This shift from 2020 to 2027, it's.
B
A kind of mystic bridge. There's a lot of things concluding, and then there's a lot of new energy just sprouting in very subtle ways.
A
I'm curious, what do you feel some of these shifts are going to look like?
B
It's full of hope because we're destined to get to that Yuga.
A
And would this be a golden age, would you say?
B
But we're going to have to have going through the Silver Age first. And the Silver Age is going to be just delightful because it's where we get to repair everything that we've broken. And that's what the Gene Keys are helping you do. As you with those cities, with those higher consciousness aspects of our nature, it reminds us that we are actually eternal beings. The new is coming. And the new is very subtle, almost unrecognizable. It's an exciting time to be alive.

My body just lit up. And this gives us so much hope that it's actually getting better. Just flow soon to let go Trust flow soon to let go I'm the one I've been waiting for. Let go Trust flow sooner Let go I'm the one I've been waiting for welcome back to the Highest Self podcast. My name is Sahara Rose, and on this podcast I love to take spirituality and make it modern, fun, grounded, and relatable so it can actually serve your needs. I came across this giant textbook over 10 years ago, and people kept telling me, you got to read the Gene Keys. You got to read the Gene Keys. And I looked at the size. I was like, there is no way I am reading all of this. And I remember getting it like, so sitting down, like, I'm going to read this book cover to cover. And it just. It wasn't flowing. It wasn't flowing. And then I decided people would tell me things from the Gene Keys, and it really resonated with me. And I learned it actually had to do more with your birthday. And it's a path that you're on and there's sequences that you go through, and the truths were resonating with me. I did a session of the Gene Keys with someone, and that led me to getting the audiobook, which was the best decision of my life. I barely read books. This audiobook has brought me through so, so many portals over the past 10 years, and I love using it as an oracle. I don't know where I'm at in the audiobook, but sometimes I'll be on a flight half asleep, just Hit play. And it's exactly what I need to hear at the time. And I actually love falling asleep to it because it goes into my subconscious mind. And it was insane. It was mirroring and echoing everything that I was going through, showing me these qualities, the, the shadow, the, the light, the siddhi, and the way these qualities move through our lives. So how we can take something such as. And we'll, we'll go through them more. But one of mine is moving from purposelessness to totality. So can you face the existential mystery of life and instead of feeling like, I don't know what's going on, to actually see the totality of, like, it's all going on and it's all happening all at once. And it's just these beautiful ways of moving from these denser emotions that we're experiencing and seeing the greater fabric of how it's all connected into something greater. And whenever people ask me what is a spiritual book to read or listen to, I always say the Gene Keys. And I always say, like, beyond. And we're going to talk about the way that it's a system and different programs, but you will feel the level of truth that is being channeled through this transmission. And I feel all of us. It's simple, yet so profound and something that it's like my bible. It's something I've. I've had with me and will always have with me. It's probably the only audiobook I continue to listen to that. And I love, I love some Osho as well. And like, that's it. That's all I need. And before we get into this episode, be sure to hit subscribe. That allows you to stay in the loop for future conversations. This podcast is also on YouTube, so you could be watching us in person, Spotify video, and the Apple Store. So be sure to subscribe to stay up to date with future conversations. And let's get into this one. And so I'm so excited and honored. This has been years in the making to have Richard Rudd here on high sell podcast. You can see it's online. And that is the level I'm like, I need to have Richard on that. I'll even do an online conversation because he's just so in depth. So without further ado, let's welcome Richard Rudd here on the Highest Health podcast.
B
And it's lovely to finally meet you. And let's hold out for doing a face to face thing as well. I'm sure that we can make that happen.
A
Absolutely. Okay. I remember almost 10 years ago, reading in the gene keys about this shift from 2020 to 2027. And I actually believe it was right before 2020. And it felt so true to my bones, like, I knew those years that we're going to see such a massive shift that's happening into this new golden age, this new type of human, this mutation that's happening in our DNA, and then how we're meant to come alive. And right now, you just shared that we are at the precipice of moving into this dark tunnel into 2027. What will become. Tell us what's happening.
B
Well, yeah, it is an amazing time to be alive. And I wonder how many people kind of watching your podcast really know that deep in their bones and feel it. And it's, it's, you know, there are three sort of dates that kind of form part of this. I guess it's a kind of mystic bridge. It's a time where we move from one epoch into another epoch. And so there's a lot of things concluding and then there's a lot of new energy just sprouting in very subtle ways. But the first date is 1987, which the Mayans called harmonic convergence. And that was a magical time. That was where I sort of first awakened back then, and a lot of things were cooking in the sky. And one of my mentors, previous mentors, Raul, who received a human design teaching in that year as well, and, yeah, it was exciting. And then the second date was 2012, which I gave the name of melodic resonance. And so you had harmonic convergence, melodic resonance. And that was also a predicted date by the Mayans, and the Mayan calendar ended there. And people were kind of wondering whether the world was going to end. And so that was a time where a lot of things gathered momentum at many levels, and it was a real speeding up of a lot of things on this planet. And I guess it was a birthing time for the, you know, the Internet really catching speed, catching up speed. And then the very beginnings of AI and now we have, like 2027, which I call rhythmic symphony. So you have melodic resonance, rhythmic symphony and harmonic convergence. So harmony, melody and rhythm. It's a musical. You know, we live in a musical universe. And so we are. We are made of frequencies and sound and music. And so this is a kind of. It's like the conductor coming into the room and just tapping the. Tapping the lectern and saying, right, okay, none of that. Stop that cacophony and that noise. We're now going to play together in the most Beautiful way. And it's not. I. I'm not kind of over glamorizing otherwise. I. These things don't happen overnight, you know, so it's a gradual process. I mean, it will happen very quickly, I feel. But in evolutionary terms. And so what we see is we're seeing two things happening. We're seeing an old force that is dying and declining, the old patriarchal systems. And we know about all this. Everyone knows. You can see it. You can see it having its kind of last hurrah, if you like, in the world. And sometimes when something is ending, it senses that as an energy, and so it kind of. It's exacerbated even more. And then the other thing that's happening is the new is coming. And the new is very subtle and very different and almost unrecognizable. And it's also happening on the inside rather than on the outside. So you see the decline happening on the outside and the rebirth happening on the inside. And you might begin to see some of the rebirth happening on the outside. But that may not be the case for some time, you know, because there's still a kind of the old has to let go and the new has to come in. And that's a whole process. You know, the old has to decline and fall away, and then the new emerges. Like at springtime, you know, the first flowers that come through, they're usually very tiny little flowers. In England over here, they're called snowdrops. And they come out in January or February, and they're tiny little white flowers. And they're usually the first flowers that pop up. That's why they're called snowdrops. And so we are like that. We're seeing the very beginnings that shoots of something that we can hardly conceive that will then continue to grow in as this new epoch kind of swings into motion over the coming decades. And as I said, at the same time, the old is declining. So it could be messy. And we have, you know, the backdrop of our polarized political climates and climate change and all these kind of things. And these are part of the process of this bridging of one era with another. And so it's a. It's an exciting and for many, a worrying time to be alive.
A
So many people feel like the world is worse than ever before. We have so much more war and, you know, class divides and social issues. And this gives us so much hope that it's actually getting better. Like it needs to get darker before it gets lighter. And it's all Part of these cycles that we're in. I'm curious, what do you feel some of these shifts are going to look like in this new. And would this be a golden age? Would you say, would this be like Sat Yuga as they share about?
