A goddess stays connected to her power by honoring her intuition. Let's get ready for the day. I have some amazing skincare products that I love. I've been using. This is the Meta cube and this is the Medicube device. And when I tell you this stuff just really makes your skin looks like amazing glowy, like you just love the spa. That's what I love. This is like glow up in a bottle in a jar. So look at this. So pretty. And it smells good too. Smell. Not like strong scent, but it smells good. So this device here, I am gonna turn it on and we're just gonna have a little goddess self chat empowerment talk. I love to do this because it, it's so important like nurturing your mindset. It sets the tone for the day. I've already did my meditation walk and now we're gonna do our skin care and get ready for the day. Day. So a goddess stays connected to her power by trusting her intuition. And I know a lot of times we have a clouded judgment and a lot of times we go outside of ourselves and ask for permission. But this is where you mess up. When you get that nudge to do something, you want to change, you want to transform your life. When you get that, that small little nudge, that impulse to do something different, you don't need to consult with anybody outside of you. That is your sign. That's your sign. That is the, you know, the signal that you're ready for, for something different, you're ready for something more, you are open to change. And a lot of times when we get those messages or signals or signs or spiritual, you know, connections, we want other people to tell us what we just, you know, figured out for ourselves. We want other people to confirm it by explaining to them. But when you start explaining to people the, the moves, the changes that you about to make in your life, that's when you introduce other people's fear into your reality. That's when you introduce other people's limitations into your reality. Cuz a lot of times people have limited beliefs and they are afraid to go out after the things that they want in life. But if you keep your ideals to yourself, especially in the baby stages, no one can taint that. No one can taint that goddess. No one can talk you out of your abundance. No one can talk you out of the opportunity that was meant for you, the opportunity that came to you, the opportunity that was hand delivered to you on a silver platter. No one can talk you out of that if you keep it to yourself. Especially in the baby stages. A lot of times when I'm working on projects, when I'm, you know, like in my energy of manifestation and I'm like, okay, I want to manifest this thing into my life. I don't go around telling people I want to do xyz. I just do the thing and then I pop out and then you see me with it or you see it happening in my life and then I will, you know, if you're interested, and then I will tell you, okay, this is what I did to get to like where I'm at now. But in the meantime, if you haven't mastered that self, you know, that self mastery within yourself, don't go around explaining to people, don't go around trying to get people to understand why you deserve to have that opportunity, why you deserve to have that new, that promotion at your job, or why you decide to deserve to have that business or whatever it is that you desire for yourself. You don't need to go around telling people that, you know, you don't have to go around asking for validation at all. So standing your goddess power, activate it every single day. Activate it. Take five minutes when you first wake up in the morning to just like rest in your body. Like when you first wake up, don't grab your devices, okay? Take that time to just kind of slowly collect your thoughts and let your, your, your energy flow and guide you early in the morning. Like what you should be doing that's going to nurture you Goddess. That's so important. Okay. Taking that time to get to know you yourself is so important. You know, creating purpose outside of your relationship, creating purpose outside of your career. There's things that you probably, probably want to do that does not, you know, attach you to per se, like a business. But like, if it brings you some type of peace and joy and fulfillment, do that. But it starts with you aligning with it. Like, yes, take inspiration, Be inspired. I just talked about that on my meditation walk. You can be inspired by your environment. You can be inspired through social media. You can be inspired through seeing other people having the things or the life that you want, right? Yes. You can be inspired through Habits of a Goddess podcast, and I love that for you. But I want you to not only be inspired, take align action. Take action. That is going to give you the best results today. Okay? Do the thing that you need to do to get you one step closer to your goals. I'm gonna go in with my kyosha and like sculpt my face. This is part of my daily goddess ritual. I prioritize me early in the day because I know I can be my best self. When I prioritize me, when I put myself here, no one can come and change the way I perceive me. No one can come and take me out of alignment. Like, yes, things may happen and occur throughout the day. That's part of life. Okay? But then the, the day, like, I know, like this right here, this moment that I'm spending time, self care, soothing, you