My mission for whoever's listening to this podcast is that you find ways to empower yourself, attract the life you desire, and feel supported. So five tips to reset your mornings and step into a positive, abundant life it starts with you in the morning. Set your intention for the mornings. No distraction. No grabbing your phone. The first thing you do when you wake up in the morning, spend five to ten minutes in stillness. Even before you start your Habits of a Goddess meditation. Your Habits of a Goddess podcast. Even before you tune in, spend five to 10 minutes just in quietness. And as you are spending that time with yourself, set an intention for the day. And this could look like something as setting an affirmation for the day. Like today I radiate peace and attract abundance. Let this be your emotional anchor. Let this be the emotion that you embody throughout the whole day. Let me Repeat that. Spending five to 10 minutes in stillness, just quiet in your mind. And you can set your intention for the day with starting with an affirmation that you can just think about. You don't have to repeat it or you can say it out loud, but just you're thinking about this affirmation you're feeling that you're embodying it. Today I radiate peace and attract abundance. Like let this be your emotional anchor. And you can also visual visualize your dream life. Like look at your vision board or your vision your goals for the new month. And you can visualize yourself attracting every single thing that you put on that vision board, every single thing that you've written down in your journal, your goals. Use that five to 10 minutes of just laying in bed and thinking about like literally fantasizing about your goals and achieving your goals in life. And then you can start your meditation. You can start your Habits of a Goddess podcast. But I love to do this because sometimes it's so easy to grab your phone and when you're grabbing your phone, you're looking at text messages or phone calls or emails or social media notification. And it's so easy to start scrolling. It's so easy to get into that pattern. And you want to reset your mornings. You want. You don't want to go into old habits in the morning. And the whole purpose of resetting your mornings is to start attracting more abundance in your life, to start on a positive note, to change a pattern that you've been occurring over and over. So start with the intention and have your phone out of the way. Your phone is a distraction. So. So the less screen time early in the morning when you soon wake up, the better. You're off. So start with that. Number two is to move your body like it's worship goddess. I want you to move your body. I want you to stretch, dance or do yoga or at home Pilates. I have been doing at home Pilates, like every single day. And I'm obsessed. I. It's my new favorite thing. I used to go to a Pilates class and it was almost hard for me to get into class because I feel like everyone was just booking all the classes, the time frame that I really wanted to go. And I was like, you know what? I'm just gonna buy this cute pink little stopper. I've been posting it on my Instagram. If you follow me on my Instagram, my personal page, you've probably seen it. I will post it on the Habits of Goddess page so you guys can see it too as well. I actually do have a cute workout video, but I've been doing at home Pilates for a few weeks because it's been almost impossible for me to book a Pilates class. And I like to improvise. I like to switch it up sometimes. So my morning reset, instead of just being frustrated not being able to book a Pilates class or was to have Pilates at home. And I encourage you to reset your body, your exercise, whatever you've been doing, have like a reset and try something new, try something different. For me, it has been working out more at home, but with different workout tools. I love the Pilates ring. It's my new favorite Pilates tool to use along with the Pink Stepper that helps me count how many steps that I'm getting in for the day, which I absolutely love too. But I really want to encourage you to find what feels natural to you. This could be dancing, this could be stretching, but I want you to move your body. Movement, first thing signals your body that you're alive. You're powerful and sacred. It also boosts your endorphins for positivity. I know when I move my body I feel this rush of endorphins and I feel really good about myself. And I also notice a change in my body. Like yes, I move my body cuz I want to look good, you know, summer's around the corner and I want to look sexy and cute in this cute little yellow micro bikini that I got. And my birthday is in the summer so I want to look my best when my birthday comes up, right? And I feel like when you move your body and you set your mornings with intentions. I personally love morning workouts, but if you like to work on the evening, you can totally do this too in the evening. Just moving your body, moving your body with so much positivity. Like think of it in a positive way of like, I'm moving my body because I love my body, I worship my body, I take care of my body. I. I adore my body. Every stage that it's in, I adore my body. Think of that when you are moving your body. Movement is so important. Movement is so important. Create a playlist of songs that puts you in the energy of just movement. Think of some songs that really resonate with you. Think of some songs that makes you feel like a goddess. Songs that makes you want to dance to another tip too. I love these like one to three pound wrist weights that I put on. And I like moving around the house. It makes it so much easier to tone my arms. But I'm also moving too as well, so that's really important. You don't want to get stiff, you want to stay flexible throughout life. Physical in, mentally stay flexible so you can move through life and flow through life with so much positivity, so much grace. And move like a goddess. Move that body like a goddess. Okay. Dance to your favorite song. While you're getting ready, while you're doing your skin care, while you're doing your makeup, while you're cooking. Move that body. Move like you're already the version of yourself that you want to become. Move that body. Move like you already have your dream body. Move like you're on vacation. Okay. Move your body like you're on vacation. Like think of that like I'm just thinking like some fun ways to like, you know, make sure that we're shipping Mother's day gifts with a rapid fire round of questions.

