Everything that you do that is going to help elevate you mentally, spiritually, financially, physically make it a lifestyle. Make it where to the point. It doesn't feel like it's a task. It doesn't feel like it's work. It doesn't feel hard. It's not complicated. It's part of your identity. It's part of your lifestyle. So let's get get ready for the day and focus on making it a lifestyle in your life so you can glow up going into 2026 goddess.

So what do I mean by making it a lifestyle? I worked out this morning and let me just tell you, I feel so good. By the way, I'm currently on a holiday vacation and yes, I love to podcast. Even whenever I'm traveling, even when I'm vacationing. You know why? It doesn't feel like work, it feels like a lifestyle. It feels like it's part of what I do, which is true. Everything that I pour into myself is extension of this podcast. And every single time that I'm elevating myself, whether it's mentally, physically, spiritually, financially, I love to share with you a lovely goddesses on things that has helped me on my journey and how you can take notes and apply it to your life if it fits in your lifestyle. So let's get into it. As I was working out this morning, morning I had people coming up to me asking was I a personal trainer? And when I tell you I had to like, literally, like, say, like, no a million times, I'm not a personal trainer. I just truly enjoy working out, even when I'm traveling because I love moving my body and I just feel like your health is your wealth. And when you look good, you feel good. And it's not just applying makeup up looking good. It's not just putting on a cute outfit and looking good. It's also about your body, moving your body because your health is your wealth. And even though for some people, maybe working out only happens when they have a trip coming up. Let me know if this is you, okay? I'm not calling you out, but if you're like, okay, this is me, I want you to start figuring out ways that you can make moving your body not a chore, not a task, but it feels like your lifestyle. So pick something that is going to help you feel like, okay, I can do this. Even if it's just 30 minutes a day of movement, I can identify with this. Like, this is going to help me feel good, look my best and enjoy my everyday day living. Because if you're not active, the older you get, your body is going to be so stiff and it's going to be really, truly hard for you to enjoy the quality of life if you're not fully moving, if you're not, you know, just doing things that just help you stay elevated. Goddess, I know this time of the year, you know, everyone wants to get into the gym. Or at least in January, the gym is always full. And yes, you're going to see those memes, like, oh, oh. You're only here because it's the first of the month. Well, that's not going to be you going into 2026, because you're going to start today making your health a priority and making it part of your lifestyle. So I want you to take time to focus on what is an activity that you can do that requires you to move your body? Okay, what is an activity that it does not feel like work but you actually enjoy it. And I'll give you guys some examples. Like there's a few people that I've met already on my trip and they're like, we're gonna get up and we're gonna play pickleball and we're just going to like do some like lightweight movement afterwards and just enjoy our trip. I've never played pickleball, but I am intrigued about it. So I may try it while I'm on vacation.

Waking up, moving, moving your body, even after, like, eating, like, making sure you're staying active. Because a lot of times we want to just kind of like, take a nap. Like, you know, take a nap after you're eating and the food is just like, settling in. But if you truly take on the mindset of, I'm not going to make this feel like work or chore, I'm gonna make this a lifestyle. I'm gonna start identifying myself as goddess of, of health, goddess of wellness, goddess of prioritizing herself physically.

A lot of times when we are stuck in not moving our body, not getting fresh air, not getting sunlight, it does take a toll on your mental health too. So moving your body is not just for the vanity matrix. It's not just for, like looking snatch and looking amazing. But it's also important to take care of the mental health too, as well. I know whenever I'm moving my bodies, those endorphins are like running, okay? When I'm moving my body, I have a natural glow. Like, my skin actually glows. It. It's. It radiates more. I feel like when I'm moving my body, I detox. Like, I detox whatever is, you know, in my body. So I truly enjoy making it a lifestyle and not like I have to. I need to. Don't get to the point in your life where you physically have to start working out because you did not take the proper time to move your body. And now doctors are, are telling you that if you don't lose A certain amount of weight, then this can, you know, lead to something worse right in your health. So take action today, Goddess. This is your gentle reminder to make it a lifestyle, to move your body. You can figure out what that looks like for you. It could be pilates, it could be walking, it could be pickleball, it could be going to the gym and lifting weights or getting on the treadmill, whatever that looks like for you. But make it a lifestyle, enjoy it and try different things. I love to use this app called Class Pass and this gives you access to different workout studios that you can go and try. You can see if the studio fits your lifestyle. If it's, you know, the, the teachers, the instructors like, if they have, if they teach the style that you can, you know, enjoy, like that matters too as well. And then also not only just for like the physical aspect of working out, but it's a great way to surround yourself around other goddesses who are like minded, other goddesses who are making their health a priority and they're making it a lifestyle. A lot of times you find your community when you are in the fitness industry, when you start going to those classes and you can make friends with the people in those classes, that's a great way of finding your own community. Remember, Goddess, during this goddess glow mask, we are glowing up. We're taking every single day and we are putting forth intentional actions. So yesterday we focused on growth, mindset and today we're focusing on, on making it a lifestyle. Whether it's your fitness or it can just be your financial habits too. When you're saving money, I feel like all of this ties back to you, okay? You staying elevated. So make it a lifestyle. Become identity. Make it your identity, okay? If you know that your choices of eating, your choices are poor, I want you to start figuring ways that you can make it a lifestyle to make healthier choices. Eliminate processed food, eliminate junk food in your cabinet, okay? Don't even like have a bunch of junk food that you have access to in your home. Like make it almost impossible to binge on junk food, okay? Make it a lifestyle. Like when you have food at home, when you open your refrigerator grater or you open your pantry, things that's in there is helping you better your lifestyle choices. So make it a lifestyle. When you go to the grocery store and you're selecting fresh, fresh produce, fresh vegetables and you know, just different things, that's just going to really help you incorporate a healthy lifestyle that helps you stay on the path, Goddess. It helps you make those positive changes in your life. And remember these are subtle changes that you're making over time. It's not a one time investment and boom like you reach your your goals in life. It is daily acts, daily habits that you're creating for yourself Goddess.
