But if they don't disarm, we will disarm them. They know I'm not playing games. Okay? Now we did something monumental. We got the hostages back. That was the first thing we had to do. Above all else, get the hostages back.

Continuing to follow a very tense scenario and scene on Chicago's east side after a border patrol vehicle was rammed during an immigration operation. After the initial crash, officials then chased the driver, which resulted in another crash. As agents moved to tow vehicles, a crowd formed, throwing objects at agents who then fired tear gas. Chicago police say they tried to de escalate the situation, but several people were detained.

Thank you for loving us. Thank you for praying for us and for believing in what Charlie believed in. And to our Turning Point USA staff and the Charlie Kirk show staff, we love you more than you could ever know. And to the turning Point USA chapters that are watching all across America right now. You are the heartbeat of this future and of this movement, everything that Charlie built. You guys are the legacy holders of that. You are living proof that his mission did not die with him. It lives through you. And Charlie always said the next generation will decide whether freedom endures. And because of you, I know that freedom will endure.
D
How beautiful is that music? Remember Charlie Dunn on the patio? He could sit there all night long listening to this music. Erica, your love and courage have been an inspiration to all of us. And we will always be here for you. And we're always going to be here for your gorgeous, beautiful children. And we'll never forget what your family has sacrificed for our country.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily. We're here live on Real America's voice. Today is October 15, 2025. Anno Domini breaking news. A emergency has been declared on the Secretary of War's aircraft flying from Belgium, returning from Belgium to the United States. His aircraft was over the Atlantic, declared a state of emergency, and since then is now turning back towards the UK Human Events Daily has reached out to the Pentagon. We are looking to see what exactly is going on, what the status is, whether or not they will be landing soon. And the minute that we hear back, we will reach out to you, but we are in communication with, with the Pentagon and we will be able to report to you here live the minute we get any information out. Although I will say, though, if his plane has returned and it to the UK it does sound like they are actually, it sounds like they're flying under control, flying under power. So hopefully it is something minor. But that being said, hopefully an abundance of caution is being taken for the Secretary of War. And all aboard. This is a real situation. And of course, we're praying for Secretary Hegseth and the entire team, whoever. I don't know exactly which members of the Pentagon team that he's got with them, but we're going to pray for them right now. And again, waiting for a statement to come out or some kind of word from the Pentagon on that. The minute that we get that again, I will give that directly to you here live on air. Again, hopefully everything is okay. He was just over there meeting with the NATO Secretary General in Belgium or Brussels, Belgium. And from all intents and purposes, look, they had an excellent meeting. He was flying back to the United States, and we will get you that as soon as we can. I actually just saw him yesterday at Charlie's memorial service, a fantastic Presidential Medal of Freedom service held in the Rose Garden, and briefly said hi to Secretary Hegseth as well as other members of the Cabinet, of course, Erica, Charlie's mother and father who were there. And it was a beautiful service. And I'd just like to say thank you to the White House for hosting it, for bringing everyone in, giving Charlie the respect that he so rightly deserves. And although, look, nothing is ever going to fix what happened, nothing's ever going to change what happened. And we know, we know that we were all robbed, the entire country was robbed of the life of Charlie Kirk.
C
The.
A
Future of Charlie Kirk, the possibilities of what Charlie Kirk could have been. But no one was robbed more than Erica and her two children and Charlie's immediate family, his mom and dad who were there, and the fact that they will never have those memories again with Charlie. They will never have those moments, every single moment which was stolen from them, which was taken from them as evil as this is, there is a debt. There is a debt that must be paid for every single moment that was taken. And I just want to commend the President of the United States and say thank you to him as well as the Vice President for being able to host everyone. It was a fantastic ceremony and there was something about the weather. It was rainy and cold and windy in D.C. all the way up until about yesterday around noon started to warm up a little bit. And then just as the President and Erica were about to exit the Oval Office and then come out to the podium, the sun actually peaked right above the eob, the Eisenhower Office Building and warmed up, warmed up for everyone there for Charlie's ceremony and, and in a way almost felt like Charlie was there with us. Great back Jack Sobic, Human Events Daily. Real America's boys.
D
Stand in our way. And our golden age has just begun.
F
This is Human Events with Jack Posit.
A
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the second American first Revolution. All right, folks are back. Human events daily here. Real America's voice. We're still waiting for word from the Pentagon regarding the Secretary of War regarding his aircraft that did return over turn back I should say to the UK over the Atlantic. Some kind of in flight, state of emergency in flight issue that was pulled. So we're going to be getting that to you as soon as we can. We're waiting for word from them directly but as we wait for that and I'll break in as soon as we get any knowledge we do have a very honored to have on the program. Joining us via phone, Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna. Congresswoman, how are you?