So number three, nourish your body. Nourish it with high vibe rituals. I have been adding pineapple to my water. I love lemon water and I will forever add lemons to my water. But have you tried just adding pineapple to your water? You know, pineapple is really, really good for you. It's good. It also helps you taste delicious too ladies, you know what I'm saying? But pineapple water has been like my new favorite way to nourish my body, making sure I'm staying hydrated. Because when I'm working out and I move my body, I'm outdoors and a lot of time the sun will drain you this. So if you are like me and you like working outdoors, you need to stay hydrated. You need to make sure that you're drinking plenty of water. So I've been adding pineapple to my water. I've also been slicing up some fresh strawberries, but just making sure that you're nourishing your body with high vibe fruits and vegetables. And you guys know I love my air fryer. I talk about this all the time but I've been cooking in my air fryer and it's so much easier to add some veggies, you know, cook them in the air fryer and have a really, really cute lunch or dinner. It's such a easy go to, you know, way to cook and nourish your body. So prepare your food and drink it slowly with intentions. Like as you're eating, as you're cooking, think of it as like a ritual. Think of as like a self love ritual. When you're cooking, do you enjoy cooking? Does it feel like pleasure or do you feel like this is a like a task or like a checklist? Like you're cooking because you have to eat today. If you're feeling that way, I want you to reframe the way you think about food. I want you to reframe the way you think about cooking. When you cook for yourself, cook for yourself with so much pleasure and love and joy. And if you find that it's hard for you to feel that way, find Recipes that are so easy, that's like you can cook within 10 to 30 minutes time frame and it's so easy for you to prepare. I find that very helpful whenever I'm cooking and I find it very helpful whenever I'm intaking water. I'm making sure that I'm drinking my water or tea, like herbal tea. I'm making sure that it's, you know, it's pretty, it gives me like a high vibe. It makes me want to indulge more into healthy foods. That's going to keep my energy and vibration like up apart.

Best important, goddess is to nourish your body and create like a ritual. When you're nourishing your body, make sure that you feel good as you are doing these things. It shouldn't feel like a, like you have to cook, like you should enjoy it. Number four is which is pretty much what you've guys been doing the whole time is mindset reset with journaling or gratitude. Writing down things that you're grateful for is so important. Sometimes we let things get away and we don't realize like wow, we once prayed for this or we once, you know, have this on the vision board. Like keep track of the things that you are grateful for in life. I think it's really important. It helps you rewire your brain and it helps you look for more good things that are happening to you. Instead of focusing on the negative, you're actually focusing on the positive. And instead of focusing on the problem, you're focusing on the solution in life. So keep a beautiful journal and use it like a manifestation tool. Goddess like this I love to, when I journal, I love to include like affirmations or like just thank you to the universe for manifesting, helping me manifest whatever it is that I want to manifest in life or helping you know me see more clear, having more clarity in my life. Like make sure that you appreciate the life that you have, the life that you're creating. Because there was a time where you probably, you know, you wish for what you have already, whether it's that relationship or that dream job or that brand new car or that new purse, whatever it is, okay. There was a time where you wish you had those things in life. The mindset. Oh my God, your mindset. There was a time that you wish you had a positive mindset. There was probably a time you wish you had a more of abundant mindset. So make sure that you are thinking, you know, writing, you know you're being grateful. You're being grateful for the mindset that you have to change your circumstances to create the life that you desire and to appreciate what's been happening in your life that's keeping you elevated.

Put on the clothes that makes you feel confident. Put on that dress that makes you feel like a goddess. Let me tell you the dress. The number one dress for the summer. I. I'm obsessed. Dress as your higher self. Walk, speak, talk, look, think as your higher self. Like you get to wake up every single day and play dress up. That's how I See it like I love playing dress up. So choose as though your dream life is already happening. So ask yourself each morning, what would the abundant version of me do today? Then do one thing that she would do. What would the abundant version of me wear today? Then wear what the abundant version of you would wear today. So dress and act like your higher self. Goddess. Put yourself on the pedestal. Treat yourself as you are a divine goddess. Put on that lipstick, okay? And go out into the world and show your higher self. Like, show yourself off. I want you to show. Show yourself off. Stop hiding behind clothes that no longer vibrate where you want to go in life. Stop hiding. Stop hiding yourself. I want you to show up in your fullness. Okay? So this is your goal for the rest of the week. For the. For the month. Because today, when you listen to this episode, it will be May the first. I want you to walk and talk like your higher self. I want you to walk and talk like a goddess. I want you to look like a goddess. So how would your higher self look like today? What would you be wearing? How would you smell? How would you carry yourself? When you walk into a room, your mind set needs to match the inside and the outside. Everything that you're wearing is going to reflect how you feel on the inside. So how do you feel? Do you feel like a goddess? I want the outside to match that energy. And if you don't feel like a goddess, go back and try again. Okay? If you don't feel like a goddess, I want you to go back to bed, wake up, reset your morning and try it again. Okay? We are not leaving the house anymore. Not looking like our higher self. Okay? So this is your gentle reminder to dress and act like your higher self. So you can attract abundance into your life. You can attract everything that you desire into your life. Goddess. Remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. I want to leave you with an affirmation that you can repeat throughout the day. Place your hand of your heart and just take a deep breath and breathe. Because when you pour that extra 5, 10, 20 minutes in the mornings for yourself where you fully benefit nobody else but you benefit in the mornings, you will attract opportunities abundance into your life because you spent that extra time for you. You will start the day in a much positive attitude because you took the time to prioritize you goddess. So your mornings are soft when you create softness in the mornings.
