How to turn daily habits into luxuries. This past week I have spent a full self care, daily habit stacking, taking care of my wellness, taking care of my business, taking care of me ultimately and I thought about it, I turn the habits that created for myself into a luxury. And I'm going to teach you how you can do this too as well. And it's something as simple as doing what you already do that you're creating for yourself, such as if you're working out and that's like of part of your habit of taking care of your health and your wellness. Like your fitness is part of your daily habits, how can you turn that into a luxury? So this past week, actually today I woke up today and it was like 42 degrees in South Florida, which is crazy. I don't have like 42 degrees normal like clothes. I was looking in my closet and I was like, what can I wear to feel motivated to go work out? So I took that moment and I turned it into a luxury moment for me because working out is part of my daily habit and taking care of my health and my wellness, it all ties together of habits that you create for yourself. Goddess. So I looked in my workout clothes and I was okay, I'm going to put on the cutest workout set, which I normally do, but I'm gonna make sure that I feel extra, extra special during my workout because it is freezing cold and I typically would go to like a workout class, but it was kind of a little bit too late in between to book a class for the time that I wanted to go. So I decided to do a morning walk. And so I put on this cute aloe yoga sat and I have a picture or a video of me here on the screen if you're watching or listening to this podcast. And instantly my mood change. I felt motivated, I felt motivated to work out. I felt motivated to, you know, just continue doing what I already do for myself, which is creating habits that supports my goals in life. I know I want to feel good. I know the winter months is the months that you create those habits that's going to show up in your spring and summer coming out when it comes to your physical health comes to your body. You want to look good on a yacht, you want to look good when you're vacationing. Maybe you have a birthday during the summer and you want to look your back.
