Mike Davis
A commentator, international social media sensation and.
Jack Posobic
Former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobic. Christ is the USDA says wholesale egg prices dropped for the third straight week.
Mike Davis
And it's a pretty big drop.
Jack Posobic
The average wholesale price nationwide fell to 415 per dozen.
Mike Davis
So let's put that in perspective.
Jack Posobic
That is down about $2.70 in just one week.
Conor McGregor
From the Kremlin, they have confirmed that Donald Trump and President Putin are to speak on Tuesday.
Caroline Levitt
Who in the right mind, whether you're a judge or not, wants tda, a recognized terrorist organization, to create havoc to unsettle the United States through the use of fentanyl to kill thousands of Americans? They are enemies of this country and President Trump treated them as enemies. And, and we did exactly what we should have done.
Mike Davis
When you apply to enter the United States and you get a visa, you are a guest and you're coming as a student, you're coming as a tourist or what have you. And in it, you have to make certain assertions. And if you tell us when you apply for a visa, I'm coming to the US to participate in pro Hamas events that runs counter to the foreign policy interest of the United States of America. It's that simple. Now you're here, now you do it. You lied to us. You're out. It's that simple.
Jack Posobic
You say to those who claim you're.
Charlie Kirk
Using a 200-year-old law to circumvent due process.
Caroline Levitt
An old law. Not as old as Constitution. We still pay attention to that, don't we?
Jack Posobic
Some criticism that the Alien Enemies act.
Charlie Kirk
Has only been invoked three other times.
Conor McGregor
They were all during times of war. Do you feel that you're using it appropriately right now?
Charlie Kirk
Well, this is a time of war because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals, many of them at the highest level. They emptied jails out. Other nations emptied their jails into the United States.
Unknown Irish Speaker
I'm here to raise the issues the people of Ireland face, you know, and it will be music to the people of Ireland's ears, because never on the main stage has the issues the people of Ireland face been spoke. You know, our government has long since abandoned the voices of the people of Ireland. And it's high time that America is made aware of what is going on in Ireland. What is going on in Ireland is a travesty. Our government is the government of zero action with zero accountability. You know, our money is being spent on overseas issues that has nothing to do with the Irish people. The illegal immigration racket is running ravage on the country. There are rural towns in Ireland that have been overrun in one swoop, that have become a minority in one swoop. So issues need to be addressed. And the 40 million Irish Americans, as I said, need to hear this, because if not, there will be no place to come home and visit.
Jack Posobic
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, right here live, Washington D.C. today is St. Patrick's Day, 2025. And there you have it. Conor McGregor, the champ champ himself, issuing a warning to the 40 million Irish Americans from the very White House briefing room on St. Patrick's Day itself. Your homeland is being overrun. You know, so many Irish Americans and just people around the world, they think of Ireland as this wonderful place they can go. They can enjoy the lush landscape. They can see the green for themselves, see the Emerald Isle. And you have Conor McGregor, now himself within the White House, issuing this warning. Irish Americans, look to your homeland. Look to what's gone on. Joe Biden, by the way, supposedly an Irish American. You never hear him talk about this. He was all for it. The Irish PM was here last week. He didn't say anything about it at all. But Conor McGregor, a guy who has nothing to do with politics, a guy who just stands up for his people, and a guy who is beloved by the Irish nation is saying, the Irish nation is in dire need of assistance. You are being overrun by migrants. There are now small towns, rural towns in Ireland, those picturesque, beautiful towns that the Irish people have fought so hard for, for hundreds of years to maintain as free and independent towns. And they are now being overrun by migrants from the third world to make the native Irish people minorities in their own home. The Irish people are the indigenous people of Ireland. The Irish people are the natives of Ireland. So you know something? Make Ireland great again and make Ireland Irish again. Don't just take my word for it. Take the words of Connor McGregor on this St. Patrick's Day, I'm for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the second American Revolution. All right, Jack here back Human events Daily. Real America's voice as well as want to bring in the third hour of the Charlie Kirk program on the Salem radio network. Conor McGregor issuing this wake up call not just to the people of Ireland, but to the 40 million Irish Americans living within the United States. And President Trump held that in incredible event last week where he was talking about this today being St Patrick's Day. There Conor McGregor at the White House. We all saw it. Want to bring on a. A great Irish American himself. One of my favorite Irish Americans. It's Mike Davis from the Article 3 project. Mike, how are you?
