Episode we will be talking about Energy Audit. Who and what deserves your effort this month. Also, if you're enjoying the podcast, don't forget to give Habits of a Goddess Podcast a five star review on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. I love reading the reviews you guys leave. It means the world to me. See how truly the podcast has made a positive impact in your life and when you leave a review, it helps other goddesses discover the podcasts too. Earlier this week I made a TikTok video on realigning your energy. Don't complain, realign your energy. And this resonated with a lot of you guys and I thought this would be very fitting for today's episode. Because when you are in the energy of complaining, you're not able to see a solution to your problem and you're not able to redirect your energy and put it back onto you. That's going to serve you. So complaining doesn't serve you. And your energy is currency. And if you're not spending it wisely, you're not broke, you're drained. And that's a choice we are not making anymore. This is the month of August, so this is your wake up call. Let's reclaim your energy, refocus your energy and stop wasting time on what's not serving you. Goddess. So let's get into it. Your energy is your currency and wherever you're directing that energy, that's where things flow. So let me ask you something. Have you ever think of tracking your energy like a bank account, for example? Would I see deposits going into things that grow me as a person? Or what? I see withdrawals going in to people and habits that drain me on a daily basis. So think of your energy like a bank, right? You are constantly checking your bank account. You're looking at your statements, you're looking at your deposits and withdrawals and it's the same as your energy. When you are pouring into yourself early in the morning, you are adding to your energy bank. When you are Refueling yourself, proper, nourishing yourself. You're adding to your energy bank. Even listening to this podcast, it raises your energy. You're adding to your energy bank. If you are engaging or consuming content that does not feel good to you, that doesn't resonate with you, gossip, drama, anything that's just outside of your natural rhythm that withdraws from your energy bank. So pay attention to your energy. The currency that it's flowing in, is it positive? Do you feel uplifted or do you feel drained? If you are feeling brain, you are withdrawing daily from your energy bank. And this is something I want you to take time throughout the month of August to look at. How can you add to your energy bank, make those deposits daily to your energy bank. So for example, I share my day in the Life Goddess vlogs with you guys on social media. So if you're not following me, make sure you're checking out my tick tock and Instagram because I upload pretty daily and I love sharing things. Just really keeps me like in alignment with having positive energy, just recharging myself and I just feel like this can help someone who is looking to figure out how can they redirect their energy, especially in the morning and also checking in in the evenings with your energy. So morning and energy, morning and evening energy check ins. This is what you can do each morning. Ask what do I want to feel today? This is important so take time to just ask yourself what do I want to fill today? Early in the morning, where does my energy need to go to support that? I'll repeat that. Where does my energy need to go to support that? So in the morning, if you want to feel healthy, you want to feel energized, you want to feel vibrant, where do you need to spend your energy to support that feeling so you can feel that in the morning? And I'll give you guys my own personal example in the morning times I am either taking a Pilates class or I'm going on a morning walk. Lately it's been a little too hot so I've been going to more of a studio to move my body, Pilates or yoga. And I'm on this Matcha high right now. So I've been making Matcha and I love creating like cute videos and posting it and sharing with you guys my matcha recipes. Recipes. So I've been doing that in the mornings and it feels so good. I feel so energized and it's like a natural energize for me. Like it's natural to feel Those endorphins moving and you know, feel really good after a nice workout. And the energy that you get from Matcha, like the caffeine, like it's unnatural so it feels good just drinking it and consuming it. Because I'm not really a coffee drinker in the mornings and matcha or a smoothie, like sometimes I love to add matcha into my smoothies or just have like an iced matcha latte. And that's been like my go to like morning treat and I enjoy it. So that for me has been contributing to my energy deposit. Like I am focusing my energy and attention on that early in the morning before I start into any work or anything. That's regards to my podcast or any brand deals that I have for influencer with social media. Like I do that first thing in the morning that's pouring into me. So ask yourself each morning what can you do that's going to help support the energy, the feeling that you want to feel for the day, early in the morning and then in the evenings because we know things happen throughout the day. Your energy, your, you know that, your emotions, it flows and up and down throughout the day, right? Ask yourself what gave me energy today? At the end of the day, in the evening. What gave me energy today? Think about it.