C
Hey Jack. So happy to be back on.
A
Well and it was great to see you yesterday as well at the Rose Garden.
C
Yeah, that was by far one of the most beautiful ceremonies I've been to. And I just know that Charlie would be over the moon that he was honored in that way, especially on his birthday. But I just want to give really a lot of credit to Erica Kirk because her speech obviously incredibly hard to do given circumstances, but it was so beautiful and so well written. So she's definitely going to continue his legacy in an amazing way.
A
Well, I think that's right. Of course, you and I both know that Charlie was kind of like the last person who wanted to celebrate birthdays. He was definitely one of those guys who just, you know, if you didn't remember because I remember when he turned 30 and we were just giving him so much crap for it and he had, he had tried so hard not to mention it ever. It's like, oh, Charlie's finally, you know, over the hill. Which is, you know, funny because, you know, both myself, Tyler and, and Andrew are like, all kind of around the same age, but we're obviously much older than, you know, Charlie.
C
Yeah, no, 100%. I actually had looked at one of our friend mutual friends stories from yesterday, and there is a photo of me and Kyle Kashuv and Charlie singing him happy birthday at one of the first Turning Point events back in 2018. And it's just so funny because Charlie really never changed. But, you know, you can see the size of the event. And this is when Turning Point was really just kind of getting started and kind of seeing the contrast and what he was able to accomplish. It was so neat to kind of even just hear President Trump go through knowing Charlie not just as, you know, a conservative pundit or a politico, but as a person. And it just, you know, I think it's important to note that with everything floating around on the Internet that, you know, unfortunately, what happened with Charlie was a result of, you know, this militant, you know, trans radical nature where they literally want to kill if you don't agree with what they're doing. And essentially, Charlie was advocating for what we've been founded on, which is that debate that speaks speech that makes this a free and fair country. And they wanted to silence him, but it only made his message bigger.
A
And by the way, Congresswoman, if I could just hold you for a second there. So we do have the statement from Secretary of War's department. This is for, from Sean Parnell, the assistant to the Secretary of War for Public affairs, on the way back to the United States from NATO's defense ministers meeting Secretary of War Hegseth's plane made an unscheduled landing in the United Kingdom. So they are on the ground. They made an unscheduled landing in the United Kingdom due to a crack in the aircraft windshield. The plane landed based on standard procedures, and everyone on board, including Secretary Hegseth, is perfectly safe. Well, thank God, because in, in. Look, in light of everything we were going through yesterday and everything that happened, what I think 35 days ago, about a month ago now, you get, you get situations like this, you get reports like this, and you have to all take them, unfortunately, very seriously. And Congresswoman, that's exactly what you were just saying a moment ago, that to be a conservative in America, to be a conservative in public, in public life in this country, you yourself, by the way not only as a conservative outspoken, but also a mother, a wife, someone who was very close with Charlie. This is very serious business. And all of us have targets on our back now.
C
Oh, 100%. I actually just reached out to the Attorney General because we had a death threat come in where they're literally calling for my public hanging and it to be live streamed. And we are waiting on a search warrant from the Attorney General's office. And this is coming from people that do not like, you know, what we're standing for. I also saw recently that because of the fact that we've obtained this is, you know, historical documentation pertaining to the JFK assassination and the findings of the Soviet government at the time of the assassination that, you know, many people within the JFK community and historians have been trying to obtain from the Russian government for decades. We obtained this information and someone recently was, you know, making allegations that I was a patsy. Well, you know what a patsy is? A patsy is used as, you know, someone that essentially commits a murder and then ultimately is neutralized. And so it's been interesting to kind of see the rhetoric of how the left, the radical left at that has been painting anyone who disagrees with them and then they use a certain type of speech to justify violence against them. And I've seen it a lot with you, Jack. And I know that you've been really, since the get go, even before MAGA was cool, you kind of have been there since day one. I remember that viral video photo of you confronting antifa. And that type of behavior and rhetoric is well funded from foreign adversaries and it's not going away anytime soon. And so I'm happy to see that the FBI and the DOJ is fully going after this. And I think from what I'm hearing out of the doj, you're going to be seeing an announcement here in the next few days regarding an individual by the name of Neville Singham.