B
Well, I, I subscribe to, because, you know, I'm, I think you know quite a lot about some of this Indian stuff. I subscribe to Sri Yukteswar's model, who was an incredible sage. And when he looked at the, the Yuga cycles, he said, there's been a mistake. You know, he was a, he was a, they call him a Yana yogi. So he was a, a mental yogi. In other words, he, his, his wisdom mind was vast and his, his understanding and clarity about the universe and its mechanisms was just vast. He was Yogananda master and he said there's been a mistake that was made by a scribe a thousand years ago. And it's all the Yuga calculations of these big epochs changing are out by thousands of years. And so he then wrote this beautiful little book called the Holy Science. And in that he set it straight. He said, right, we're in this. And it showed us that we're now entering Dwapara Yuga, which is the rising current. So we're out of the Dark Age and we're in the rising current. And so what I would say is that we're kind of on that deep, that incredible rise. We're way off perhaps Satya Yuga. I mean, I know it would be lovely to think that, but actually if you're, if you're measuring, you know, if you really look at the universe or you look at the earth around us, see we still have quite a way to go. It's, you know, and so, but we're on the ascent and we're part of the ascent and we're a trans. Incarnational being, you know, so we don't have to worry like, well, we're going to miss it because we're, we're here, we're going to be here all along but in different forms. And we're going to be part of this massing, incredible awakening. But I would say it's more moving towards Treta Yuga, which is the one before, which is also an incredibly exciting time because it's almost where the splits get healed and the divides are brought together in the world and in the mind and the psyches of humans. And so healing takes time, as we know, through the body and the earth. And I think we're going to go into a long cycle of healing. And I think it will, you know, there'll still be difficulties and there'll still be dark things happening, because that's the nature of the old as it lets go. But the healing that's coming is incredible. I mean, the. I use the life cycle of the dragonfly as, you know, probably as an allegory of this change. And if you. It's a really good allergy because the dragonfly lives underwater for three years as an underwater predator, and then it suddenly one day walks up a stalk of grass out into the light, and it's never done that before. And then as the light and the sunlight hits, goes through a metamorphosis, and within a few hours, it's become an amazing iridescent flying dragon insect, right? And so if you think about the time you're under the ground, you're under the water, and then how fast transformation actually happens. Three years, three hours. And that's. You could look at that like us, maybe however many hundreds of millions of years, and then you look at and go, well, the actual ascent process is very quick, you know. So for us, the news is very good. It's full of hope because we're destined to get to that Yuga of the Golden Age, as you call it. But we're going to have to have going through the Silver Age first, right? And the Silver Age is going to be just delightful because it's where we get to repair everything that we've broken. And that's actually a really tender, sweet, amazing time. So we get to kind of. It's not like it's all just wiped clean and all the dark is gone suddenly, and then we're all sitting in the light. It's like we have to kind of repair and heal and we have to forgive and we have to, you know, go through a really delicious process of awakening and letting go. And we have to deepen and we'll become a more internal species, we'll become a more inner species as these yugas kick in, you know, so I focus on everything out there and finding fulfillment out there and making everything, you know, out there, it will begin to subside. And I think that's beginning to happen even now with, you know, the sort of spiritual interest that is growing massively everywhere because people are beginning to look inside and ask deep questions about who. Who am I really? Who am I? And. And coming into tune with our eternal nature. And that's what the gene keys are helping you do. As you said, like with those cities, with those higher consciousness Aspects of our nature, it remind that we are actually eternal beings. And. Yeah, so it's a grand adventure.
A
When you said three years, three hours, my body just lit up because I thought of that. Is everything in life like, the three years it takes on a healing journey? Three hours falling in love. You know, it's like three years of preparing for a play. In three hours, the play is complete, and that just happened. Planning a wedding, like, all of these things, we spend so many years of preparation, and then that moment happens. And sometimes it's like, wait, can I even go back? Like, I think we'll even romanticize this time one day.
B
You don't want it to go too fast. Yeah. You know, I'm trying to say that to people. Like, don't. You really don't want. You know, it's like when you come to the end of your incarnation cycles, you know, and people always want, like, this is my last incarnation. I hear that a lot. And I'm. I look at them and I say, well, you know, I'm not sure you want it to be your last incarnation deep down, because the good part's still to come. And it's like, why would you leave just before the party begins, before the harvest? You put in all this work, and then you don't want the harvest. So, yeah, take your time.
A
I love that because I feel we can feel this golden era is possible. We remember it deep in our bones, and it's not here. And so that makes it. It want to be our last incarnation because we're like, I cannot do this anymore. Like, get me out. I'm seeing things other people can't. Therefore, it must be my last incarnation. But I love what you said of, like, we've still got kind of this bronze, silver, and then the Gold Age to come, and so why miss out?
B
Yeah, just I. With the gene keys and with. So we have this lovely little. I don't know if you've seen our little app, the Triple Flame app. It's on the App Store. It's free, and it's a pausing app, and it just reminds you to keep pausing. It's one of our most popular things, and people love it, and they. And all my meditations are in there and stuff. So it's like, there's a lot of amazing, rich content, but the main thing is that it just keeps. It'll bing you every three hours or it'll bring you on what I call the cosmic clock hours. So 2:22 or 1:11, or if you set it, it just say which ones do you want? And it'll just give you a little bing. And then you can do a three minute meditation if you like, a pause or you can just, you know, there's often something magical happening when it bings you. But those pauses are really, really important because they help us slow down our biorhythms and our mind and not be in such a hurry. We're even in a hurry spiritually. That's not a good thing. You know, like one of the great teachers once said, and I may have got this from Osho, actually, this story, but it's not really a story. It's like someone said to him, this man, this young man, like, you're in too much of a hurry. You know, enlightenment isn't ahead of you, it's behind you. And if you slow down enough, maybe it'll catch you up. It's this notion of like, we've got it the wrong way around. We actually need to just be more. And then it comes to us. Yeah, and that's why, in a way, you said about the Gene Keys book, and it's a great big book. And I've written another great big book that's coming out next year. And the teachings are dense but intricate, and at their core is simplicity. But the reason for all of that is because it slows you down. You know, it's because you're like, I can't just devour this book. No, I'm. You're not even meant to devour this book. I, you know, anyone who's read the book from COVID to cover, I would question their sanity like that. It's a contemplative book. It's to contemplate. Like, you use it, you use the audio, you know, and it's like you use it as a contemplation so that you live with it and it lives inside you and it reminds you constantly of the same truths, but through multiple different lenses. And so the idea is to kind of trick us to slow down and contemplate because it's deep material, and depth requires contemplation. And we're trained in knowledge. Modern people were trained in knowledge. We're trained at school in knowledge. There's nothing wrong with that. And knowledge has done everything well. It's done the good and the bad, right? It's created AI and it's created all the good things around us. But it's also, you know, we don't, we're obsessed with it. But it's different from wisdom because wisdom requires contemplation and it's not of the same plane or field as knowledge. It's not mental. Wisdom is. It includes the mental, but it's also of the heart and the whole being and the soul. And so wisdom is in the body. It's in the body. It's a physical, embodied quality wisdom. And a lot of people don't understand that. And so unless we pause and slow down and become contemplative internal beings again, we don't find the wisdom inside us, you know, and we're all out there. We're all out through the eyes, out through the ears. You know, the ancient Chinese called these senses the five thieves, because they take away. They take us away from our wisdom, which is deep within, which is why they taught meditation. And my version of that is contemplation, which is less structured and more fun. A bit more naughty, actually. You know, it's a bit more creative. It's, it's more exciting than mindfulness as well, which is kind of dry. It's a Buddhist thing. It's, it's, it's beautiful and powerful. But contemplation gives you a little bit more freedom to play because it's about lingering and slowing things down. And you can use your mind creatively, you can use your body creatively, you can do things in a contemplative way. You can do anything in a contemplative way. And if you do something in a contemplative way, you will excel at it. You know, it can be a sport, it can be a craft, it can be a job. You will just excel because you're accessing the wisdom field, because you're not doing it in a hurry. Anyway, I'll pause there.
