Side, I allow my inner work to do the talking for me. Let them learn Goddess. Let them learn from their own life experiences. Sometimes we play the role as a friend and we want to help our friends, right? We want to share with them this new book that we've been reading and it's been helping us on our personal development journey. Or we want to share with them a podcast that we listen to and it helps us on our personal development journey. Or sometimes we want to give advice that we learned in our therapy session from our therapist and we're like, this device sounds like it'll be good for my friend because they are going through something similar. I know it's so easy to start being that friend where you want to give and you want to nurture and you want to show up for your friend and give them advice and give them your opinion on how they can level up just like you. But a lot of times what happens, we start developing a resentment relationship with our friends because the dynamics becomes a little awkward. Sometimes your friend just need you to listen to be a listening ear. They just want to vent. They don't want you to teach them how to overcome whatever it is that they're venting. To you about. Sometimes they just want you to listen. Sometimes they just want to complain, right? They don't want to be told, I told you so. I learned this the hard way. And I probably lost friends or associates because friends, I feel like we give that title away too loosely. But I definitely have lost people along the way on my level up journey because as I was learning, I wanted to share what I was learning with everyone. I wanted to share the books I was reading. I want to share the podcast I was listening to. I wanted to share things that I learned in therapy. And sometimes that information is just for you, Goddess. Sometimes the inner voice that we hear, the inner guidance that we're getting from our spiritual guys is just for you. It's for no one else. And if you do want to share, create your own podcast. I did. And that's where I'm sharing. The things that has helped me stay elevated, has helped me glow up because I know the women who were looking for that message, they're going to find it here and, and I don't have to go to them. They're going to come to this very podcast and they're going to listen because that's what they are ready for in their life. So, goddess, let them learn on their own journey. Let them learn at their own pace. Starting out the new year, it's all about I want to glow. I want to level up, I want to create my dream life. And I'm all for that. But let me tell you, you don't want to be that voice in your friend's ear. Always telling them what they should do, always giving them unsolicited advice. Even when they come to you, I know it's hard to bite your tongue. I've been in this position before, many, many times. And sometimes I have to catch myself and be like, okay, I know they're coming to me for advice, but I don't.

That's H A B I t S at H E R o dot co. I don't know if they're really ready for my honest opinion. My advice that I have to give them. So you have to kind of like weigh and see how the energy is before you start giving your advice. So goddesses, as you are leveling up, I know this journey could feel lonely because you start to realize you may not have a lot of things in common with friends anymore. And you start to realize what you want for yourself. It may look different what your friends want for themselves. And that journey could feel lonely. But you're not alone because there's an amazing community here on Habits of a Goddess where you can tap into, interact with each other, get in the comments and start, you know, engaging. I want to grow this community not just online, but in person. And speaking of in person, I am hosting the first ever event this year. This is going to be our Goddess Ser event. It's going to be intimate and it's going to be in Palm Beach, Florida. So if you in South Florida, if you're in the area and you would like to attend the first Goddess Ser event, it is our vision board for 2026. I love creating vision boards. I talk about this here on the podcast all the time. Vision boards is a way for me to take whatever that's in my mind to put it in some visualization such as pictures, even words too. But I like to take that and create a ritual for myself because I know if you can visualize it, you can materialize it. And that is the mantra that I have always lived by. Because things that I'm seeing in my reality, even if that person has it and I may not have it currently, I know if I see it and I desire that I can direct my energy and attention towards that and attract it into my life. Of course with Align action, of course with inner work, it takes time to attract the things that you are putting on your vision board. So, Goddess, when it comes to your inner work and you are working on yourself, focus on yourself this year. I know you want to pull people and bring them along on your journey. I have been there before and you know, I say this, lead by example. You don't have to go around correcting people. You don't have to go around telling people, oh, this is how you manifest or this is how you meditate. This is the way that you do it. Like, allow people to have their own experiences in life. Because what may work for you, it may not work for the other person. What works for me, it may not work for you. But I want you to expand your way of learning. I want you to expand your way of taking in knowledge