A
Well, there's so much of this and Congresswoman, I, you know, obviously I want to, I can't wait to hear more about your, these files that you've received as well. But, but just on that topic as well, when we're talking about, and I had the opportunity to participate in this roundtable with the President last week regarding these networks last week talking about how this is very serious, how the FBI is now taking it seriously, a federal investigation has been launched. But at the same time, when, when we went after isis, Congresswoman, there was a whole of government response. And so I'm, I'm I'm interested to question you. Is, is, do you, when you speak with law enforcement, do they seem to take it as seriously? Because when it's the left, because the Vice President was just on the Charlie Kirk show and he said publicly that, you know, it seems that when he goes and talks to federal law enforcement, in many cases they don't take it very seriously when they see the threat of left wing violence out there.
C
Oh yeah, no, I've been told, and I'm not the only one. You could talk to any number of members of Congress. Kat, Kimmy, Warren Boebert, Nancy Mace, Randy Fine, other members that are pretty vocal that when they report things, especially to the Capitol Police, which is supposed to be the investigative arm and body, or even sometimes the FBI, that it's considered, you know, not a threat. Well, last time I checked, if you're literally, you know, calling for someone to be publicly hanged, that's a, that's a pretty big deal. And so I think that you're seeing though a culture shift within these agencies because many people that did not like President Trump or you know, Republican ideologies have essentially left these agencies and there's been also an influx of people joining. But all that to say if you're considering a career in law enforcement, please consider joining because we need you. And ultimately it is about upholding the rule of law. And for a lot of what's been happening over the past decade, there seems to be more activists that were recruited so that they didn't, they did not have to enforce the law. And we need the opposite.
A
Well, that's right. And they seem to think that anything the right does is violence, even if it's just speech. And anything the left does is just speech, even if it's violence. Now Secretary Bessant has come out publicly and talked about some moves that treasury is making and I really do think that it's the foreign funding and direct funding, the financing of Antifa and these networks and, and not just Antifa, but, but all violent left wing networks is really going to come to the fore. This is how we went after isis. We used whole of government. Treasury has absolutely incredible and fantastic powers to be able to track this money. Congressman, you've been tracking a number of foreign funding sources for these violent networks. Tell us, tell us what you're hearing and what you're seeing.
C
Oh yeah. So I actually came across a brilliant woman. She's a data analyst and she actually goes by data Republican on X. So to be clear, the information that was brough to me that I was able to verify was actually from her findings, she was able to track.
A
And she's incredible, by the way. And was a. Was. Was actually very close with Charlie and she and I. She and I chat. I've actually got to meet her at the. At the inauguration. She's wonderful.
C
She's brilliant. Her name's Jenica. And she actually had presented me because I was like, where the heck are these riots? You know, it was like BLM riots, except they inserted instead of the George Floyd signs, the Mexican flag. Which is kind of ironic because I'm, you know, I'm half Mexican. I'm looking, I'm like, you know, these flags are brand new. Typically, you know, if you are Mexican, you don't just have like a crispy, brand new flag unfolded with, you know, with everything ready to go just hanging out in your closet. And so, as you know, you could see that this was obviously a funded riot. And so she was able to provide funding receipts and tied down a lot of these ICE riots going back to the Party of Socialism and Liberation, which is funded by an individual by the name of Neville Singham. Well, Neville Singham is a American billionaire who made his money working directly with the CCP and actually has one of his offices in China, actually across from. I think it's like their Ministry of Propaganda or what would be their equivalent to the Ministry of Propaganda. So we actually found the funding tie directly right then and there. And actually last Congress, he was written up by then Senator Marco Rubio, when Senator Rubio was on the Senate Intelligence Committee, and I believe it was Senator Chuck Grassley for a far violation. So, you know, the Registered Foreign Agents Registration act actually requires you, if you're advocating or lobbying on behalf of a foreign government, to actually disclose it. Well, he's breaking the law with that. But it's not just that. I mean, a lot of these organizations are targeting not just ICE officials and law enforcement, but they've resulted in violent rhetoric and action not just against politicos and conservative thought leaders, but also against law enforcement officials. And so it didn't just stop there. We also found that Neville Singham and his funding was also tied to the Armed Queers of Salt Lake City, which is now under federal investigation for prior knowledge of the assassination of Charlie Ker. As you know, they were the ones that actually took down all of their social media right after the Tyler Robertson individual was arrested. And that is another, you know, game, or that's a. Another ratnet in itself. They actually have ties to terrorist groups in Cuba. So There's a massive orchestrated attempt here at fracturing not just the right, but also the entire country as a whole, pitting us against each other, which is a Marxist tactic. And if you look at really what they're doing.
