Opsicle Think about it when it comes to your own food, you can walk into a restaurant, see what's being made, and know exactly what you're getting. But with dog food, most brands keep that completely hidden. Just Food for Dogs does the opposite. They've built their entire brand around open kitchens. You can actually walk in and watch them prepare your dog's meals with real human grade ingredients like chicken, beef, carrots and peas cooked right there in front of you. No mystery, no behind the scenes, you're not allowed to see. That kind of transparency is rare in the pet food world, and it's a big reason they've become the number one vet recommended fresh dog food earning trust from pet parents who want to feel confident in what they're feeding. Let's go.
Kevin Jonas
Hey, how you doing?
Joe Jonas
Good. How are y'? All?
Kevin Jonas
Fantastic. Who's taught? Who are we talking to?
Nick Jonas
Let me guess where you're from.
Joe Jonas
Oh, my gosh. That's so cool. To talk y'. All. Georgia.
Nick Jonas
I was gonna guess. I was gonna say Georgia.
Kevin Jonas
I was not gonna say Georgia.
Joe Jonas
Okay.
Chelsea Handler
Well, I.
Joe Jonas
Actually, Joe, I'm kind of in your area. I'm at Cocoa beach right now, and I know you hang out in Miami a lot, so.
Kevin Jonas
Oh. Oh, nice. Yeah. Okay. Miami. I live in Miami.
Joe Jonas
Yeah.
Kevin Jonas
How you liking Miami?
Joe Jonas
It's cool here. I wanted to ask y', all, though, I want to know what your favorite song you guys have ever written is.
Kevin Jonas
Oh, great question right off the bat. Our favorite song we've ever written is. It's called Don't Charge Me for the Crime.
Joe Jonas
Do what now?
Kevin Jonas
I think our favorite song we've ever written, I think is probably. Oh, man, that's a tough one. Wow. The one that comes to mind right now is called Song called Jersey. Oh, my gosh.
Joe Jonas
I love that one.
Nick Jonas
I love that.
Joe Jonas
Is that the same for all of y'? All?
Nick Jonas
I. I think mine is probably Love Bug.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah, that tracks okay.
Joe Jonas
That's a good one.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah. I like a song called can't have you. It's one of my favorites. Love Shelf is another one. Okay, good Bridges. Thank you so much. Well, thanks for calling. Enjoy Miami. Stay cool out there.
Joe Jonas
Yeah. Thank you. It's great to talk to y'. All.
Kevin Jonas
Talk soon.
Nick Jonas
Bye.
Kevin Jonas
See ya. Were you actually gonna guess at Georgia? Yeah. Wow.
Nick Jonas
We should have that. What's that? Waiting. All day long, I've been waiting on this waiting room conference call guy.
Kevin Jonas
Oh, that conference call song. That one's great.
Nick Jonas
We got somebody on the line.
Kevin Jonas
Hello?
Nick Jonas
Hello.
Joe Jonas
Hello.
Kevin Jonas
Hi. Hey. What's going on?
Nick Jonas
This is Ryan's rose.
Joe Jonas
Are you freaking kidding me? Are you kidding me?
Kevin Jonas
We are not kidding you. Where are you calling us from? Actually, Nick wants to guess where you're calling.
Nick Jonas
I'd like to guess where you're calling from. Can you say your name, please?
Joe Jonas
Okay. My name is Tiana.
Nick Jonas
All right, I'm gonna take a wild guess here. You're calling from the Southern California area, potentially San Diego.
Joe Jonas
Okay. Southern California, Yes. Not San Diego. That's too far south.
Nick Jonas
Okay, so. So, like, Los Angeles county between Los Angeles.
Joe Jonas
A teeny, teeny bit more north.
Nick Jonas
Sacramento. I got California.
Kevin Jonas
Right? Give me some applause. Yeah. Well done, Nick.
Nick Jonas
Thank you. Tying up how.
Joe Jonas
I'm from Ventura. Ventura County.
Nick Jonas
I was going to say Ventura. And then Kevin said not to, so. What. What you need help with here?
Joe Jonas
I know you guys are dads and your brothers, obviously. I have a brother myself. We both have children.
Kevin Jonas
Congratulations.
Joe Jonas
And it's just so funny because sometimes he does things with his kids that I'm like, what the heck are you doing?
Kevin Jonas
Spill the tea.
Nick Jonas
Like what?