Brian Glenn
I'm doing very well. Happy St Patrick's Day.
Jack Posobic
Happy St Patrick's Day. How come we gordo to you, but I've got to get you to respond. And we're pulling out your Irish card on this one because Conor McGregor, someone who is possibly the most beloved son of Ireland right now. I mean, the guy, he's never gonna pay for a drink for the rest of his life in Ireland. He's come to the White House and people thought that this was gonna be, you know, he's gonna walk around, swing the arms, you know, do the whole bit. But he's actually come here on a very serious, serious note. And this is serious business. We talked about it here last week. We actually talk about on the program all the time. But here you have the mouth of Conor McGregor himself and he's talked about it as well. Delving into politics in a very serious issue that the Irish people, the people who are themselves the indigenous natives of the Emerald Isles, are being completely overrun by migration. And in fact, there are towns in rural areas of Ireland where the Irish population is now becoming the minority. Davis, what is he talking about? Is this true? Is this really going on in Ireland?
Brian Glenn
It's absolutely true. I spent several weeks in Ireland a couple years ago and I saw it then. We have these migrants coming from the Muslim world and other places. They're overrunning Ireland. They're not assimilating into Irish culture. And you're going to start seeing no go zones in Ireland just like you see in other places in Europe. And it's not acceptable. Look, you can have immigration into your country and you should welcome legal immigration. You should not welcome mass, mass migration of illegal immigrants who overrun your country, overrun your social services, overrun your culture. These people who are coming to Europe are not there to assimilate. Many of them are coming there to conquer.
Jack Posobic
Well, and they're coming there. Exactly. That's exactly what happens. Because look, when people go to Ireland, run Irish American and they look to Ireland, obviously tourism is a huge chunk of, of the Irish economy. There's no question about that. Irish culture is amazing. St. Patrick's Day, beyond the nominal term of it being a saints feast day in the church, it's also, of course, a celebration of all things Irish culture. Irish music, Irish dance, Irish food, these things are all incredible. Irish literature, they're amazing. It's one of the most well known and famous cultures all around the entire planet. And so what I don't think people realize is, is that by allowing these migrants to overrun these towns and cities and villages like, like both Conor and you are discussing is what you're doing is you're actually putting, putting that, that culture at risk. Because guess what, there's a generational issue here. And we talk about this again and again and again because eventually what happens is if you keep importing people from just foreign cultures all over, then guess what, your culture goes away. It doesn't get replaced or excuse me, it does get replaced. It gets completely replaced. It doesn't regenerate.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, and that's a problem. Look, let's just not be politically correct about this. If you are mass importing people from the Islamic world, Islamist, into Europe and they don't want to assimilate, that is a recipe for disaster. You are, you are importing people who want to destroy the West. I'm not saying every Muslim does, but Islamist certainly do. And we need to wake up. Europe is, is going through this right now. It's going to happen in America. Thank God we have President Trump in office right now so we can have extreme vetting again from people for people who come from these places who hate us, don't share our values, don't. They want to destroy us. And they're not, again, they're not here to assimilate. They are here to conquer. So if you don't want to assimilate into Ireland, if you don't want to assimilate into Europe, if you don't want to assimilate into America and share our culture and share our values, get the hell out. And these European countries, like Ireland and the rest of Europe, they should follow President Trump's lead and get people out of their countries before it's too late.
Jack Posobic
Before it's too late. Let me take a quick second. I want to tell people today's episode sponsor, you know, we got to got to take a quick commercial timeout. We'll be right back though. There's a dirty little secret in the mobile phone industry that the major carriers don't want you to know about. Did you know the big three mobile companies own all the towers in the us so if that's the case, what's the difference between the carriers? Well, there's only one which actually lives by the same values as you. And that's what we're talking all about. Today's values. Choose the best network for you. And the way to do it is with Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. The only one that allows you access to all three networks. Keep your phone, keep your number, and now keep your values too. With Patriot Mobile, you know that none of your money is going to the woke left DEI or causes that have put America last. If you're worried about switching, don't. Their US based customer service team makes switching easy and you will get the same service without compromising quality or convenience. Just go to patriotmobile.com poso or call 972 Patriot right now. Get a free month of service with promo code poso. Don't be fooled by other mobile providers pretending to share your values. Support the one that actively supports the first and Second Amendments, the sanctity of life. Our brave veterans and first responders make the switch today. Patriot mobile.com posto or call 972-patriot. You know folks, this is what we're talking about here. We're talking about defending your country, defending your culture. And the Irish people just go look at the past. Just go look at their history with the British. Go look at the years and years, centuries, right since the 1600s and Cromwell fighting to have independence over Ireland. They were more than willing to do so and to go to extreme, extreme lengths, great lengths. And yet for some reason there's this, there's this glitch in the psychology. I should get Joshua Lysik on, our resident persuasion expert on here to explain it. But Davis, what is it where when it comes to the Irish, you've got this incredible. They're one of the most nationalist countries that I've always thought of. These guys had the ira. These guys went hardcore in the past to defend their island or to take back their island the way they would put it. But when it comes to this issue of migration, it's like, oh well, just helping. What's, what's the short circuit there?