A
Congresswoman, we're, yeah, we're coming up on a, on a very, very quick break, but I want to, I know you have to leave in a minute, but I'd love to hold you just to finish this point. And by the way, you are correct, it is called the, it actually is called the Chinese Ministry of Propaganda, Xuan Quan Bu in right there on Chang' An Avenue in Beijing. I've walked past it many times on my way to Tiananmen Square. I'll be right back. Jack Posobic, Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna, smashing the left wing networks and their financing. Right back. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
D
They talk about influencers. These are influencers and they're friends of mine.
C
Jack.
D
So where's Jack? Jack who's got a great job?
A
All right, folks are back. Jack Posobic here, Real America's Voice, Human Events Daily. We're on with Congresswoman Anna Palina Luna. Congressman, you were just describing for us, and I know you have to leave in a couple of minutes, but you're describing for us some of the work that you've done and that you're digging into as well as working with other outside researchers, a good friend of ours, data Republican, among others, that is tied directly to a lot of the funding networks that go to or towards this violence that we're seeing, not just against our ICE agents and ICE officers, much of which is fueled by the cartels putting bounties on people's heads, but in many cases that are funding violent left wing groups that are active all across the country.
C
Yeah, I mean, it's been pretty wild. And it's what's interesting to see, Jack, is that these foreign funding ties, though, are responsible for a lot of the pressure points that you're seeing, not just on the Democrat side where they're fracturing on certain issues, but also on the Republican side as well. And so, for example, you know, they know that the targeted demographic for reelection would be the Hispanic voting bloc, specifically Mexican Americans. So when you saw these counter ICE protests, what's interesting is they don't mention the fact that there's a lot of, you know, Chinese nationals, Middle Eastern nationals, African individuals, military age males coming to the United States illegally. They specifically targeted that for propaganda because then it plays into the open border policy and platform of The Democrats, and they know that the Democrats specifically on China policy specifically, are not that hard. And so they fracture on that issue. The individual Singham also was largely responsible for funding Jews from Mandani and also Code Pink, which is actually funded by his wife, also CCP Tide, and actually is fracturing the voting block specifically on the Palestine versus Israel specific issue on the left. So there's been a lot of these pressure points that they'll use. They fund the opposition and then they come in. But a lot of people don't realize these are not organic to American voters. They're actually tied directly to the ccp. And specifically on, you know, what I've been trying to do with really helping to afford President Trump's peace negotiations here, specifically on the Russia and Ukraine talks. You know, the one country that does not want to see that succeed is China, because China right now is in a trade war with the United States and has positioned themselves with the impression that the United States would never change their perspective on treating Russia potentially as a trade partner and ally if those sanctions were lifted. And so if we were able to circumvent. Go ahead.
A
Oh, no, I was going to say, and on that point, and I know you have to leave in a minute or two, but on that point, the. You've got this, you know, document collection. I know you haven't had time to process all of it already, but you've. From the Russian ambassador that's possibly on a moment in past U.S. russian, really U.S. soviet relations during the Cold War regarding the assassination of jfk.
C
Yeah. So what we know for a fact in many historical investigators have confirmed this, but Kennedy at the time of the Cold War, was actually back channeling peace conversations with the then Soviet leader, President of Russia. And we know now, based on that relationship, that after the assassination, the Soviet government was very concerned because they felt that it was going to be pinned on them, but also too, that there went their peace talks. Right. These documents were specifically the golden ticket for the previous assassination review board that Congress had stood up. And they had actually reached out to the Russian government in the 90s and were denied access to these files. And so I was made aware of them through the research community that exists specifically with jfk. And I actually reached out to the Russian embassy through my official office and requested a meeting. And so for the first time since the 90s, me and two other members of Congress were able to meet and request these documents on behalf of the American people. And to our surprise, in an effort to assist President Trump in the Declassification efforts pertaining to the assassination of jfk, the government of Russia decided to also release these documents. And so obviously we're being very careful to ensure that these documents are valid. Right. But from what we can tell so far, and based on the experts coming in to translate that are native Russian speakers, these documents do appear to be very legitimate and actually have somewhat confirmed some of the documents that have already been declassified out of the CIA. So we are going to be finding a platform to post these on. As you know, with the government shutdown, I tried to contact the National Archives but they told me that they could not assist in uploading the documents. And so I'm trying to figure out how to best do this. And so I think I'm going to be working with Jefferson Morley at GfK Facts where they will upload and scan these documents for people to review themselves. But it is in Russian so I would suggest downloading a translation app, but there's some interesting stuff in there for sure.
