So this morning I got up and I was really excited to record this episode before my workout class. And this past week I've been thinking about like everything that grateful for and Thanksgiving is this week. And for some reason around this time of the year, the holidays in particular, I feel like this immersed energy of like gratitude, like extra gratitude. Like I'm grateful like every single day. Yes. And I wake up and do my meditation, I work out and start my day, I do my podcast social media, like everything that I have to do in the morning times, take care of my business, my email, I get that done right away. And I have like this energy of gratitude of like being able to do something and create something from within and share it with the world. Like I feel grateful for my life, but for some reason this past week, every single day, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude has just been coming up for me and things that I completely forgot that I've accomplish or things that I've said or done. And it's coming up as a memory on my phone, like an old photo. And it's like I feel this immersive gratitude and I feel so thankful. And I just want to express like how grateful I am right now in this present moment. Because at one point my mindset was definitely not in an abundance mindset, it was in a lack mindset. And that's something that you have to work on on a constant daily basis to sh. And once you shift that needle and move it over 1%, I always say, like every day, do something 1% that makes you feel good. You start to live in your fulfillment. You start to love from a place of abundance instead of a place of lack. And so I want to talk about how daily gratitude can shift your focus from a lack to abundance mindset. Because it's totally changed my life when I actually show up every single day and I express, you know, just something like, I'm grateful for today. I'm grateful for the new perspective I have today. I'm grateful for my health, I'm grateful for the food on my table. I'm grateful for the friends I have in my life and the family. I'm grateful for the community online. I'm grateful for the divine connections I have in person. Like, I'm just grateful. And for anyone who's been feeling like they've been lacking gratitude in that department of their life, take a moment to shift your focus. Like one of the primary ways of gratitude impacts your perspective is by shifting your focus from what's lacking in your life to what's already abundant. Like when you take time each day to appreciate the positive aspect in your life, whether it's your good health, a loving relationship, or something as simple as joy, like you found joy throughout the day, you start to recognize the wealth of blessings that already exist in your life. Goddess like, you start to recognize the abundance in your life. When you are shifting out the lack and replacing it with an abundance, you start to realize, wow, this abundance mindset can help me. It can transform and it can make you feel more fulfilled and content in life. And it definitely reduces the tendency of focusing on what's missing. And I know around the holidays it can get very touchy. It can, you know, you can feel like you're missing family. Maybe you have a disconnect with family in your life, spend holidays by yourself or maybe spend the holidays with friends. And you want to shift that mindset. It's time to start focusing on what you have already that is fulfilled in your life. Like what's the abundance that's appearing in your daily life that you can focus on and that you can feel grateful for. So instead of focusing on what you don't have, whether it be your dream job or the idea relationship or more money, you start to see the value in what you do have, which leads to a greater sense of fulfillment. This shift can reduce feeling of comparison, like you don't want to compare yourself to other people. It can reduce the feeling of envy and scarcity. And it also helps you make better decisions based off of gratitude, based off of abundance rather than the need of desperation. So shift your focus from lack to abundance and start practicing daily gratitude in your life. You can go back and listen to the Daily gratitude affirmations to start that momentum in your life. And once you create that foundation for yourself, like every morning you spending five to ten minutes just being grateful for what you currently have in your life, you really do shift from lack to abundance. And it practice that energy for you, it opens up a different way of how you communicate to the world from internal. Like when you are internally feeling gratitude from within, energetically on the external, you are going to radiate that. And people respond to energy. People respond to, oh, this person appears happy. The peers grateful, I want to amplify their energy and they're going to match your frequency and you're going to start seeing different things happening for you in your life. So practice gratitude and watch how your life shifts from lack to abundance. It's totally a mental, a mental shelf. That's what you need in your life to experience the true joys of life. So next I want to share like how daily gratitude can truly help you reduce stress. If you are feeling stress anxiety when you are practicing daily gratitude, it does help decrease and reduce your stress levels. When you're constantly focusing on what you're grateful for, it activates something in you. Like there's a part of your body that helps relax you and recovers you from stress as a result. Like when challenges arises in your life, you're more likely to approach them with a calm and clear mind rather than an oppulsive or feeling overwhelmed. Like, yes, every once in a while we have challenges in our life and sometimes it's difficult to overcome those things. But when you are focusing on gratitude, it can truly help you navigate life a little bit better with a more calm and clear approach. And you're making decisions from a different place than anxiety or feeling overwhelmed or impulse. You're making decisions from a place of abundance, you're making decisions from a place of clarity. And you're able to just think different for yourself. So gratitude is so important. It's