A
I really resonate with the path of contemplation because I am someone who. I can be very intellectual. And so for me to sit and meditate it, my mind is just going to go to, like, something else. So it gives me something to, like, pry on of. You know, let's, let's break this down. Like, for example, one of mine, the Siddhi was around Celebration. So I'm trying to find, I'm sure you know, which gene Key.
B
Yeah. Detachment and celebration. Yeah.
A
This is your chance to be personally mentored by me in launching your podcast. I am so excited to be opening up my first ever small group, limited to 10 people, podcast mentorship, where I'll be guiding you step by step into how to choose the right name for your podcast. Graphic for it Description what the format of your podcast is, whether you're going to do interviews solo casts and getting comfortable in sharing your voice. So this is a really small group, hands on container that I'll be running personally starting in January. So I'm really excited because I've learned so much from having a podcast over the past eight years. It has led to the greatest gifts in my life, from a six figure business to my best friends, to traveling the world to meeting the world's top spiritual teachers and thought leaders. And it's like every single week I'm being mentored by them. And that's what you get to have in your podcast. And it's going to be even more than that. It's going to be a movement. Every single day I meet people and I receive messages of people whose lives have been transformed for my podcast. And there is no greater feeling in the world than that. And that's what I want for you. So head over to my show Notes. It's the very first thing. I've limited it to only 10 people, so I can be really, really hands on. If you're listening to this later, I'll have the wait list open and I can't wait to support you in your podcast. This has just been a lifelong contemplation of mine without without even realizing it. And, and so when I sat with that of, I do feel like my highest self when I am dancing, creating experiences for people, laughing. But then sometimes it feels like, oh no, like do the healing work. Like do. And, and it gave me that permission of celebration is my healing work and it's what I'm here to bring to the collective.
B
Absolutely. I mean, that's what those cities refer to. They're kind of lenses of the divine in a way that, you know, so when you look at your Gene Keys profile, you know, which if anyone's new here, you can go to gene keys.com, get your free profile, have a look at it, and in there you'll see it's quite fun. And you'll know this, I'm sure, Sarah, like you can, there's buttons you can slide, sliders where you can switch on and off your shadows, right? So first thing you'll see is a lot of words that you, you don't like the sound of. You know, you might have the shadow of corruption or you might have, in your case, that one's expectation, the shadow of expectation, being caught in our expectations and therefore then falling victim to disappointment all the time. You know, that kind of game. And so you can switch all those shadows off and you with a slide. Be wonderful if we could do that. Right. And then you can see all the gifts that are hidden in those shadows. And then you have the siddhis, right? Then the cities are like these transcendent, enlightened qualities. That's what city means. It's a Sanskrit word. It's a transcendent, enlightened gift, a higher gift, a superpower if you like. And actually when I first wrote the Genki's book, I, I didn't know that there was a tradition of 64 cities in from ancient India, from the Vedas. I didn't know. And I was amazed because My book has 64 chapters and 64 gene keys. And so those cities came from a deep ancient tradition. That wasn't something I discovered. But what they do is they show us the different lenses of the divine realized state. So you can look and see. If you switch off all those things you can see this is a map of my enlightened self. This is a lap of my self realized self. I mean, I don't know anywhere else you'll find that on the Internet. A map, an actual chart of your enlightened being. Right. And so when you get that, you should print that out and you should look at that and put it on your fridge and every day you should go, God, I am that. I am that Buddha, that is me. And, and that is a contemplation worthy of a lifetime. Looking at those qualities, whatever they are, they're 64 different words and you'll have a comb, you know, 11 or 12 of them. And so you might have compassion or you might have ecstasy, or you might have rapture or celebration like you. And they're all the same state. That's the important thing. It's like, it's the same state but it manifests through different ways. So an enlightened celebration is someone who's just incredibly joyous and just, is just cannot hold it back, doesn't want to hold it back. They're an expression of life, celebrating, you know, wants to share, wants to talk, wants to party, wants to give, wants to serve, wants, you know, that is the celebration, you know, particularly around food and, and, and like, and community and you know, you can't hold it in. It's the, it's the essence of the lot of the heart, of an open heart. And, but then you might also have like another one jinky10 as being right, which is a much more like self enclosed. You're going to find that that enlightened expression is probably a bit quieter, it's probably a bit more inward. And so you're going to see all these different. Mine is Illumination, one of mine. And so it comes through texts and sacred texts and the light field of sacred knowledge. And translating that through my mind, through my higher mind, and through my heart, and through my body and my life and teachings. And so you get to see through your Gene Keys. I love that, that you get to see the map of your higher self. And it's really, as I said, it's. It's really worthy of a long contemplation, truly.
A
So I want to read people my life's work in Gene Keys, which is gene key 61, and they'll just see how much it resonates. Love it. Your primary role in the world is to be a channel of inspiration. This may sound like a wonderful role, but it carries some challenges. The first challenge for you is to remain unattached to the results of your creativity. Inspiration is a process that passes through you and that constantly changes you. It is not possible for you to be the same person from one moment to the next. So you will have to really hold the image you have of yourself lightly. The second great challenge with inspiration is its unpredictability. Yours is a life of uncertainty on many levels, but it is also a life of potential genius, as you surely know. You go through periods of deep unknowing, followed by periods of electrical inspiration and clarity. This is your nature manifesting naturally. As long as you don't become disillusioned in a waiting period, all will be well in your life. Oh, gosh, this is so me.
B
If only we knew that when we were younger.
A
That's why so much of my work is around the unknown, because I find myself continually in these abysses of, you know, going through a divorce, moving like these things that I would have never predicted before. And that's why my. The one that we just spoke about of not having expectations, which is the hardest thing for me to do, because every time I have an expectation of. I figured it all out. This is what my life is going to look like. Universe pulls the rug from under my feet. And. And. But then I get all my inspiration from these portals.
B
Yeah, yeah, totally. And you're in that description also. The. The. The city of Jinki 61 is called sanctity. And these words, these codes are drawn. They're inspired by the Chinese I Ching. That's where the 64 comes from. And, and so that particular. If. If anyone knows the I Ching, it's like a wonderful ancient Chinese book, but it's made up of these symbols and that Symbol. Particular symbol is a. It has a very visual kind of feel because it's like a. It's like a kind of. It's a. It's a symbol that has. Right in the middle of it, a mystery. And so the. The city there is. Is a city of sanctity. That's the word sanctity. And it's the kind of. It's like the. It's about initiation. It's like a priestess or kind of energy. It's like you constantly being initiated and being an initiator, you know, a vehicle for that. And, And. And a real resonance with that. Which is sacred, you know, that. Which.
A
My next book is on sacred feminine initiations. There we go.
B
So. And it's. And it's a. As. As that says. It's a constant stream of inspiration that comes down through the crown and into the body that we have to then kind of somehow do something with.
A
And it's almost like the only way for me to move through these challenges is to share them. And it's in the sharing of them, in. In the release of them that it all makes sense and it's all always worth it.
B
Yeah. Yeah.
A
So for someone who is new to Gene Keys, they go on genekeys.com they see their chart, they're like, what is this hologram? Where do you recommend they start to acquaint themselves?
