Have you ever heard the expression little by little, a little becomes a lot? That is what today's episode is about. It's about the 1% shift. And I talk about this all the time on my lives. Whenever I'm working out, whenever I'm just doing my glam hair and makeup and we're doing our live goddess chats. I always talk about how the 1% shift is about micro habits, small actions, small, small thoughts, that inner voice and affirmations repeated constantly. Everything that you do in your life is a resort resort of how you feel and think within. And I always say, when you move that needle 1%, every single day, you're making progress. You are making progress. You may not see it in the beginning, but over time, that 1% shift in your life, it really adds up. And it becomes a lot. That 1% becomes a hundred percent over time. And it may feel insignificant at first, but over time you reshape your belief system, your identity, like what you identify with in life. And you just become a greater version of yourself because you've been pouring into yourself. You've been planting seeds, you've been doing your guided affirmations. That adds up. You're pouring into yourself every single day that's moving that needle 1%. Think of it this way. A plane that shifts its course just by one degree. It won't seem off track at first, but if you fly far enough, you'll end up in a completely different place. And this applies to the same as if you are working out 30 minutes, 40 minutes a day and you're eating healthy, you're drinking water, you are just properly taking care of yourself every single day. You're shifting. You're changing your physical attribute, you're changing, changing your mindset. You are shifting and becoming a healthier version of yourself. And before you know it, the summer is here. You're looking more toned and defined. You feel greater, like about your body, like all of that adds up because you are shifting every single day towards that goal that you have for your health and wellness. And this applies towards money management. Think about every single paycheck that you get. You are depositing some of that portion into your savings or into investments. Before you know it. The compound effect you're Going to have a lump sum of money saved up. So this applies to every area in your life, financially, career wise, personal, business. It applies when you are adding, little by little, moving that needle 1%, it adds up and it becomes 100% in your life. So that's what happens in your inner world too. Small shifts done daily leads to massive inner change. And I'm a living testimony of that. I've been pouring into myself every single day. And I always say, like, I may not release an episode on Habits of a Goddess podcast, but I'm always doing something that is helping me create future episodes, that's helping me become a better podcaster, a better content creator, a better influencer, a better entrepreneur. Like, I'm always poor, pouring into myself and my content becomes my lifestyle, the things that I share, everything that I create, from the moment that I wake up to the moment that I go to bed, it's literally micro habits throughout the day that I can create episodes or I can create content that revolves around me. And that's what I do every single day. And it's something that you may not realize if you are a content creator like myself or influencer, or even if you're not into that world, maybe you just, you know, you have your own career outside of that. You got to think about it. Every single day you are doing something that is helping you become better in your field, in your industry. You're either becoming more knowledgeable or you are coming, becoming more aware of, like, where you're at on your journey. And you're improving. You are improving because you are identifying your strengths and you're identifying your weaknesses and you're adding into yourself every single day. You are working and elevating every single day. And you're also surrounding yourself around people who are or a mirror and reflecting that version of where you are at in life or where you desire to go at life. So that's really important. The power of repetition is so powerful. Like, our brains are rewired for repetition. I always say, like, the more often we think of a thought, the more familiar and true it feels. So when you are repeating affirmations, especially just, you know, simple ones, like, for example, this affirmation, each day I grow stronger in small, unseen ways. Each day I grow stronger in small, unseen ways. This affirmation may sound so simple, but when you think about it, it's so powerful. It has so much meaning behind the words and when you repeat it and you think of it and you can use this as a focus point throughout the whole Day, each day, speaking every single day, you're moving that needle 1%. I grow stronger in small and unseen ways. So your peers, your family, your colleagues, they may not see the massive change in growth, but you are growing. You may not even see the massive change and shift and growth in yourself, but you are growing. You're moving every single day. You're moving your body, you're changing your, the ways that you think in small, subtle ways. So growth can come in different shapes and forms in our life. Think about a time where you actually applied affirmations into your life and you started repeating it and you started feeling the affirmation and you started believing the words that you were saying. Did you notice a shift in your mood? That's subtle growth. It's very quiet, but it changes your mood. It's rewriting your brain, your process of your brain. Have you ever been driving and someone just cut you off and you want to give them the finger but you don't because you realize, you know what, maybe they need to get to where they need to go. But I'm, I'm gonna keep going at pace that I'm going in life. It doesn't matter who tries to speed me up, doesn't matter