Kevin Jonas
Like, like, yeah, give it.
Joe Jonas
Like, okay. Like. Like silly things. Like, okay, my brother's a big theme park guy, so he'll take the kids to the theme park. And mind you, they're like, three and six. He'll take them to a theme park and, like, keep them up till midnight. 1:00am Look, I love a good theme park, but I'm a stickler for bedtime. So, like, my kids are going down by 8, 9 at the latest. So just like, things like that. And he'll do it, like, four or five days in a row. Like, what are you doing? Your kids are gonna be so tired. I wanted to know from you guys, what is something that your brother does with their kids that you're like, oh, my gosh. Oof. I would not do that.
Kevin Jonas
Oof. You know, I feel like. Okay, well, first, your brother sounds like a super fun time, by the way.
Joe Jonas
Yes, he's great.
Kevin Jonas
I think. Look, sibling. Sibling stuff.
Nick Jonas
Understandable.
Kevin Jonas
There are things about. Your siblings are always going to bother you. They're going to be like, that's annoying. But when it. We've kind of made a golden rule amongst our. As brothers, and we do not give unsolicited parenting advice or have opinions on how they parent, at least to their. Yeah, we wouldn't. I think you can say it. At least to their face. Yes, it's fine.
Nick Jonas
Let's try the face.
Kevin Jonas
I think at the end of the day, everyone is. We kind of just to think, look, you know, everyone's doing their best out here, and I'm sure you're an awesome mom, and. And your kids are well rested. And also, I can understand that you're probably like, hey, as a concern. Auntie, put these kids to bed. It's 10pm why? Are they unlocking a roller coaster? Totally. But also, to each their own. You know, everyone's on this wild journey. Raising kids can be kind of crazy and wild and. And challenging, but things that bother us, it's hard to say. You know, we kind of said we wouldn't do that.
Joe Jonas
That's awesome. You guys are way too kind to each other. Oh, my gosh.
Kevin Jonas
We appreciate you sharing your story. Just trying to keep the, you know, just trying to get the band together.
Joe Jonas
I know. I mean, even with the strict bedtimes, man, I still have a baby that won't sleep right now. So I guess maybe you got to
Kevin Jonas
keep him up until midnight and make him ride some roller coasters. Maybe he'll sleep. Maybe. Maybe there's some magic in your brother's roller coasters.
Joe Jonas
My 4 month old on a roller coaster. Yeah.
Kevin Jonas
Maybe not. Maybe not. Well, congrats on the family and best of luck with the sleep. Yeah.
Joe Jonas
Thank you so much.
Nick Jonas
All the best. Thanks for the call.
Kevin Jonas
Well answered, Joe. Well answered.
Nick Jonas
That was good.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah.
Nick Jonas
I was never gonna like, mention like, you know, like what we think, like when Kevin's like. Like when he was parenting his kids, we're like, wow, this is terrible mistake there. He's totally his parent. We never mentioned that. When you do stuff. And I'm like, wow, why would he ever do.
Kevin Jonas
Right. Like in all the things you do. Nick, that.
Nick Jonas
Yeah.
Kevin Jonas
Or don't do or don't do or don't do.
Nick Jonas
Yeah.
Kevin Jonas
More specifically, everyone's on their own parenting journey. It's a. And it's a wild roller coaster. Have you ever gotten crazy, like, unsolicited advice?
Just Food for Dogs Advertiser
Of course.
Kevin Jonas
Hey, this is Kevin.
Nick Jonas
This is Nick Jonas from hey Jonas.
Kevin Jonas
Insurance may all seem the same on the surface, but having insurance isn't the same as having State Farm.
Nick Jonas
It's like needing a wedding toast from your best man, but getting it from your third cousin's plus one. Sure, he may try to talk about love, throw in a generic joke, but it's not the same. No real connection, no depth, no. Remember that one time moment, you just met him yesterday.
Kevin Jonas
You wouldn't settle for a wedding toast from a rando on your big day. So don't settle for just any insurance when there's State Farm.
Nick Jonas
When it comes to getting the help you need, State Farm is the real deal. As real as that toast from your best friend. Slightly embarrassing, but heartwarming and hilarious.
Kevin Jonas
State Farm is there how and where you need them. Whether that's in person, on the phone, online, or through their award winning app.
Nick Jonas
Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.
