Herman Schrader on the Dirty Mo Media platform from the middle of America in St. Louis, Missouri starts right now. The following is a production of Dirty Mo Media. I'm looking at Kenny Schrader right now.
Kenny Schrader
Drink during the show. I mean.
Herman Schrader
Yeah. How in the World did we to do a podcast.
Kenny Schrader
I like spending time with you.
Herman Schrader
That makes me happy.
Kenny Schrader
Well, it's all about making you happy.
Herman Schrader
We're always honest.
Kenny Schrader
We don't know that we're not in trouble already. And sometimes truthful. What makes you think you're not a little different?
Herman Schrader
You're weird, too. Herman Schrader.
Kenny Schrader
Good job, right?
Herman Schrader
Yeah. How I do there, you know, I'm. I'm learning that I. I keep saying you're going to do it, but then you never do it. I guess it's my fault.
Kenny Schrader
No, I'm just the. I'm the cast of others here. You are the star.
Herman Schrader
That's what you said. Like that. Don't.
Kenny Schrader
When you did Masters before me. Neets is before me. I'm just.
Herman Schrader
Okay, Deets, listen to this. When he ran. Went. When he ran. When Schrader ran the inside Nextel cup show on Monday.
Alan Dietz
Right, Right.
Herman Schrader
With my Kenny. You called that Mikey show.
Kenny Schrader
It was Mikey's show.
Herman Schrader
And. And then you just got done running iroc and you said you just tagged along. What hell's this all about?
Kenny Schrader
All right, start our show. Okay. What are we going to talk about?
Herman Schrader
All right, well, unfortunately, guys, we. We got something that is really awesome, but the fans don't like it. So we're just gonna kick off just like that. First of all, I want to let everybody know I did win this week, and the reason I got to bring that up is I got a great sponsor, Mobile One. So Mobile One was on the car. I want to thank Everybody at mobile1. First race for the mobile1 car, and we were able to win a local race at Brownstown, Illinois. Kenny, I'm not answering for you, but I know you got rained out. I watched you ride your motorcycle all around town this week. But what else did you do?
Kenny Schrader
I wrote.
Herman Schrader
That was it.
Kenny Schrader
I did ride a little bit. We worked in the shop, but we got rained out Friday and Saturday night where we were going. And then something we quit doing well a number of years ago is like, you know, we'd be here Friday night, Friday afternoon. It's like, okay, we can still make it over here. We can still make it over here. We can. We can go run that race. We. We got our plan. And if it. If it messes up, we. We don't race. I mean, every now and then, but we just not chasing them. So we didn't get to race. So this weekend, we start over.
Herman Schrader
Yep. I'm the same with you. All right, everybody, so. But. But I just want to say that Joe Rudy told me that he was not at his shop, but they said all the locals say Schrader was riding his motorcycle around town all week. I said, that's awesome. I love getting on my motorcycle and riding around and going through the back roads and eating, you know, so. Okay. We love our motorcycles. And everybody, that Kyle Petty charity ride is coming up. Kenny Schrader and myself will be taking off soon, but check that out. The Kyle Petty charity ride. You can meet us along the route. And we did that right there for Kyle Petty. It's a wonderful ride. All right, here we go. The love and hate of nascar. I'm just going to serve this up to you, Kenny and Dietz. Tyler Redick wins five of the first nine races in 2026. Now, the finish was. Was a barn burner. This last two laps was really good. I mean, really good. However, the fans are just crying that, you know, Toyota is dominating. And I said, okay, over here in Formula one, we got Mercedes dominating and Max Verstappen is going to quit. Everybody in Formula one is. Is mad. Everybody in NASCAR is mad because Tyler Redick is dominating. So before we get to the race, let's address the elephant in the room. Okay, Kenny, do the fans have a right to be mad because Tyler Redick has won five of the first nine races and Toyota has an advantage?
Kenny Schrader
Yeah, well, and they've not had an advantage before, and somebody else will have an advantage later. And, you know, they're just on top of their stuff. They had no changes this winter. Right. The Toyota's had no changes. They're on top of their.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, Chevrolet is the one that has it.
Kenny Schrader
Yeah, it. Would everybody be mad if Bill Elliot or Chase Elliott won the first one five of the first nine? I don't know.
Herman Schrader
I said the same thing.
Kenny Schrader
Yeah, but, you know, that part I can't do anything about. Don't care. Tyler has won five races. I saw a list of people who had won over five races in a year. Was pretty big list. I don't know where he racks up as far as, you know, winning half of the first 10 races. I mean, no matter what happens week.
Alan Dietz
They mentioned that during the broadcast. Five of the first nine, and if I remember correctly, Earnhardt was the last to do it.
Kenny Schrader
For sure.
Alan Dietz
That was in 1987. Richard Petty was another one that had done it, and I think Kel Yarborough was the other. So there's only been four that's ever done it.
Kenny Schrader
Okay.
Alan Dietz
And by the way, I would be thrilled if Bill Elliot won five of the first Nine races. But I don't think that's going to happen anymore.
Kenny Schrader
Yeah, right. So I had that screwed up a little bit, but I bet they weren't complaining when. I bet they weren't complaining when they want them or when the king want them. You know, I don't know, but it'll make a difference. He did.
Herman Schrader
Yeah. I mean, just, you know, I don't want to belabor the point, but I do want to try to dig into this. Obviously, it's a societal shift. I mean, I know that's a big word for me, Kenny. Societal. It just means society has changed so much. You know, years ago, we would celebrate Earnhardt or Elliot or Terry Labani winning five of the first nine, because years ago we thought it was something unbelievable. It was. It was a record. Oh, my God, look at this record. But nowadays, people, like, you know, they don't celebrate things. They call it dominating and they look at it as. It's no good. It's no good for somebody to have more than me. What. What way do you look at it? That's the way I look at it.
Kenny Schrader
I look at it as Tyler and his car have went around the circle faster than everybody else and they've won five of the first nine. So more power to.
Herman Schrader
I mean, that's right.
Kenny Schrader
Everybody else needs to go try to go around the circle a little faster. So whether they will need to work. And I go ahead.