A
Incredible work, Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna, I'm sure you'll let us know where we can go to get those documents as soon as they're up. And you've always been great about just posting direct links to them from your social media, which is, which is wonderful. It's something that I think a lot of people always want. And your push for transparency is something that you campaigned on and are obviously living on a day to day basis. God bless you Congresswoman and, and thank you so much for your time today.
C
Thanks. God bless.
A
Take care folks. Just want to take a quick second and let you know that and this is serious, this is serious business. We look at everything that we're in, we look at everything, all of these threats that so many people face on a regular basis. We had that message just now about the Secretary of War. Fortunately, everything's kind is okay, but you never know. Folks. Did you know that in the last six weeks, 86 million AT&T users had their name, address and Social Security numbers leaked? Or that the CCP is harvesting massive volumes of Americans personal data to train Deep Seek and other AI systems? When you're online doing the work like I am, you need digital camouflage. And that's why I've partnered with our newest show sponsor here, Patriot Protect. Patriot Protect removes your personal data from the Internet. Whether it's Google, Amazon or Apple, your personal data will be wiped so that scammers and cyber criminals and swatters like the ones who came after the Poso family will not and cannot find your data. And you can take back your security and privacy. Once Pager Protect scans and scrubs your personal information, they'll continuously monitor your info to make sure every new instance of a possible data breach is eliminated. And it will be eliminated absolutely immediately. I'm talking 24. 7 protection for the cost of keeping the porch lights on. The only thing worse than getting hacked is knowing you could have stopped it and didn't take action when you could have. So go to patriot-protect.com poso and use promo code POSO for 15% off a yearly subscription. That's patriot-protect.com poso and again, promo code POSO for 15% OFF a yearly subscription. Patriot-protect.com poso all right, we're coming up on a quick break here. Very excited to have on the program. Next, we're going to have the secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins will be joining us on Human Events Daily to talk about Charlie Kirk, our friend, his legacy, the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The award ceremony which was held yesterday the Rose Garden and spring. Secretary Rollins was there to accompany us alongside. We'll be right back. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
D
Act. Where's Jack? Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack.
C
Thank you.
D
What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who are beginning policies.
A
Our folks are back. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice. You can see the White House showing a little bit, a little bit of sun up there, a little bit of clouds opening up, just like we saw yesterday afternoon over the Charlie Kirk memorial service that was held for the Rose Garden. Folks, cold weather will be here before you know it. And you know what I realized the other day? If the power goes out when it's really cold, I have no way to keep myself and my family warm. Isn't that crazy? You could actually freeze. But then I heard about the Vesta off grid space heater from our friends at my Patriot Supply. It's a space heater that doesn't use electricity. It runs on something called canned heat, which is an indoor safe fuel. With a Vesta stashed in my closet, I know we can keep warm no matter what. And it doubles as a stove to boil water or cook food, which is actually pretty cool. Now, the best part is you can get a Vesta and a bunch of other free gifts when you order the winter prep special from my Patriot Supply. Just go to my patriotsupply.com jack and you'll see everything that's included. This offer will not last long, and neither will the nice fall weather. So go to my patriotsupply.com jack today. That's mypatriotsupply.com jack and they're actually right about the, the weather. I was just remarking on that here in yesterday at the Rose Garden, when it really was this truly remarkable moment, one of the most beautiful moments that I've seen at the White House. I've been there many times, you know, not all the time, but certainly lately with the administration, that it was remarkable, truly remarkable. And you see everything that President Trump has done to remake the Rose Garden. So the bushes are there, the roses are not obviously in bloom since it's fall, but the tile, the stone work that's been done on the patio out there, it was gorgeous. There were seats. But, but many of us just kind of stood in the back. And, you know, what can I say? Charlie was, Charlie was always the last guy who would want to talk about his own birthday just saying that to the congresswoman. He didn't like to bring it up. He didn't like to really brag on himself. He didn't like to take time to listen to his own accolades because he'd be sitting there saying, what's, what's the next thing? What can we get after? What's the next problem we can solve? What's the next challenge we can accomplish? And so to, to take that time and, you know, really talk about Charlie's legacy. And it, I just got to say, it still feels really weird to talk about his legacy or talk about Charlie at all in the past tense. It's, it's not something that you, you know, I don't think I'll ever really get used to