So it's a new year, 2025 and you're thinking how am I going to make this year different? How am I going to create something for myself? Goddess, welcome back to the Habits of a Goddess Podcast. A podcast filled with self love, self care and spiritual affirmations. My mission for whoever is listening to this episode is that you find ways to empower yourself, attract the life you desire and feel supported. And I cannot help but to think, just six years ago I was here celebrating my birthday and now I'm back again because it's coming up really, really soon. And I always dreamed of going back to Thailand. And now I'm here and I'm excited to record this episode. So this one's still very, very special. I'm currently in your city and your country and I'm enjoying myself. And one of Gemini's strong characteristics is communication. And communicating your desires is so important. We all have a unique way of expressing our desires, and I'm gonna teach you how to lean into a Gemini's energy and use it to your ability to manifest your desires and just tap into that energy of communication. Because Gemini's are really, really great communicators is ruled by Mercury, the planet associated with communication to lack and information processing. So if you're a Gemini and you realize like everything that I'm saying, it speaks to you, that's because you are a great communicator. You are intelligent and you process information different than any other zodiac sign design. And we have a unique way of communicating ourselves. This gives Gemini's a natural gift for expressing ideas, clearly adapting the message to the right audience and just to thinking quickly on our feet. So speaking of adapting your message when you're communicating, ever since I've started speaking more, interacting with different cultures, different backgrounds, I've realized one thing that that is so universal in my style communicating is a smile. It's so simple. But a smile is warm, a smile is inviting. A smile shows that you are friendly, you're open to starting a conversation, or you're engaging and you're enjoying the conversation you're having. And while I'm traveling for my birthday, I realized a lot of times we don't really get to see, see or mix and mingle with different people from all over the world, unless we travel to their part of the world. And since I've been here, I've met so many great people. And just to kind of give you guys like an ideal, I met people from China, I met people from Singapore, I met people from North Africa. I've met people from here, Thailand, and the number one thing that we've all had in common since I've been here is a smile. And it's a great way. Even if you don't speak their native language, even if you don't speak or understand their dialogue, a smile is a form of communication. So you don't have to just be a Gemini to be a great communicator. You can simply just have a simple smile on your face. Making eye contact and your energy is open. That is a great way of communicating. So tap into that Gemini energy, tap into that goddess energy and use your natural gift to communicate. When you show up and you put yourself out there, you are communicating how you feel. You're communicating your confidence to others in a room. You're communicating how you perceive yourself. So when you walk into a room with your head high, you are communicating so much.

60 days headspace.com goddess whether you realize it or not and people are paying attention to you, I've gotten so many compliments. Like so many people have stopped me and just wanted to start a conversation with me and it's just because of the way I carry myself. I'm open to meeting people on this trip. Like I said, a smile is a great way of communicating that openness, openness and tapping into that abundance energy. Because you never know who you may meet when you are traveling and you just never know like what connection that you can develop when you are out traveling. Right? Geminis, we are great communicators we are curious, too, as well. And we are very creative. And Geminis, we express our ideas clearly. We. We don't mind talking to anyone like, and we're great listeners, too. Being a great listener is a great way of communicating, too. Just so you know, communication isn't always speaking and talking. Being a great listener is a form of communication, too, as well, because we're able to process information and just hold space. And that is pretty much what a Gemini is. So a smile, your signature scent, the way you look, your eyes, the way you dress is a form of communication. So how are you communicating today? Look in the mirror. How are you showing up in the world? How are you communicating? What is it on your heart today that you desire, and how are you delivering that into the world? How are you communicating that? I want you to take a moment to think about that. So in order to manifest your deepest desires, you have to communicate them. Be curious, and lean into your creative energy. Whenever I make myself up, I do my makeup, my hair, and I get dressed for the day. I'm communicating how I want others to treat me. Because when you show up as your higher self, other people respect that. They totally respect that. I created a video, like a get ready with me Tik Tok and Instagram reel video of my airport she chic outfit of the day. And I've had so many people say, I love your airport outfit. So me dressing up is a form of expression. Me dressing up is a form of communicating, like, how I feel about myself. Have you ever noticed people at the airport sometimes are in a pajama set or wearing a bonnet on their head? You're communicating how you feel you're communicating, so pay attention to that. Do you carry yourself with grace? Do you carry yourself with confidence? You are communicating that how you dress, you are definitely communicating that. So pay attention. If you notice the shift of the energy in the room and it's more positive, you're communicating that energy in the room, and you're amplifying that energy everywhere you go. So take mental note. Every time you're walking into a room, are you speaking, engaging with other people? How does that feel? How does that conversation feel when you leave the room? Does it feel light? Does it feel heavy? All of that really matters because you are communicating so much more than just speaking words. It's a full, total package. I've met so many wonderful people. And just to think that people are so fascinating, right? When you're traveling, you strike up a conversation. It can lead to a connection. It can lead to a potential associate or friend. And you can always stay in touch if you visit that city again over and over. But just keep in mind your communication, your desires, your curiosity, your creative energy is a form of expression, and you can tap into that. Even if you're not a Gemini, you can tap into that energy. That energy is so universal. It's abundant. It's playful energy, it's feminine energy, it's goddess energy. So communicate how you want the world to to respond to your energy and show up as your higher self. And remember that how you view yourself and how you pour into yourself every single day is a form of communicating. You are speaking that language. Whether you open your mouth or not, you're speaking that language to other people. So one thing that you could take away from today's episode is communicate your desires. Communicate how you want to feel today. Communicate how you want others to respect you today. Communicate how you love yourself. Communicate how you see your future self. Communicate all of that and pour that energy back into yourself every single day. Spend five, 10 minutes pouring that energy into you to communicate the best version of yourself. A smile is the best way of communicating to the universe. Gratitude. That energy that you're pouring into, that is a great way of communicating to the universe. Abundance. Energy. Letting go of doubt, letting go of fear, letting go of scarcity. Mindset is a great way of communicating that. You're open, you have abundance. You. You're open for more in life. And nothing. There is nothing in this world that you cannot have. It's already written, it's already been done. You just have to tap into that bonds energy. So learn how to communicate. The universal language is love. Love where you're at on your journey. Love who you're becoming and communicate that loving energy that you have. Pour it all into yourself and blossom everywhere you go. The seed of love that you plant today will show up in so many different ways when you communicate who you desire and who you are.