Alan Dietz
Well, I was just going to say the other thing. We've brought this up before, and the thing that folks need to remember is he is not dominated, but a couple of races. He won Daytona on the last layup. He won Atlanta with a missing right front fender and just timed his run right to be able to get the lead. So again. Yeah, so again he's. He's positioned himself. You know, I think yesterday he dropped back to maybe fifth on that restart, but just got that run on the outside and timed it right. So a lot of it is circumstances. And the other thing, you guys remember it, you know, back in the 90s and stuff, people were constantly complaining about Ford had an advantage or, you know, I think in like between 1991 and 1992, to end the 91 and the beginning of 92, Fords had won like 11 straight races or something like that. And then people would be like, well, you know, we got to change the rules. We got to change the spoiler heights and the templates and all that stuff. Nowadays, I don't see where you can do anything like that to where, you know, you're penalizing one manufacturer over the other. It's just like what Herm said, you know, Chevrolet is the one that changed your body completely during the off season. They're working through that, so everything is just kind of set up. Well, now when we get to the discussion about the race, that's another thing. But as far as Toyota dominating, I think it's, I think it's just kind of played to their hand this year the way some of the circumstances is worked out.
Herman Schrader
You know, everybody, we're about done. Kenny. We're just about done with this because there's a lot more to talk about. But just one more thing. You know, back in the 90s, everybody wants to go back, right? Well, what about Bill Elliott when he went down, what, four or five laps at Talladega and passed the whole field all by himself?
Kenny Schrader
Yeah, I think it was two laps.
Herman Schrader
You could have yelled, oi. That's a lot.
Kenny Schrader
That's a lot.
Herman Schrader
But back then that was awesome. He wasn't cheating. That was awesome. That's the difference between now and then. Back then it was awesome. Now they're cheating.
Kenny Schrader
Well, man, if you wanted to talk about all the conspiracy things he made up two laps under green.
Herman Schrader
Yeah.
Kenny Schrader
Wow. You know, that's as big as amazing.
Herman Schrader
Yeah. Okay, so we're going down the list here, everybody. This is something fun. We're gonna go mean, happy, mean happy. Okay, I said same subject matter right here. Everybody knows that Tyler Reddick is coming up for a new contract. I mean, perfect timing. I said, he deserves 10 million dollar a year base. And, and other people are like, well, maybe seven after his win yesterday, I said, he's, he's proven his point one win at a time. So Will, now we're having fun here, part of the show with what? You know, Kenny, because you talk, I'm serving this up. Because you talked to Ray Evernham. You got a lot of friends. Are the $10 million a year base salaries, are they still around or they think of the past?
Kenny Schrader
I can't answer that. I can't answer that because I don't know for sure, but it doesn't make any difference. He's going to be on the high end. Whatever, whatever he gets, you know, and it's like, you know, I'm just thinking, okay, if you're Mr. Jordan, you definitely want, you definitely want this young man in your car. And if you're Tyler, you know, it's like, hey, I want to keep driving that car that I'm driving. You know, and if your sponsors, if your sponsors it's like, hey, that'd be a good car to sponsor. You know, a lot goes with that team besides winning races. We got very high profile owners that aren't in the news for bad reasons. We got a good clean cut young man with a nice little family that's not in the news for bad reasons. So I'm sure that they will work everything out to stay together. I would sure think so.
Herman Schrader
That's a really good point. He's a little bit edgy. He likes riding a little skaterboard every once in a while. He's young, he's got a great family. I like all those things, Kenny. And, and another thing I'll add is that last week they announced that he just got another sponsor. These energy drinks. You know we used to have the beer wars, Budweiser, Miller Coors. Now we got Red Bull Nos and now Rockstar Rockstar energy drink. Now they just announced as they're a new sponsor to Tyler Reddick. So yeah, you got, you know my opinion, Dietz is, is like Kenny and I'll just add on, got another sponsor, gotta strike the iron while it's hot. And I did see I, now I could be wrong. So that's my disclaimer. But I think I read that people are hearing, they're zoning in around 7 million base. So just something fun, everybody, that's all there is to it. Diet, you got any opinion on him asking for that?
Alan Dietz
I, that's about what I would expect. I mean, you know, when the 48 came open a lot of people were talking about Brad Keselowski going over there and Matt Kansas and you know, you could say that, that Hendrick put Alex Bowman and William Byron in those two cars because he was not willing to pay those base salaries. They, Matt Kansas more or less retired because he was like, I'm either going to get this or I'm not going to race. And I think, you know, Tyler Reddick's absolutely going to be on the high end now. But I think the, I think the high end is 5. I think if he could get 7 million then he's, he's doing great. But it's kind of hard to, it's kind of hard to argue against it unless, unless if it's based totally on money. If I'm Michael Jordan, I can sit there and say I could put Corey Hyman, that 45 car for a lot cheaper and probably do just as well. So I don't think that'll happen. But could it? Maybe.
Herman Schrader
All right, we'll end it like this. Michael Jordan is the wealthiest athlete in America. I. I looked. He was, like, more wealthy than Oprah. So I think Tyler's gonna get a fair, fair shake. That's for sure. Okay, guys, we're moving on after the race. This is a new subject here. After the race. Denny Hamlin was upset. Now, I'm going to give my opinion right away. He's. He was rightfully upset because Rick Ware spun out, and his spotter did not do any favors on a social media post. He made this excuse. We were out there on 60 lap old tires hanging on. Danny Hamlin responds and goes. We were courting tires. Our tires were about ready to blow out at 40 laps. What are you doing on the racetrack with 60 laps on your tires? So, Kenny, are we trying to save money in the highest form of motorsports? So Rick spins out any. And they're yelling, I spun out because my tires are old. You know, I thought, do I even bring this up or not? But it's. But it is the story. It set up that incredible finish. Should we be out on. Are we in that era where we're running 60 lap tires? Those are tires that should blow out?
Kenny Schrader
No. Well, we're only running 60 lap tires for one reason. Because we're leading the damn race. And we don't want to come in and pit and throw the race away because we're going. I mean, you know, yellows were very, very limited, and if you would have came in and pit and put on new tires, you took yourself out of potentially winning the race. So that's just. That's why we're. That's why there are no tires.
Herman Schrader
So Rick Ware had too many laps on his tires, spun out, brought the caution out, and Denny Hamlin lost the race. That's. That's the Rick. Rick story.
Kenny Schrader
And it's. It's not like he had too many laps on his time. His tires were. Yes, his tires were. They were holding air, you know.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, okay. I. I see your point. Reminds me of an Elmo.
Kenny Schrader
They get worse every lap. They were holding there.
Herman Schrader
So you remind me. Yeah. Kind of like you driving for Elmo Langley. And he would say, I need more laps. Not enough money.
