This past week I've had so many new connections through pickleball and I talk about it a little bit on the podcast about creating different habits, different passions and putting yourself out there. Not only energetically, but just really putting yourself out there to attract elevated friends and new rooms. So when you want to level up your life, you want to upgrade your circle, I like to start with my health and wellness because that is something that I'm passionate about. That is something that I just do for myself, not for anybody else, but for myself. I love Pilates. I love going on nice hot girl walks. I've been enjoying pickleball, learning something new. I even went horseback riding recently. I'm going to insert some clips here of my past week, the different adventures that I have been doing. And I even tried a belly dancing class which was so fun and new and different for me and it was amazing. So I've been getting a lot of comments on how do you attract these women in your life? How do you attract elevated circles? How do you attract people that are just in alignment where you see your higher self? And I'm going to teach you how in this very episode. When we are playing pickleball, for example, I learned to play with different women on the team. Different women in our group chat. And I won every week. We have like the goddess court. So like one side you have to like rotate. If you don't win the point, the other side you get to main in your goddess side because you're the winner. And the past two or three weeks that I've been playing, I've been maintaining that goddess status and winning, which has been so fun. It's like a friendly competition within the group of ladies that I play with. But it's been so fun. And I've been playing with different women. That is important because in life, you're going to meet different women throughout life. Different women that are different levels, different chapters and season of your life. And a lot of times we want to connect with women that we see higher.

Maybe they have this or this energy, something about themselves. They have different. You want. Maybe the way they speak, maybe they. The way. The way they communicate. Maybe they're a great communicator. They know how to speak authentically and they know how to speak directly and command attention. And their goddess energy. They know how to own the room. Own and off the courts too as well. Women like that. I love to surround myself around because I can learn from those women. Your confidence goes a long way when you want to elevate your circle of friends. Because you have to have the confidence to go up to someone completely new, someone completely different and express like, hey, I love what you're doing. I see you, and I want to be a part of your movement, whatever that looks like Goddess. A lot of times we see another woman's glow and we want to know what is it that she does that's giving her that glow. And that energy and confidence is number one. But also two, she is open and surrounded around other elevated women in her life. And this plays a part in knowing who you are, knowing what you want out of life, and going towards that in life. Stay elevated and you want to put yourself in the right rooms. Try something new this week Goddess. Try something new coming up this week that is going to put you in those spaces. I always told my girlfriends an easy way to tap into a community that's already thriving, a community that's disciplined, that is focused on like, you know, like their. Their self is the wellness community. So find someone in the wellness community that you can level up with, that you can be a part of on the wellness journey and you can take that and apply that to all areas of your life. It's up to you and how you choose the friends that you want to do life with on this beautiful personal development journey. I like to surround myself around women who have other things Going on outside of the original environment where I met them at. So pickleball is a great environment. You're getting your activity in, your workout in. You're learning to play and mingle with other women. But guess what? Where are you going beyond the courts? That's what matters. So start planting seeds in your life and potential friendships. That's going to help elevate you in other rooms that you see yourself in. So some of the women, they're entrepreneurs, they're successful, successful in their own rights. They are either mothers, wives, stay at home, or they have their own career. And these women, I like to say they all have something unique about themselves, right? And different tiers of their life. And I like to keep my mind set in the learning and open because you never know what you can learn from each individual. Never close yourself off, never be the