know, comforting, nurturing. My mindset poured into me. I'm tapped into my energy and it's, it's gonna amplify whatever message that I put out into the universe. The right people is gonna Find this message and it's going to inspire them to take align action. That's what it's about. Standing in your goddess power means that you choose to say yes to you more often. And let me tell you, you are a beautiful expression of your personal power. Remember, she's connected to her heart. That's why everything around her radiates beauty, love, femininity. Because she's connected to her heart. So the next time you see a woman just really radiating and she just, she walks with so much confidence and power and she's light like she's light like a feather. She's connected to her heart chakra and everything she touches is an extension of her. Everything that I touch is an extension of me. Everything that I do from the moment that I wake up up, it. It operates back to me and it helps amplify the energy that I possess, the qualities that I possess. Because everything that I do is an extension of Jasmine me ultimately. So think about what it is that you want to lead with early in the day. And how can you create the environment to support that within you? Goddess? How can you create the environment to help support you standing in your goddess power? It's so important to use your authentic voice. It's so important because when you're connected to your authentic voice you communicate to the universe your desires more clear. And you also communicate your boundaries and your standards in life. And you're devoted. You're devoted to what it is that you you want. And you don't backtrack because your authentic voice is powerful. It's the leading force of your decision making, of your confidence and how you view yourself. And guess what? Other people will see that. The right people will honor that. The right people will honor your decision making of what you make for yourself. The life that you're creating for yourself. The right people will, will be on your team and be cheering you on along the way. Because you radiate that. Because you're connected to your authentic voice. You're communicating with confidence. The way you dress, you're communicating how you feel. The way you do your makeup, your hair, the way that you just walk into any room, you are communicating something. So think about next time you want to operate from your power, from your authentic voice, from your heart chakra. What message do you want to radiate to the world? How can you stand in your goddess power today? By showing up authentically showing up and not being afraid to represent. You are representing you every single day. When you step out into the world. You're representing Yourself. So what message are you communicating to those that are in contact with you on a day to day basis, Even showing up on social media, what message are you communicating? If you're influencer, content creator, if you're an entrepreneur, what message are you communicating to your, your clients, your customers? Or if you're a stay at home mom, what message are you you communicating to your family? So think about that next time. You operate from a place of empowerment, from a place of abundance, from a place of love, from a place of confidence. You are standing in your goddess power and you're radiating that. Tap more into that because it's so delicious. She's connected to her purpose. That's why everything she touches turns into gold. Do you realize when a woman has purpose and she's in alignment with that purpose? Yes, she's gonna win. Yes, her life is gonna look golden. It's gonna look so easy. But she did the work behind the scenes things that you know, you just can't even like fathom like she did the work. So don't just be inspired by a woman who's standing in her power, who's standing in her purpose. Take action. Take action. Yes, take inspiration, but also take action. So you can operate from a place of empowerment, you can operate from a place of abundance, and you can operate in your personal goddess energy. Their personal goddess power. It's all about energy. The frequency that you are on it, it really sends a message. So next time you see a woman activated in her power, just know she took the proper time to get there. It is a daily self act of work, of love, of care. It's a daily self awareness of where you're at in your life. So if you feel like you haven't been fully standing in your power, this is your sign, Goddess, to stand in your power today. Set those boundaries for yourself, set those goals and then start working on those. Start showing up as her and your goddess power. I take full responsibility for my healing. I take full responsibility for my success. I take full responsibility for my happiness. I take full responsibility for my abundance. Because I am the recipient. I am the recipient of receiving what is meant for me. What I desire. I'm the recipient. I receive it now. I receive the blessings. I receive everything that I set for myself. I received the love, the support. I received opportunities. I received the divine connection. Because I take responsibility for my growth. I take responsibility for my healing. I take responsibility for the version you see today. Because I know the many layers of me. There's so many layers.
