My mission, whoever's listening to this podcast podcast, is that you find ways to empower yourself, attract the life you desire and feel supported. On this self love journey. I have experienced a new way of opening up to the endless possibilities of healing and growing through sharing my voice. I'm your host Jasmine Rasco and today's episode will be talking about resetting your mindset for the new season. So fall is here and summer was beautiful. Summer was energized. Summer was adventure. Summer was full of everything that made us felt aligned with Summer. The Sunlight Vacation if you travel, you want a vacation. Summer brought us bits and pieces of things that we wanted to do and enjoy, but it was a very short time. So as we're getting into fall and we are adjusting, I want to share with you four tips that you can transition into fall smoothly that will help you reset your mindset when it comes to the new season. So number one is updating your daily routine. What you've done in the past, what you've done in the summer, what you've done in the spring, what you've done in the beginning of the year. You're going to want to change and adjust as you are transitioning into fall. This could be shifting your schedule gradually to accommodate shorter days such as the sunlight, bedtime and meal prepping and adding and grounding habits like journaling or evening walks. Because during the fall the weather is a lot cooler and crisp so you can actually enjoy being outdoors more. But you want to make sure that you are updating your daily routine because what we've done in the summer is going to be a little different going into fall and you want to adjust and make sure it accommodates your lifestyle during the fall. Number two is to refresh your environment. This is probably one of my favorite things to do because I love decluttering my home. Decluttering your summer items out of your closet and bringing in fall decor or scents, it's going to make a huge difference. I like to take the time to just see like, okay, what clothes that I am no longer going to carry into fall, fall. Do I want to put them in a different closet or do I want to list them and sell them with a online or like an in store luxury consignment shop or do I want to donate like I want to know like how I'm going to organize and declutter and get rid of some summer pieces that I'm not going to wear in fall or even just like looking around the home like what are some summer items that I want to just kind of put away in the storage and bring out some fall pieces that's going to help amplify that energy of a new season is here. And candles is a great way in low cost to actually bring in that new season energy throughout your home. So think of some scents that you love to smell during the fall. I know pumpkin spice is very popular. Apple is very popular. Vanilla I feel like is beautiful all throughout the year. But like anything that has like some warmth, some spice is really going to help amplify that energy. Like there's a new season here. So switching out the candles that you typically burn during the summer and adding some different scents, different aroma throughout the house is really going to bring in that energy and help you clear out like the old energy because you're like welcoming new energy throughout your home and you're also redecorating your home. You're adding some fall pieces, adding some throws or some warm lighting, pillows, like, anything to just kind of like switch up the mood and create a cozy space to help align your mind in the new season, which we love. So think about how you can refresh your environment within your budget because this is going to also help reset your mindset for the new season. I like to declutter my space because when I walk into my home, when I walk into my bedroom, I want to make sure that there is energy flowing and not stagnant energy. And this matters. It really does matter. So take the time to to adjust and refresh your environment. Also, don't forget your car, ladies. Don't forget your cars. Clean out your cars. Like add in some new aroma scents that you can like, smell good throughout your whole car. That gives you like that fall scent. That makes a difference too, to clean out spaces that you use every day, pretty much to really refresh your environment, that matters too as well. Look through your makeup, clean out your makeup, get rid of the old makeup. Also, you're going to be using different makeup too. I know for me and the cooler months, my skin care changes, my makeup for sure changes. I adjust as the season change. So this is a great time to go through your skin care products and see, like, do you need to add some different moisturizer? I know for me during the summer I got a few shades tanner, so my makeup changed. Now we're going into the cooler months and now the sunlight is going to change a little bit. I'm going to adjust my makeup and the same for my skincare routine as well. Like, I'm going to need moisturizers that have a little bit more thicker cream texture to it. So that matters too as well. So this could be something really fun that you can just take the time to do over the weekend, like every single day. Like create like a small task that you can do throughout your space to refresh your environment. This is so helpful. As you're doing this, you're also like welcoming new energy into your space. So create the cozy space to help you align in your goddess energy this season. Number three, adjust your wellness practice, modify. And