Hello, hello, hello, Hello September. Oh my God. We're in a new month. September is here. And this year has gone by so fast. Like we are coming to an end of summer and we're getting ready to go into a new season of fall. And I love this feeling because it's like a clean slate. It's like a fresh start. It's a time to choose vision over fear. And this month, it's all about winning. This month is all about reclaiming your power. This month it's all about standing in your feminine power and owning your desires and attracting, attracting, attracting everything that your heart desires. So we are embarking on a beautiful new journey this month. And I'm excited for you, Goddess. I'm excited to hear your manifestations. But first we must set our intentions. So why wait for January? Why wait for the new month? Why wait for the new year? Why wait for a Monday or calendar invite to decide that you are ready to level up? Why wait? But since we're here in September and it's a clean slate energy vibe over here, let's embark on this new journey. This new month. This is your chance to set a powerful intention. One that does not wait for permission. You don't have to ask anyone for permission to set new goals, to relocate, to start over. Like, if that's what you want to do this month, you can do that. So ask yourself, what do I want to feel, achieve and Embody by the end of this month, not next year, not someday, but this month. What do I want to feel, achieve and embody by the end of this month? Set your intentions as it's already yours, Goddess. Okay? And make it bold, make it beautiful, make it yours, make it align with the version that you see your higher self stepping into. I want to talk about having vision over fear because this is a topic that I feel like a lot of my lovely listeners on here can relate to. Sometimes we get fearful and it clouds our creativity, it clouds our judgment, it clouds and stops our confidence. And we have to release that energy to welcome new things this month, to attract new opportunities to achieve new goals. We have to have vision. And when you have vision, there's no room for fear. Fear does not exist. There's no room for it. So here's where most people get stuck when they are creating goals and it's around fear instead of vision. This is what most people think or say is fear says, don't try that you may fail or stay where it feels safe, like this is your comfort zone. Stay here. Or what will they think? What will my peers think? What would my family think? What was social media think? It's like that ecosystem, right? You have your family, you have your peers, your friends who you care, you care about their opinions and their thoughts towards you. And then you have social media where that's the Internet. These people don't know you, they don't know you at all. Okay, you may put things online, but they still won't even know who you are at core because it's social media. But the people that may know a little bit more about you is your family and your friends. And a lot of times we don't move towards our vision. We don't move towards the things that we feel that's right for us because we care about our family opinion, we care about our peers, our friends, friend's opinion. We care about. If we fail in front of them, they're gonna judge us. And a lot of times the vision that you create for yourself, like at the beginning of the year, you probably created a vision board just like myself. And if you haven't achieved a fraction on that vision board, you probably care what they think. And you're probably in this fear mode of not showing up consistently because now all eyes are on you. Now people are wondering your next move. They're wondering about what you're going to do with your career or with your relationship or with your finances or if you're going to or with your family, right? And we live in this predominant state of mind and it stops us, it stops us from really, truly exploring our creativity, our vision that we have for ourselves. So I want you to release that fear and I want you to step into your vision. What is your vision for yourself? What are the things that you want to reclaim this month and achieve? So take some time over the weekend to think about that and I want you to really put some momentum behind that because September is here. It's a fresh new month and we're gonna, we're gonna manifest. We're going to. This is a win a month, okay? We're going to create a winning streak all month long. But the vision, you have to be stern with your vision, okay? You were made for more. Your gifts are needed. So explore and share your gifts with the world. You are allowed to take up space and then some. So don't ever feel like you aren't value enough to. To express your vision, your creativity, your gifts, your talent with the world, with the community that you want to create. It's your time. So ask yourself, are your goals rooted in expansion or in avoidance? Are your goals rooted in. In expansion or in avoidance? If your goals are just designed to keep you comfortable or literally invisible where you're like paint on the wall and no one notices you, it's time to shove. It's time to adopt a