Brian Glenn
The Irish have become soft, they become weak. They need to protect their sovereignty. They need to get these migrants the hell out of Ireland or it's going to get conquered.
Jack Posobic
It's, it's really as simple as that. And you know, it's, it's, it's sad, right? It's, it's really sad to see because when you look at one of these places like Ireland that just has an incredible, just incredible history, goes obviously all the way back to Roman times. Goes all. And that's, that's St. Patrick. You know, St. Patrick arriving as a missionary for the church. He's known as the, the evangelizer of Christ the King there in Ireland. He's some, he, one, one of the first, by the way, actual Christian missionaries. Right. One of the earliest Christian missionaries that, that we know of outside of, you know, the original, you know, 12 and in the B and, and St. Paul then, and then onto the church Fathers. But really someone who's, who's known for a time like this. And so, you know, Davis, I, I know I wanted to get you on about, you know, the judges and deportations and executive orders and all that. And we've got another segment coming up, so I promise we'll do that. But it's man here just hearing Conor McGregor's words right there and you, you hear him, you can actually have a look in his eye and you could. I maybe it's just me, but to me he looked like he, this wasn't just Conor McGregor, you know, talking trash. The way he talks or messing around or goofing off. You could tell he actually cared. One minute to the break. Mike Davis.
Brian Glenn
Yeah. You hear the left constantly talk about colonizers. I think that these Islamist migrants taking over Europe, particularly Ireland, or the colonizers, they need to get sent packing back to wherever the hell they came from. They don't share our values. They want to conquer us. Get them out before it's too late.
Jack Posobic
It's really simple. There's a great phrase, by the way they have for it that comes to us by way of Europe. It's called remigration. Re migration. I love remigration. I love remigration. It's one of my favorite words. And we're going to be getting a lot of it very soon. We're getting in the remigration business, boys. Stay tuned. We're right back here in the event doing.
Charlie Kirk
You know, they talk about influencers. These are influencers and they're friends of mine.
Unknown Irish Speaker
Jack.
Charlie Kirk
Where's Jack? Jack. He's got a great guy.
Jack Posobic
All right, Jack Posic, Here we are back Washington, D.C. on this St. Patty's Day here in 2025, year one of the first year of the new American Republic. Listen up, because I'm about to put you on something that'll change the way you start your day. I'm talking about blackout coffee. And it's not just coffee. It's a wake up call. I'm talking about a rise call to rise and grind. To push harder and to never compromise on what you stand for. This isn't your average cup of joe. Every bag of blackout coffee is roasted with purpose, packed with bold flavor and fueled by the kind of value is the built this country grit, determination and a refusal to back down. They don't just make coffee, they make a statement. Blackout coffee is stepping up, adding more warriors to get your orders out faster than ever. But when you hit the order now button, you'll know that your coffee is actually coming fresh and ready to fuel your next move. So whether you're powering through the daily grind, chasing big goals, or just refusing to settle for mediocrity, blackout coffee has got your back. Don't just drink coffee, drink blackout. Go to blackout coffee.com poso and use promo code POSO for 20% off your first order. Taste the coffee that doesn't just wake you up, it fires you up. That's Blackout Coffee.com poso Mike Davis, I got a question for you. So can a judge order a, Can a judge order a plane to. To turn around in midair over international waters of the Gulf of America and, and return illegal alien terrorists to American soil? Yes or no?