we talked a little bit about this. Modifying your skin care for cooler weather and updating your fitness habits for indoor workouts if needed. I love class pass. I talk about this all the time on my social media. If you are new to fitness, if, let's say fitness is like a new goal for you this season, like you really want to get into Pilates or you want to get into pickup, it's time to date like a goddess. All you want to get into tennis who or you want to, you know, create some kind of activity that's going to help you feel good, help you reset your mindset. Maybe in the evenings you want to go walking or maybe in the evenings you want to go to the gym. I love Class Pass. Like it's a great app that you can download and I will include it in the show notes. You can download this app and you can gain access to different studios in different cities as you're traveling to and you can stay up to date with your health and, well, wellness. Also, Class Pass do have spas too as well. So you can try different spas. You don't have to feel obligated to join a gym or Pilates studio or being on a subscription when it comes to like a spa. You can just go in and use credits towards those appointments and I feel like it just makes it so much easier as you are doing things that feel good to yourself. You know, taking care of your health and wellness. It's so important. So I love Class Pass. It's great. I use it to book all My plotties classes and I even use it to book massages too. Even you can go to so many different smoothie shops, different juice shops. So it's a really, really tool to adjust your wellness practice. And let's say you're very new to all of this. As we're transitioning into the new season, let's say you want to set a new goal and one of your goals is which we're going to get into number four, set new goals. Set seasonal intention goals. Think of it as you know you're creating like a mini new year or you're revisiting or resetting goals. Let's say you want to make new friends, build new connections. Class Pass. I like to use this whenever I'm going to new studios. Check out the environment that you are working out at some of these studios. Some of these girls and the classes, they have a common purpose as you health and wellness. This is a great, great way to meet and connect with other women who have a similar goal as you and make friends. Be the first one to introduce yourself. I encourage you to be the first one to say hi, I am new to the studio. Have you been here before? Is this your first time or do you go here often? Do you book classes? Usually on this day I'm looking for a workout buddy. Would you like to book a class on the same day next time? You know, something like that, like an easy introduction where it's not too much, you know, it's not too invasive but you know it's a good comforter like introduction to get to know someone. So if your goal is to create a health and wellness daily practice and incorporate that into your fall like resetting your mindset and also to make friends and connect with women who are like minded, I suggest download Class Pass. Get into those fitness classes. That's a great way to infuse that energy of like opening like something new to come into your life. You're resetting your mindset when it comes to about your wellness and you're also resetting your mindset when it comes to making friends in this new season. So think of a way that you can do that and the Most easy, positive mindset way. Also create like a sure achievable to do list for things you like to experience or improve by winter. This is something going back to vision boards. I know typically vision boards are really talked about the beginning of the year, but I also feel like you can also create vision boards every month or each season. But you can break them down. It doesn't have to be like you have to do all of this in a short period of time. You can create like achievable to do lists that you would like to experience. So get out your vision board. I want you to crop some magazines. I actually want you to do this hands on. I know today everything is so digital and you can create it with Canva online, but I actually want you to go to a bookstore or a grocery store and buy some magazines. I want you to do that. And cut out pictures, words, quotes that represent the intention that you want to create. For this new season. We are resetting our mindsets and that takes for you to visualize it. In order to materialize it, you have to visualize it first. So create like a mini vision board for the fall. I love it. Add. And you know what else you can do? You can add some sense to it. So like grab like your favorite fall fragrance and spray your vision board. Like every time you smell that, you're going to subconsciously think of everything that's on that vision board every time you smell it. That's something that I am doing currently. I'm creating a mini vision board for the fall. I went to Barnes and Noble and I went to the grocery store to get some magazines. I'm going old school, back to old school because it still works. And create a mini achievable to do list vision board for yourself. I feel like this is a great way to also incorporate that energy of like it's actionable, you're taking actions towards it and you're also energetically creating that energy within yourself too. Also, you may make a friend and the bookstore. Adding books to your list is a great way to reset your mindset too. For the new season. This is a bonus, but I always.