new habit this month. Because we are building a life that matches the fire in our souls. We are building a life that explores our desires, not the fear that lives in our head. We are switching that out. We are changing the narrative in our head, okay? We are no longer sharing our goals, our desires with family, with friends, or with the Internet. We don't do that because sometimes we invite people unintentionally to fuel that fear, fuel that discouragement that, that already might be lingering in the back of your head. But now you have outsiders opinion. So I want you to get very, very intimate with your desires. And I want you to keep it close to your heart or in a journal, but keep it close to your heart until it's already done. A lot of times we're asking for permission. You don't need permission. You don't need permission to switch careers. You don't need permission to switch relationship or to relocate or to start a business or to start saying no and start saying yes to yourself to embody this new mindset. You don't need permission. You need to start taking up space and then some. Get into the goddess energy, the one that Radiates an empowerment move, an empowerment decision that you take on every single day. That doesn't mean you're being perfect. That means you're being intentional. When you walk into a room, I want people to say, that's an intentional woman. Because everything she's doing is intentional. The way she does her hair, the way she does her makeup, the way she dresses, the way she says her words, her. The way she's articulating herself. That's an intentional goddess. I want you to start moving intentional. This is going to have you think outside of the box. Get into your creativity and start creating daily microhabits that you can adapt today. Okay? This does not take a whole year to get into this mode. You can start doing this literally today. That's why I want you to adapt a new mindset this month. Because these microhabits, you can start implementing them asap. So here are some few that you can adapt. Starting now is a two minute morning vision statement. I love this because it's pretty much you're speaking life into yourself. You're speaking your future out loud every day. And I want you to feel, feel it. I want you to own it. Speak vision into your day. So two minutes. Put a timer on your phone and start speaking. Okay? Don't, don't even like, try to make it sound perfect because this is intimate. This is just you, you know, by yourself, looking in the mirror, looking at yourself. And just start speaking life into yourself for two minutes, okay? I want you to feel it, I want you to own it. I want you to reclaim it. Okay? Speak it and then create a daily, like I did that list. Write down one to three things that you achieve that day. I want you to do this because you are creating proof of your movement, your movement of a winning streak all month long. Okay? When you create, I did that list, you have some proof and you can go back and you can look at the things that you've done to help yourself move in that direction, okay? And I want you to also create a, an intentional disconnect window. This is a time frame where you're protecting your piece, you're putting the phone down and you're coming back to your body. Okay? So whether you put that phone on, do not disturb for a few minutes throughout the day and you don't pick up the phone, you're not scrolling on social media, you're not checking emails, you're not on the phone with the friend, family, whatever, you are setting time where you're not connected to the phone, the iPad, the computer, it's like you're intentional. So create a time frame, okay? Do something that is realistic to you. Okay? So whether it's 5, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, whatever time frame that you can do. But I want you to be consistent. This is going to be your daily microhabit. So maybe in the morning when you first wake up, intentional disconnect window. You are not scrolling, opening the phone or anything for the first five, 10 minutes. And stretch it if you want to. Every day. If you want to stretch it a few more minutes, do that as well. But like you have your minimum time frame of like you're disconnected from electronics. Okay, next, I want you to hydrate. Hydrate. Because energy flows where nourishment goes. A lot of times we are running off of yesterday, what we did yesterday. I want you to hydrate, okay? Make your water beautiful. I go live from time to time. And you guys always compliment, like how I'm drinking my water and this beautiful wine glass. But it's not just that. I also add like fresh pineapple and raspberries, sometimes strawberries and have like these cute little glass reusable straws that have like a little butterfly at the tip. I, I'm, I'm making it where it's like enjoyable. So I know sometimes people don't like to drink water. They don't like to hydrate. They like to go for their favorite sodas or juices or whatever, or coffee. And it's like, that's great and all. I know it, it hits the spot that you're looking for. But I also want you to focus on your hydration. Because when you want to create a habit where