Chelsea Handler
This is Chelsea Handler from Dear Chelsea. If you travel a lot with your dog like I do with Doug, feeding them well on the road can get surprisingly complicated. Especially when you're touring 30 plus cities, staying in hotels, flying, driving, and basically living out of a suitcase. Frozen dog food sounds great until you realize you don't exactly have a freezer backstage. That's why I started bringing just fresh from just food. For dogs, it's real fresh dog food made with human grade ingredients with meat and vegetables you can see in the bowl. But the difference is it's shelf stable, which means I don't need a freezer or a cooler and there's no prep. So now I can throw a few packs in my bag and Doug still gets a healthy meal wherever we are. Doug absolutely loves it and I like knowing I am feeding my baby something that's actually good for him. It's also the number one vet recommended fresh dog food made without preservatives or fillers. Go to justfoodfordogs.com and get 50% off your first order.

Just Food for Dogs Advertiser
Hello.
Joe Jonas
How are you guys?
Kevin Jonas
We are good. We're talking to. Where are you calling from?
Nick Jonas
Don't tell us where you're calling. Don't. Don't tell us. What's your name? Say it again.
Kevin Jonas
Laura.
Joe Jonas
Laura.
Ashley Akonetti
Laura.
Joe Jonas
Yeah.
Nick Jonas
Laura, I think you are calling from Long Island.
Kevin Jonas
I think you're calling from Boston.
Joe Jonas
Nope.
Nick Jonas
Damn.
Kevin Jonas
Just kidding. I think you're calling from New England,
Joe Jonas
not from New England. Sorry. All wrong.
Nick Jonas
Are we warm or cold?
Joe Jonas
Cold.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah.
Joe Jonas
No, I'm in Savannah, Georgia.
Nick Jonas
I was gonna say that and then Kevin said not to say it.
Kevin Jonas
Savannah, Georgia.
Joe Jonas
Yeah. Right. Okay.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah. What's going on? How can we help? There's a lot of hauntings in Savannah, Georgia. Yeah, I went on a haunting tour.
Joe Jonas
That is what we're known for. That's correct.
Kevin Jonas
You think it's, like, just, like, a good place? Like, they're. It's just like they just like it,
Nick Jonas
or is it just old buildings? More.
Joe Jonas
More old. Savannah was built on top of graves.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah, there's. There's that. There's that. Kevin, that's not fun. Savannah's building graves can't be doing a lot of dark history. Well, thanks for making the phone call. What do you want to talk about?
Joe Jonas
Well, I do want to hear what your wildest Hollywood story is, but I also feel very compelled to tell you mine because it involves all of you.
Nick Jonas
Lead the way.
Joe Jonas
Oh, in, I want to say, 2013, my friend and I accidentally snuck into Joe's birthday party.
Kevin Jonas
Oh, wow.
Nick Jonas
Where was your birthday in 2013?
Kevin Jonas
2013.
Joe Jonas
It was. Yeah, I think that's when it was. It was right after you guys did a show at the. I forget what it was called. Like, the Globe or something. That was up at Universal, right?
Nick Jonas
Gibson Amphitheater.
Joe Jonas
Yes, that's what it was.
Kevin Jonas
Oh, my gosh. Wow.
Joe Jonas
Okay. So a friend of mine, mine and I had gotten tickets through our jobs at the time, and we were backstage for the first part of the show and just chatting with some people, and somebody had told us that Joe was having a birthday party and made it sound like it was going to be this really big bash. And they were like, yeah, you should come. We're not going, but here's the address. And my friend and I were like, oh, no one will ever know that we're there. I'm sure there's going to be, like, tons of people there. We show up, and it's at this, like, little house in Hollywood or West Hollywood or something. We had been talking to one of the security guards backstage at the show, and when we got there, he was like, what are you guys doing here? We, like, still had our VIP stickers on, which obviously probably shouldn't have been wearing that to Joe's birthday party. Looked like total noobs and noobs. He's like, what are you doing here? And my friend was like, oh, you know, we. Somebody invited us. Blah, blah, blah. He said, okay, tell me, who are you guys, really? And my friend goes with, like, so much confidence. Who aren't we? And flips her hair. And he goes, all right, good enough for me and you. Let us inside. Wow.
Nick Jonas
Tight security.
Joe Jonas
We walk in, and there's, like, 10 people there when we got there. And I think at no time there was more than maybe 30.
Kevin Jonas
Wow.
Joe Jonas
You guys and your date. And we ran to the bathroom and took off our VIP stickers and people started showing up and nobody. Nobody said anything.