doing it. I'm just going to say, and, you know, the last couple of weeks, it's, it's sort of been that kind of return. You try to return to normal, but you can't because your, your previous normal doesn't exist anymore. And you have to find a new baseline, or as they call it, a, a new normal. And I was on with Dr. Drew, you know, a couple weeks ago. It's, it's really been a blur. But he said the one of the ways to deal with grief is, is lean into it. So don't act like it doesn't exist. Don't try to squelch it or bottle it up or anything like that, but lean into it. But at the same time, you want to find a Mission. You want to find a goal, you want to find an objective, and you want to stay working and stay active and stay busy. And that's how Charlie lived his life. That's how Charlie lived every moment of every day, squeezing everything that he could get out of every day. And little did we know that Charlie would be doing that right up until the moment that he gave his life for his country and for this movement. And so to receive the highest award of valor for a civilian was remarkable, but beyond deserving. Absolutely beyond deserving. Charlie lived and died for American freedom, for American virtue, for God, of course, putting God at the center of everything that he did. And, you know, I could sit here for. For hours and hours and days and days and talk about how deserving of this award he was. It. He was. And how, you know, it's. It's amazing that the shirt that Charlie was wearing, that ubiquitous freedom shirt. I was talking to somebody yesterday about this, and. And so that. That's kind of become, in many ways, the new MAGA hat. It's the new. Just. It's a white shirt with the word Freedom across it, and it's a simple, simple shirt, the way that Charlie liked. You know, he. He had those one word or two words that was pretty much all you'd see, and it's the Medal of Freedom. He died with the word Freedom emblazoned on his chest. And that's what America is all about. America's always been about freedom. And Erica gave this just incredible speech yesterday, very moving to be there. She talked about freedom. She talked about how important it was to Charlie, how much it meant to him, and I think, in many ways, probably the most personal speech that I've seen that I've seen Erica give. And I've been there in person for all three of the, I guess, three speeches that she's done now, and this clearly. Clearly the most personal. Someone else who was there yesterday also joins us now. It's Secretary Brooke Rollins of the Department of Agriculture. Secretary Rollins, how are you?
F
Hey, Jack. It's so good to be on with you. Thank you for having me.
A
Well, it's great to have you, and thank you to the entire administration for. For everything that you did yesterday for Charlie, for having us there and really being able to honor Charlie in such an incredible way.
C
It was.
F
Chuck, I don't know that you and I have ever talked about this, and in a way, it's remarkable. Now, I sort of thought I had this. There were a handful of us with this very deep relationship with Charlie. I Met him when he was 18. We talked about building policy organizations. I was in the midst of building my Texas group, and this was a while ago, but now I realize after Charlie's death, how many people he had those deep. I mean, hundreds of us. But the cool thing, and I know you've been talking about the event yesterday, which was remarkable, but that event yesterday and then again a few weeks ago in Arizona, was to have basically our entire Cabinet, who all sit together, who we all pray together, we all, you know, held hands and cried together when Charlie was murdered. But to see that sort of beautiful love and to hear. I wish. I only wish you, Jack and the team and even Erica and, you know, everybody could hear the stories that we in the Cabinet talk about him and tell about him all the time. But, yeah, yesterday was beautiful. My. I thought. Listening, talking about Erica's speech, I thought as not surprising, but she was remarkable. And one thing she said, I only wish I'd had my pen and paper. I would have taken down a bunch more quotes. But when I remembered is she said, Charlie ran the race, he kept the faith, and now he wears the crown of a righteous martyr. And I thought, my goodness, that just sort of sums it all up, doesn't it? It was incredible.
A
Well, and I think, too, that if you don't have God, which Charlie of course had, which Erica, of course has, which, as you just mentioned, so many in the Cabinet have, there's nowhere to go when something as horrifying as this happens, and that's exactly where you need to go. And we've seen, of course, the outpouring of, I think more people than ever are. What was it? Bible sales are up and church attendance is up and so many. Much of this is up. But. And as wonderful as that is, and as thrilled Charlie would be to know that, I think it's also this understanding that it's. It's necessary, because if you don't have that. And I just. I feel so bad for people who, you know, who don't have that in their life, because it's. It's absolutely necessary in times like this.
F
Boy, it sure is. You know, he.
A
What?
F
Jack, was it September 10th, trying to. I'm losing all my days here.
C
Yeah.
F
Was September 10th that he was assassinated?
A
That's right.
F
Yes. Okay. Yeah. I was on an airplane when I got the news. And we have a texturing that's just social with the Cabinet ladies. And so Pam Bondi and Kelly Lefler and Linda McMahon is literally, usually. Hey, is anyone else wearing a white suit? To the Cabinet meeting tomorrow. So we don't match. That's kind of. Does anybody have a good place to.
