Side, I allow my inner work to do the talking for me. Let them learn Goddess. Let them learn from their own life experiences. Sometimes we play the role as a friend and we want to help our friends, right? We want to share with them this new book that we've been reading and it's been helping us on our personal development journey. Or we want to share with them a podcast that we listen to and it helps us on our personal development journey. Or sometimes we want to give advice that we learned in our therapy session from our therapist and we're like, this device sounds like it'll be good for my friend because they are going through something similar. I know it's so easy to start being that friend where you want to give and you want to nurture and you want to show up for your friend and give them advice and give them your opinion on how they can level up just like you. But a lot of times what happens, we start developing a resentment relationship with our friends because the dynamics becomes a little awkward. Sometimes your friend just need you to listen to be a listening ear. They just want to vent. They don't want you to teach them how to overcome whatever it is that they're venting. To you about. Sometimes they just want you to listen. Sometimes they just want to complain, right? They don't want to be told, I told you so. I learned this the hard way. And I probably lost friends or associates because friends, I feel like we give that title away too loosely. But I definitely have lost people along the way on my level up journey because as I was learning, I wanted to share what I was learning with everyone. I wanted to share the books I was reading. I want to share the podcast I was listening to. I wanted to share things that I learned in therapy. And sometimes that information is just for you, Goddess. Sometimes the inner voice that we hear, the inner guidance that we're getting from our spiritual guys is just for you. It's for no one else. And if you do want to share, create your own podcast. I did. And that's where I'm sharing. The things that has helped me stay elevated, has helped me glow up because I know the women who were looking for that message, they're going to find it here and, and I don't have to go to them. They're going to come to this very podcast and they're going to listen because that's what they are ready for in their life. So, goddess, let them learn on their own journey. Let them learn at their own pace. Starting out the new year, it's all about I want to glow. I want to level up, I want to create my dream life. And I'm all for that. Even when they come to you, I know it's hard to bite your tongue. I've been in this position before, many, many times. And sometimes I have to catch myself and be like, okay, I know they're coming to me for advice, but I don't.
