In this special episode of Hawk Talk, we celebrate the senior members of the South River Boys and Girls Lacrosse teams—18 athletes who’ve helped define the program through leadership, grit, and a whole lot of personality. From unforgettable games and team traditions to the lessons they’ll carry beyond the field, these seniors open up about what South River lacrosse truly means to them. Expect plenty of laughs, a few heartfelt moments, and yes… even some unexpected singing along the way. As Senior Night arrives, this episode is a tribute to the bonds, memories, and legacy this group leaves behind—on and off the field. It’s a huge week for Seahawk Nation. For the first time in school history, both South River basketball teams are headed to the Final Four in the same season. We welcomed back Seahawks spanning generations—from the very first South River basketball team in 1979 to a legend who went on to play for Georgetown under the iconic John Thompson.
