Hi Goddesses. Today it's all about creating winter habits that actually stick. And it's not about being perfect, it's about being consistent. So today I started my morning with a very slow, slow morning. I typically like to work out in the mornings. And the past few days it's been in the 30s, even in the 40s. And I'm gonna be honest with you, it's not as in, it's not as motivating to get up and go work out when it's freezing cold. And South Florida, if you live in South Florida, then you know, like this past weekend, the past couple days, the weather has literally been insane, insane, freezing cold. And it made me think about some winter habits that I have been creating for myself. And it's not about being perfect, it's about showing up. Even if you are breaking it down in shorter habits. Like making the goal instead of like one big goal, but making it shorter even in the time frame when it comes to either working out or meditating or, or getting ready for the day or cooking healthy meals. It's about being consistent. And I want to share with you some winter habits that has helped me stay consistently during the cold days. Okay, so starting with number one, one of my winter habits is no matter what move your body, movement is so important. Even if it's just 30 minutes a day. I typically like to book a class on Class pass. I talk about this all the time. If you guys are interested in starting your fitness wellness journey and you're looking to go to a actual Pilates class or a yoga class, they even have beauty services, spas, massages. On class pass, I'm gonna link it in the show notes and it's also linked in my bio that you can get free credits when you first sign up. So this is really exciting. But I like to book my workout classes on class pass and typically I will check my schedule and see if I want to do like a early, early class or like maybe like a 8 or 9 o' clock class. And typically this gives me the window to kind of wake up and just get going. And once I get myself to the class, I have that energy from that class, the endorphins, like I have all of that flowing and I'm ready to conquer the day, whatever that day looks like. For me, every day is different because I am a entrepreneur, I am a podcaster, content creator. So I make up my own schedule and I have many different things that I do and it varies on a daily day basis. But one thing I can control is my, my movement. And working out for me is part of that control movement through class pass.
So today, this year, I'm resetting my home with intention. This year, my home supports the woman I'm becoming. Order in my home creates clarity in my life. And lately I've been romanticizing my home again. I found the most beautiful marble table on Wayfair that I use just for floor arranging. It's become a little ritual for me.

Me.

I also picked out a new dining table that makes everyday meals feel intentional. And I refresh my guests bed with pillows and cozy throws that make people feel instantly welcome. What I love about Wayfair is that everything I need, my style, my budget, my vision, is all in one place. It makes creating a home that feels warm, elevated and lived in so effortless. Get organized, refresh and back on track this new year for way less, head to Wayfair.com right now to shop all things home. That's W a Y F A I R.com Wayfair Every style, every home.
I decided, okay, I'm gonna spend a little bit more time in the bed, but I'm not going to neglect my movement. I'm still going to take care of the work that I need to take care of some content that I need to edit. Like I'm still going to do some work, but my location is just going to be working from the Bed. That's what I did this morning. And then later on I will either book a class or either I'll go for a walk or I will just do some type of movement, stretch, some light movement that I still feel like I got that in for the day. And that's what Winter Habits is about. It's about being consistent. It doesn't have to look perfect. You don't have to always be in a gym. You don't have to always have like an hour workout session. Sometimes it could be a 15 minute or a 30 minute workout session. I have these little pink stair steppers that I use sometimes either outdoors or even indoors. And I like to say, like, this is my lazy girl workout because while I'm on the pink step stair stepper, I