Sometimes we are stifled to begin something because we don't think we know enough yet. This is often the case in farming. This episode is about how to start and letting the learning begin with the knowledge we have.

What are the things we should and shouldn't be doing in our gardens to prepare our garden for winter and to protect the microorganisms in the soil?

Almost every medical chronic condition we face has a connection to the gut. This is great news because there are solutions. There are methods that can be used to diagnose and correct all the issues that are affecting our health. This is just a short introduction to help us look at our health from a holistic view and not just a sympton or single diagnosis. It's a springboard to send us in looking into the harmony of how we live with our society and how it affects every aspect of our mental and physical health.

The Dust Bowl is something we all know happened, but what did or should we learn from that catastrophic man created disaster? What does it teach us about our soil practices today?

No matter our own belief system around nutrition we need to understand the nature of our world scientific practices are not perfect and we need to have an open mind and heart and be united in our desire to find truth and to give place for all practices individuals take to pursue health for themselves. But in all of this pursuit, know that God and Nature know best and seek to be in line with truth as God sees it and be patient with an individuals pursuit of truth.

As a Registered Nurse, a farmer, a mother and friend, my desire is to heal the earth, heal the body, and heal the soul. This is an introduction to why I am starting this podcast and who I am.