Always be willing and open to grow and evolve in any room that you're in. If you want to upgrade your circle, it starts with you. It starts with upgrading your mindset. It starts with putting forth, like, that attitude of like, okay, I see the strength that this woman possess, and I know that her strength is contagious. I know if I'm going to surround myself around women that is confident, that is sincere, that has compassion, that has goals, they love to give back. Maybe they're involved in charity work, right? Or they have, like, their own business, or maybe they're a nurturer. They're really good at nurturing, you know, themselves and people, their community, their family. Those are assets, those are qualities that you see in that individual that is upgrading your circle. Maybe you're familiar with how a woman distress, like how she carries herself, how she styles her clothes, how she does her hair, her makeup. And you love how she makes herself even more attractive. That is elevating and upgrading your circle because you are surrounding yourself around women who care about their physical appearances. I love to surround myself around other women who really put forth an effort, not only in their inner beauty, but, but their outer beauty as well. Yes, inner beauty is important, but outer beauty is just as important too, as well. So make sure you are elevating your circle of friends with women who are caring about both, not just one, but both inner beauty and outer beauty. So as a goddess, elevating your circle of friends, it requires you to be intentional where you're meeting these women. Okay, Pickleball, Pilates class. I even went to the international, the Palm Beach International Boat Show. And it's mostly men, but guess what? There are a few women that are there too as well. And that's a great way to meet and mix and mingle with other elevated, like minded individuals too. So be intentional in the environment where you're going in life and open yourself up, walk up to that woman, start a conversation, you know, find something in common where you can, you know, have like that playful energy. It's not where you're like interrogating, you're trying to get, you know, down details of a person, but you're opening yourself up and that person is feeling open to, you know, interact and connect with you on that level. So, goddesses, I challenge you this week coming up to place yourself in a new environment that is going to require you to, to elevate your circle. Okay. I challenge you to put yourself in a new environment that requires you to speak and go up to someone new that you haven't recently maybe had a chance to talk to. So challenge you to do something that is going to require you to get out of your shell, get out of your comfort zone. You can be in a room with a hundred women, but if you don't talk, if you don't speak, if you don't carry yourself with confidence and own that you want to be elevated with other women that are already elevated, it doesn't matter what you say or do. If you don't believe that you're worthy of being in those rooms and if you don't believe that you're worthy of those divine connections, it doesn't matter. So I want you to put yourself in new environments coming up this week and start speaking boldly what it is that you want to elevate in your life. Okay. You want to elevate your friendships. Start with you. Another way to stay elevated and spaces. Even when you're looking around, you're like, I don't feel like I belong here. Yes, you do. If you're in those rooms, you definitely belong. Okay. Something within you feel ready to be in those rooms. Something within you feels ready to have elevated friends. Okay? As you are getting to know new people on your journey of upgrading your soul circle of friends and staying elevated, I want you to be an active listener. I want you to actively listen to the other person and don't over talk. A lot of times we get so excited and we want to like over spill the beans about ourselves, about, you know, our goals, what we want out of life. I want you to be an active listener to those that are. You are seeking friendships in. Okay, you, you are seeking to be in an elevated circle of friends. I want you to be an active listener because a lot of times we want something from the other person, right? And a lot of times they, they will tell you what they are looking forward in a potential friendship. You know, maybe they're just looking for a workout partner. Maybe they're just looking for a person to play powwow with. Maybe they're just looking for a person to go to events. A lot of times I have girlfriends and they're like, oh my God, I don't have anyone to go to events with because everyone has like their own lives. Maybe they have kids, maybe they have business or job. And it's like their schedule doesn't align with that person's schedule. Sometimes people come into our life in different seasons. So be an active listener of what that other person is looking for in their lives. When you want to be in a circle that's already elevated, they're not always looking for something from you that's tangible. It's about your character. It's about the quality person that you are. So work on that.

So when you are in those spaces, a lot of times you don't have to lead with the materials. You don't have to leave with the tangibles. You can just lead with your feminine energy. You can just leave with your goddess energy. So as a goddess, when you want to be in those rooms that are already elevated, lead with that energy. Lead with that energy that is confident, sincere, that knows what you want out of life, and that you also have this playful energy to know that you know what, I'm okay if I'm in this room and this room is already elevated. The friends are already. There's already the group of circle of friends that's already together. I know that I'm stepping into something that is new for me. I want you to be ready when it's your turn, I want you to be ready to walk into those rooms, walk into those circles of friends that's already established and offer the value that you already have within yourself, Goddess. And that value is your energy. That is something that cannot be duplicated. That is something that you just naturally have, okay? So you don't have to pretend to be someone who you're not. You are operating from a place of knowing. You're operating from a place of. I have this energy that is playful, that is desirable, and, and that other people want to be around because it's good energy. You're a happy person, okay? You don't have to have the biggest bank account in the room. But if you're just a happy, sincere person, other people want to be around that you can be happy in your health and wellness life. You know, if you're working out, a lot of people take are attracted to that. A lot of people are attracted to people who are fit, people who are like, you know, they work out and they see the definition in your arms and they want to know what is your workout routine. Okay? You're building, you're adding to your elevated circle of friends. Because when you are focused on your health and wellness. Other people are going to be attracted to you and attracted to that too. When you're focused on your. Your. Your self love and how you pour into yourself, other women are going to be attracted to that. When you're focusing on your business or your career, other people are going to be attracted to that because it shows that you have this vision for yourself and it brings you joy. You're not doing it because you need to. You're doing it because you enjoy it. So focus on your passions. Focus on what brings you joy and happiness and fulfillment. And when you get to those spaces that's already elevated, you show up as this beautiful divine goddess that you already are. The rooms are there. They're waiting for you. Your circle is already elevated. You just have to own it. Don't be afraid to let go of people who no longer serve any purpose in your life. And you don't have to make this big announcement, okay? When you want to enter into a room that's already elevated, the energy is required. The energy of peace, the energy of contentment, the energy of happiness, the energy of playfulness, the energy of abundance. Have an abundant mind. A lot of times these women who I meet, they have an abundant life. Their schedules are fulfilled. They are doing things that they want to do. They get to pick and choose how they want to start their day, how they want to end their day. And they have a fulfilling life. So make sure that your life is very so good.

I've never took a belly dancing class before and let me just tell you, this is actually harder than it looks. I'm going to be practicing, but I enjoyed my day.