D
Get their hair done?
F
That's normally what it's. You know, I had a. My daughter just made the tennis team. Everybody or my son got yellier text day. Like, that's normally. Normally what it is. But I was on a plane and I got the first text from one of my kids, I think, who said, mom, I think your friend Charlie got shot. And we all have these stories, but immediately the. I haven't talked about this yet, actually. It's the first time immediately. The ladies, the six of us on the Cabinet, that's Tulsi Gabard, Pam Bondi, Kelly Loeffler, Linda McMahon, Kristi Noem, Lori Chavez, Dreamer, myself 7. And it's quite a crew. We're all best friends, basically, at this point. But we just started, you know, trying to process. Process. Has anyone heard if we already see a lot. Ian, you know, this. Jack, I mean, that there was for about 15 or 20 minutes leaving critical condition. So you're just praying. You're praying, you're praying you're with your. Your friends, you're trying to process.
A
Secretary Rollins. We are. We are coming up on a quick break. Can I hold. Put a pin in that right now, because I want. I want to hear this story. We all want to hear this story, and we're going to hear it in just a minute here on Human Events Daily. When we come right back, Real America's Voice.
D
Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about to go get it, and he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event, and we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
A
Amen. All right, Jack was up. We're back here. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice. We're on with Secretary Brooke Rollins and Secretary, I'm so sorry that we had to. We had to take that quick break because you were just telling us about this, and it was. I'm actually fascinated. I'd love to hear the rest of the story, because you were on a text chain. Just a. Just a, you know, friendly text chain with the other ladies of the Cabinet. As you were saying as you. As the news broke about the. Well, at first, of course, it was the shooting of Charlie Kirk. And then. And then later, we, you know, obviously learn more and more. Tell us more about that. You know, obviously, if.
F
Yeah, yeah, it was. And I know it's. It's weird. Jack, maybe, maybe now, looking back, it doesn't seem surprising, but the Charlie that, you know, I had worked with for 13 or 14 years, that you've known forever and ever to think what a huge impact. Even the airplane I was on as the news came that he was shot and as we were in the air, you know, well, he's maybe going to make it. And then he didn't make it. And that all happened from the moment I took off to the moment I landed between Texas and Washington. And I say that because that text string is sort of. That was my connection. And it was again with the other six ladies of the Cabinet. And we were all, you know, what have you heard? Have you heard Pam, you know, our Attorney general? Do you have any information? Maybe. And obviously she. She didn't. But we, we finally all got to the point where we knew he had. He had been assassinated. And so to share that grief and, and we started the whole conversation with putting God in the middle of it. And without God, how do we even begin to process something like this? But it was so dark and, and so heartbreaking in such a way for a lot of reasons. But I got off the plane in Washington, everything. We were supposed to be in the White House, in the Rose Garden that night for dinner. We had a Cabinet dinner scheduled that night in the Rose Garden, of course, canceled that. We all just went home and were kind of constantly talking to each other. The next day, of course, is 9 11. And the entire Cabinet goes that morning to the Pentagon to basically commemorate or memorialize 9 11. And we were in a little room. And again, I don't think anyone's ever even told the story yet. It's the first time we were in a room at the Pentagon waiting to go out and take our places for the names to be called for everyone that had died at the Pentagon on 9 11. And we were standing there. Scott Turner is our Housing secretary and he's also a pastor. And I lead a lot of Bible studies and have had a massive kind of faith, been a faith leader on the conservative side for a long time. So I called us all together, the whole Cabinet, we all held hands, all crying, you know, talking about what Charlie meant to all of us. This is the Cabinet of the United States of America. Just to underscore what a huge person and impact he had on everybody. And then Scotty, Secretary Turner led us in a beautiful prayer commemorating Charlie's life and what a light he had been and truly a man of God in the most amazing way. And that's Again, that was Wednesday morning. Right? So we're less than 24 hours out from when he was murdered and still processing, processing, processing. But then, Jack, and I'm curious, kind of your story too, on this, then you began to see the world wake up and take to the streets and hold up Charlie's face and just talk about what an amazing light he was. And so, in a way, it was this devastation of losing someone that you loved and you were so close to, but then realizing that his legacy and what he stood for is forever. It's not that, you know, not that he was taken out in a car crash or he died of an illness. Not that he still wouldn't have had an amazing, you know, legendary story that would have been told by a lot of people. But as Erica said yesterday, that he's wearing the crown of a righteous martyr. He ran the race, he kept the faith, he changed hundreds of thousands, if not millions of lives. And now today, he's perhaps even more important than he was on September the ninth, the day before he passed away, in spreading and making disciples of all the nations. The final thing I'll say, and I'm talking way too much, I apologize, but this is actually the first long form interview I've done on Charlie, so it's very special to me. Thank you. The final thing that I think is important, we have a cabinet Bible study every Wednesday morning. We don't post about it, we don't talk about it, but they all come to usda, which is where I am right now. We meet in my office and we have a Bible study. So this morning we had one. And our leader this morning was talking about our founding fathers and, you know, where they stood in terms of their faith and how that was such an important part of the founding of our country. And our Bible study leader this morning was talking about Thomas Jefferson. And he on his own said, you know, Charlie Kirk is, in a way, the modern day Thomas Jefferson. Such an intellect, surrounded by books, could never read enough, had such a youthful age, this amazing leadership ability. So that was. That was pretty special to hear. Even in Mark having a Bible study, Charlie's being compared to Thomas Jefferson. I thought that was incredible.