Nick Jonas
That's so funny.
Kevin Jonas
Because who aren't you? Yeah, that's amazing.
Apple/Mac Advertiser
Wow.
Ashley Akonetti
That's because who aren't we?
Kevin Jonas
I hope you had a good time.
Nick Jonas
Did you have a good time?
Kevin Jonas
Was it weird?
Joe Jonas
What we learned is that Kevin is really good at pretending he knows people because he was the only one that came up to us and he was like, hey, guys, it's so good to see you. How are you doing?
Kevin Jonas
Wow. We used to call him the mayor. We used to call him the mayor. Which was.
Nick Jonas
Which is.
Kevin Jonas
It suits well in the situation. He was very friendly.
Joe Jonas
Yeah. Definitely one of the.
Kevin Jonas
Just trying to figure out who you guys were saying.
Joe Jonas
Happy birthday.
Nick Jonas
Oh, this was at. This was at the old office, I think, which was kind of a house right there. Nemo Street. Interesting. I recall this now.
Joe Jonas
That's right.
Nick Jonas
I was wondering who you were.
Joe Jonas
Yeah, right.
Kevin Jonas
And Kevin said, I invited you. I said not to say anything. They just know. They. They just seemed like they needed to be there.
Joe Jonas
Well, I mean, we were like quiet. We didn't take pictures. We weren't being weird about it. We didn't really tell people about. That's great that we. Now is a good icebreaker.
Nick Jonas
So funny.
Kevin Jonas
I love that. Well, thank you for sharing and I. And have you snuck into other people's birthday parties since this.
Joe Jonas
No, I don't have the confidence. It was my friend.
Kevin Jonas
Well, now you know the line. You know the line you have to use.
Joe Jonas
Yeah, I know.
Kevin Jonas
What are.
Joe Jonas
You know, times have changed. I don't live in LA anymore.
Kevin Jonas
Gotcha. I got you. Okay, so. Our Craziest Hollywood story. Oh, man. We have quite, quite a few. I mean, Nick spilt a drink on the same person. A very famous same person twice. Care to share? Nick?
Nick Jonas
I was at the Golden Globes. I was nominated that year for best original song, which was an amazing thing. And we didn't win. So Joe was there with me and he said, hey, let's go to the bar, get a drink. So I got up and was kind of sad, but it was like, you know what? Just nice to be in the room. To be nominated was really cool.
Kevin Jonas
I was like, reminder, Nick, you were just nominated. You are always nominated for a Golden Globe regardless if you win.
Nick Jonas
It was. It was a really special night. So being a great brother, we went to the bar. I grabbed a beer and there was like these high top tables and we're sitting there talking for a minute and all of a Sudden, a friend of ours, his name's Sean Douglas. He's Michael Keaton's son, Michael Keaton, the legendary actor. And. And Sean Douglas walks up and says, hey, guys. And he's a songwriter. We know him very well. And he's like, this is my dad, and it's Michael Keaton. I'm like, oh, wow. Hey, good to meet you. And I went to say hi, and my shoulder hit my beer, and it spilled all over my Cook Eaton. And he goes, oh, this is gonna be in Variety.
Kevin Jonas
And he was, like, laughing, but it
Nick Jonas
was funny, and it. You know.
Kevin Jonas
He also had to go on stage two minutes later.
Nick Jonas
He's like, I'm literally about to go on stage in two minutes to present. And so I felt like, you know, even worse than I already did. And I was like, this night couldn't get any worse. So then cut to, like, two months later, Joe and I are at the US Open. My wife's there as well. It's kind of like stadium seating. So we're in this row in the row in front of us. Right below us, all sudden, Sean Douglas and his wife and Michael Keaton walk in, and I have my drink at my feet, and I get up to say hi and shake their hands again. And as I get up, my foot hits the drink and it spills on Michael Keaton's shoes and his ankles, and he's like, what is. Is this a joke? It unfortunately wasn't, and now I'm embarrassed to ever see him again after that.
Kevin Jonas
Just make sure there's no liquid around.
Joe Jonas
You probably just do it every time now.
Kevin Jonas
Yeah. Well, thank you for your story, and thanks for calling, and we'll see you at the next birthday. Yeah, we'll see you. See you in August.
Joe Jonas
Sounds good. Thanks, guys.
Nick Jonas
Thank you.
