Just ties back into what I talk about on here and like who I am just overall. So this event was beautiful. It was in Miami and this was their fourth location in Brickell. So if you're in Miami area, Brickell area and you're looking for a new Pilates studio to go to, they also have addition like a wellness space where you can enjoy the pool amenities or you can enjoy the spa or you can enjoy the steam room. I'm going to insert the video on my vision board. I'm going to insert the picture here or video clip here. I had put that I wanted to to attend more wellness center events such as like a Pilates community event or like a yoga event, something in the wellness space. So I have like this picture of like a bunch of girls, like with their yoga mats, and it's like in this beautiful luxury space. And it looks like they're like in a castle or something, like, you know, taking Pilates. And I wanted that for myself. Like, I put that energy out there and not only did I, you know, have took a picture, I think I got this picture from Pinterest. I took a picture and I put it like in a video clip on Habits of a Goddess social media, but I also started taking a line action with it. So I use class pass to book my workout classes. I love it because I like to travel and while I'm traveling, I like to stay upkeep with my fitness class goals. So it's great if you travel all the time. Class pass is also great if you are not looking to be committed to one studio and pay like whatever fees that studio has some. Because sometimes studio fees can be a little bit more costly than what we're willing to pay. It's just great because it's a subscription. You can sign up and you can add credits and if you run out of credits, you could add more credits. So it's totally, like manageable. And I think it's a really great, inexpensive way to introduce yourself to new fitness studios in the area as you're traveling. Or if you're local and you just want to try a different location, you just want to try a new studio or a different activity. Also, if you want to try the spa too, they have different spas on there too as well. So that's what I use class pass for. So anyway, I found recently, more recently, the last few months, sculpt Pilates. And I have been going to that studio, that location, and I love it. I love it. What attracted me initially was their social media. I saw that they had like an event at Ashton Martin. I think it was like a luxury car dealership. And to me, that like a light bulb went off. I was like, oh, my God, this is what I have been craving. And I've been seeing a little bit more since then on social media, Pilates on the yacht, or Pilates at Porsche, or Pilates like at Ferrari. And I'm like, that is me. Like, I want to be in the, in the room, going to luxury events that's tied with wellness. And I feel like that was just like a perfect fit when I found the new studio that I've been going to to take my P class. So that was on my vision board to attend a wellness community event that is geared around, you know, Pilates and then tied in with some luxury too as well. So after I put that energy out there, I started signing up for classes and started going to that studio and I started posting because that's what I do. I'm a content creator too as well, addition to a podcaster. And I, I started creating a connection with the studio with some of the girls that are instructors with the owner. And I started growing my network. I started expanding outside of not only just being a client of one of theirs at the location, but also reaching and connecting with people that are part of my fitness class. So with that being said, a few months in, I get an invitation to Galentine's Pilates and I was like, oh my God, this is what I have been praying for. This is what I've been wanting. More events that center around what I like, which is health and wellness and fitness and Pilates and luxury and travel. And I just thought it was so perfect. I love the spa. I love going to the spa like I do my weekly spa spa appointments. Whether it's a facial or a massage or just sitting in the sauna room or doing the cold plunge, like, that is me. So when I got the invitation and.

Was like, they just opened up this location and this was something that I wanted to try out. Even though it's a bit of a commute, I wanted to make it a self care day. Like, oh, I could go take Pilates and then I can go enjoy the amenities. I can go to the spa, go to the pool, go to the steam room or get a facial. Because all of this is within the building of Scope Pilates, where their new location location is at. But anyway, so I went and I enjoyed myself. The community that this brand, this location has is amazing. 10 out of 10 over the years I've noticed a lot of studios that I go to for Pilates. It's almost like, you know, you go there, you work out, you may talk to the person next to you, but it doesn't go beyond that. And I have been craving a deeper connection beyond just going to the class and the studio or just saying hi and knowing the teacher. But you don't really know who's in your class because everyone's like they're rushing to get home or they're rushing to go to work or they're rushing to pick up the kids or they're just rushing to get out, right? So if you have been wanting community, this is your sign. If you've been craving community, if you've been craving more feminine energy, more friendships, I encourage you to look further into working out, Pilates or yoga, going to different studios and looking and checking out their social media and seeing do they have wellness events within their own community. And if they do, I encourage you to tap into that community because there's so much, something amazing about not only creating the vision board but also taking aligned action. And that's what I did, goddess. I took aligned action with my goals in life. I was looking for community and I attracted community beyond going to the classes. So that was an amazing event. They had protein, nutrition muffins, they had matcha. They even gave us guns goodie bags that had cute blush. I'm actually wearing some blush today. Unwell Wellness drinks with electrolytes. They also gave us lipstick. They also gave us, you know, just some other goodies, Right. And I love that because it's a great way to promote other brands and to be a part of a amazing ecosystem. Community. So this was great to make friendships. I connected with some other girls that were also influenced by dancers or girls that were just new into Pilates and they had Interest in taking more classes. So this was a really, really great Galentine's Pilates class because I made new friends, I introduced new girls to. To my podcast that were interested in learning more about Habits of a Goddess. It was just overall a success. So this is your sign to tap more into your feminine energy by tapping into communities that's already thriving. Find a community that is centered around the things that you are interested in.