Kenny Schrader
You like this, Dietz? I Drive for Mr. Don Levy. Talladega. Yellow comes out. And this is before, you know, car picks us up and anything. And I said, mommy, pit, pit, pit. You know, you used to come just flying in pits. No, stay out. And we stayed out, and we had a chance to, you know, I mean, we. I didn't know what I was doing. We Were just learning. I was. And anyway, we stay out line back up 20th, run 10 more laps, and it's like Chief, because we always called Mr. Dynamy Chief. Chief. These tires don't feel any better. He said, bubba, they should. Kale was just leading the race, Arnold.
Herman Schrader
So
Kenny Schrader
the four tires that Kale took off, they ran down to the 90 car. And we put them on because it's better than what we had in the pits.
Herman Schrader
Okay? And that. That is perfect for this. That's the rest of the story. So there you go, everybody. Rick Ware racing doesn't have enough money.
Kenny Schrader
And, well, it's not that.
Herman Schrader
It's kind of hard to believe.
Kenny Schrader
It's not that nobody's got enough money. Everybody wants more money. It's not that you don't want. You. You're right there. You got two laps to go. So say with 10 to go, you don't come in and put tires on. If you think you can make it, you can never make up that pit stop time. So you stay out.
Herman Schrader
Okay, good point. Good point. I get it. Yep. Why put tires on it? How much are tires now, guys? How much is a set of tire?
Kenny Schrader
You don't want to come in and give up all that time. You're looking at the checkered flags right around the corner. You could run around true at pace.
Herman Schrader
Two laps to go.
Kenny Schrader
You could run around their pace car speed for the last two laps and. And be faster than making a pit stop.
Herman Schrader
I see your point. I guess I never think like that. I was always thinking, yes, I get it. I get it.
Alan Dietz
And answer your question, Kenny. 500 to 550 a tire.
Herman Schrader
Wow.
Alan Dietz
Yeah.
Herman Schrader
500 to 550. About 2200, something like that. 2,200 for a set of tires, everybody. So, Kenny, I like your point. Why pit? It don't even matter either way. Two laps to go, six laps down. He was six laps down, spins out. Okay, we brought that up. Kenny Schrader reasoned it. I like your reasoning. That's the end of the story. We address the elephant in the room, everybody. That's the reason we brought it up, because it was that caution that set up that dramatic finish. Hello, everyone. Race car driver Kenny Wallace here with 128 dirt wins and six championships. We know our fabricating right here at Wallace Racing. I want to show you some of the best drill bits I've ever used in my life. That's right. Hand cut. Can cut drill bits. And I want to show you on our fabrication area why I like these bad boys so much. All Right. They come in a nice little tote here. That's awesome. Everything stays in that area that you want it to. Let's just grab a drill bit. All right. This looks back, maybe a 3:16 drill bit. Of course, we got a lot of fabrication skills.
Love's Rewards Announcer
Bam.
Herman Schrader
Right there. What I like about this bad boy, it's got a good, really, really good point. A better point than any drill bit I've ever used in my life. Brody, let's show them this race car. We're full of drill bits here. We got, you know, drill there, pop rivet. Pop rivet. My dirt car has more pop rivets than you'll ever see in your life. And we need these bad boys. I want to show you what I like about this. Watch this. Bam. These things are built to last. High speed steel all the way through, so you're not burning through the bits every job. And the 135 degree split point means no pilot holes. That's what I was just talking about. Just pull the trigger and go. Sprite is a registered trademark of the Coca Cola. Before we leave this race, something happened that I just caught late last night that I really liked, and I. I thought I'd serve it up here. Todd Gilliland. Now, let me. Let me say this one more time, okay? While Denny Hamlin was dominating the race, he. He lapped Todd Gillian. Okay. Then he. Gilliland just follows Denny Hamlin. And when the caution comes out, Denny Hamlin liked Todd so much, he did the old school deal. He let off the gas, let. Let Gilliland get his lap back. Everybody in the pits. Everybody. When. Holy moly. Haven't seen that in 20 years. Denny Hamlin got. Listen, I can't justify it. All I'm saying is Denny got raved reviews from the garage area for letting Gilliland, who everybody likes, get his lap back. Kenny, what's your thought on that old school move?
Kenny Schrader
I wasn't, I wasn't aware of it. I'm questioning it because we don't. We don't go back to the yellow flag. Scoring is at segments. Yeah, the yellow.
Herman Schrader
Never thought about that.
Kenny Schrader
The yellow comes out, you're at a segment. That's how the field is. You don't know. You can't let off unless someone come back. Unless they. I don't think they do that. I think it's at the segments. So I don't know. Can you verify that? But I mean, it's. It. The only way you can do that is know the yellow coming out.
Herman Schrader
Okay, I photoshopped it.
Kenny Schrader
Deets.
Herman Schrader
I'm just gonna interrupt that, Kenny, because I photoshopped. What I mean is, I. I snapshotted it. It was Matt Weaver. Now I'm gonna read this. Matt Weaver last night. No, it was 205 in the day. Yesterday. 205 in the day. Todd Gilliland followed Denny Hamlin through after getting lapped. And while Hamlin continued lapping cars, stayed with the 11. Gilliland gained like six spots on that sequence. And then Hamlin gives him very old school, a lead lap spot. Coming to the line. Coming to the line. That was very retro. Okay, so I get it now, Kenny. What it was, was they knew when the segment was going to end.
Kenny Schrader
It was a stage. He gave it to him.
Herman Schrader
Yes. So on the front straightaway in that you bring up a good point. Yeah.
Alan Dietz
The only, the only thing I would want to know is, is who was behind Gillen, because whoever's behind Gillen gets the free pass. Was it a Toyota? Was it. I don't know that that had anything to do with it. But I mean, back in the day, I mean, you guys, you know, I'm sure there were people that, that let you back by, you know, racing back to the flag or whatever to get layups back. And you guys did the same thing
Herman Schrader
for, for other guys, team cars, right, Kenny?
Kenny Schrader
Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you did our. Our buddies, you know, but you just did. But yeah, that. It's. The only way you could do it is coming back to a stage. Just check up, let him go by, and that way you still aren't lead left. That's. That's great.