A
We had Charlie and I used to have a running. I just popped into my head, like little things just trigger memories and just popped in my head that Charlie and I used to have a running competition to see who could read more books in a year. And, you know, you'd get so upset if I was like, I was like, oh, I've got, you know, I'd be like, oh, I've got, you know, 45 or I've got 50. And he's like, well, I'm, I'm working on 51 and I'm gonna get it, I'm gonna get it by New Year's. I was like, okay, all right, sure you will, sure. You know, and we just, it's just very competitive. You know how guys are. That was, that was very much, you know, that was very much part of the, you know, part of the nature of our relationship. And I'll, I'll. Yeah, I mean, I mean, there's, there's so many things I'll miss. Like, there's no, there's no question. But, but secretary. And I have to ask you this as well, because, you know, we're on at such a time as this. We're talking about the incredible legacy of Charlie. But at the same time, and I know that the whole government is focused on this, there is a problem in this country of political violence. And unfortunately, if you're a conservative, you're public, publicly known as a conservative in this country, it's to put a target on your back. And I'm sure you and your family have faced this, your, your staff, your organization, what, what is going on here, that this has happened.
F
Yeah, it's so true. And it's, it's funny. I, for better or worse, I don't spend any time thinking about it. And you know, for that, when I hear Erica talk about Charlie being fearless, I'm not comparing myself to Charlie, but I, I can, I could connect with that, because it doesn't even occur to me. And even as a cabinet member, I now have full security detail right. 24 7. These guys are like my family now. We spend a lot of time together, but it doesn't occur to me. But when I got home after Charlie's death and I walked in and I have four kids, two still at home, sophomore and senior in high school, Anna and Lily, 15 and 17. And then my two Aggies, Luke and Jake, are 19 and 20, and all love Charlie Kirk. In fact, Luke hung out with Charlie when he did the Texas A and M visit last year, which was such a huge success. But, but I walked in and my 17 year old, Anna, who's so strong and loves the Lord and she leads four Bible studies a week. She's just a remarkable young lady. And I walked in and she said, I mean, with tears and almost weeping, and she's not, she's very strong. She's not a weeper. She just said, mom, I'm terrified for you. And so you realize that this has. Even if you're fearless and, you know, if it's my time, it's my time. And I'm fighting for America. And what I'm facing is a lot less than our founding fathers or Lincoln or whomever fought before us. But. But you realize what a ripple effect it has on your children, your spouses, your family, your friends, and that we are in a really, really dark time in American history and the political violence that we see, and it's. And I know you've talked about this so much, Jack, and I'm such a fan of yours and what you've built and just what an incredible warrior you are, but you know this, and your audience knows this. You know, we lose Charlie and we're holding prayer vigils and worship services and. And had the biggest church service perhaps in history with the, you know, 60,000 plus at Charlie's. That's who we are in Arizona is amazing what they.
A
That's what we're about. We're not. We're not the ones that are going out to federal buildings and setting fires and attacking agents. No, we pray. And the only fires we set are the ones on the tops of candles that we're holding at the candlelight vigil. Secretary Rollins, we are just about out of time for the show. Thank you so much, and God bless you for joining us today.
F
Thank you, Jack. So great to be. Be with you.
A
Thank you. Again, ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.

"We're going to be finding a platform to post these on... I'll be working with Jefferson Morley at JFK Facts where they will upload and scan these documents for people to review themselves." [24:00]