Okay, so if you're interested in Pilates, find a Pilates studio that has a community beyond the actual studio. Like, they're doing things out in the community. They're having workshops. If your interest is into yachts, okay, there's a yacht show that's going on in Miami this week. You know, there's probably a Pilates in a yacht event. So, like, go to different events that interest you and tap into that community so you can feel that you are part of something that's bigger and greater than yourself. It's all about setting your intentions and acting on it and keeping a positive mindset. And that's what this is about. Community. Building up your confidence to do things that are different and to speak to people who may or may not be, you know, just like you. But, like, you're interested, you're open to learning more about the other person. It's also about realizing and positioning yourself when the opportunity presents itself. And that's what I did. So after my Pilates event, I had the Goddess of Ray, and I drove all the way back to Palm beach, and it was amazing. And shout out to tea. Tell truth. Like, this was an amazing collaboration that we had, and I look forward to creating more amazing memories throughout 2026 with habits of a Goddess Community. So, Goddess, today, as you are creating your life and you're setting those intentions of being a part of a community that's already thriving, that's already growing, and has a similar interest of what you desire for yourself. Ask yourself this thing. Am I doing the necessary things in life to achieve my goals? Am I taking steps and actions that look like where I want to go in life? If you are, then you're on the right path, and I'm proud of you. But if you haven't been doing that, and we're in, what, February? So we're in the second month of 2026. This is your sign. This is your sign to find community. This is your sign to be a part of something that's greater than you and to start making those feminine connections, because we need that. Valentine's Day is coming up and if you're in a relationship and you're enjoying your partner and you're excited, I'm so happy for you. But if you are in a relationship and this is something that is not as easy time for you, I want you to lean into your friendships, your feminine friendships. I want you to. I want you to grow your feminine friendships. I want you to nurture them. Reach out to your girlfriend. Valentine's Day is coming up this weekend, and if she's in a relationship, I still want you to reach out to her. You know why you need your Galen times, okay? Don't neglect your friendships. Even if you're in a relationship or if you're single and your other friends are in a relationship, you still need that time to, you know, you still need that feminine friendships. You can thrive and you can have meaning, meaningful connections. And that's important. You know, even though if you're in a relationship or your friends are in a relationship, you still need to create your own identity outside of love.

Because if that person was to not be no longer in my life in a romantic way, I can still thrive in my feminine energy. I can still thrive in my friendships, I can still thrive in my business, I can still thrive in my passions. You know why? Because I've created my own identity. I've created my own identity that supports my interests, that supports my passion and that's what this is all about on Habits of a Goddess. It's about creating the life that you desire, stepping into your feminine energy and leaning on your friendships, your feminine friendships. When you need that support. And even when things are going great, still lean into those friendships. Because throughout life we all go through things, right? We all have moments where maybe we lost loved ones and you need that support, or maybe you're changing career path and you need that support, or maybe you're resetting your life and you need that support. So creating your own identity outside of friendships, so creating your own identity outside of romantic partners is so important. And this past weekend was like a reminder, like still have your own thing going on for yourself, you know, galentimes Valentine's. It's perfect for just resetting of what you view and friendships and a romantic partner. And you can start moving and navigating in a different energy and your more playful feminine energy. So as we are setting the rest of the month, February is like the month of love. February is the month of like recentering of what you view as love. For me, your love, your self. Love is so important. Pouring into yourself, giving yourself grace, giving yourself compassion, giving yourself pleasure. Like that's so important. So think about your love that you have for yourself. Think about the cup that you're filling up. Does this support you in other areas of your life? If it does, then girl, you are already there. But. But if you're realizing that you haven't been pouring into yourself as much, maybe you've been neglecting this area of your life, your love life, then I want you to start focusing on how you can create more love into your life.