Herman Schrader
Okay, everybody, that was. We got some other stuff. I try. We got some good things that happened yesterday. We got some just mix and matches of stories here and there. So let. Let's have fun with this. This one is controversial, but it's still fun. And this played out. It is what happened in the media and being interviewed by drivers. So Daniel Suarez gets let go by track House. Okay? So Justin Mark says, hey, we're gonna let you go. We talked about this before, guys, but now something's happening that nobody expected to see. Spire and Daniel Suarez, they are running better than track house. So on Saturday, they got Daniel Suarez in the media room. Now there's a little bit more guys, so let me. Let me finish this. So they're in the media room and front stretch, that is. That is the people Front stretch, they said, do you feel like you're in a better position now? And. And Daniel says, yes, I'm in a much better position. And he says, I'm glad that finally Justin Marks has seen what I told him a while back. Okay, now, front stretch sets this up, right? They serve the drama question. Danny Boy just answers it. Yes, I'm glad Justin Marks is seeing what I tried to tell him. Now, that's not all. Now, Skip. One day, the race is over. The next day on Sunday, Connor Zillich, who took Danny Boy's spot. Danny Boy is Daniel Suarez. They call him Danny Boy. Connor Zillich, his replacement, says, I know things aren't going great for Trackhouse right now, but I know that nobody's working harder at Trackhouse to get our team back. Then. That's not just all. Justin Mark's kid, or brother, whoever it is, comes out and says, we hear you. We see you. So my question to Kenny and Dietz is, is this another timing and circumstances like Bill Elliott? I mean, we don't see this happen very much where the driver that gets low gets let go, gets redeemed. What's your thoughts?
Kenny Schrader
You're upbeats?
Alan Dietz
Well, I mean, if. As. Again, as a medium person, I. If I was front stretch, and maybe they did, I don't know, but I'd say. What. What are you talking about? What were you talking about? What were you trying to tell Justin March that they're not listening and then I would at least let him come back and say, well, I don't want to talk about that. But I got a feeling he would, he would talk about whatever it was. So that really intrigues me that there should have been a follow up question if there wasn't.
Herman Schrader
Yeah. He says track house is not where they used to be. Daniel said he had several conversations with Justin Marks about making the team better. And now Justin is now seeing.
Alan Dietz
And they were horrible. I mean, they were. I think I saw their results yesterday and I think all three cars finished outside the top 25. I mean, it was, they were just horrible yesterday.
Herman Schrader
I'm just laughing because you drove that point home. Funny.
Kenny Schrader
Okay.
Herman Schrader
Okay. So, Connor Zillich. Yep. Go ahead, Kenny.
Kenny Schrader
Every team has had their turn being on top, right?
Herman Schrader
Yes.
Kenny Schrader
100 pretty much. I mean, not yes, every week, but every team has been on top. So if every week every team was on top, they'd be.
Herman Schrader
I hear you.
Kenny Schrader
30 wide going across, tight line, tied for the lead.
Herman Schrader
I've said that before. I love that.
Kenny Schrader
It just, there's ups and downs. Hell, it's, they're the, they, they say that car is a knife edge too, as far as adjusting on it. You know, it's, it's, it's, it's really good like this. And you get it just a little bit like this. It's, it's not as good or a little bit like this. It just happens. It comes and goes for no reason. I mean, there's, there's a reason, but you sure can't find the damn thing.
Alan Dietz
And I just want you guys to know again where I was coming from.
Herman Schrader
Oh, no. I love it. I love it. Deets. It's all good. No.

Yeah. I mean, this is really. And I'm even looking at their best lap times and I mean, they're really, really bad. I hate to say that. It's really bad. I always love when I get a snort out of somebody. I see the snorts all the time. Whenever I make her laugh.
Kenny Schrader
That's.
Alan Dietz
I like that I got a snort out of her.
Herman Schrader
That was me.
Kenny Schrader
You know, at the end of the day, they list that. They list the finish. And you can't argue with that. You know, you just can't argue with that.
Herman Schrader
Okay, so we bring it up because it's, it's competition. I mean, in every way in nascar, it's the motor room against the body shop. It's the crew chief against the driver. It never ends. And Daniel Suarez went out swinging from team track house. He's. He basically said this caught me off guard. You know, he. So anyway, it's. So right now, Danny boy is looking good. His stock has gone up. I mean, you know, it just is. And everybody looks at that stuff because all the car owners, they fire who they want to because they own the team. And so.
Kenny Schrader
All right, here they are right now. Okay, I hate to ask this. What's. What's the survey from yesterday?
Herman Schrader
It's not good. Let me look. I saw it this morning. It's funny. He put it out way earlier.
Alan Dietz
Or.
Herman Schrader
Let me look right here. Yeah, it's. The fans are mad. All right, I'm bringing it up. All right, Here we go. Two hours ago. Wow. Only. Only 1685 votes, Kenny. So, Jeff gl late putting this up. Usually when I give you this, we're already at 10 to 20,000 votes, so only 1,685 votes. They didn't like it. 51% said no. 49 said it was a good race. That's the first time this year that's ever happened.
Kenny Schrader
Well, we're not. We're. We're only.
Herman Schrader
I.
Kenny Schrader
We're only at a thousand. And believe me, I'm happy with the 49% right now.
Herman Schrader
You know, every 50. 50. Right. It's.
Kenny Schrader
Yeah, Every race isn't going to be a barn burner. It's just not going to be. And different tracks, you know, have different type races. I mean, it's just the way it is. Some of them are better than others. What a finish, you know, thankfully, we had that finish, you know, and you
Herman Schrader
bring up such a good point, Kenny. I like, you know, the way you say that. You know, it's the same. I mean, I. I love, you know, sports. I mean, not a sports freak, but I like it when The Cardinals win 7 to 1, because I can relax.
Kenny Schrader
You know, that's. That's so. I mean, somebody should. Nobody should win that by.
Herman Schrader
Yep.
Kenny Schrader
Should be closer. It's not a very good game.
Herman Schrader
And there you go, race fans. I think we really played that out perfectly to prove the point. How dare your team win and you relax, you know,

Herman Schrader
Okay. To end our NASCAR cup segment, another piece of fun. And then we will end nascar and we will go NASCAR Cup. Excuse me. This is a fun one. Is there one driver in NASCAR right now that people would notice walking down the street? I bring this up because I hear people say, no, you know, are. There's nobody out there anymore. Is that true?
Kenny Schrader
I think.
Herman Schrader
And let me add on.
Kenny Schrader
It's got.
Herman Schrader
Oh, Blaney, good one.
Kenny Schrader
Got to be. It's got. It's. I mean, first off, it's got to be somewhat of a race fan. It's got to be somewhat of a. I wouldn't. You could. Well, I can't name a baseball player, so I'm sure. I mean, I can't. I couldn't pick baseball player out, and I could name you a football player right now. I could. That Kelsey guy, I could maybe pick him out, but it's got to be somewhat of a race fan. Blaney's mustache would be hard to hide.
