In a friendly interview with Wayne Allyn Root, Donald Trump was invited to declare a national emergency and take over the 2026 midterms, ending mail in voting and imposing new ID requirements. His answer was that stranger things have happened. Hawk's view is that Democrats should take that seriously rather than laugh it off.