B
Yeah, well, you can start by getting them. That's kind of your map, right? And then, you know, if you've got a map, then you. You might want a guidebook and you might want a compass. Well, let's call it the compass, let's call the profile as your compass. And then the map is the Gene Keys book, the big Book, you know, and, and so if you want the full map, then you can use the book or you can use. I've also done a series of audios that are called the 64 Ways, which are my oral teachings on the Gene Key. So you'll. You get a free one with your profile, and you can listen to that on your. Whichever it is your life's work or something. And then you can. You can listen to each of those and you'll get an idea of what those. How that operates in you, the shadow, how that shadow impacts you, how it might suck the life out of you. It might create difficulties or entropy in your life, in finances, through money, through relationships, you know, health even. And so you begin to realize, wow, these are codes that affect all areas of our lives. So the first thing we have to do is understand the shadow patterns really well. And the gene keys is all about, first of all, understanding what are the shadows, what are my shadows that influence me, how do I really understand them and relate to them, and then how do I transform them into their gifts? Because inside the shadow is a gift waiting, and the gift is that genius. So how do we unlock that gift? We have to go into the shadow to unlock the gift. And then out of the gift eventually comes the city, which is this incredible flowering. And so that's the journey of the gene keys. So one of the things that I always say to people, look, the technique that lies at the core of all of this through the gene keys, is contemplation. So that's a nice place to begin. I wrote a little, tiny book on contemplation, and it's on Amazon, and it's under 100 pages. But it gives you a technique that doesn't have the jargon of the gene keys. It doesn't require that you know anything. It's just about you learning to look at your life and take more pauses and harvest the field of pauses that are waiting for you in everyday life. And then, so people that start doing that practice so simple. It changes their life. Because you do it every day. You might not take all the pauses that come your way that, you know in the beginning. You just maybe take one a day or, you know, more than you would. But then slowly, slowly as you do that, those pauses, even if they're very short, they can be, you know, tiny. But you start to harvest the gaps that you're missing in your life. You know, because we're all focused on what isn't in the gaps, so we don't notice that there are gaps all the time. It's like when you look at one of those beautiful works of art by the Japanese or Oriental works of art that are considered classics or those calligraphies, right? There's a. There's always a lot more white space than there is the actual art itself. And that's a deliberate thing, that the white space is so special because it's where the transformation and the magic happens. So the white spaces is the gaps in our lives, the pauses. So when you. So this little book on contemplation, it helps you overcome the kind of addiction to constantly doing stuff and constantly thinking and constantly going in the loop. And it's. It. It snaps open some of the little loops in our life. So when you finished one task, before you go to the next task, take the pause, even if it's just a Few breaths, you know, and because there's always a pause in between tasks and we don't usually take them. But so it's a discipline that you begin. It's very, it's fun, it's creative. You, you know, the book kind of gives you ideas of like, you know, it just gives you like practical ideas like deliberately take a longer route to work than you normally would, you know, and give yourself an extra 10 minutes and then go a meandering route and deliberately, you know, so that you're taking a contemplative route to work. Rather, if that's an example and then you get there and you're in a very different state than if you'd rushed there from A to B, you've done a little meander. Who knows what happened in that meander? You may have met someone or you may have stopped to look at a squirrel or pat a dog or who knows? But magic probably occurs. And so the more of those things we inject into our everyday lives, pauses, moving pauses, Pauses doesn't mean doing nothing. A lot of pauses that can be moving. It's a frequency we enter into pausing. Then the more of those we have, the more we become aware of the spirit that's moving through us and behind us. And that's meditation, but without meditating in a formal way anyway. So it's a really lovely place to begin because you don't need to actually get a big book and start wading through it or. Although you can, that's a fun thing to do in your pause. You could just say, right, I'm going to read this chapter on my iq. You know, let's say, because that's one of the spheres in your gene keys, you'll say, well, what does this gene key mean? And why do I have the shadow of half heartedness? What does that mean? You know, and then you'll read it and you'll be like, well, if I do, if I'm doing something half heartedly somewhere in my life, then energy is leaking through that somewhere. And that might be an uncomfortable truth, but it's also, it can be a revelation to us, you know, so the gene keys give us little revelations and epiphanies as we're kind of digesting them slowly. And I always advise people, just take it slowly. You know, it's not, it's, it's. You don't want to give yourself indigestion. It's like you've got a huge feast in front of you. You don't just kind of rush at it. You take your time and you pick and you go, oh, that looks interesting. I'll take a piece of that. Oh. And so on, on our website and on our thing, you can just see there's all kinds of things. There's a, there's a feast of, I don't know, 20, 30 years of my contemplations, my writings, my words, my meditations. And you know, it's like, like, you know, you don't have to be overwhelmed by it. You just take like one little thing at a time. But pausing is the, is the secret. It's that simple. And if you don't even need any of the gene key stuff, if you just do the pausing, you'll also get the magic. So.
A
Yeah, I think that's a great question. It's such a metaphor of life. Like, you know, in my journey of being single, there have been times that I'm like, oh, I just want to meet my person and like be in sacred union and like when is it coming? And to just actually to choose. Can I linger in this moment as long as possible? Can I actually stretch? Like, I have this new apartment, it's all to myself. I can decorate it as I want, I can wake up and play whatever music I want. Can I linger in this moment longer? And it just reorients how you interact with your life, interact with the world. Instead of like, okay, what are the actions we can take because we've been so raise in our school system to be so action oriented. And yeah, you can take unaction, but will it actually give you the result that you desire when it, it's likely coming from a shadow frequency?
B
Yeah, it's true. And you know like in, if you decide to follow the gene keys and you go deeper into some of the programs, you go into these sequences that you'll see in your profile. But you know that you might look at your profile and just go, well read the words or digest a little bit nuggets. But actually it's a long process. So if you go into for instance the pearl, we call it the pearl profile, the pearl sequence, that's about how you, how you engage the field of the miracle field that brings prosperity into your life. And it's how you block the prosperity from coming into your life. And so it shows you the ways that you block them. It's not just money, it's everything. Because prosperity is like a whole life phenomenon, but it is also money. So health, when the energy flows clearly and cleanly through your body, then that level of radiance and health engenders the field of prosperity to also come to you. And so the pearl sequence is about how we come into collaboration with the environment around us and the people and the communities and the cultures, because that's where prosperity really comes from. Not the same as wealth. You know, wealth you can make in isolation and you can amass it, you know, and you can make more and more and more, but it never leads to a sense of peace because what you've actually done is accumulated more weight. It's like you just put on a huge amount of weight. And I'm not saying. I'm not making kind of judgments about whether people have a lot of money or not. It's just that it's a drive in us. Sometimes we think that that's going to be the answer. And actually prosperity is more about flow. So it's great if you have money, but then you should give it away. Not all of it just, but you should. You need to be like nature does. You put it back into the. Into the system and you serve with it. And that's what nature does. And then it just. It creates a vacuum and then more has to keep coming and you're like, oh, my God, there's more and more prosperity. And it comes on higher and higher and higher levels until you lose all interest in the material version and your only interest becomes the blissful version, which is the one that comes from the deep core truths of your consciousness. But it's a process for us. So many people have to go. I have so many friends or people I've met in my. Over the decades who have been searching through business or through, through money and accumulating success, what we call success. And as your friend Osho said, you know, he said success has, in his accent, success has offend, success has failed. And I love that one line, success has failed. He demonstrated that through his life. That's why he bought all those Rolls Royces, to make a mockery of. He was a joke, a trickster, a madman in that way. In a way, he wanted to make a mockery of our eternal quest to try and get more on the outside, because we feel hollow on the inside. And so, yeah, it's these sequences and working with your gene keys, it can really unravel some of the deep kind of. I don't know, what are they called? They're like the Sanskaras, the ancients called them, or these wounds that we keep coming back for because we think if, you know, we're driven through our ambition or to try and attain success. In the outer world, and it can never deliver the inner peace. But then we have to figure that out for ourselves, each one of us.