Brian Glenn
No. Obama judge Jeb Boseberg thought he could do that. He ordered it. So yes, he, he can. But that doesn't mean that that illegal, dangerous order is going to get followed and it wasn't. So it is outrageous what this judge did during the middle. And you know, you know this full well, Jack, with your background, during the middle of a national security operation, you had this Obama Judge in D.C. hold a hearing while this operation was ongoing, putting American lives and the lives of our allies in grave danger and then actually ordered the planes returns with a plane full planes full of the worst terrorist in the western hemisphere Trend Aragua and Ms. 13 gang members that the president was shipping to El Salvador. You see this video that you're playing right now? The security measures that went along with this national security operation, we didn't have those security measures ready in the United States. If this goofball Judge Boasberg actually got his way and these planes turned around and came back to America, this, this was a gross abuse of Power by this activist judge. It was a sabotage of the President's core Article 2 powers as the commander in chief and the chief executive officer in the Article 3 project is today calling for the House of Representatives to move forward with impeachment proceedings against D.C. obama Judge Jeb Boasberg for this outrageous temporary restraining order ruling on Saturday.
Jack Posobic
Well, I think that's exactly right. And, you know, immigration on again, immigration under national security concerns is obviously an area where, number one, the judiciary and particular these district judges have gone completely overboard. But at the same time, you've also got an area where the president has broad unilateral powers under Article 2 of the Constitution to provide for the national security of the United States. That's the entire point of the Alien Exclusion act when in cases of war or invasion. And when he's saying that this is a foreign invasion force, that I'm going to order the unilateral removing of them. I mean, Mike, this is the whole reason we have a president, isn't it?
Brian Glenn
Yeah. He's the commander in chief. He's the chief executive officer. Not only does he have the constitutional power to send these terrorists on airplanes the hell out of our country, he has a constitutional duty as the president, as the chief executive officer, as the commander in chief, to make sure that we are repelling these foreign invaders, these foreign terrorists who are coming to our country from Venezuela and they are raping, torturing, kidnapping, murdering Americans. And Joe Biden let this go on for four years. He actually brought these people to our country. Right. He brought them here illegally. He gave illegal mass parole to these terrorists. And Joe Biden is the one who should have been in trouble by federal judges, not this, not President Trump. Because this goofball bozo Judge Boasberg in D.C. thinks he's the commander in chief on Saturday.
Jack Posobic
No, it's as simple as that. You can't have hundreds of commanders in chief. You have one Mike Davis. Where can people follow you?
Brian Glenn
Article3project.org Article number 3project.org the action item today is to light up both of your senators in your rep to impeach and remove Obama. Judge Jeb Boasberg.
Jack Posobic
Oh, oh, lobbing some. Lobbing some fire here on St. Patrick's Day. Have a good one, Mike. Thanks so much, Mike Davis, everyone. Go give him a follow and check out our three project. Be right back.
Conor McGregor
Jack.
Charlie Kirk
Where's Jack? Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack.
Jack Posobic

Charlie Kirk

Jack Posobic
Okay, Jack Posobic back live. Love that beautiful live shot of the White House with the green fountain right there, the green grass as well for St Patrick's Day, a day where Conor McGregor himself has come to the White House to warn Irish Americans about the overrunning of Ireland due to mass migration. Conor McGregor
If you guys can't send 200 trend.
Jack Posobic
Aragua terrorists at a time to El Salvador, where are you going to send him instead?
Unknown Speaker
That's a very good question. You'd have to ask the courts and the people on the left who are trying to fight this administration for doing the business that this president sought out to do, which is to deport these foreign terrorists. And we're very grateful to President Bukele and to El Salvador for accepting these heinous monsters where they will face justice.
Jack Posobic
All right, Jack Krasovic, we are back live and we've got Brian Glenn, Real America Voice's own Brian Glenn there at the White House, who was in the room. Brian, fiery press conference as always with Caroline Levitt as well as with the D.C. press corps. What is going on there, man?
Conor McGregor
Yeah, good afternoon, Jack. It seems like the DC Media here, the mainstream media, media, the legacy media, just can't come to terms with the fact that we need to remove gang members that have terrorized this country. She gave several examples of how they're doing that the heck out of here. I don't know the obsession of how they're getting rid of where they're going to be housed. I just know that President Trump had a mandate handed to him on November 5th that said we are going to get these people out of the country. And, Jack, it just seems like they want to challenge this, this, this narrative that gang members in our country, that's a bad thing. Jack, I don't understand it, but that was the lead topic today in the, in the, in the briefing room.