can watch TV or I can be scrolling on my phone and it's like a lazy girl workout because it doesn't really require me to lift weights. It doesn't really require me to like do any crazy, like movement. I'm just literally stairs. I'm literally just climbing the stairs of the stair stepper. I'm going to insert either a picture or video if I can find one, so you guys can see the visual of it. If you're watching this and you'll see if you're listening, just envision a stair stepper that you just pretty much move up and down. And if you do this for 30 minutes or if you do this while you're watching your favorite TV series on Netflix. I just finished watching Bridgeton and I cannot wait for the part two of season four to drop later this month. But like, this is something you can do while you're watching tv. It doesn't have to be like you are doing this crazy workout because during the winter, I'm going to be honest with you, sometimes when the sun is not out as much, when it's colder, it's not always motivating to actually go work out. But you still want to find time for yourself. You still want to find time to take care of your health and wellness and whatever that looks like for you. I want you to figure that out and start doing that and show it for yourself and be consistent. Winter habits. When you create winter habits, it's not just the winter time. It also translate into the other seasons throughout the year. But you're starting the momentum and you're building the confidence to go along with that. So working out, even if it's a shorter period of time of working out, that is something that I would recommend you doing and creating a winter habit, even if It's a shorter 30 minute workout instead of an actual hour. Workout number two reward yourself. Reward yourself, but in a different way. So I worked out consistently the month of January and today I decided I want to go and get some cute new workout sets. I actually have a event coming up this weekend. It's like a Valentine's Day Pilates class and the theme is pink obviously and pink is my favorite color. So I wanted to reward myself with a cute new workout set and I'm gonna insert a cute try on haul so you girls can see some of the cute new pieces that I picked up and some pieces of that you may be interested in. When it comes to athleisure, wear yoga, Pilates workout clothes or even just like wearing it around the house. I think these sets are so cute and it's motivating. It makes you want to stay consistently with your workouts.
Kicking off the Year Feeling good is my whole personality right now.
When I stay on top of it.
With Drip Drop, my energy, my focus and my mood, everything levels up. Everyone talks about new routines in the beginning of the year, but this one is actually sticking. Hydration is now right up there with skin care and sleep for me. I used to think electrolytes were only for workouts, but this year Drip Drop is my reset button. When I'm hydrated, my motivation flows and I feel calm, clear and elevated. Drip Drop is fast hydration that keeps your body and mind working better. My favorite flavor is watermelon and berry, whether I'm recording, traveling or just in my wellness era. Right now, Drip Drop is offering podcast listeners 20 off your first order, go to dripdrop.com and use promo code habits. That's dripdrop.com promo code habits for 20% off, stock up right now@drip drop.com and use promo Code Habits. After my morning workout, I love creating a breakfast that feels nourishing and indulgent.
Hero Bread Toast beautifully.
It's soft, fluffy and surprisingly moist. I love making my avocado toast with this seeded bread. It has pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds for a hearty texture with only 1 gram net carb and 0 gram sugar, 12 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein and 60 calories. It's made with olive oil. The texture feels just like a traditional bread without the heaviness. My go to snack with Herobre is dicing up some cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion and cottage cheese. This recipe is so good so make sure you save it when you're trying Herobread. This Year Hit your goals without giving up your favorite bready dishes. Herobred is offering 10% off your order. Go to Hero Co and use code habits at checkout. That's H A B I T S at h e r o.co so rewarding yourself.