A
I think that quote says it all success has failed. All illusion of forever has failed. I think that's what we're seeing in the collective, Even what we're seeing of marriage till death do us part, guaranteed, any kind of guarantee, or trying to hold on to something and maintain it as that state for eternity is. Is failing. And I think we're seeing the hyper versions of it happening in our reality right now. Because as. As you speak about, like, life is change, and we want that change because right now we are that nymph under the water. Under the water that could become a dragonfly, but we don't know. We don't know about the dragonfly, but we're like, let me remain right here in this water that I know so, so well. But we need to go through that uncertainty for that next iteration to come through. I'm curious. A lot of people speak about a split happening in the world, in society, of even different, like, civilizations being set up. Some people going more into this AI microchip matrix, and then another smaller group of people going into. Going back to nature with tribe, with community. Do you see this happening and is this happening in our lifetime?
B
Yeah, I mean, it's like one thing I. I've learned through my kind of contemplations over the years and, and also looking into some of the science, like some. Some of the science that I'm kind of has piqued my interest is like, things like systems theory, which looks at how different. All have rules or laws, we should call them, that kind of show how different systems operate, right? So the immune system, the solar system, the galaxy, you know, all the systems of life, the economy, everything, they all. They all operate according to specific laws. And one of the things that kind of I found really interesting is that when a system is about to collapse and shift to a higher frequency version of itself or go through a quantum leap, which systems will do? You know, we talk about rebooting systems, right? So systems, every now and again in nature, go through a reboot, you know, and when before that happens, there are signs and signs that some of the scientists name them strange attractors. They're like anomaly events that occur that like. Like curveballs that hit us. Like the pandemic is a classic and, you know, strange attractor. I think Donald Trump is a strange attractor. You know, they're like unexpected energy systems that create more chaos, right? But through the Chaos often is something. Something new emerges, you know, something at a deeper level of coherence because of these events. So when the system's about to change, you get more of these events. That's what we know from systems theory, that more of them happen towards the change and, like contractions are coming closer and closer together before birth. Right. It's the similar thing. So I think that's what we're experiencing. We're experiencing more of these events and more uncertainty and therefore more fear and every big new thing. I think AI is a classic strange attractor. It's a classic curveball that's come in in the last five years, and now it's totally ramped up. And we spend a lot of time focusing on the event itself without realizing that its job isn't to save us. Its job is to awaken us to a higher level of coherence. So I don't see AI as saving us. I see it as shaking us up and waking us up in lots of different ways. I mean, at one level, there's an argument that it's going to speed up climate change, because anything in the hands of human beings, right, anything that we get excited about, we can't help ourselves. We just can't help but this. We can't help ourselves but explore it. And we're kind of blind until we. Until we've destroyed something and then we realize, and that's the way we learn. And so I think we're going into a very uncertain time on the outside, as I said earlier. But if our focus is not all on the outside, but our focus starts to go inside, we realize that there are shoots appearing on the inside that were never there before for humans. So anyone who starts to embark now on an inner journey, they're going to find layers and levels of epiphany and opening that were never there before. They weren't available in the same way. So what I'm saying is that meditation or contemplation of those higher states are much more available today than they ever were, because this is part of the awakening field. But if you're focused on the outside, looking at what's creating chaos, you will be terrified. You should be terrified. If you think that's all there is, it's terrifying. But if you realize that it's part of something that's happening on the inside, that's manifesting externally, then you're on a very different journey. You don't feel unsafe. In fact, you feel the opposite. You feel very grounded and very secure inside yourself because Even earthquakes or even very difficult things or a lot of suffering and a lot of fear and a lot of pain on the outside can lead to. It's part of the process of shifting on the inside. So it's a. It's an incredible time, actually.
A
Absolutely. We're seeing these consciousnesses play out in the collective because they've been so ingrained us in the individual and then the family structure and then the society structure, that eventually it's inevitable for them to be societal, such as war. You know, we've been at war with ourselves from the beginning, and then war with our families, war in our partnerships, war with people in our community. And then that becomes a thought form and it becomes a consciousness, and it has no, no choice but to play out in the collective. And so the only way to end war is to end the war within. But I think that part of us that has been so. So physical action right now oriented is like, well, contemplating and doing nothing that's letting it happen. You're enabling it. And I, and I have friends that are very activists and they see this different approach that I take and they're like, why don't you care? Why aren't you doing enough? And it's interesting because my family comes from war. They escaped from war in Iran. And from sitting with this topic for so long, I've seen the way that it entirely came from generational patterns of war in family. And the only thing that we can do is to embody the opposite of war, peace, love. And so it's interesting because I sat with San Pedro plant medicine a year and a half ago, and it actually showed me everything that was going to happen that's happening right now in the Middle east and, and how it's related to this us versus them that starts to. In the family structure, in the unit, and even deeper this me versus me within myself. And so really the only. Because you can tell someone, hey, don't hurt an animal, don't hurt an animal. But if they don't understand that it's wrong to hurt an animal, like they're going to keep doing it, but if you can actually help them feel that pain, feel it within themselves, what is the cute puppy within themselves. They're hurting how. Because that's the only way you could even be capable of such a thing. That's the only way we're going to actually create the root change. But it takes longer yet it's the only thing that's sustainable.
B
It's true. It's true. And, and, you know, contemplated contemplation is. Is. Is very active. You know, contemplation eventually has to become action, you know, and. But it's correct action as opposed to panicked action or reactive action. You know, that's. Or angry action or action that's just, you know, a counter reaction to something. It's, you know, if the. If the action comes from a place of deep peace in the first place, then it can be a really powerful, correct action, and it can have a really long, you know, powerful impact. And so it's why we have to have that. We have to cultivate those states inside ourselves so that we. We can then be of the greatest use. And that's, you know, in the pearl sequence that I mentioned earlier, there's a question. We call it the grail question. And the grail question is, how can I be of the greatest service to the whole? And every human being has to ask that question, and they have to live that question. They have to live the answer. So it's not about sitting around doing nothing. Although for some people, it might be because that might be their grail answer, right? And that's their answer. But for others, it might be, yeah, I'm going to go and do. To, you know, be an activist and help the refugees, or I'm going to go, you know, it's whatever, wherever your spirit and heart is called, to be of service to the whole. But it's an amazing question to ask yourself, how can I be of the greatest service to the whole? And then live the answer. And so that's not a. You know, you have to contemplate that one over time and really go on asking yourself and go on asking yourself, and. And eventually your body actually starts to tell you, or life starts to tell you. Life kind of comes at you and it just says, okay, over here. Here's where I want you to be. Because someone offers you an invitation, and then. And then you're off. Your dharma takes over. Yeah.
A
And it shifts and evolves through life, yet also has a through line.
B
And.
A
And that's what I love about the life's work in. In Gene Keys. If I look at mine, channel of inspiration, you know, if I continue to come back to that, which also is what I would have come to on my own, it's just mirroring back what I've already felt within myself. So it almost helps you trust that you are guided on this journey, that these inclinations that you have are not random. They're part of your dharma. They're part of your soul's purpose. You were Encoded in that way, if we were all here to be the same solution to the same problem, we're not going to have the diversity of the range of problems we have in society, like with AI and the climate change. Absolutely. And there are people who, their highest form of excitement is looking at ways that we can more sustainably store all of the battery and not produce as much heat, which won't require so much water. And so trusting that each human was uniquely designed in this greater tapestry of life to like, hit these different quadrants. And, and I think right now with the, with AI, it's like a wild, wild west. I actually heard very recently that they're no longer going to be allowing AI to give health and legal advice. And so almost like at first they were like, here, AI, you can do whatever you want. And now they're like, oh, okay, maybe these things aren't the best. And I wonder if it's going to eventually almost become a form of entertainment more than it is. Like right now. We're using it as a lifeline for so many things. Maybe that's how it started. And now people are realizing, wait, this isn't actually giving me the answers. I mean, people who've been using it for therapy are realizing it's just repeating back to me the anxiety, anxious thought that I had and it's not actually helping me. So I wonder if this is just a big momentum for AI. And then eventually, like all of the other things that we're super excited about, it's like, oh, nope, nothing's going to replace human consciousness.