important in your mental health. It's important and just making decisions from a different perspective in life. Speaking of perspective and in life, gratitude helps gives you a positive outlook in life. Always say look through life through lenses that match your desires. Look through life through gratitude like your lens that you look outward into life should be lens of gratitude because gratitude fosters optimism by encouraging you to see the best in people in any situations. And people who practice gratitude regularly tends to develop a more positive outlook in life. They are looking for the positive in people. They're not looking for the negative in people. They're not focusing on the negative situation and they're not focusing on the problems in life, they're focusing on solutions. So when you are cultivating gratitude in your life, you're perspective in life, your outlook in life is going to be positive. So for example, someone who is used to practicing gratitude might for example approach a challenge challenging job interview not with dread, but excitement for the opportunity to learn something new. And when you have that approach in life, well, I'm eager to learn something new. I don't see this as a challenge. I see this as an opportunity to educate myself and evolve and grow as a person. That is someone who practices gratitude. They're always looking for the positive outlooks in life by focusing on the potential of growth rather than the fear or failure. What if I fail? But what if you succeed? That's because you're practicing gratitude. Like gratitude is your default in life, make gratitude your default. Every single day. When you wake up in the morning, create a few affirmations that helps you navigate life so much easier. When your using gratitude approach and it really helps you become more self aware and have self acceptance. Like regular gratitude practice can help you become more aware of your own strength and qualities and personal growth. So as you take time to reflect on what you're grateful for, you may begin to notice patterns in your life such as the values that matters to you, the relationships that brings you the most joy and quality relationships, quality over quantity always. And the actions that align with your true self. This helps you with self awareness and it helps fosters self acceptance and it makes it easier to practice choices that are authentic and true to your core. So like when you have self awareness through gratitude, you operate different. You have a different approach in your divine connections and your divine relationships. You just view life so different. You, you walk different. When you walk into a room, people can sense the internal power that you possess. They can, they can see it, they can feel it, they can see it because you radiate a different energy. You radiate a different light. And that is someone who operates from a place of gratitude. That is something that you cannot fake it. You literally walk it like you walk the light that you possess, which is gratitude. So amongst a lot of things of just daily gratitude, not only does it helps improves your relationships and communication, it also opens up new opportunities for you. If I wasn't constantly practicing gratitude, new opportunities that align with my higher self would not come into, I wouldn't see it. I wouldn't be able to see it because I would be focusing on the negative instead of the positive. So when you are focusing on being thankful for everything that you have and being appreciative, your mindset of gratitude leads you to new opportunities because it encourages you to be more open instead of closed off. And you look at the future so different. You don't look at the future from fear or scarcity. You look at the future in a positive way, to grow and to evolve and change. And you know that even though the road may be unknown, you may not know what the future holds. You know that you have the power to create from within. You know that you have the power, Goddess, to create whatever it is that you desire for yourself. And you know that you have these tools, these gifts inside of you to fulfill those desires that you already have. So someone who practices gratitude daily, they may be more open to applying for that new job or pursuing a creative project or transitioning and moving to a complete new city. Like, with that mindset of gratitude, your approach to life is different. You're open for change, you're open for transformation, and you're open for the opportunity to grow and learn rather than be stuck in fear or a lag or a stagnant mindset. Like, you're open, you're. You have openness ready. You're open for more to come into your life that is going to fulfill you and lead you down the path of least resistance for you. So daily gratitude practices has not only helped me transform my personal life and professional, but it also helps me transform the lives of people who are listening to this very episode. So when you have that leading you and guiding you, you are going to be successful in anything at any capacity in life because you don't fear change of you as a person. Lack does not serve Goddesses when you approach life with lack scarcity or just fear mindset that does not serve us as a goddess. So you have to continue, continue the joy, continue the gratitude, continue the abundance life that you're creating for yourself and watch how your life just totally transform as you're just incorporating your daily gratitude so it can help shift your perspective in life and just knowing that how powerful you are as a person by focusing on what you're thankful for, you do train your mind to seek the good. You train your mind to embrace challenges and to make decisions that aligns with your deepest desires. So over time this practice can lead to a more fulfilling and purpose driven life. Goddess gratitude will give you the tools. Gratitude will help you uplift and empower yourself from within because you are approaching life from a different perspective. And I love that for you, I love that for myself. And I know that when you have gratitude within your heart, the world responds different to you. So remember to be kind and gentle with yourself.