Jack Posobic
Well, when it comes down to it, you know, you never hear. But here's what's amazing, right? You never heard those. It's, it's like they've totally flipped, right? So you never heard those same reporters talking about the importation of these gang members to the United States during the Biden Administration. So during the Biden administration, they were imported to the united. The United States. And we had Conor McGregor there at the White House earlier today talking about the importation of illegal migrants to Ireland and really saying, hey, this. Basically saying, this is an issue that we, we share, right? In Ireland, which has a much smaller population in the United States. It's. It's a really dire issue. And the fact of the matter is, because Ireland has gone through so many population sinks over the years that they stand at real risk of being completely overrun. In fact, small towns, it's already happening. So when he's talking about this, these aren't just some random issues. It's actually an operation that's happening. So the media, of course, doesn't talk about it, but then when you try to fix the problem, all of a sudden they start talking about it. Not about, what about the rights of the people who live in those countries. What about the rights of people who live in those towns and cities that don't want to be overrun, that don't want their children surrounded by evil gang members with tattoo. By the way, I love when they get off and they say, they say, oh, you know, we're. We're really, you know, you're not giving them any due process. You're not even determining whether or not they're actually in a gang. You're just rounding up people who have facial tattoos. I'm like, the tattoos tell you what gang they're in. The tattoos are their record right there. Look, you could see how many guys that guy killed. See, I did get with the eyebrows and all of it. That's it. It's ridiculous. Liberals don't actually. And, Brian, this is one of my truisms. Liberals don't actually know anything. They just know whatever the producer in the air is telling them or whatever. The last thing they saw on TV was, man, you're right.
Conor McGregor
And you know what? The approval rating for Democrats is so low, I think only I read something today that 7% of Democrats even have a favorable ability. Those 7% of people think that chocolate milk comes from a brown cow. So I think these are the same amount of people that absolutely do not get it. They do not understand the justice system. They do not understand who has rights and who doesn't have rights. Look, Jack, we're arguing whether or not these visas, these student visas, these people that come over here on a green card basically have constitutional rights. The last time I checked, they did not. They were not US Citizens. So if you break the law here, you're going to leave. It's that simple. But we have the Democrat Party that I guess is counting on that base to the vote, perhaps, I don't know. But it's un American. And, well, they're losing in the polls, Jack. And you and I have seen what those poll numbers look like, and I think. Let them, let them continue to do this, Jack. As you and I both know, Republicans should not lose another election. If this is what they stand for, gang members in this country, legally, we should never lose another election.
Jack Posobic
Yeah, and it's a great, you know, it's a great argument to have as well. You know, people are talking about the constitutionality of the whole thing. And, and you've got these, you have these liberal media saying, well, it's an 18th century law. It's an 18th century law. And then Tom Homan says, oh, you mean like the Constitution? Pretty sure the Constitution is older than any law that's on the books of the United States. And last I checked, we still follow that thing. So I guess 18th century isn't that bad at all, as a matter of fact. So it. This also puts the Democrats and the left in a box where I was talking about this earlier. That so. So every other day of the year, the left will say, oh, our entire system was designed by a bunch of evil European Christians and heterosexual men. It's the patriarchy. We have to tear it down. It's a white power system that's controlled by 16, 19 since then, and we need to overturn it and burn the whole thing. Done. That's your platform. That's been your platform since 2020. Okay. Now all. But then all of a sudden, oh, no. President Trump hath violated the sacred Constitution. It's amazing. It's amazing. The same breath.
Conor McGregor
Yeah. And one of the good news that I wanted to bring up today's press conference, I didn't have a chance to do that, was inflation's coming down. Corn inflation's coming down. Gas is down four straight weeks in a row, sometimes under $3 in some states. Eggs are down substantially since this whole egg debate going on. Where is that in the news? But they're focusing on protecting gang members, and that is not laying. That's not setting good with Americans because Americans are struggling still financially, but it's getting better. And of course, when's the last time you heard a question about tariffs, Jack? Didn't hear it today. But you heard all about gang members. We want to make sure we protect those gang members. We didn't hear about tariffs. We didn't Hear about the good news of inflation coming down. But gas does continue to drop again four weeks in a row. This time during the Biden administration. Wait for it. Gas was already up 49 cents a gallon. This time during the Biden administration, gas is down four weeks in a row for President Trump.