B
Yeah, I mean, I think we just, like, we get hooked on, you know, one of, in, in the book I've just written. It's one of the. It has little sutras in it, you know, which are like four line bits of poetry that for each of the keys. And one of them is called the Next Big Thing. And it's about, will you hitch a ride on the next big thing? There is nothing new in the world of the soul. Thus contented and alone, I sit quite happily. I can't remember what it is, but I basically, I let it slide by. Right. And so it doesn't mean you don't take it, you don't enjoy it or take note of it or participate in it. Of course you will, because you probably will because you're part of the culture where it's appeared and when it's appeared. But it's the next big thing. And the next big thing always has its arc and then it has its decline, and then there's another next big thing. And there's another next big thing. And, and so like, we, we have to just sort of realize that we can get easily hooked on and we put all our hopes and, and, and everything often into it. We think this is a saint, this is the savior, the savior, technology or that's going, this is going to save us. This is going to save us, or he's going to save us, or that leader is going to save us, or that person, you know, and nothing outside us can save us. It's like nothing. It's not possible. And at one level, you know, the deepest level, we don't need saving, but we, it does all come back to the inside. You've got to find it in here. And then you save yourself. And then you are, you know, you are a kind of you. Can you begin to approach those cities, those, those divine attributes? Because you're living, you know, at another level. You're living at a transcendent level, but you're also here. You're very here. You're in the body, you're in. You're. You're working. You probably are working on the land. You probably are connected to the animals and the creatures and, and in the, you know, in the fields or wherever, you know, because being a fully embodied human awake is to be very connected to the Earth and Gaia and people and each other and, you know, that's what it means to be human. We're here to be humans. Right.
A
And then there's nothing to be saved from because what we're running away from was the very thing that would give us the most peace.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
And so it's like the Ouroboros, the snake, it just eats its own tail. We created all this technology and all these solutions and all these things to just go back to.
B
Yeah.
A
Living on Earth was actually quite nice.
B
Yeah. And, and, you know, one of the things I was saying about the, the curveballs is that you never see them coming. Right. It's like the dinosaurs were proliferating. They never saw that one coming. And so when we get to a time like this, you can guarantee that there are other curveballs to come. And so we project, you know, we have a linear sense of history. The way the mind works, it goes like, it just look, it looks back at what we think we know about our past, and then it projects ahead and it's like, yes, we've got this, and then we're going to go to Mars and then we'll get AI and then we'll do Then we'll be living in cities like this. This we're very, you know, and what it doesn't see is the curveball. And you can guarantee, like, because we've already, we're seeing some big ones, that there'll be more. And that's the only thing I know for sure is that it won't be the way we think it is. And it may be that we never get to Mars, at least not in a physical form, because there's an assumption like, well, we just go on, but actually we're just ending a huge long epoch. And astrologically we're talking about these Yugas. And when an epoch ends, a whole kind of momentum ends and direction can completely shift. The direction of a species can completely shift. And it's like that dragonfly. If you are living this horizontal life down under the water here, you can't even imagine what that creature up there is capable. Capable of or that that is inside you, you know, it's of another dimension. So what's coming for us is of another dimension. And I think we can barely imagine it. I mean, I call it the future Human, you know, and it is like my whole journey with the Jinkies began because I had a, a three day event where I saw through the eyes of the future human and a mystic event, you know, that happened spontaneously. And that's what led to the gene keys and me kind of contemplating like, well, how what does a future human look like? You know, how do we get from this one to that one? And then all these teachings kind of laid themselves out over several decades. That's where we're heading. So we should be filled with hope, but we should also be real, you know, about the state of the world right now and where it may be heading. But we shouldn't. We don't have to be afraid, you know, or if we do feel fear, that's part of our journey as well, to embrace that fear and move through it, you know, because, and I understand totally what you're saying about, you know, your background and people who've come out of real suffering or who fled conflicts and things, and they just want safety. And of course we all just want safety. But I think we're moving into a time of massive transition, that Yuga is changing, the epoch's changing. There's not going to be much we can hold on to, not even AI the things that we take for granted that we think are always going to be that way. You'll be able to click and get your Amazon thing through the door and it'll, or it'll come through a drone. I don't, I don't see it. I mean, I, I, that's just my view. I think we're going to have some big curveballs that change the whole direction of our evolution.
A
So, so do you see it like an Internet outage, we go back to being more natural? Or do you see it just increase to the point that everything is telepathic?
B
Well, maybe both.
A
Yeah, exactly.
B
Yeah. Because I think, you know, I, I assume that whatever does happen, we, we take some of our technology with us, but it might not be the technology that we think because, you know, we may not be able to. I mean, even if you just look at population, right, population in 200 years on, this planet is going to be like way smaller. And so you can't run all these systems, you know, so we, it's like, in a way, I just sometimes kind of throw my hands up because I think we're like a kind of old couple sitting on, you know, sitting on a nice one of those porches that you have in the usa and you're looking at a lovely sunset and there's a tornado behind you. And I just sometimes think that's like, that is us because there's something, you know, coming that's going to just uproot our world and, But I don't, I, I, it's part of this spiritual realization. It's part of that journey we needed, you know, we need a different landscape in order to enter into a new vehicle. You know, that dragonfly lives in a different dimension. It's a flying creature. It's no longer under the water. It's no longer in a victim pattern. It has powers that that one under there doesn't have. And in our DNA are powers, superpowers, but we haven't awakened them yet. They are waiting latent in us. And they make AI look something like it's from the Middle Ages, you know, what we're capable of is vast beyond comprehension. I mean, that's what I saw through my, you know, omniscient eyes back as a gift that the gods graced me with a long time ago. I just saw, Whoa. What this human is capable of. Like, forget AI that's like a shadow. That's like a tiny little flicker in the, in the history of our species. You know, we're capable of vast things. And I mean in our body, you know, in our DNA. Dormant in our DNA are our cities. The ancients knew them. They, they discovered them in far away, you know, Yugas, where we were more merged and they documented them and we have legends of them that come back. And so that's where we're heading in the far future. But, yeah, getting there, who knows? I don't really know. No one knows. I just see the patterns. And I'm suspicious of linear views because what we're seeing around us at the moment are the indicators that bigger changes are coming.
A
Absolutely. And if we look back at the ancient pyramids and temples in Egypt and the Incan in Machu Picchu and all these places, we still today can't understand how they built those things. It was a technology beyond us. And maybe they. Maybe they had some kind of AI or iPhone or something that obviously when thousands of years later in ruins, you wouldn't even know. Just like if. If our system, civilization is hit by a meteor, everything's gone. They wouldn't know about this conversation. They wouldn't know about Zoom Call. They wouldn't. They would just be like, they just built a bunch of really tall, ugly buildings that must have been that time time, you know, and so there are so many chapters in this human history of intelligences that we don't yet recognize yet. And I do believe, yeah, the future is going to be some form of bringing back ancient ways, like these siddhis that were normal. And even in the Vedas, the lifespan was 120 years. That's why in Vedic astrology, it's based on 120 years of Dashas. And we've gone back, but now we're kind of going forward again. And so it's like we're. We've lost our way. We went into the darkness and now we're remembering, like bringing back parts of our body, but in this new way. It's just like our children, they carry our lineage, but then they carry all of. They bring out all of these, bring in all of these new contemplations. And I know you've spoken about this, but maybe, you know, I believe right now it's like 20% of children are autistic, who are, who are. And so maybe that is part of this shift. We don't know so many Zach Bush talks about. There are so many gender fluid children right now, you know, people identifying as non binary again. Our generation may think, oh, you need to connect your masculine or feminine, and this is a bad thing. But how do we know? Because our grandparents looked at us and thought, these people have lost their way. So just trusting the intelligence of life to figure out itself out.
