Sprinkle joy in your life every day. Hello goddesses. Welcome back to Goddess school mass day 24. It's Christmas Eve and all I could think about is how can I sprinkle more joy into my life and how can I sprinkle more joy into into this amazing community that I have been growing for the past five and a half years. Growing up, I remember me and my grandmother would get together during the holidays and pass out Christmas baskets. Now I used to compete in beauty pageants. So I had this Santa Claus alpha. If I could find a picture, I'm going to insert this picture in this video. But I had like the Santa Claus outfit. I was Mrs. Claus in a Christmas pageant and I would repurpose me wearing that outfit and go to the, you know, the nursing home or go to like the community and sprinkle joy into others lives. That was something that me and my grandmother used to do growing up. And I will forever carry and cherish those memories to my heart because she taught me something in those moments. A lot of times we think that everyone has, you know, a huge community or family or, you know, they're connected to, you know, they're connected to a lot of people during the holidays and a lot of times some people are simply alone during the holidays and for whatever reasons. So I saw early on as a child that sprinkling joy in other lives is so nourishing and so fulfilling and it teaches you something. Sometimes just a kind gesture really opens up your heart and it touches others hearts too in the midst of it. So during Goddess Glomas, I have been sprinkling joy on this podcast. I have been growing and leveling up the different episodes every single day. And for me to start this journey, it has opened up my mindset, has opened up my heart and how I give back through sharing my voice and through sharing things that have empowered me on my journey to help other goddesses that are looking to grow, evolve and just stay elevated and connected to their femininity. So think how you can sprinkle more joy through your gifts in 2026. This can be a gentle reminder to set the tone for the next year, for the new year, to sprinkle more joy every single day in your life. And it doesn't just have to wait until a special holiday around this time of the year. Yes, this is the season where you give. This is a season where you're thankful. This is a season where you're more jolly and you're in the spirit. But a lot of times some people are simply not feeling that energy and you don't want to wait until it's done the time of the year to to activate that energy. I truly cherish the divine connections I have with other people in my life that activate that joyous energy. You know? So pay attention when you're out with a friend or pay attention when you're out with family or with a stranger. Like how do you feel and their energy and how do they feel in your energy? Do you simply feel like you're in that joyous spirit? Do you feel activated in your give? Do you feel activated to give and it doesn't have to Just be monetary. It can just simply be in your time, your essence, your beauty. So give from a place that you feel that brings out the spirit in you, Goddess. And a lot of times your wisdom is a gift. Your wisdom is a gift to your community. Your wisdom is a gift to your friendships. Your wisdom is a gift to you, Goddess. So sprinkle joy in your life through sharing your gifts with the world. I started sharing my gift on Habits of a Goddess podcast about five and a half years ago and look at what it has done for me. And that to me, is a testimony. If you follow me on the podcast since I started this podcast, or if you been listening for a few years, then you can see the growth, the change in this podcast and me, because I have been sprinkling joy in my life and in this channel and this podcast too as well, and on here on social media and all of that beauty, it reflects back into what I create. When you're sprinkling joy in your life, your creations look just like what you are doing. It shows up in so many various ways. It looks beautiful, it looks radiant, it looks magnetic. Sprinkling joy is a is an energy that activates your inner child. Sprinkling joy is an energy that simply activates your inner child. So think about those moments where you felt playful, you feel connected to your femininity, you felt connected to your inner child, you felt connected to your gifts. How did that make you feel, Goddess? How did that make you feel? Take a moment to actually just sit with yourself and think. How many times have you stepped into that energy of just sprinkling joy in your life?