Herman Schrader
Give him away. Okay, Deets, we'll come in another one here. And. And this is the second part of this. What one or two drivers are best for our sport right now? Good or bad? Good or bad? Just what one or two cup drivers are best for our sport right now? I'm going to say Denny Hamlin for sure, because he reminds me of Daryl Walter. Brother Rusty. Denny runs that mouth, and it's just so good for the sport.
Alan Dietz
I mean, I. I think it's Hostel Bar.
Herman Schrader
Oh, that's the two. I said, what one or two drivers? Kenny Schrader. What do you think? We got Denny Hamlin and Carson Hosavar.
Kenny Schrader
I'll. I'll go with those two. But. But, you know, it's not one or two drivers. It's. It's a lot more than that. But I'll go with those two. Obviously, I gotta throw chase in there just because of his following. And then. Yeah, when you say drivers, it doesn't say, you know, it doesn't say, couldn't be an ex driver. I think Harvick's doing us a good job.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, you know, that's a good point right there. My God, that's another show. And you know what? I'm. I'm. We're going to leave nascar, and I'm. We're going to call an audible right here, guys. We're going to go to Max Ver. Steppen. All right, everybody, with that. That is the end of the NASCAR cup segment. And with what Kenny Schrader just said. And, Kenny, you could be a little mad about this because you and I love racing so much. So Kevin Harvick steps out of the race car, goes into tv, but gets deeper into tv. Now, what that means is he's doing shows with On Speed now, and, you know, he's with his kid, and he. He's partner in the cars tour. So. Max Verstappen, remember, we just left NASCAR, guys. We left NASCAR. Max Verstappen says, I don't want to spend 25 years racing in a car. So if I'm 60 or 70 years old and I've won four championships or 10 championships, does. Does it really matter? So we. We saw this with Curtis Turner. Was it. Or the go. No, Lorenzen. We saw this with Freddie Lorenzen. Max Verstappen say, man, I just don't think I want to be miserable. I want to do other things. And, you know, I got plenty money. I've won four championships. If I win 10, is it gonna matter? So he wants to go out and run rally cars and sports cars and. And with Harvick not quitting racing, staying in the game, but doing other things, Kenny, you're out running your dirt car. You're riding your motorcycle. You're going to. You're doing other things. Yeah, but what do you think about Max?
Kenny Schrader
Well, it's. Okay. Here's the thing. It's all this. It don't make any difference. You do whatever the hell you want to do, does it? You remember the name Carl Edwards? He doing what he wants to do.
Herman Schrader
Good point.
Kenny Schrader
You know, he's doing what he wants to do. He wanted to race. He had a fantastic career. He won a lot of races. He did great. And now he's doing what he wants to do. So it's Harvey, I'm sure, is doing what he wants. To do. And he's doing it good. So I hate.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, we.
Kenny Schrader
I hate trying to think what people are.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, no, this is this.
Kenny Schrader
Yeah. Because I don't know what the hell I'm thinking most of the time. So, you know, I sure don't want.
Herman Schrader
It's all good.
Kenny Schrader
Someone else is thinking.
Herman Schrader
So we bring this up because when we see Carl Edwards lead the sport so dominant, or we hear Max Verstappen talk like this, it's like, if I was in his position, I'd race till the end. And we don't see this very much. And, you know, Kenny, I don't know about you, but, you know, when I heard what Freddie Lorenzen did, What was he, 32 years old, and it was Kyle Petty that told me Lorenzen had the best winning percentage in NASCAR history. And he just one day said, I'm done. And it catches people off guard. We're not trying to prove a point or make a point here.
Alan Dietz
But I will tell you this. I will tell you this about Fred Lorenz, and if you want to be specific about it, he told me this himself. I interviewed him. He said, I wish I had not retired from that 28 car when I did. And he came back later in the 70s and drove a Dodge in a few races. Didn't have the success it had gone. And if you look at what that team ended up doing after Fred Lorenzen drove that car, they changed the number on it and everything. But Bobby Allison won races, David Pearson won races in what was more or less the Holman and Moody house car. And, you know, a big part of it for Fred Lorenzen was Fireball. Roberts had got killed. He had gotten a bad wreck at Daytona, I think, in 1965 or something like that, and hurt his arm and. And said, you know what? I need to get out of this while I still can. But in hindsight, he did regret it. Now, do I think some of these other guys would regret it? I don't know. You know, I think about Tony Stewart. You know, look how much fun he's had since cup racing, you know, driving sprint cars. He's out there winning drag races. I would argue with. With Tony Stewart. You guys may know to answer, whether or not you could say it or not, I don't know if he ever had fun driving cup cars. I think he drove cup cars because that was the way he could. Could make the most money. I think if it was up to him, at best, he would have drove Indy cars to have fun and make money. So I think as soon as he got to a point where he said, you know what? I can walk away from this and live comfortably the rest of my life. That's what he did. But he didn't quit having that need for competition and that thrill of driving because he's done just as much of it, you could argue, since he retired full time from nascar.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, you're a therapist. That sounded good. I like that.
Kenny Schrader
A lot of guys. Well, just think how many guys in our era had their farewell tour and they didn't come back for Mark Martin for another six months. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Mark.
Herman Schrader
I said Mark Martin was just kidding. Tour.
Kenny Schrader
But anyway, no, it's. You do whatever you want to, hopefully, hopefully your life, no matter what, what career you have. But, you know, that's the whole deal. You. You work. You work until you can retire, and hopefully you enjoy your retirement and live long enough to do it. Some of them guys, they can. They made enough. They can retire early, do what they want. More power to them.
Herman Schrader
Okay, so that was a. That was something I thought we'd serve up this morning. To me, it was like, oh, my gosh, you know, anyway, just good stuff. Okay. Like I told you guys, I just. We're trying to have a little fun. Listen to this one before we get to arca and. And o'reilly, this one was really fun. Connor Zillich. Just think of the name Connor Zillich. For. For that part. Just think of the name Ken Schrader. Ken Schrader. So Connor Zillich said, I've never known anybody to have my name because it's so rare. There is now. Whether he's exaggerating or not, I don't know. Connor Zillich said, there's one person in the world that has my name. And we have been talking to each other, and we met up at Kansas Speedway. There is Connor Sanders. Only one other Connor's village. They met up and he said it was not a good race for me, and he put it on social media. And there the man was. So Kenny Schrader or Alan Dietz. Do either one of you know Kenny Schrader? You go first. Do you know of any other Kenny Schraders?