Jack Posobic
Well, and it's incredible, Brian, I love the, I love the service, right? And for the folks at home on Real America's Voice or listening here, hour three with the Salem Radio Network and the Charlie Kirk show, it's it. What Brian is doing is such a public service because he's remembering what the media complained about the week before. You see, nobody keeps track of this. So because you're there and performing and it really is a service, by the way, to have to actually spend time around those scumbags every day that you start to realize, wait a minute, last week you were all complaining about one thing, that thing has been fixed or you're worried that tariffs would turn into inflation. And the opposite has happened. So rather than talk about that, you're going to go and complain about whatever the next thing is or complain about whatever the next thing is. It almost feels like, hold on a second. It almost feels like you're not actually doing this in good faith after all. Maybe you don't actually believe any of these things. Or by the way, I love the, you know, like Mark Kelly, you know, he's, he's selling his, his electric car to go buy a Chevy Tahoe as one of the, which is one of the most gas guzzling trucks, you know, available on the market. Which by the way, go ahead and buy that if you want to, but you're doing it for virtue signaling points. That's why you bought it in the first place. And now you're selling it because Elon Musk isn't a darling of the left anymore. That's all you do. All they do is virtue signal. They don't actually believe it, but what do they believe? They believe in having power over you, over your mind and over your families.
Conor McGregor
Yeah, Jack, real quickly, not one question on Doge today either that dominated the last three, four weeks was Doge Elon Musk. Not one. So apparently, apparently they're not really concerned about, they really are concerned about getting rid of fraud, abuse and, and in our government, waste, fraud and abuse in our government because they didn't bring it up today. So apparently they're for this.
Jack Posobic
This is incredible. Brian.
Conor McGregor
We've got to, yeah, they're, yeah, we've got it.
Jack Posobic
We've got to make this. We've got to make this a routine, you know, routine. Routine work for. For Brian. Whenever he comes on. I say, you say, this is what the Democrats aren't talking about. This is what they were worried about last week that they completely stopped talking about. Just like. So it's like, just like that trend, Iragua solved all the Doge problems. And just like that trend, Iraqwa. It's kind of like when the Ukraine war solved Covid, you know, so the Ukraine war kicks off. Then there was no Covid anymore. So we're going to talk about Vladimir Putin. So wait, you just, you just talk about the new thing. We. We got to run. Brian, happy St. Patrick's Day to you, man. I appreciate you being there, doing the Omen's work. I hope you get a. I hope you get a good, good Shepherd's pie, maybe some baggers and mash. Later, man.
Conor McGregor
That sounds really good. Going to a good rock concert tonight. Three Days Grace, Capital One Arena. Go check it out. That's why.
Jack Posobic
Oh, there you go. There you go. You're gonna find you're a lot of fun there. All right. Don't do anything that I'm gonna have to bail you out about or have to call ban. And that's always an issue. All right. We'll be right back. Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice, Salem Radio Network.
Charlie Kirk
Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it. And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event. And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
Jack Posobic
Amen. Here in the Constitution, does it say that a district judge can issue an injunction striking down all of doge, all of the president's actions, something that the president wants done, that you have to hire people? Where in the Constitution is that? Because I haven't seen it. I've looked and looked, and I can't find it either.
Conor McGregor
I think the judges are misunderstanding that.
Jack Posobic
They'Re under Article 3 and that the executive branch is under Article 2. And how the president runs his own.
Conor McGregor
Branch is no business of the federal judiciary.