and how you can work and interact with your, your higher self. You know, like, how do you see yourself in 2026 and then how can you work your way towards that goal in your life? For me, that path is going to be so different than the path that you're going to be taken in life. And I want you to understand, like, listening to the podcast is just one of many ways to leveling up your mindset. There's so many ways out there that you can tap into and continue leveling up outside of Habits of a Goddess podcast. And I have been working on creating different resources for you guys. So make sure you are listening to the podcast and you're going and checking out the website because those resources will be available to you through Habits of a Goddess along throughout the year with other information that I can provide. As I started working on my inner self, I realized something. My experiences, they were lessons. And that is priceless. You cannot skip the process. You cannot skip your glow up journey. It looks easy, it may look glamorous, right? But you don't know what that person have endured on their journey to getting to where they're at in life. And I can tell you stories, but we're not going to get into that in this episode, because that is a whole nother story chapter, that's a whole nother episode that I can dedicate that to. But maybe even in person, right, where it's more intimate and we can, you know, open up that your journey to healing, your journey to self love, your journey to confidence, your journey to self care, your journey to luxury habits, your journey to health and wellness, it is going to look different than the other person. Okay? So I want you to curate your luxury habits, and I want you to take the time to figure out what that journey looks like for you. This takes intentional thinking, okay? You're intentionally thinking about your life. You're intentionally planning out what you want for yourself. And this is the time, this is the energy that we're in. This is the year of the horse. We're moving forward with our thinking. We're creating freedom in our life. And you have all the tools and resources you have. So much available to you through the Habits of a Goddess podcast, you have so much available. So take a moment to reflect and think about, okay, how do I want my life to unfold? What lessons did I learn about myself in 2025? And how can I move forward the Year of the Horse? How can I move forward in life and choose to live in my abundant energy? Choosing to live in my goddess energy, Choosing to live confidently, choosing to speak what I desire in a confident voice? I want you to find your voice and I want you to lead with that. Your feminine voice, your playful voice, your confidence voice, your goddess voice. I want you to find that. I found that. And that's how this podcast happened. And the more I've created episodes, I gained the momentum to get on here and show up for a community of women globally. And I want you to find that this year for yourself. And I want you to lean into that. And guess what? Let them learn on their own speed in life. And you lead by example. Let your friends learn how to manifest. Okay? If they ask you, how did you manifest your dream car? How did you manifest a wealthy, generous provider? Or how did you manifest looking more beautiful, like you're glowing, I can tell something's different about you. How did you manifest growing a social media brand like you have amazing community? How did you manifest receiving passive income? When people are asking those questions, a lot of times they're not really ready to do the thing that you did for yourself to get you and to manifest those things for yourself. A lot of times they. They're eager. They want to know because they're nosy. But they don't really want to put in the work. So I want you to let them learn from their own experiences in life and I want you to lead through your experiences in life. Lead with what you're doing that's making you glow. Lead was lead with what you're doing that's giving you the confidence. And when you lead with that, you're going to attract those who know you did the work. You didn't skip it, you didn't skip the journey, you didn't fast pace it, you didn't put in a microwave, you did the work. And I can recognize that in a woman. I can recognize when a woman has done her inner work and she's still doing it. Because until you're, you know, as long as you're here in this physical world, you're still doing your inner work. Okay, you can still do it at 90 years old. Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter when you start. What matters is, is that you do start. So allow yourself to embody that energy. Allow yourself to showcase the life that you are, you know, you're creating for yourself. And when people are curious, okay, yes, you could say, well, you know what, I started exercising more, I started taking better care of my health, I started journaling, I started creating a vision board. And leave it at that. You don't have to go into playing a teacher or a therapist or, or you don't have to go into any of that unless that is your profession, unless you're getting paid to do so. So goddesses, let them learn their own experiences in life at their own pace. And you continue showing up as your higher self. You continue pouring into yourself. This is about you. It's a personal development journey. It's a self improvement journey. It's a self care, self love. You notice there's a common self. It's about you, goddess.