Kenny Schrader
I've never. I've never researched. But how do you research that? Is there no other.
Herman Schrader
Yeah.
Kenny Schrader
How do you do that on Facebook? Which. Do that.
Herman Schrader
Dietz, what I used to get the
Kenny Schrader
other on Facebook, all this social media stuff.
Alan Dietz
Well, see, that's the thing is if you enter Kenny Wallace or Kenny Schrader, say, on Google, then it's all you Guys, now there's probably another Kenny Wallace out there. There's probably another Kenny Schrader. Now, I have done that out of vanity and curiosity. There is another couple of Allen deets is out there. Allen, you could spell different ways, and Deets is not a very common name, so I found that interesting. But I'm sure there's other. I don't want to say versions of you guys, but there's other guys named the same as you, but you wouldn't know it because you guys would be all over Google there.
Kenny Schrader
There's. There might be some more people with the name Kenny Wallace, but there's not another Kenny Wallace out there.
Herman Schrader
Hey, hey, I got a good one for you because it's. It's a long time removed. There was a Kenny Wallace that was sponsored by TGIF and Iran. Kenny, if you remember, he ran.
Kenny Schrader
I started on the front row with him at Lime Rock.
Herman Schrader
Well, his checks would come to me. His. His. And I don't know what I did with the checks, but a cup. Just a couple of his. I got brain fade. What? Contingency checks. Two $300 here. There. Yeah. That's the only other Kenny Wallace I really knew.
Alan Dietz
How about that. That Archer guy? Tim Richmond. How would you like to have that name? And he leans into it because his car. I know at one time it was number 27.
Herman Schrader
Hell, yeah.
Kenny Schrader
He was named after Tim.
Herman Schrader
Was he?
Kenny Schrader
Yeah.
Herman Schrader
That's badass.
Kenny Schrader
Yep.
Herman Schrader
Well, you knew. You know. You know, Dale. Well, okay, he's not a senior, but we got. We got Dale Jr. So. Oh, by the way, did you know, after Senior, that. Dale Junior, you know. Well, okay, Dale. Dale Senior said I'm not a senior. Whatever. You know, it's confusing. It's just like, let's. Let's call you Dale Senior because now we got this Dale Jr. Kid. It just made it easier. Rusty Wallace. His real name is Russell William Wallace Jr. But mom would say when he was little, we'd call him Russie. Hey, you know.
Alan Dietz
You.
Herman Schrader
You know. Hello, Russell. Russell. You know, Rusty's a little boy, but they call him Rusty. And Rusty's a nickname.
Alan Dietz
Well, you. You know what Chase Elliott's real name is, right?
Herman Schrader
No.
Alan Dietz
William Clyde Elliott Jr. Seriously?
Herman Schrader
I'll be. Damn. Kenny, what's your real name?
Kenny Schrader
Kenneth. Kenneth.
Herman Schrader
Oh, so we are.
Kenny Schrader
We.
Herman Schrader
Kenneth.
Kenny Schrader
Kenneth William Schrader.
Herman Schrader
What's your after?
Kenny Schrader
An alcoholic used car dealer that was a friend of the family.
Herman Schrader
I'll be. But no wonder you drink so much. No,
Kenny Schrader
he never. I never.
Herman Schrader
I never.
Kenny Schrader
When I met him. He. He was a. A member and never drank anymore. But I mean, he was pretty cool.
Herman Schrader
Okay, that was good stuff. Great fun

Herman Schrader
ARCA race. I'm bringing the ARCA race up because there's something here that I thought that
Kenny Schrader
way we can talk.
Herman Schrader
First of all, we. Well, no, no. Oh, look here. Good point. But. But I don't have him on the list. And. And Dietz, you're probably. Because you're kind of a statistician guy. Okay. Jerryo wins the race. But something big happened that I thought is awesome. The ladies showed up at ARCA. At Kansas, three of the top 10 were ladies in fifth, Laney Buis. Is that how I say her name?
Alan Dietz
Boss. Didn't you guys. I think she's related to Jeff Boss. Did you know Jeff Boss?
Kenny Schrader
No.
Alan Dietz
I thought he was a crew chief for he worked on a team back where you guys were racing. I'd have to look that up.
Herman Schrader
7th in her very first speedway race, Jade Avedisian. Now, I'm gonna give her a pass because we brag on her, but this was her very first. As you know, Kenny, you get those G force, you get the death wobble that can, you know. So that was her first race on the big mile and a half. And tenth, Dynasty Spurlock.
Alan Dietz
Did I say yes, Dynasty.
Herman Schrader
And there was way more girls in that race. I'm venturing to say there was five or six. But three out of the top 10 comments, they.
Kenny Schrader
I think they had a better statistic than that. At the ARCA races, Springfield, Illinois a couple years ago, they had a couple in top five.
Herman Schrader
I'll be.
Kenny Schrader
There's no reason they can't. Okay, well, they can all ass look like anybody else.
Alan Dietz
That's the thing. The thing that I like about this group of lady drivers that's coming along today is, is they, they started racing when they were, it was no different than Jeff Gordon or any of these other guys. They started racing when they were four years old.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, these girls are racers, right.
Alan Dietz
You didn't just plop them into a race car when they were, you know, 25 years old. J. Davidizian and who's the, the girl that. Yeah, it's Corey Haim, Taylor Reimer. Yeah, I mean they were great USEAC drivers and I don't mean, you know, they went out there and ran that one national races and stuff like that. So it's a good crop of women drivers that's coming along and it's this group of drivers that as they move up are going to have the real shot of going out there and winning cup races. But it's, it's because they came up no different than other cup winners. They came down the same path.
Herman Schrader
Okay, good stuff. Okay, we're going to move on to the O'Reilly race and we're just hitting highlights here. Taylor Gray wins. Congratulations to Taylor. But the topic is I, this, this is cruel, but okay. Sheldon Creed finishes second again. It's got to be like his 50th second place finish. But this one paid good. He won the dash for cash out running, you know, whoever the other four were. There's total four of them. Sheldon Creed finishes second but gets a hundred thousand dollar. You know, the team gets a hundred thousand dollar bonus. So I like Sheldon. He comes across really nice, you know, and I feel a little bit for him at times. What's your thoughts there, Kenny? I mean I say this, I bring it up because I think of you when you would say you'd be running 12th and you're like, well, 15th is better for contingency. He runs second and gets the big money.