who tries to cut in front of me. I'm still going to end up where I need to be at in life. It does not matter what other people try to fast forward and get me on their pace in life. I'm still going to end up where I need to be at in life. Because the growth that I am on, the journey that I'm on, I am making those adjustments and changes in my life. Because every day I grow stronger and stronger in my belief system. And it's unseen ways. Not everyone is going to see the vision for you. It's not meant for everyone to see the vision for you. It's meant for you. It honors the invisible work. Like sometimes the growth, no one sees it, but you feel it. And when you grow in subtle ways, it helps you build self trust. Affirming that you don't need external proof to know that you're evolving. I don't need other people to tell me that I'm evolving. I know from within, I am evolving. I know from within that I'm going to get to where I'm supposed to be in life. Because my belief system is so strong and powerful. I believe in myself. I believe to be successful, to live a life of freedom, peace, happiness, joy. I know the right people are going to come in my life, the right opportunities I know that. And that can happen for you too as well. So check the way that you are thinking throughout the day and just shift your mindset anytime you feel any negative emotion or any ounce of disbelief because you may not physically see in front of you when where you want to be at in life. But if you just shift your mindset and you go back to that affirmation each day, I grow stronger in small, unseen ways. Pay attention to how that feels when you say that to yourself and when you think it and also feel it, you know that's going to help you believe in yourself and evolve. And it also rewires the belief that progress must be dramatic to be real like. And truth be told, you don't want to grow and expand overnight. You don't want to be an overnight success story. You want to grow in subtle ways so you can adjust to the new life that you desire.

You want to be able to grow every single day. 1% and subtle, quiet growth. Because when we, when we get placed in a new environment, it takes a minute for us to adapt. It takes a minute for our brain to understand, like, okay, this is our new current reality. It's the same with someone winning the lottery. Let's say you've been living in poverty your whole life and all of a sudden you get a winning lottery ticket and you scratch it off and you win a million dollars. If you haven't been practicing financial management, if you haven't been practicing, you know, or conditioning your mindset to abundance, that million dollars will become overwhelming for you. And it will leave quickly because you haven't trained yourself to adapt to that abundance of money at once, that large quantity of money at once. But, but if, even if you don't have a million dollars in your bank account, right, you may not be living in poverty, right? But you live a pretty comfortable life. You're able to take care of your financial needs and all that. If you start Practicing the abundance mindset. And you start shifting your mindset from lack to abundance. When that large sum of money come into you, come into your life, you will be able to sustain and obtain that. It will become your norm. A million dollars, whatever it is, whatever large amount of money that you manifest, it will become your norm. Because you have already believed that. You have already believed it to be true for you. And you believe in financial freedom. You believe that you're worthy of it. This applies to anything in life. So shifting your mind in subtle ways, it does matter. When it comes to finances, prepare yourself to receive abundance of money, large amounts of money. Prepare yourself, start shifting the way you view money in life. Start thinking of ways that money could be fun for you. In enjoyment, pleasure for you. Money gets to be easy. Money flows into your life. Money comes into your life in an unexpected fun ways. Money is your abundance. You use money as a tool and resources to elevate your life. Look at money in that aspect. It's just shifting your way of thinking of money. A lot of times people have a hard time receiving, whether it's money or receiving help, or just receiving love, because they haven't shift their mindset. So start thinking of ways that you can shift your mindset and build trust in yourself. Build that trust in yourself. So for the next seven days, I want you to create a short affirmation that supports your quiet growth. A short affirmation that supports the area of your life that you want to focus on. This could be money, finances. This could be the area of love, the area of your health, the area of your business or career, 9 to 5 job. This could just be your self worth. Your mindset could create a short affirmation that supports your quiet growth. And I want you to write it down. Make this affirmation tailored, unique to you. You can go back and listen to the quiet growth affirmations and choose one of those. Or you can create one on your own and just write one small thing you did that day. Align with an affirmation. Say it out loud in the morning and once before bed, and write it down. And here's some examples that you can use. And these are just examples, but you can always like tailor it to your needs. Small steps are still steps. I'll repeat that. Small steps are still steps. And then you fill in what it is that you are stepping, moving forward to in life. And I'll give you example. Small steps are still steps towards my health and wellness goals. Maybe your goal is to lose weight. Maybe your goal is to Tone up. Maybe your goal is to get back in shape. Or maybe you found out that you're pre diabetic and you want to take charge. You want to take charge of your health and you want to like, make sure that you're eating healthy and you're cutting out sugar, you're cutting