Kevin Jonas
Bye. That's wild.
Nick Jonas
Crazy. There's another caller on right now. Hello.
Kevin Jonas
Hello.
Joe Jonas
Hello.
Kevin Jonas
Hi. How's it going?
Nick Jonas
How's it going?
Joe Jonas
Hi. I feel like you guys can help me. Thank you so much for taking my call. Happily, my siblings and I love each other. We're huge fans of one another, but we can barely get through a family event without, like, squabbling. And you perform together, you work together, you have this amazing podcast together. Like, how do you deal with all that? Siblings, does.
Kevin Jonas
Good question.
Nick Jonas
How do we. I mean, it's. It's all the money. No,
Kevin Jonas
just kidding.
Joe Jonas
I should just start sending him $20 bills.
Kevin Jonas
Started off like, I'll give you these 20.
Nick Jonas
I'll double.
Kevin Jonas
Double it after the trip.
Nick Jonas
I think that the way that. That we get through it is that at this point in our life, it has to be a really big thing or a really like, repetitively annoying thing for us to let it escalate to a fight or a situation where it's like, why are we gonna let this ruin our night? Yeah, right. When. When you only have. In. In the grand scheme of things, when you, when you are with the people you love in this lifetime, you are fortunate to have around 80 summers together, let's call it. That's not a lot. It. In the grand scheme of things, if you love those people and you think about the number of days within that summer that you're going to get with them, it gets even smaller.
Kevin Jonas
Totally.
Nick Jonas
And if you, if you get more and more specific, you can narrow that down to, okay, maybe, maybe in the, the grand scheme of my life with this person, I'm only going to get this much time. It's not a morbid thought, it's just a reality check to say, like, do we want to spend a couple hours of that time or in perpetuity days of that time that we have being upset with each other.
Kevin Jonas
Right.
Nick Jonas
When it could just be as simple as, hey, I love you. Sorry, let's just drop it. It's not worth it. That's how I approach it. I think.
Kevin Jonas
I think that's so smart.
Nick Jonas
Each of us, in our own way kind of look at it that way.
Joe Jonas
Is there some way that you like when you're in it and there's something going on that you like, stop it some. Sometimes we just have trouble, like coming
Kevin Jonas
out of the fight, coming out of the thing spinning.
Joe Jonas
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Kevin Jonas
I think we sometimes will be like, hey, this isn't going to be resolved right now. Just step away. Or let's just go be with the fam and like, we don't have that much time this week together. Let's just enjoy this. We'll talk about in the morning. Yeah, sleep on it. I know like incidences, instances where it's happened where like something has happened and it's the end of the night and then there's like a blow up and then everyone's kind of gone their own way. Sometimes just a simple text to break the ice is someone needs to make that first step forward. It's just like, hey, sorry, I know that was weird. I really didn't mean to come across that way. Or maybe you did and we should talk about it. But like, it's just sometimes someone's got to break the ice and let it just be you. If you can be the bigger man or woman.
Joe Jonas
I mean, it's good to know that we're not the only ones. Like, everybody has these issues. Are there certain pet peeves that you have of each other? But you're just like, don't do that again. Stop chewing cereal in my ear.
Kevin Jonas
Oh, yeah, we all have it and we all have things that annoy the crap out of each other. But it's about. Well, yeah, right, but it's just about how you kind of like, manage it for yourself and also manage it, like, when you're in it, like, how to come out of it for me at least.
Nick Jonas
Well, thank you for your question and we wish you and your siblings the best of luck in your resolution of your arguments and such. Thanks so much. Bye, Kev. Joe, we got to wrap it up. But hey, on that note, love you. Love you.
Kevin Jonas
Love you guys. Love you.
Nick Jonas
And I'll see you in a little while.
Kevin Jonas
All right, see you. Bye.
Joe Jonas
Bye.
Kevin Jonas
Bye.
Apple/Mac Advertiser
Bye.

And I'm like, that is me too. Like, of course we're gonna have our junk food days, but primarily when we're eating inside the house. I am very particular about what I buy and make for my kids because sometimes, you know, like, for example, they're gonna eat chicken nuggets right? They're gonna eat macaroni and cheese. But I'm trying to find the best possible versions of those. And in order to do that, I use this really great app when I'm grocery shopping. It's called Wise Code, and it's basically an ultra processed food detector. All you do is scan a product to instantly see if it's ultra processed. They go beyond the label.