When you have completed your winter habits and you have the momentum going, rewarding yourself. When you are showing up for yourself, having every single day and it's not about having like this big reward, you can reward yourself in smaller increments. You don't have to go and spend a ton of money and get a completely new wardrobe. When it comes to workout clothes. You can just get like a cute workout set and that one workout set, you can keep it in rotation with your other workout clothes and mix and match the pieces. Mix and match the tops and the, the sports bra, the leggings, or the jacket with other pieces that you already have in your collection. So working out for me, it's not only a feel good and look good and, you know, meet those goals, it also helps me like mental clarity. And the reward is a nice body. The reward is a clear mindset and also cute workout clothes sometimes. So I truly do believe when you are creating those winter habits, you can reward yourself too, even if it's a small increments. Also, going into number three when it comes to winter habits, what are you eating during the winter time? Are you binging and eating and indulging like over indulging on snacks? We are not doing that. We are staying aligned with our goals this month, this year, year, this week, today. We are staying aligned with our goals. And how you do that is you're mindful with the bot. What you are mindful with the food that you put in your body. So winter habits, start planning out your meals for the week. If you can. Maybe there's an app you can download. I'm pretty sure there's an app you can download and you can keep track of the food that you're eating or you can keep it in your notes. You, you can create a Pinterest board. But your winter habits is to help support your goals and take you into other seasons throughout the year. So a tip of mine when it comes to like eating healthy is get an air fryer. An air fryer is like one of the best investments I have ever made when it comes to like eating healthy because it makes sure that you are not using a lot of oils. I love an air fryer. You can go on Amazon, you can shop around and just get an air fryer. It helps you cut down the time of cooking. Literally. I have cooked meals like salmon or chicken in the air fryer. Within 10 or 15 minutes I have a full meal complete and you can put vegetables along in with your protein and it's just so much easier and less time, less stress. I swear by this. So if you haven't used an air fryer before and you're, you're like okay, I need to get on this air fryer because it's going to help you want to eat healthier, clean and just stay aligned with your goals and keep your winter habits flexible when it comes to how you eat and take care of yourself. Like this is a great investment. I'm, I'm gonna link the actual air fryer that I use and the show notes. But I love the air fryer because it cuts down the time, it's less stress. I like meals so such as and I'll insert some pictures or video.

Videos of the meals I've cooked in the air fryer. Sometimes I'll go and get like these nice chicken breasts and either I'll cut them up in, in nice chunk sizes and then I'll get like bell pepper, some vegetables whether it's broccoli, onions and peppers and mix it all up together and put your favorite seasoning and herbs and you have an amazing meal. And you can serve this with your favorite carbs on the side, smaller portions or a salad like all of this helps you stay aligned with your goals when it comes to like your winter habits. Your winter habits is for you to stay on track and start the momentum and carry you throughout the year. So as we are in the winter time, think about what winter habits that you are creating for yourself that is going to impact empower you, that is going to make you feel confident that is going to align you with your goals that you set for yourself this year. Goddess, let me know in the comments. What are some winter habits that you have started this year, this season and how have you been doing with your winter Habits like how have you been creating more structure in your life? How have you been staying more disciplined when it comes to your goals? I like to look at do look an overview at the end of the month. And when I think about it, for the month of January, I was pretty consistent when it came to my fitness goals. I was consistent when it came to my personal, my business, my personal brand. Even on the podcast as well, I was consistent with showing up for the people in my life. So when I think about like habits that I created for the month of January, my winter habits is carrying me on in this new month, in the month of February. So February is a new month. It's a very short month too as well. There's like only 28 days I believe in this month and it will go by quick. But guess what? You are staying in line with your winter goals, your winter habits and it's keeping you feeling like your best. It's keeping you feeling like a goddess. So let me know in the comments, what winter habits are you creating, creating for yourself to support you on this personal development journey? Another winter habit I want to share with you, Goddess is realigning yourself with visuals, keeping a visual board that you can look at and you can think about the things that you want for yourself. And as you're reminding yourself and you're looking at it every single day, guess what? You're going to make choices that support yourself yourself that support what you put on that vision board. And if you are new to vision boards and you want to start creating vision boards for yourself, the winter time is the perfect time. You could do this any time of the year, but the beginning of the year. I like to create a vision board because it helps me set the tone for either the quarter or the year or the month. You can break it up however you see fit in your