Now this may take, you know, some a little brainstorming, grabbing a journal and a piece a pen. What gave me energy today? And then ask yourself what took more than it gave? Like what took more of my energy than it gave me? So I want you to be honest with yourself and think about it. I'll give you guys Another example in the evening, whenever I reflect back throughout the day. What gave me energy today was me connecting with women in my community. I've been going live more frequently on Tick Tock and I love when you guys join in and we're just having like girl chit chat. I'm getting ready, doing my makeup and my hair. But in the moment it's like I'm really getting a chance to connect with some of you guys and I love that that gives me so much energy because it's almost like being on Facet with a girlfriend and it's so light hearted, it's positive. We're talking about hair or skin or fitness wellness tips or sometimes you guys ask me questions on like self improvement, personal development, you know, or I'm sharing hair products that I'm using in the video, whatever it is, right? And so that for me it's like, oh, that gave me energy because I'm connecting with my community on social media or just doing something throughout the day or something maybe happen gave me energy, right? And then also there's been times when I think back what took more than it gave. Sometimes you can have an encounter with people and you given too much of yourself to that person when you should have hold back and let them figure things out on their own. So I have been in the past where I have maybe overextended my wisdom to someone, my kindness, my time, my energy to someone and it end up turning into a almost like a therapy session or you know, almost like a coaching session. And when I reflect back it's like, you know what? I gave too much of me away to this individual when I should have just maybe listen and then let that be. That's it. And not trying to fix a problem that's not mine. So I have to be honest with myself. Sometimes I get into that role because naturally I do want to see people succeed around me. And so I have to remind myself like I am not everyone's go to person when it comes to that situation. So I have to remind myself sometimes like oh, this conversation, it took away my energy, it kind of drained me or maybe this encounter I had with this person or maybe the type of food that I had today, I felt drained after eating it, you know, like maybe I had a little bit too much sweets or whatever the case is. So it's like be honest and authentic with yourself and realizing in the evening time when you're reflecting back when at the day it's like what gave me energy and what took more than it gave so be honest, you know, with yourself. So write it down, and I want you to track it for a week and look for patterns that will show up really quick. So you'll start noticing that one conversation that always leaves you feeling drained. You will start noticing it. So you may not have, like, your journal or piece of paper with you, but you can go on your phone and your notes and keep track of this. Okay? Or that habit that makes you feel anxious. So think of some habits that maybe you've been picking up lately that makes you feel anxious. Or maybe that morning walk that centers you for the whole day. Or that Pilates class that you took with that teacher that just really centered you for the whole day. Lately, I've been trying different studios, and I've been getting a variety of different teachers, and it has shifted and made a difference in my workouts. So I feel even more energized and excited to go to some of my Pilates classes because I'm getting, like, a burst of new energy and just new people also, I'm interacting with. That's next to me in Pilates. I'm meeting new girls that I feel like, okay, this could be a potential workout buddy. Like, we are gonna see each other more frequently in this class, and I'm looking forward to that. So REM to just pay attention to your energy because your energy is data.

Attention to how you feel when you are interacting or habits that you have created, just pay attention because your energy gives you feedback on where you're at on your journey and replace your complaints with action. Don't complain. Realign. If you follow me on TikTok, you know the video that I'm talking about. Complaining is energy leakage. You are draining your energy every time you are complaining. It's passive. It keeps you stuck in a cycle, and it actually just lowers your frequency. It lowers your vibration, and it's just really like a yucky feeling to feel because honestly, it's like you're repetitive and the thing that's bothering you or the habits that you haven't learn to release and just create a new habit that's going to serve you and a better judgment. So every time you complain about your schedule or your circle or your results, you're giving away your power. Every time you complain about that one friend that's not showing up for you, you're giving away your power. Every time you complain about your job.
Jasmine Rascoe
You'Re giving away your power.