Kenny Schrader
Wouldn't he have got the big money if he'd have won also you're supposed
Herman Schrader
to play along,
Kenny Schrader
I think.
Herman Schrader
Yes, I'm sure.
Kenny Schrader
But you know, the, the part that is easier to swallow for Sheldon, I'm sure is okay, we have one. This didn't, this didn't add to the second place finishes without a victory yet. He has won in the O'Reilly series. So yeah, I mean that series Is tough, man. They got a lot of talent out there.
Herman Schrader
Big time. Okay,
Alan Dietz
Wallace, can I real quick. I just wanted to clarify on Laney boss because I don't want anybody, you know, sending in things that I was wrong. Because I was wrong. Greg Bice is her dad, but Jeff Bice was, I don't think any relation to her. But he was a crew chief. He crew chiefd at mailing in the 9HE for Lake speed. So he, he was a guy down there that crew Chieftain cook. So just for clarification.
Herman Schrader
No, that. But that's good stuff. I mean the nine that's going way back with it melling. Okay guys, I'm gonna consolidate this. I wanted to make it longer, but we're closing in on our lot of time that we've all agreed on. When I worked for tv, they put us in a meeting and they said, guys, please remind everybody that the sport is dangerous because people think nobody gets hurt anymore. Okay? So as I always say, hang with me here. William Byron gets into the left rear of Carson Kwapple. And we haven't seen a car go flipping like that since Elliot Sadler maybe at Talladega. So the cars can still flip massive, violently. Okay, and our cars are safe and, and Carson gets out of the car. Now go across the Atlantic Ocean and they are running a qualifier for the Nurburgring 24. And they have a six car pile up and a man gets killed. They shut the racetrack down that day. It'd be like, it'd be like shutting a NASCAR race down. I mean this is Max Verstappen, the big boys. And these are qualifiers for the big 24 hour. It's not the 24 hour, but man gets killed. So we are reminded by Carson Quapo's flip. We were reminded by the Death over Nuremberg. And you know, Kenny, I'm serving it up to you because buddy, you've done, you've done a lot of wrecking. You, you come away unscathed and you've been roughed up. Just speak to our sport.
Kenny Schrader
Well, it, it is the NASCAR cars, the top three series, which, you know, the safety equipment in them is all basically same Quaffle turned over one and a half times. Easy, easy. Very easy. And I text Helton after that because, you know, they, they showed the safety crew, which, the safety crews, they, I mean those guys train and train and train. Used to be, you know, I mean back in the day it was like a three ring circus. Okay, we gotta go get this car. Used to be able to get out of the cars Also, you know, and that, that's harder now. But I text Mike because they showed them rolling that car back over on tv. And you know, first they, they verified that he was okay. They talked to him. They did a, they did a masterful job of turning that car back on, back on its wheels. I mean, they showed it. I was kind of surprised they showed it, but it, it was impressive. But yes, you can, you can still get hurt, you can still get killed. But we haven't had anybody killed, knock on Wood, since 2001 in the top three series. So, and we had, you know, we had more than a few of them. We talked about it a couple weeks ago, I think we had five in a year and a half span or something like that, right before that. So it's just amazing gains that they made. But it's not, it's not like it used to be, which is good. These guys are driving harder. I, I, they're driving harder than we ever drove. They're driving harder all day long than we ever drove. But you sure in the hell can't tell it when they get out of that damn car. You know, they're not, they're not dirty, they're not sweaty, they're not nothing.
Herman Schrader
Did you see how good looking Kyle Larson, Kyle Larson, dead white uniform got out of that car after 4. I told my wife, I said, well, that's a good looking uniform. Mr. Hendrick did a good job. And, but you're right, I thought, did he just run 400 miles? I mean, I agree, it's, it's amazing. Well into that point, one more thing, Dietz, that wreck was on lap one, talking about how hard they're driving. I mean they, they go down, they're digging on lap one and you know, William Byron pushes up into the left rear of Carson. Okay, go ahead, Deets. Sorry about that.
Alan Dietz
From a television standpoint, I understand those meetings and I remember this was sometime in the early 2000s, and I think Chris Econom wrote it in one of his columns on speed sport. But he said, we know that the sport is safer. Quit saying it. I'm sick of hearing it. Because, and the reason he said that is, is because you're, you're sanitizing it. And what was whitewashing it so much that you're making people. There was always, and I hate to say this, but there was always this morbid curiosity with racing, knowing that somebody could get hurt, that they could get killed, that this was a dangerous sport, that this was man versus machine. And at least in his Philosophy. He said, quit saying it. It's great that we've got these walls and these neck restraints and we've got all these things that we've got now, but quit playing it up so, so hard because you're, you're, you're taking some of the thrill out of it for maybe people that don't know as much about it. I don't know whether or not that's right or wrong or not. Saying that that was a, that was, was one thing that he said.
Herman Schrader
Do you think we watched Evil Knievel because we knew he was going to make it?
Alan Dietz
People, people with Evil Knievel landed.
Herman Schrader
Watch.
Alan Dietz
Oh, he landed on four tires.
Herman Schrader
Damn it, Kenny. It's going to be another show. We're going to talk about all your injuries in your open wheel days. You've done some. You. You've raced all over the world. And I know about them because you told me about them as we traveled.
Kenny Schrader
Turned over a lot.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, you've. I will. I've said it a hundred times. I know. Well, you feel like it is, but I'll never forget seeing you at the corner in, in Valley park, your eyes just all red. Oh, wow, that was big.
Alan Dietz
Kenny, can I ask you a quick question?
Herman Schrader
Which one, Herm?
Alan Dietz
Just a real quick question.
Herman Schrader
Yeah.
Alan Dietz
So people remember the directs that Rusty got in at Daytona and taildag in 93, the flips. When he got in that wreck at Bristol and flipped, Jerry Punch said that when he got to him, he was not breathing. What. What happened in that accident that made it so bad?
Herman Schrader
Rusty is a fast eater. He. You think I'm hyper. Rusty's way hyper than me. Rusty would be bad at. He'd say, herman, go fix me a bologna and cheese sandwich. And I'd go fix it with mayonnaise. Well, he wolfed a bologna and cheese sandwich down and then he jumped in The Kodiak number 27 car for Barry Dotson and Blue Max. And he was on the track like in one minute and the sandwich was not digested. So when he wrecked the sandwich came up and was stuck in his airways and, and Dr. Jerry Punch saved Rusty's life. And I'm kind of glad you brought this up because if you go to Kenny conversation on the Kenny Wallace YouTube show, I do a really nice 20 minute interview to Dr. Jerry Punch at Bristol, and he really explains it in depth, how he cleared his airways. Punch saved Rusty's life that day. Fast eater. Don't eat fast. Okay. Are you guys really that silent or what?
