When I think of a time when I used to play sports, I remember I spent most of my summers going to either a cheerleading camp or practicing track or doing some kind of like fitness activity. That helped me Maintain my physical health. I never really had like a true like summer off when I was in school. I remember I always like played sports. I always, I ran track, I was a cheerleader, I did all star cheerleading and competitive cheerleading. And I was really good in everything that I did. Like every sport that I played, I was really good. I was one of the best. And I was able to maintain my physical physique outside after school because I had already like practiced that. It was already within me like every single day. I was always working out, I was always entering into a sport and or competition. And that muscle that I developed over the years, it sticked with me. So I was able to maintain a healthy weight, a healthy physique. I was able to maintain it because that was something that I had developed early on as a child and even still today, even though I don't play those sports. But I took up pilates, I took up walking, like doing like four or.