out carbs, whatever it is, right? That can be an example or I honor my pace. I honor my pace knowing that you don't have to run and sprint towards a goal. Enjoy the journey. Honor the pace in life that you're at. Okay? No one is an overnight success. No one is an overnight success. No, no one is an overnight millionaire. Yes, you can win the lottery and become an overnight millionaire. But think about all the vibration within, all the thoughts that you had. You had to attract that. So that contributes to your pace on your journey. That contributes towards the pace that you're going at in life. So take charge of honoring where you're at. Rest is part of growth. It's okay to rest or I trust what's unfolding right before my eyes. These are just affirmations, examples. But I want you to really tailor and cater towards what area of your life that you want to move that needle 1%. You want to shift, you want to change. This is what I want you to do. Create a microhabit that builds resilience over time, that supports your goal. And write it down. Don't overthink it. Don't judge your words. Just let them be soft and simple. Okay? Don't make it complicated. This is for you. This is very personal. So keep it close to you. Maybe keep it in your purse or keep it in a journal. Keep it on sticky note on your mirror and just write this goal down. And this is like your micro affirmation that you can go back and recite it. And I want you to do this consistently for seven days. Say it out loud, write it down, say it out loud. And just repeat it throughout the day. In the morning, before you go to bed, I love to create like a sticky note and put it on my mirror. Because in the morning you wash your face, you're in the mirror. At night you wash your face before you go to bed, you're in the mirror, you know, so that's a great way. Or another hack that I've done before is take a clear glass water bottle or a plastic water bottle, just long as it's clear and then write it on a sticky note and then tape it on the water bottle and just drink out of that water bottle throughout the day. But you also see that affirmation is right there. As you're drinking the water, you're thinking about it, you're saying it, you're reciting it in your head. That really helps too. Okay. You don't need to be loud to be powerful. You don't need to be. When you hear Lululemon, you probably think.

Micro subtle steps that you're taking every single day. 1% you're shifting every single day. It adds up over time. There are tiny seeds that you're planting and they grow deep roots. Because you are. You are growing confidence every single day. You're growing, you're growing. Just know that Goddess, you are growing. So anytime you feel like you're behind in life because everyone else may be appearing events and further along, just know that you're on the right path. As long as you are intentionally doing things that aligns with your goals, just know that you're on the right path in life. Just know that. Remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. I want to leave you with an affirmation that you can repeat throughout the day. Place your hand over your heart and just take a deep breath and breathe. And repeat this affirmation after me. You've gained financial freedom. You are in your calmness era. You listen before you speak. Nothing gets you off discourse. You are in your divine goddess energy. You cater to your needs before you cater to others. You prioritize your mental well being. You prioritize self care. You prioritize your self love. You choose you because every small step you take today, it plants those seeds. It does. Every time you choose you, every time you honor you, you are becoming more beautiful, more divine, more sure of yourself, more confident. Your boundaries are being honored by you because you are taking those steps every single day. So for the next seven days I want you to take that small step and honoring yourself and creating micro affirmation that will support your quiet growth. So don't forget to write it down. Something short and sweet. You can even go back to the quiet growth affirmations and choose one of those. Or you can create your own and just repeat it soft, subtle to yourself throughout the day. Your journey is a beautiful journey and it will unfold at the different levels and stages in your life. Have you ever spotted McDonald's hot crispy fries right as they're being scooped into the carton and time just stands still sometimes what we're praying for, what we're asking for, what we're doing, you know, seeking in life. The answers are right there in front of us. But sometimes we don't see it. If you're too busy looking at a half empty glass, you won't see it. Focus on your abundance. Focus on that half full glass. Focus on what's going right in your life. Focus on the people that are supporting you. Focus on the people who are showing up and cheering you on. And create that too for yourself. Focus on you Goddess. This journey is a self growth journey, self development journey, self improvement journey. No one is going to do you like you. So don't give anyone the power. Do not give anyone the power to tell you who you are and where you're going in life. You are the creator of your own reality. Everything that you focus on it helps shift and move you towards your desires in life. So pay attention to your focus. Pay attention to your energy. Pay attention to how you feel around people, around places. Pay attention to your own thoughts that you're thinking. All of that adds up and it contributes to you. Goddess, you are the focus. You are the center of everything in the world. You are the center of the universe. So take everything that you have accumulated over time on your journey that you're aware and look at where you're at now. You are on the right path and you're here listening to this episode, that is your sign that you're on the right path. So I love you, Goddess.