You know, you should read like at least a few books throughout the year, but find like a really, really good book that resonates with you. It could be from any genre, but find something that actually just helps make you want to really achieve your goals in life. You know, it could be something romantic, like a romance novel that helps you look at your romantic life in a beautiful way. So you can like fantasize like your romantic life. Like how do you want your romantic life to look like? How do you want your relationships to look like? Read books based on that. Or if you like to travel, adventure, find books that talks about that. Or if you want to work more into like your spiritual side and you really want to get more in tune to that, find books surrounded around that kind of content. It's a natural cure for reflection and recalibration. Think about it. In nature, everything begins to slow down, the days get shorter, the air is cooler and the trees shed what they no longer need. So why shouldn't you? Goddess, whatever you are looking to manifest this fall, think about what you've done all year that's led you up to here. I want you to release any limits of belief. I want you to release anything, anyone that's not serving towards your goals this season. And I want you to really focus on your deepest desires and I want you to create an open communication with yourself and journal it down. Like resetting your mindset for the new season is so important. I want you to start fresh. Declutter the home, declutter the mind. Declutter your social media. Unfollow people that just doesn't align with you. Unfollow people in real life too, as well. Not just your home, not just your closet, but also people who you are connected to that you feel like is not a good fit for you this season and only you know that. Take assessment of what's going on currently in your life and look at it. Is this helping me towards my goals or is this actually keeping me stagnant? It's time to take charge of your current reality. As the season change, our mind changes. We need a reset sometimes and that's great. Fall invites us to reset, to reflect and to prepare. So don't fight against the change. Change is happening. Change is happening. I want you to flow in the rhythm that feels natural to you. Flow towards your desires because it's happening. Everything around you is happening for you. So think about your daily routine. If it's going to bed 15, 30 minutes earlier, if it's moving dinner a bit earlier, if it's grounding and journaling or or just taking an evening walk, think about updating your daily routine. Think about refreshing your environment. Think about adjusting your wellness practice. I made a video post on my social media and I came across this tiktoker who expressed your physique tells a story. It communicates to the world. It tells how disciplined you are. It tells how much you love yourself. It tells where where you're going. Your physique tells a story and it's so true. So if you are someone who's looking to get into the health and wellness and you're looking to really level up in that space, in the fitness space, this is your time to create daily goals. Because your physique tells a story, it's going to tell how disciplined you are in this new season. Your skin tells a story. It's going to tell how you take care of it. The moisturize the serum, the exfoliator all of that tells a story. So adjust your your skin care routine too this season. Your smile tells a story. Your eyes tells a story. Are you happy? Where are you at today in life? Are you happy? All of that tells a story. If you're finding yourself not feeling happy lately, not enjoying where you're at in life, I want you to get really brutally honest with yourself and ask yourself, why aren't you happy? If you need to seek outside of yourself and go to therapy and, you know, talk to someone who you can trust, that can help you discover what it is. Do that. That. That is beautiful. It can help you tap into deep, deeper layers of yourself if you need that. So set new goals. Be very intentional this season. Fall is basically a mini new year. You don't need 12 months to plan, just clarity on what you want. The next few.

That's why you rack few months to feel like goddess. So ask yourself, what do I want to experience this season? What habits do I want to build or break this season? What do I need more or less of in my life right now? I want you to write two to three small, achievable goals. And maybe it's starting therapy. Maybe it's a weekly solo date. Or maybe it's just making space to rest. Maybe it's downloading bumble and going on a date and you're open and ready for love. Maybe you're ready for love this season. I think you're ready for love this season. Invest in you, goddess. Only you know what you need this season. So slow down, reset, realign. You don't have to reinvent yourself all in one day. I just want you to own your desires and I want you to feel your way towards the decisions that you can make today. That's going to help you get closer to your goals and achieve your goals. Remember, the physique never tells a lie. Your skin does not tell a lie. Your smile does not tell a lie. Your eyes doesn't tell a lie. Your aura, it doesn't tell a lie. It tells what you feel. Where you're at, it shows. So all of that is part of you. So work towards those things in life. Brighten up those smiles. Find things that bring you joy every single day and it doesn't have to cost you a lot of money. Find things that make you happy. Find a new hobby this season. It doesn't have to cost you a lot of money. I want you to take the time to reset your mindset and focus on you so you can show up as your higher self. Goddess. Remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. I want to leave you with an affirmation that you can repeat throughout the day. Place your hand of your heart and just take a deep breath and breathe and repeat this affirmation after me. This new season brings a renewed version of me. Stronger, wiser and more aligned.