B
Totally. And, you know, a lot of those autistic children as we. We've sort of. We're learning, have incredible networked kind of consciousness capacities. And. But we're just learning like how to enter their world a little bit. And that is. So I, I have a hunch that, that, that is a. That's the kind of us going up the stalk of grass, you know, that's the, that's the hybrid, you know, it's like we're in a transition, you know. So autism is a hybrid inner technology that is developing and evolving because it's kind of. It's closing down the outer. In order that something can happen on the inner. Something profound and subtle that we cannot understand. We can't get into. We can't get in there. Nor if you're not. Unless you're autistic at that and you. And you're kind of networked into that mind, you can't get in there easily, you know, and, and I mean, this is like something. We came out all in the telepathy tapes quite recently, isn't it? And so I'm not glamorizing it, but it's a, it is something that's happening. We are a network consciousness ultimately. And I've actually started having dreams about this recently. Really powerful dreams that have just been coming to me in waves and they kind of, they're teaching me about how this consciousness operates. And it's very abstract and it's very difficult to explain to a logical mind. And it's almost like you can only understand it through dream language because as soon as you try and interpret it into strategically logical thinking with facts, it sort of starts to break down, down because it's abstract, you know, and we and our higher centers operate in another dimension. And so how can you understand that other dimension from this dimension, from the dimension of the mind which sees in polarities. And science can't go there. You know, there's a place where science can't go. And I think that's like our next evolution. You know, we can't even imagine ourselves going beyond the scientific paradigms. But you know, we're going to have to, you know, because science breaks down when it hits paradoxes and paradoxes contain deep eternal truths. And so we're going to have to find ways to go beyond the current, current methodology of our biology, of our. Of our neuro science, you know, the way our brains work. And that's what will happen. And nature will engineer that. Nature's engineering it. Now you, you mentioned like a mutation, you know, I think that's what's happening. But it's very difficult to see. It's like those little early buds that I said, like the little spring buds coming up. They're very. You can't see what's under the ground. You just see a few little things fruiting. You're like, what is that? Why is that? That's not new. You're looking at going, that's new. But you have no idea the kind of incredible thing that's under the ground. Spring is under the ground, the whole of spring, the spring of consciousness. And we don't even know we've been in winter so long. We just got used to it. So when spring arrives, we'll be like, oh, my God, I had no idea. I had no idea that my natural state was actually blissful. How, how, how did I ever forget? Because we, we have all these shadows, you know, we have this weight from our ancestry and we have to, you know, baggage that we carry in our DNA, you know, and we have to, like, cleanse that so that we can experience the new again. But, yeah, it's. I. I find it a very amazing time to be alive.
A
Life, it is such an exciting time. And just like the ancient Vedic scholars said, the truth of who we are is anandamaya kosha, the bliss body. That is really who we are. But we need to go through these different layers of physical and mental and energetic and. And be able to actually. And I feel when we have glimpses of these moments, you know, when you're laughing, when you're in nature, when you're dancing, when you're deep in contemplation of, like, this is the truth of who I am. And then it's like this train that just quickly went by and you're like, back in the Maya, you know, and it's like to remember that, to hold on to that and, and to keep building the pathways back of. Okay, I remember in the morning, if I play music and dance for one song the rest of my day, I'm allowing more bliss into my life. Can we continue to build those pathways? Because I feel if we don't, this collective pathway that's being very heavily enforced is wake up, be on your phone, and then all of your energy is external for the rest of the day. And the quickness of these reels, it's like the mind feels like I'm falling behind. I need to know the news and about this part of the world and that thing and that, that, that. And if I don't know everything, I'm going to be Left out because back in the days of the tribe if everyone was whispering that they're actually tonight we're gonna, our nomadic village is going to move over onto the other mountain and we missed out on that. We're screwed. You know, so it's like we as humans we want to be connected to the group. But now the group is the 8 billion people who are Internet. It's impossible to really be connected. And I'm seeing a lot of people now choosing to buy land and you know, create these more off grid communities. And I'm also seeing communities being built in cities of people who are saying maybe I don't want to move to Mexico necessarily, but I want to be. I know there's this huge one in London that's being built all around London, but they have shared dinners and they even have like temescals and these different spiritual. Like I did a. What was it? It, I think it was Beltane or something and there was like a pagan shaman there and you know, bringing that into the heart of London. And so it's, it's happening. And I feel those things that we wish the world had, those are the things that we are here to birth.
B
Yeah, I mean, you know the, the, the pearl that mentioned earlier, the, the kind of core revelation from it is that prosperity is actually comes through simplicity, you know, and we think prosperity is like a very complicated thing. But actually it's always found in the simple and you know, it's in those cracks in those pauses. Now I wake up every morning and I have a practice where I, I drink little teas. You know, I have like, oh, I have a little solo tea practice. Oh, I love sharing it. But usually I'm alone because it's very, I'm very early riser. So I get up at like 5:30 and I always sit outside and I drink my tea and I look at the. I listen and I look at the birds and occasionally I might read a few words of something, but I just can't. I enter into the contemplative field as the sun is rising or the stars are out and it's the most magical time and then the light begins to appear. And those times of day that where we're either asleep or we're busy or we're on our screens, we're missing those most mystical times, many of us. And you know, I really recommend it. I actually ironically, because I was never on social media, but ironically I'm. I'm now popping up occasionally on Instagram in my morning con. Contemplations. Occasionally, you know, when I feel like, yeah, I think I might share this. And it's usually something that's just come to me, and I've been having those insights for years, and sometimes they just come to me and I leave them. But then now I'm feeling like I think I might share this one. And I think it's finding inspiration and people, because it's early in the morning and it kind of sets. It helps remind them that that's a magical, precious time of day. Day. In fact, anytime is a magical, precious time of day. So for some people, it's their evening or it's their afternoon or whatever. But I'm in a pause, and I'm sharing from that pause. And you don't want to overdo that because pauses are for you. They're for your private souls, deep reverie. But now and again, I think it's a good thing to do as well, because I know you do it as well. Like sharing those. Those epiphanies that come. You know, it's important.
A
And those are the things that we want to see on social media. Like, I get a frequency of your pause. I may not have been in a pause, but now I'm receiving the transmission from your pause, which is reminding me to pause. I'm in that moment with you. And that is telepathy. Like we are. I mean, if someone told us 20 years ago, yeah, you're in London, I'm in LA, or you're in England, and we're having this conversation, but you're on a computer screen. It's. It'. It's unfathomable. Unfathomable. I feel we just need to choose the way the algorithm goes, because if we just leave it to its device, it will just flood us with whatever is the most jarring, controversial, you know, thing that everyone's commenting on. Because people tend to only comment when they want to debate with someone, but instead choosing, like I love to favorite occasions accounts, favoriting the accounts of the people that you want to see. So when you go on social media, it actually feels like a place of inspiration rather than depletion.
B
Yeah, I think so. And, you know, if you want to live kind of naturally, then living naturally is living in a poetic way. Yes. You know, and you know, where you. If you're. If you're pausing, you notice more beauty around you. You. You might notice more ugliness, but you also notice more beauty. And you will become more enamored of the beauty around you, and you become more grateful for the beauty around you, the simple things. And it could be just the light in the trees or it could be, you know, a child that, or you giving your attention to, you know, something that otherwise you would have missed and, or someone. And yeah, I find like more and more like a love of the simple and the pure and, you know, the, the essences of nature and even the things that we've created, like, it's, it's really important that we enjoy life, you know, so like, you got to have fun as well, you know, and, and engage a bit, you know, with. Be a bit naughty. You know what I mean?