life. So speaking of vision boards, I'm hosting Habits of a goddess first event for 2026. On February 7th I will be hosting Goddess Ser. This is a vision board workshop and it's going to be in Palm Beach, Florida on February 7th at 6:00pm Everything. The tickets will be linked in the show notes and also linked on Habits of a Goddess website. I look forward to connecting and meeting with some of you lovely goddesses and person. You have been asking for more in person events so we can connect and I think it's amazing, you know, having listeners global all over the world, that's great but actually connecting in person is even more better and I truly believe when you put that energy out there you get to attract some amazing people in your life. So if you're looking to connect and tap into a community that has been growing for the past almost six years, may will be six years. Habits of a Goddess has, you know, been around that. I started the podcast in this community. Then this is your sign to come out on on February 7th to Palm Beach, Florida. If you're in the area, if you're in South Florida, if you want to travel, this is a great opportunity for you to connect and meet me and also connect with other goddesses and start creating the life that you desire. I'm going to be teaching you different techniques that I've used over the years and through vision boards, through the Power of manifestation, how I grew my personal brand, how to attract love, how to attract wealth and abundance into your life and connections and build a community of your own too. If you desire whatever it is that you are looking for, this is a great opportunity for you to come and align with this workshop. So check it out, the link is in the bio or you can visit Habits of a Goddess, which is website and sign up and tickets are available. It is a small exclusive event and I look forward to hosting more events throughout the year that's going to be more intimate and exclusive. So this will be the first one and I look forward to seeing you guys. I look forward to connecting with you goddesses. So creating a vision for yourself, it means that you care about where you're going in life and when you create a vision for yourself, it doesn't matter what time of the year. Winter Habits is about starting the momentum and getting yourself out of the funk. Because the winter time for some people, it can feel like depression season. It can feel, you know, not as motivating because the sunlight is not as bright and it's cooler and it gets dark early. Like winter time may not be like the best time for some people, but in my opinion it is the best time for you to shed limited beliefs. It's the best time for you to shed dead weight. It's the best time for you to focus and realign yourself with goals that you're setting for yourself. So what are some winter habits that you're creating this winter and that you're going to carry with you throughout the year. Let me know in the comments. I look forward to meeting some of you lovely goddesses this weekend, February 7th at the Goddess Array Vision Board Workshop. Until next time, Goddesses, don't forget to check out the podcast. There's over 400 episodes and we are almost coming to our six year anniversary, which will be in May. So I would like to know what are your ideals of how we should celebrate six years of Habits of a God's podcast. I'm open to suggestions. Will you guys be interested in a retreat or, or a actual celebration where we come together and have like a nice dinner, formal attire? Like, what are some ideals that you have that you would like for Habits of a Goddess celebrating six years?

Kids, they grow up so fast. One day they're taking their first steps and the next they don't fit into the tiny sneakers they took them in. You blink your eyes and their princess dress is two sizes too small. And their dinosaur backpack isn't cool anymore. But don't cry because they're growing up. Smile because you can profit off of it for real. There are a bunch of parents on Depop looking for the stuff your kid just grew out of. Download depop to start selling.

I am interested because it's early enough where we can plan it together and come together and have like an ideal, whether we want to travel, if we want to do this locally or, you know, travel. I'm open to that, so let me know. But other than that, check out the podcast Habits of a goddess. Over 400 episodes, you can tap into and create the life that you desire, Goddess. Because guess what? As a goddess, you are intentional. You're intentional with your thoughts. You're intentional with how you set yourself up every single day. You're showing up for yourself. You're creating those winter habits that is going to inspire you throughout the year. And also if you, you are not only just creating winter habits, you're planting seeds for your future self. And that takes a person who is aligned, who has clarity, who has abundance, and who's not afraid to let loose and create from a place of abundance, a place of love, a place of courage and wisdom too. So the journey that you're on, it is a personal development journey. And it's a journey that I am empowering not only myself, but for those who are very here at this moment. Thank you, Goddess for joining me today's episode. I look forward to seeing you in the next video. Until next time, Goddesses. Have a beautiful day. And don't forget, your winter habits is to support you on your personal development journey. Your winter habits is to encourage you and to get the momentum going. Your winter habits is not about perfection. It's about consistency. And how you show up during the winter time is going to show up in the spring and summer and fall and all over again. So your winter habits is for you to align and to shine and to become the best version of yourself, which you already are. Goddess until next time. See you in the next video.