you're in a state of flow and you're in a state of. You're. You're receiving your next. Your. Your intuition is speaking to you. You want to make sure that you are well nourished and hydrated. And you can take on the day with an empowerment mindset. You want to be hydrated for that. You want to feel good inside and out. When you're hydrated, you glow. When you're hydrated, you're able to just have a clear vision. So hydrate yourself, Goddess. Okay? Because your energy matters and keeping your energy at a good state, it requires you to feel good inside and out. So hydrate yourself. And then last but not least, this is the microhabit that I have been doing every single day, especially when I go on my walks. It is a power song on repeat, a song that just speaks to you. You know the one, the one that wakes up your soul. The one that ignites fire, the one that really speaks to you. I have a song that I want to play a small snippet of. This song is like my Go to empower song. I shared this on one of my lives, and you guys loved it. I want you to find your own Go to song, but I'm going to share my empowerment song. It's like a upbeat, fun. Just wait till you hear it. Okay. It's by RuPaul. RuPaul had a show. I don't know if this show still plays on TV, but it was like RuPaul Drag Race. I think that was the name of the show. I could be wrong. But anyway, I remember the show, and it was just like such a interesting show because you get to see the transformation and all that. But this song is called I'm a Winner, Baby. Now, this song right here, it speaks to me because it makes you feel like a winner. It makes you feel like setting new goals for the month, and that's what this episode is all about. It's intentional. Being intentional with your words, being intentional with how you show up for yourself, being intentional with the micro habits that you're creating every single day so you can start to receive those opportunities that's going to put you in that flow, that state, and envisioning yourself. Okay. Leaving the fear and envisioning yourself. So I want to play a small snippet of this. I have no idea where this is at because I was listening to it a little bit earlier. So just hear a little small snippet. If you like this song and you want this to be part of your power song on repeat, you are more than welcome to use this song, but I want you to find one that really speaks to you. This one speaks to me. I don't win. I can. That song. When I tell you it f something in me, I literally get goosebumps every time I hear that song. I'm a winner, baby. I'm a winner. Like, just hearing that over and over and over, that's an affirmation. I'm a winner, baby. That's an affirmation. So it's so interesting how you can feel empower, and it will charge like this magnetic energy in you. And when you step out, you feel confident, you feel empowered, you feel strong, and you start to make decisions that empowers you as a winner, whether it's your daily habits, the foods that you eat, the amount of time that you can consume, screen time, or the conversations that you're having. The money that you start attracting and the business that you create, your presence online in person, everything that you're doing, how you feel about yourself is coming from a winner mindset. So I love this song. It's my empowerment song, and I just feel like it's. It. It really, really, really ignites. Like, it helped me create this episode. Honestly, I was listening to it earlier and I was thinking about what I want to say. Each episode is different and I have a, you know, different emotion connection to things that I put out on this podcast and I'm like, this feels good. This feels like a amazing song to incorporate and share with you guys. So, power song on repeat. Find the one for you. If you want to borrow this one as your power song, you're more than welcome to use it, but I want you to find one because those small shelves creates big momentum and it helps you stay in the goddess mode. Okay? It helps you stay in your goddess energy, and it also helps empower your decisions throughout life. So you were made for this. You were made for this season. You are capable, not by accident, not by default, but by divine design. The timing in your life is not off. You're not late. You're not under qualified. You are exactly where you're meant to be. You are exactly where you're meant to be. And you exactly have what you need. And September is your activation month. So stop waiting for the perfect moment because you are a perfect goddess. Stop waiting for the perfect moment because you are the moment. The minute you decide that you want to change and level up, the minute you decide that you want to switch and and create purpose and go after the things that feels good to you, you do that because you are the moment. This is your season to rise. I have a goddess challenge for you because I know you're ready. If you stayed to this very end of this episode, I know you are ready. I want you to write down 3 wins you are claiming this month before they even happen. So this is where you're going to see your manifestation come before your eyes. Not a maybe, not if. If everything