Alan Dietz
So Daytona and talladega it was long enough. Those races, those racks happened at the end of the race. His food was digested. They told he didn't regurgitate it.
Kenny Schrader
You're going a lot faster. So it turned over a lot longer.
Herman Schrader
Bought some, right? 100%. Wow. We did good, guys.
Kenny Schrader
I don't know.
Herman Schrader
Listen, I got some fun. I got some funny ass jokes.
Alan Dietz
But no, no, you tell your jokes because mine are bad again.
Herman Schrader
Okay. I'm on Instagram, okay. And this lady is funny. I got three. How do fishes get high. On seaweed? On C weed.
Kenny Schrader
Okay, you save, you're saving a funny one for last, right?
Herman Schrader
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I got two more good ones.
Kenny Schrader
Okay.
Herman Schrader
How do you get a country girl's attention. Attractor? Attract her. That's a good one.
Alan Dietz
I like them, but I would. Right Rick?
Kenny Schrader
Man.
Herman Schrader
Last but not least. Oh yeah. Well, you know what I've noticed? Jokes aren't you. Jokes nowadays are harder because they're not really jokes. They're just cliches. Okay, the last one, my friend David just had his ID stolen. So now we just call him Dave. Okay everybody. For the ones like me that only made it through grade school, his name is David. See at the end David id. So now we just call him Dave.
Alan Dietz
I didn't even realize I got the joke. I was just laughing at you. I didn't. I explained it.
Herman Schrader
There's a show out there, two football players. I don't know what it is. It's funny. He, at the end, he tells these jokes and all. It tells one joke and all. Shannon Sharp and one other player. It is funny. God, his jokes are so good. Okay, Kenny, what are you doing this weekend?
Kenny Schrader
Have to get back with you. We got. We got a bunch of.
Herman Schrader
What?
Kenny Schrader
We got a bunch of possibles. Don't know where we're going for sure. Hey. Davenport won a hundred and thirty thousand dollars Saturday night.
Alan Dietz
Jesus.
Kenny Schrader
At Bulls Gap. Vic Hill put on the gauntlet race. He won the race for 30. Got a hundred thousand dollar bonus. That's pretty big. High limits got rained out.
Herman Schrader
That's bigger than big.
Kenny Schrader
Outlaw sprint cars got rained out at Jacksonville and ran Hobstad Sunday night. And Tyler Courtney won, which is his first 410 victory since he sat out seven months last year for an injury.
Herman Schrader
That's good stuff, Kenny. Thank you. Yes. Sunday night. Was that. Was that scheduled for a Sunday night race or did they move it to Sunday?
Kenny Schrader
They got rained out.
Herman Schrader
I don't see.
Kenny Schrader
They got rained out Saturday. Hopstot was a Sunday night track though for years.
Herman Schrader
Okay.
Love's Rewards Announcer
Yeah.
Herman Schrader
I know Tom Helford's. You know him like I know. I mean he ain't gonna mess around and lose money. So that when I saw that they run that on Sunday, I'm like, I know Tommy don't. Tommy makes money.
Alan Dietz
And I'll say it again, that Davenport winning that amount of money again. For people trying to figure out how to get pavement racing and pavement series to where dirt is. Quit wasting your time. It's a different model, it's a different game. And you are not ever going to be able to pay that kind of money in pavement racing and get enough cars to travel in enough fans in the grandstands to ever make it work. Got to do something different. That's the wrong model to try to repeat.
Herman Schrader
Are there opinion. Listen, I'm not going to argue with you. I'm going to open this up for Kenny. Kenny. Is there even that many asphalt late model cars in America? I mean, you think they're. You okay? Deets is saying that nano to nano like you think. I don't think there's that many asphalt late model cars compared to dirt racing.
Alan Dietz
There's that many straight rails. In other words, super late models, pro late models, late model stocks, you just got them in the southeast. The other ones, you got them all the way up to the. The maritimes in Canada, Alberta, Washington state, California. There are enough. But you know, I remember a pass race at North Wilkesboro 2011 and paid 75,000 win. 77 cars showed up and that was not good because we thought they'd be over 100.
Herman Schrader
Well, that's another conversation. Kenny Schrader. They pay $100,000 to win for an a mod race and 67 show up at Salina or wherever that was last year. That's. That is weird. It just goes show. People don't care about money. They scream, oh, we got to make money in a different way. They don't want the 100 grand. They want that $100 tow money for last place. That's what they want.
Kenny Schrader
Except the guy that wins.
Herman Schrader
I served it up. Yeah. Kenny taught me that.
Alan Dietz
But you know what the problem is, is that when you go to these races, you know, just like what you're saying Hermit is, there's about four or five guys that's going to win that $50,000 on pavement, but it's down there at the bottom that is going to get the other x amount of cars to come or not come because they know they don't have a shot at win.
Herman Schrader
We've gone way too far. I Just realized this, guys. Should we stop?
Alan Dietz
We can, we can. We can leave this under advisement and bring it back on another day if you'll. If you care to.
Herman Schrader
Yeah, okay. Kenny straight. I can't believe he just said that. He's got a lot of racing, but he don't know where he's going. I like that style. Maybe I'll try that. Okay. Oh, he's getting his glasses on. Everybody.
Kenny Schrader
4, 5, 6, 7 possibles wrote down for Friday night. Now you. Now. Damn. We can. We can be done with the show as soon as I'm done talking because I don't want you coming back to me on this. But you.
Herman Schrader
Okay, we're done.
Kenny Schrader
Everybody who swore that last week was opening night at i55 Raceway, the fact that they've had, yeah, four features, modified features before that, that all paid a lot more than do on the weekly show, but beings it was points. But you don't race for points no more. You say the points started and you were going. So anyway, on behalf of Alan and Kenny Wallace and myself, we want to thank you for joining in. We hope you enjoy it. Kenny, you can tell them where they can watch it.
Herman Schrader
Okay, everybody, if you want to see Kenny Schrader's pretty little face and Alan Dietz's pretty little face, Kenny Wallace YouTube show, you can look at us and see how ugly we are.
Kenny Schrader
That was.
Herman Schrader

“I look at it as Tyler and his car have went around the circle faster than everybody else and they've won five of the first nine. So more power to [him]. Everybody else needs to go try to go around the circle a little faster.”
