Think back to when you were little and needed your parent's permission for everything. Maybe you felt frustrated, or even rebellious, at the thought of having to keep asking for permission. Maybe it turned you into thinking that you need to get permission in other areas of life now that you're an adult?

And now the irony sets in. Because now, you STILL find yourself seeking permission more than ever! And it's not just from your parents, or about the little things.

From the way that you act to how you feel, it's as if you need permission from others first before taking any step forward. I know this, because this used to be me.

As a recovering permission-seeker (aka people pleaser) myself, this topic hits close to home. But I'm opening up because I know that my journey can inspire others too.

Allowing yourself to be you without worrying about what other people think or say is such a freeing experience, and I can't wait for you to feel the same!
