the very first video. So with Fast Track Week, I am going to teach my five step local go to process over five days. In one hour a day, I'm pulling out the most essential things that you need to know. So for my new students coming in, you get it all in the fastest way possible and can just get started implementing immediately. For my students who have been in the program for a while, this is going to be just a great reset and a planning opportunity for the new year. And even if you can't Attend live. The daily replays will be available and you can watch those in your members portal or listen to them on the private podcast. And we're doing this early enough in the, in December that ideally you know, you still have time to to watch it before the end of the year. Okay. So over the five days in Fast track week, I'm walking you through my five step process. So on day one you will learn how to stand out locally. So I'm going to teach you how to stand out as that local go to person. We're going to identify all the ways that you bring something 100% unique to your city and I'm going to teach you my process for you to continue to find different ways that you bring something 100% unique to your city or even create ways that don't exist now. And then I'm going to teach you how to market those things so that people want to work with you and you only. And then I'm going to teach you how to think, feel and show up every single day in your business as that local go to person. This is how you become that top choice. That's just on day one. Then on day two, you're going to learn how to reach more people who live in your city. So on the second day we're going to create your local marketing plan and it's going to be totally customized to you. We're going to workshop it on this day. So you're going to know the exact things that you're going to do. You for the first six months of 2025 to market yourself online or offline or a combination of both. It's going to be totally personalized to you. So having your marketing plan is what's going to stop you from saying I don't know what to do every day in your business. You're going to be so crystal clear and it's going to be a checklist like it's going to be extremely actionable. If you know me, I'm a very step by step kind of girl. So you're going to know exactly where you're showing up, how often you're showing up, the frequency, everything. And we're going to make sure that you are a 10 out of 10 confidence level in its effectiveness to reach a revenue goal for 2025. Then on day three, you're going to learn how to grow your local following. So I teach a nine step process inside the local preneur academy, the 100 local follower system. And it is designed so that you can grow your social media following by at least 100 new local people a month. So I teach this system in module three inside the program. But you're going to learn it like all nine steps on day three of Fast Track Week. So I'm going to teach you the steps so you're going to know exactly what to do. So this means that you could have a hundred followers, new followers by the end of the year, and then you know how to do it over and over again. So by January, like, you're just ready to go. And this is just a system that you repeat every month in your business and you get faster and faster. I know for so many of you that you just need more people to know about you, more people to sell to, more people to make offers to, more people to know about your business. And the way I teach you in my next 100 local follower system brings in at least 100 new followers a month, but also it increases your business visibility by at least 1,000 people each month. And this increases word of mouth, it increases you being in the top of people's minds. It increases sales. It's so much more than just getting a hundred new followers. But followers are great too, because that's more people to be seeing your content regularly and more people to be selling and making offers too. So we're just really going to amp up your visibility. Okay, on day four, you're going to learn how to create local go to content. I teach eight very specific content pillars inside the LocalPreneur Academy. And by pillars, I mean categories of content that you can cycle through that really set you apart as that local go to. And this is so important because so many business owners are creating content that is just like everyone else in their industry. They're not really differentiating themselves, they're not really selling themselves or the value of what they offer. And this is really what these local go to content pillars fix. And it is so much easier because you can just cycle through them every month. You don't have to think about what am I going to post today. You know that you're just going to go through your pillars. So I'm going to teach you the pillars on day four and I'm going to give you lots of examples so you can just immediately start brainstorming and creating content and have that ready for the new year and even like right now, before the year's over. But we're going to take it a step further and create your content calendar. I want you to be really clear on when you're posting where you're posting, what you're posting and when so many people come to me struggling with consistency and keeping up with social media. So we're just going to solve for that. We're going to make sure that your current calendar is really doable and manageable for you. We just want to make sure that you leave fast track week super clear on what you're doing Moving forward in 2025 to grow your following and bring in more clients and that it is all very actionable. All right, on day five, you're going to learn how to generate more sales. So this is the final day and I'm going to teach you my five part sales formula. I know people get so in their heads when they are trying to make offers and really talk about their services. And I'm just going to make it super simple with this formula. Again, I want to make everything as actionable as I can for you. And everyone tells me this formula changes everything for them. People have told me that they hated social media before I taught them this sales formula or that they always felt sleazy or salesy before they learned the formula. And now they're literally just showing up talking about their clients problems and how they can help them. And it feels so easy. They feel in service and they're just telling their people how they can help them. But it's in such a clear, detailed way that it truly converts into more clients because your clients see you as the local solution. And that's the real purpose of this formula, to position you as that local solution. So I'm going to teach you that on day five when we talk about selling. So we're going to cover a lot over five days. I was like, if I could just give them like the Cliffs, the Cliffs Notes version to get them the biggest results, what would it be? And this is it. It's five days of the five step local go to process. So you're going to learn how to stand out locally, reach more people in your city, grow your following, create local, go to content and sell in just five days.