goes right, I want you to write them in past tense like you already did them. For example. I'll give you some examples. Write this as if you already did it. Launch my offer with confidence. Let's say you are a coach and a fitness coach and you want to start coaching online and have one on one sessions or have a community. Let's say you want to get into that coaching space. I launch my offer with confidence already. Write that down as if you already launched the offer. That's an example. Or I showed up for myself every morning this month of September. I. I showed up for myself every morning. Write it down as if you already did. I'll give you guys an example of something, what it looks like for showing up for myself every morning. Every morning I document my mornings. So like that's me showing up for myself and me having proof. This goes back to having proof. Like I have a social media phone that I create content with and I document my mornings and they're pretty consistent and a lot of times they overlap or whatever, but like they're very consistent. And at the end of this month, I am going to create like kind of like a collage or like a, like a clip video and use it for content. So I show it for myself in many ways. I show it for myself by actually whatever that looks like, whether it's pilates meditation, creating my matcha, you know, leaning into my purpose, creating different podcast episodes, work related passion, whatever that looks like in the mornings or just spending doing nothing. I'm going to document that because I'm going to show it for myself and that's going to align with who I am. My mornings are sacred. My mornings are purposeful. My mornings are soft. I show up for myself every single morning. And I choose what feels natural towards that next stepping stone for me in my life. So I want you to find ways that you can show up for yourself every morning, whatever that looks like for you. I want you to do that consistently and I want you to write it down as if you already did it. Another example is I attract align opportunities with ease. Write this down. Okay? Look for it. I want you to start looking for opportunities every single day, throughout the day. I want you to look for it. Because whatever you are seeking is seeking you. Whatever you desire, desires you. And if you look for it, you will find it. If you believe that it's yours, it is yours. So attracting opportunities that align with your purpose is going to come naturally. So those are just some examples. But I want you to find time today and write down three wins that you are claiming this month. Okay? And I, I want to hear your success when, when those ones happen. I want to hear your success. So make sure to share it on our social media. Tag me. I would love to be a part of that journey with you. And I want you to stick them on your mirror or in your journal or your phone wallpaper. That will be really nice too. I like to go into Canva. Canva is an app you can download it, it's free. And I like to have like create like a little visual vision boards but like a phone wallpaper style. And I put it literally on my screen saver and I look at it every single day. So you can do this too as well. Whenever you need a reminder, you'll see it because you are always, you know, you're going to go into their bathroom so you're going to see it on the mirror or you're going to always have your phone with you. So you're going to see it on your screen saver. So it's going to be like right there where you can see it for yourself and it's going to remind you. And the more you see it, the more you can manifest it. Because it's like you're creating that in your reality. You're already walking in it already. Okay? So remember, you don't have to chase or hustle to prove your worth, goddess. Okay? But you do get to show up like the best version of yourself that's non negotiable. Your desires is non negotiable. Your goals that you set for yourself is non negotiable. If this episode created that inspiration, I want you to share it with your. Your circle, okay? Goddess, you have an amazing vision and I want to see you follow through with your vision, okay? Breathe life every single day into your dreams. Create daily habits that's going to support you all month long. Because September is a wooden month, a winning streak. And move. Move with intention, okay? Create the opportunities when you set the intention early in the day, you create space and time for it to come to you with ease. With ease. And that's important. Because what is yours and what is meant for you, it flows to you like a river. It flows to you. Everything that you are embodying, you are creating space, opportunity and time to come to you. You are a magnetic pull towards your desires and you are creating that energy, that feminine power energy. So everything you do from this moment throughout the whole month of September, it's gonna multiply. It's gonna magnify who you are. And it's designed for you to win. So the habits you create today is going to design for you to win in your future. In your higher self. I'm a winner baby. I'm a winner. Remember, empower yourself. Love yourself on this journey.