A
Like, you don't need to tell me twice. I'm the celebration Gene Key.
B
Okay. Yeah. You know, we're not here to be puritans. We, we're here to play. And so, yeah, play with the, play with whatever comes your way. Play with the technology and use it. But yeah, don't let it use you. I think that's the secret.
A
Absolutely. So you have an upcoming, your last webinar retreat that you'll be doing this year. Can you tell us more about it? We're going to link it below and I'll be doing it as well.
B
You're you going to do it?
A
Yes.
B
Fantastic. I think we've given you a. Sent you a. Yeah, I'm so excited. And yeah, we've been in jinkies. You know, before the pandemic, actually, we became like a kind of ex. Our sort of field was online retreats. We invented. Maybe we did invent them, actually. It was a long time ago. And we started doing, you know, four month long retreats, online retreats where you kind of live your life as you normally do, whatever you do. But then in the background of your life is this pulse of a retreat where every now and again you're pausing in your own timing and you're coming in. And at the beginning of each month there's a webinar that sets the tone for that month. And then you're moving. We're all moving through our profile through a, through a kind of deep contemplation of our, of aspects of our profile, but in the same tight timing. So we might have two or three thousand people all around the world and they're all contemplating their life's work. Gene. Keys. Right. But they're all different keys. And then we're following different meditations at different times and we're all doing practices, different practices, depending on the ones that we can fit into our life or the ones that we want to do. So there's different Levels and layers. So you can choose to go very deep or you can just skim along the surface, depending on your life. So style and. But the retreats are incredible. And because it's quickened by having a group, there's like, there's a group consciousness for four months, you know, and they're powerful. And by the time you got to the end of four months, you've done four gene keys and real depth. So you really understand what those keys are about. And you know them and you've seen them in your life, you've seen them actually playing out. So you've, you've given yourself the discipline of time to study your keys. And it's not even study, it's more contemplate. Plate. So anyway, we set up those retreats based on our programs and they're called the Golden Path. There's three main ones. The first one is about purpose. The second one is about love and partnership. And the third one is prosperity. I mentioned the Pearl. The second one is the Venus sequence, the longest one, which is about relationships and love and wounding. And so we've done loads of those retreats over the years, online retreats, and they've been one of our most successful things in the Gene Keys. And it's built our community. Loads of people have made friends through it. Some people have got married.
A
I'm holding that reality.
B
Some people get divorced, some people die.
A
Richard.
B
Right. It's all in there, right? Because some people have died during retreats and it's like we've had everything go on and. But we're very caring. It's a very supportive community as a whole. And we have hosts and we have different teachers that come in and share different things, you know. And so anyway, the whole of next year, I'm doing all three retreats for the last time, me personally, because I'm. I'm sort of. I've done lots of them over years and I've decided I'm not going to do any more after this. I want to do more in person things. So I'm saying this is my last journey through the jinkies Golden Path. So if you want to kind of join me and my amazing, kind of wild band of rebellious souls next year, and you want to make next year like a really powerful year of deep contemplation, then you should come and join the golden part. We call it the Sage's Golden Path because the Sage is a book I've just finished where I've written every. You know, it's, it's sort of Deeper codes of your gene keys. They're called the lines. And they've all got mythic names. There's Hunt, there's hundreds of them. And it's all going into this program. So for the first time ever, people will be reading the lines of their gene keys as well, which are very empowering. It's a bit of a unique book, this age, because it's. I've taken all the shadow out of. Of it. It's for the future. It's for. It's what we. It's the book we'll need in the future because it tells us where we're going, where we're heading. So when you open up each one of your spheres in your profile, you'll have a gen key in there, which you can contemplate, but you also have a line. And that line will tell you some very beautiful, transcendent thing about your inner nature, your innermost nature. And they all have these amazing names that they're drawn from all cultures and they're kind of metaphors and archetypes, and there's a mythos that you carry, that your soul carries in this life. And so there's a lot of depth and richness in the journey. And if people are interested, you can come, you can do the first one and then you might decide to do the other ones as well. And. Yeah, so we're. We're kind of really going for it next year here over at the Gene Keys. And if you want to do one with me, then this is your last chance. Unless you come.
A
I'm so excited for it. This conversation is making me just want to, like, go curl up with my Jean Keys book and just spend all my time in contemplation. And I'm so excited. When does your sage book come out?
B
I'm hoping it's going to come out in the summer, maybe June or something. July. We'll do a first print run run. And then there's a deeper layer of it coming out later because it's a very mysterious book and it's my last big book, I think. So I'm kind of finishing a lot of things in my life right now. I'm finishing that big book. I'm finishing my retreat phase and I'm going to go after 2027. I'm doing a big US tour, by the way, at the end of 2027. And so maybe I'll come and see you and. And then I'm kind of going to just draw a line under everything I've done up until that point and do something completely new.
A
You're just going to enjoy the next Yuga. You're going to be like, guys, I gave you enough figure out.
B
Yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly. I'll be around. But I. In. Over the years, the Gen Keys has been translated into lots of different languages and there are amazing groups working around the world and I'd like to go and see them. Like my book now last year appeared in Mongolian and I want to go and see those people. There's a hundred, there's 500 people at the book launch and they're doing courses and things and they look beautiful. So I'm gonna just, I'm gonna go and see the kind of havoc that I've created.
A
Yes, yes. That's, that's the beauty, you know, channeling something through the crown chakra, intuiting it, bringing your own throat chakra, your own expression through it, feeling it, birthing it through the solar plexus, finding the joy and creativity through the sacral. And then it becomes a movement through the root where it has, has its own legs and takes its own life form. And it's like a child growing up and you're like, wow, I'm getting to know you and, and I. That's truly the embodiment of Dharma. So thank you for living that.
B
Yeah, thank you, Zahara. And yeah, I'll. We'll, we'll kind of, we'll hook up somewhere along the line.
A
Absolutely. Well, we will share the links to your webinar, to your books. Gen keys.com Everywhere that you can get started. There is so much there. It's. It's just. I feel like in this day and age where there's little bite sized pieces of so many different things, it just gives you something to really focus on and to dive into and to have depth with and to see the progression in your own life. And it's something that's so clean and pure. Like I'm seeing a lot of people in the spiritual community kind of in this chaos go to like whatever religion they were born with, you know, like at least that was a path. And I feel as human, humans, we kind of need a path, right? Because when we're just in this like unknown. And I love Gene Keys because it really is such a path. But like one that's just truth. There's no religion related to it. There's no cult related to it. There's. There's nothing. Oh, show. I couldn't say exactly the same thing, you know, but I just love what a clear transmission is and something that you can really, like, adapt and sit with and make your own. So thank you so much for being the channel of it. We will have the links in the show notes.
B
Oh, we have a new app coming out next year as well, so that'll be fun, you know.
A
Incredible. And the Pause app as well will link, so. Thank you.
B
Yeah. And if you're. If you want to come and hang out, you know, on my morning Instagram sessions, they're kind of nice little ways to tune in to the pause.
A
We're going to favorite that one.
B
Yeah. Thank you. Awesome.
A
Well, thank you so much for being on.
B
Thanks, Ahar. It's lovely to meet you. And yeah, it's. As I said, I'd love to come and see you in person because, you know, sometimes online things are like, like, you know, you want to actually be in each other's presence, but that's, that's a goal.
A
Well, we can't wait for the US Tour.
B
Yeah.
