Hi goddesses. So I just got back from having like a solo self care day. I took myself out to have lunch and I brought a book with me, the Let Them Theory book by Mel Robinson. And I started reading it while I was waiting on my food to come to my table. And I was just totally being present, right? And I had this amazing view and I could see like the ocean, I could see boats passing by and that was my view. So I felt like I was in my element, you know. So as I was reading this book, the Let them theory, I started getting like ideals on, like things I want to share and talk about and create for my life and create on here on Habits of a Glass podcast. So after I enjoyed my beautiful lunch, I went out and I just walked around. I was at the breakers. I walked around and just, you know, created some cute content, took pictures and on the way walking back in, I walked into this cute boutique called Guerlain. If you don't know Guerlain, Paris is. They have beautiful makeup, perfume and I was like, you know what, today I want to treat myself to a new lipstick. And I was looking for like a pink lipstick and they have some beautiful shades. I actually have this color On. I don't remember the number of this one, but I'll put it, like, in the comments. Anyway, as I was trying on the lipsticks and trying on the perfume, I got a customizable. I customized this bottle. I put Goddess, and there's this heart right here. I think this is so cute. And then I also got a lipstick case. This is my third one from Guerlain. The lipstick case, like, when you open it as a mirror and I monogram Goddess, and I put the heart there. And then, like, you see the lipstick? Like, how cute is that?

But anyway, while I was customizing and putting Goddess and I was telling, you know, the girls I was working there, like, why I wanted to put Goddess, I was like, I have a podcast called Habits of a Goddess. And I was like, I think these would be great gifting ideas for some of the girls. You know, whenever I have events and stuff or just to give to a girlfriend or whatever. And one of the lady that was working there, she was like. She looked right at me and she was like, oh, my gosh. I was like, what am I doing wrong with my life? And I was like, what do you mean? She was like, she was like, I love what you're doing. I could tell that you're very passionate. I could tell that you love what you're doing. And I'm so intrigued to listen to your podcast. And just, you know, she was very intrigued with what. What I was sharing with her. And I said, well, you know, how long have you been working here? Like, I was like, your makeup is beautiful. Because her makeup was done up. She was wearing Guerlain products. And she, you know, she told me she was just starting there. She was kind of new. And then I asked her, I said, well, you know, you're working with women and you're making them feel a certain way. You're making them feel confident, beautiful. Because when we go into a makeup store and we're trying on makeup and we're having someone, you know, help us to find the right shade, the right color, the. That's a good interaction, at least for me. It's a good feeling. And a lot of times when I need, like a little pick me up day or whatever, I like to go to a makeup counter. And whether I buy something or not, I know that I'm going to feel so much brighter and just happier and just more like in a good mood, good energy. Because it's the interaction that you have with that individual that you are talking to that's helping you find the Right. Color that's educating you on the products that are, you know, new or the services that they provide. And I, you know, shared that with her. Like, hey, what you're doing, you're helping, and you're teaching women to feel more beautiful and confident with these products that you are selling. I said that could be something that you can lean into as a gift of yours. I don't know what your passions are, but I know that if you are a people person, if you're kind and you're educated and something that. Such as makeup, you know, lipsticks, skincare, whatever, to me, that's a talent. That's a gift. And you can build a community out of it. You can build a brand out of it, and you can, you know, monetize your gift. And so I. Ladies, I share this with the goddesses, right? Because I feel like a lot of times when you meet a woman who is confident, who is secure, who is ambitious, who have passion and who's acting on their passion, your eyes light up and you're like.

After my morning workout, I love creating a breakfast that feels nourishing and indulgent. Herobread toasts beautifully. It's soft, fluffy, and surprisingly moist. I love making my avocado toast with this seeded bread. It has pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds for a hearty texture with only 1 gram net carb and 0 gram sugar, 12 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and 60 calories. It's made with olive oil. The texture feels just like a traditional bread without the heaviness. My go to snack with Herobread is dicing up some cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion and cottage cheese. This recipe is so good, so make sure you save it when you're trying. Hero bread.

That's h a b I t s at h e r o dot co fire. But there's something else that comes behind that, and maybe you're comparing yourself, or maybe you are looking down on yourself. I don't want to say she was looking down on herself, but I've been in those shoes before, so I. I'm. I know that feeling. It's like, oh, my God, I need to, like, step it up. I need to, like, do something because I want to change, like, my life. And I love how she is articulating her life. I love how she's articulating her gifts, her passions, and all that. So that interaction I had with the young lady that was at the store, I can tell a light bulb went off in her head. I started asking her, okay, what is your background? Like, what did you do before? And she told me she was, you know, she taught school for 20 years. And she, you know, she was very. She did some other things too, as well. But I wanted her to lean in to what she's already good at. And a lot of times we overlook our gifts. A lot of times we overlook what we're good at because it's second nature to us. It's so easy to us. And for example, I've had women come up to me and say, you, like, you are just radiating, you're just glowing, or, I love the way you're dressed, I love the way you dress, or I love how confident you are to go up to people and just talk to anyone. And I used to, like, think, like, oh, like, that's normal. Like, that's just me. But for somebody else, that might be a challenge. They may not feel as comfortable speaking to a complete stranger, or they may not feel as bold or confident wearing a skirt, a certain dress, or a certain color. Right. They may, you know, feel not as confident speaking out about things that they're passionate about. And so this message is for the woman who is looking at another woman, whether it's in person, online, or a friend you have, and you see that she is happy and radiating in her passion and her gifts, and you want that for yourself. Not particularly exactly what she's doing. You don't have to do the same thing that she's doing. But I want you to find your voice, I want you to find your passion, and I want you to act on it today. Not tomorrow, not, you know, like, I want you to act on it today because I don't want you to go through 2026 looking at other women living bold, living confident, living in their. Their bliss. You deserve to live a beautiful life. You deserve to live a life that is fulfilling to you. But that's going to take time for you to get to know yourself. It's going to take time for you to sit down with yourself, actually, and write out, like, what it is that what are your interests? What is it something that you can do that you probably are already doing. Right. And I want you to start doing that thing, okay, so just take some time to yourself. Like, today was a day for me to have time to just sit with myself. And I love those moments because I don't always need to Be with other people or I don't always need company. Sometimes I need, like a solo date to myself to really figure out, okay, what it is that I want for myself, how do I want to go about it, how do I want to approach it, and how can I start showing up as that person? Right? And we all need that. And sometimes when you meet people who are showing up as that person, such as myself, and the interaction I have with a young lady, it sparks something inside of you. So, goddesses, let me know what it is that you are doing to today to activate your inner goddess. Don't allow another second to go by and you are not activating your inner goddess. Okay, yes, it's nice to be inspired, but I want you to start showing up and activating your inner goddess. And that comes with knowing, knowing what you want and showing up exactly as that person. So that's my story for today. I just thought it was fun, wonderful, and I want to share it with you. And I don't know, she may be listening to this because I shared my podcast and they started following, but I know a lot of times I get inspired when I see another woman that's living in her goddess energy and I'm like, I don't think like, okay, what am I doing wrong? I think like, okay, how can I get to that level? Because I want to be up here. I want to be up here operating in my abundant energy and my happy energy and my peace energy, all that, all that good stuff this year. So let this be your sign. Let this be your gentle reminder to activate your inner goddess. Show up as your higher self. Don't only be inspired, but take action to create the life that you desire. Goddess, don't forget, check out the podcast, have a Simple goddess. There's over 400 episodes guided meditations that you can listen to and continue living in your goddess and energy. See you in the next video. Bye, Goddess.