And you also, you're also blocking the frequency of money coming into you, because at the end of the day, your energy is powerful and it's currency. And don't complain to things that is actually helping you. You may not see it right now, but in hindsight is actually serving you long term. So for August, replace every complaint with an action. For example, if you have been feeling tired, like, I'm tired of being tired, replace it with an action. So if you're tired of being tired, like, okay, go to bed early. Say no more. Often your nights create, like a evening routine where you're unwinding and you're shutting down your devices. You're no longer sleeping with your phone under your pillow or next to you on the nightstand. Like, have your phone, like, in a different room. So it's not easy and temptation for you to pick it up and scroll in the middle of the night and do some tik tok shopping online. I've been guilty of this in the past, so I can totally relate to these things that I'm sharing with you guys. But if you've been feeling tired, re align that energy, okay? Nobody supports me. Like, if you feel this way, like no one supports you, your friends are not showing up for you. Every time that you show up for other people, you don't feel like it's mutually beneficial. I want you to find a new community or build your own, okay? If you feel like no one is supporting you on your journey, if you just started out in entrepreneurship or you just started your influencer journey, or maybe you just started a podcast or you just moved to a new town, a new city, and you feel like no one's supporting you, no one's cheering you on, I want you to find a community, okay? Google what's in your area that you can be a part of or build your own, okay? Or go solo until the right people align with you and catch up with you, okay? And then if you've been feeling overwhelm, if you've been saying, I'm overwhelmed, I want you to replace it with focusing on one thing per day that actually matters to you. Okay, stop creating all of these to do lists and trying to fill up your day with a bunch of to do things to do. Focus on one thing at a time. Everything that you are pouring your energy into.

So complaining is noise, alignment is action. Don't complain. Realign. And last, create your August alignment goals. Okay, I want you to zoom out and I want you to think about what does align look like for you. I want you to grab a notebook or take your notes, your note app and your phone and create an August alignment list. What alignment looks like for you this month. And I want you to break this down to three categories. People, habits, and goals. So when it comes to people who fuels you and who drains you, I want you to write that down. So this is your goal for the month of August. Make a list of the people who fuels you and who drains you. And then for habits, number two, what's helping you grow? Is it this podcast? Is it books that you're reading? Is an online community that you're part of? Or what's just fillers? What is filling you up? Like, it's not really adding, contributing to you, it's just a filler. It's just to, you know, fill in the time so time can go by. Be honest with yourself, okay? Because you're only going to help yourself when you're truly honest and authentic to yourself. And last, number three is goals. What deserves your time and focus this month? What deserves your time and focus this month? What are you focusing on? Where are you pouring that energy into? Remember, your energy is contributing to your energetic bank account. Okay? So people, habits and goals. That is your assignment for the month of August. Now cross out everything that does not align with you. Be bold about it. Unfollow that person, unsubscribe to that person, unplug to that habit, whatever it is, if it just does not align with your goals for yourself this month for August. If it doesn't serve you, if it's not contributing to your energy in a positive way, let it go. If it doesn't serve you, let it go. Don't complain. Realign that energy Goddess. Okay, your energy is so valuable, so.

Not reciprocate habits that don't serve you. So audit your energy this month, okay? Audit the people, the habits, the goals, audit all of that. Your energy is your currency and it should be elevating you in the space that you're at and serving you for a greater purpose, okay? So do your energy audit. Commit to align action and move with intentions throughout the rest of the month, Goddess, because we don't complain, we realign and we look at things from a different perspective in life.
Jasmine Rascoe
Remember to be kind and gentle with yourself.

I want to leave you with an affirmation that you can repeat throughout the day.
Jasmine Rascoe
Place your hand over your heart and.

Just take a deep breath and breathe and repeat this affirmation after me. My energy magnetizes opportunities and love. My energy magnetizes opportunities and love. My energy magnetizes opportunities and love. Goddess, your energy is for you. It magnetizes the opportunities that are presented to you every day. It magnetizes the people that come into your life that helps you connect with your true self and mirror back to where you're at in life. Your energy is for you. Your energy is radiant. It's pure, it's goddess, it's divine, it's enlightenment, it's peace. Your energy is you. So think about where your energy is flowing to. Think about the people, the places, the goals, everything and ask yourself, am I spending my energy wisely? Am I adding to my energy bank or am I depleting and withdrawing from my energy bank? At the end of the day you are the best source of your own energy. So when you are planting seeds and you're pouring into yourself, you're elevating your experiences here. The people who you're connecting with, you're co creating with. So co create a beautiful energy that is going to serve you on your journey. I love you Goddess. Podcast Title: Habits of A Goddess
Host/Author: CAKE MEDIA
Description: A personal development podcast for women to activate their inner goddess through the power of affirmations.
Episode: “Energy Audit: Who & What Deserves Your Effort This Month?”
Release Date: August 7, 2025
In the August 7, 2025 episode of Habits of A Goddess, hosted by Jasmine Rascoe, listeners are guided through the transformative process of conducting an Energy Audit. This episode delves deep into understanding how to allocate personal energy wisely, ensuring that effort is directed towards what truly matters. The conversation is designed to empower women to reclaim their energy, refocus their priorities, and eliminate draining influences from their lives.
Jasmine introduces the central metaphor of the episode by comparing personal energy to a bank account. She emphasizes that just as one monitors financial transactions, it's crucial to track where energy is being invested and withdrawn.
Jasmine Rascoe [06:45]: "Your energy is your currency and wherever you're directing that energy, that's where things flow."
This analogy serves as the foundation for the energy audit, encouraging listeners to evaluate daily activities and relationships through the lens of energy expenditure and replenishment.
Jasmine outlines a practical approach to managing energy by instituting morning and evening check-ins. These deliberate moments of reflection help in setting the tone for the day and assessing what has been absorbed.
Jasmine Rascoe [09:15]: "Ask yourself what can you do that's going to help support the energy, the feeling that you want to feel for the day."
She shares her personal routine of Pilates or morning walks and incorporating matcha into her diet, which invigorates her and sets a positive energy tone for the day.
Jasmine encourages journaling these reflections to uncover patterns that indicate which relationships and habits are either supportive or draining.
A significant portion of the episode focuses on the detrimental impact of complaining on personal energy levels. Complaining is portrayed as an energy leak that prevents individuals from seeing solutions and redirecting their energy effectively.
Co-Host [17:00]: "Complaining is energy leakage. You are draining your energy every time you are complaining."
Jasmine and the co-host advocate for a proactive approach:
For instance, instead of saying, "I'm tired of being tired," take actionable steps like improving sleep hygiene or adjusting your evening routine to enhance restfulness.
To solidify the energy audit process, Jasmine introduces the concept of Alignment Goals. She breaks down this process into three categories:
People:
Jasmine Rascoe [22:30]: "Make a list of the people who fuel you and who drain you."
Habits:
Co-Host [23:10]: "What's helping you grow? Or what's just filler."
Goals:
Jasmine Rascoe [24:00]: "What are you focusing on? Where are you pouring that energy into?"
By categorizing and evaluating these areas, listeners can prioritize actions that align with their personal growth and discard those that hinder their progress.
The episode culminates with a powerful affirmation designed to reinforce the principles discussed:
Affirmation [26:00]: "My energy magnetizes opportunities and love. My energy is radiant. It's pure, it's goddess, it's divine, it's enlightenment, it's peace."
Jasmine and the co-host encourage listeners to internalize this affirmation, using it as a daily reminder to protect and direct their energy towards positive and fulfilling endeavors.
"Energy Audit: Who & What Deserves Your Effort This Month?" serves as a practical guide for women seeking to harness their inner goddess by meticulously managing their energy. Through insightful discussions and actionable strategies, Jasmine Rascoe empowers listeners to create a life that resonates with their true selves, ensuring that every ounce of energy is spent on cultivating a fulfilling and vibrant existence.