Jack Posobic
It's as simple as that, ladies and gentlemen. It's called the system of checks and balances and the separation of powers. And think of it, right, the president can't come in and tell John Roberts who he should hire as a clerk or what cases they should take up. Right. That's a clear separation of power. All right, Jack Posobic, here we are back Washington, D.C. of course, we've got the incredible lash. Hold that shot there for a second, guys. That's, that's great. I love that shot of the White House with the, the green fountain there, the north lawn of the White House. Just beautiful, beautiful shot there. On St Patrick's Day, by the way. Imagine not wearing green on St. Patrick's Day. Couldn't be me. Couldn't be me. Let me tell you something about the issue that at hand right now, and people are, this is starting to be the big debate. Should President Trump ignore the courts? Right. That's kind of the big question. Let's actually make that the question of the day. So 1776 at humanevents.com, 1776@humanqvents.com what are your thoughts on President Trump ignoring these injunctions from district courts? Now, a lot of people will say, okay, just ignore them all. Just go ahead and ignore them all. Get rid of them. They're ridiculous. Just, just throw them out. You know, get him out of here. Who cares? He's the president. All right? And in a sense, right, there's, there's certainly legal standing for that because, well, Article 3 of the Constitution does not lay out any enforcement mechanism for the judiciary to restrain the executive. It is Article two where the executive must, quote, take care that the laws be faithfully executed and swear an oath to, quote, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. It's not the judiciary. In fact, in the Federalist Papers, Alexander Hamilton, remember the left, they are supposed to love Hamilton. Oh, Hamilton, he's so good. He's so great. We love Hamilton. Hamilton, Hamilton, Hamilton. Well, he says that the judiciary is, quote, the least dangerous branch because it lacks the sword of the executive or the purse of the legislature. This is federalist number 78 as written by Alexander Hamilton. He argued that it depends on the executive to enforce the judgments of judiciary, suggesting a relationship of persuasion rather than command. This would align with the English common law tradition at the time, where courts advised the crown but lacked coercive power over it. The Constitution's framers, wary of centralized authority after the Revolution, intended a similar dynamic. The judiciary could warn the executive of unconstitutional acts, but ultimate accountability rested with the executive oath and the people's elected representatives as outlined in the Constitution explicitly. So what does that all mean? That all means that the courts can argue, they can argue that the president has overstepped his bounds in terms of the Constitution. But here's what's really interesting about this case where you have a use case where this judge, this district judge is saying that, well, hold on, you know, I don't think that the president's action holds up with this law itself. So we've given the legislature has given the president the ability to use the Alien Exclusion act, but he should only do so in specific times. Well, the question then that would eventually come up is on what grounds? Right? So on what grounds are you saying that the law itself is unconstitutional or are you saying that the law needs to be fixed? Now, there's a lot of question about this. Right. And I do think. And I'll just, I'll take it back and I'll take it to the higher level here for a second. Gosh, I love these images. Show as many images of these as possible, the mass deportations. Here's my Lenten daily confession. By the way, I love the deportation videos. And I can't get enough of them. The only problem is I need more. I need more, baby. More, more, more, more, more, more, more. So come on, come on. Daddy Tom, that Daddy Tom Holman. Let's get them out. Let's get them all up there. And, and Secretary Kristi Noem just doing the absolute Lord's work. But, but here's the thing, right? The thing with these videos. And as much as I want to see more of them, as much of them as possible, it does make sense that the, that the president shouldn't just, you know, shouldn't just completely ignore the judiciary. No, you wouldn't want that either. What you want is a president that is operating within the confines of the legal structure, of course. And what does that mean? Well, certainly that means immigration on national security purposes. This is absolutely a clearly defined area where the commander in chief has broad, unilateral ability to wage and wield power as the executive. Of course he does, when it's the national security that's through his power as commander in chief. And no, you don't get the ability for all of these hundreds of district judges to decide that they get to be the commander in chief. They're not. They're simply not. Now, if there are going to be court cases, sure, there could be court cases, but I think it's very smart for the administration to force this fight. That's exactly what's happened here. Obviously, I would have been very upset if those planes had turned around after they had already gotten into international waters all the way over the Gulf of America. No, no, you're in national waters. You're done, right? You're out. You've already been deported. You've already effectively deported them. At that point, what would be the point of bringing them back. They're outside the jurisdiction of the United States and outside the jurisdiction of US Courts. So I commend the administration for this. I think it's a fight that's going to be brewing, and I think that's very smart to do so along lines like immigration and national security, security that are clearly delineated by another 18th century document called the US Constitution. There you go. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission. Lay ashore.

Timestamp [03:16 - 09:19]
The centerpiece of the episode is Conor McGregor's stern warning to the Irish-American community. Brian Glenn joins the discussion to validate McGregor's concerns. He recounts his firsthand observations from visits to Ireland, confirming the surge of migrants from predominantly Muslim regions who are not integrating into Irish society. Glenn advocates for stringent immigration controls, underscoring the necessity of preserving national sovereignty and cultural integrity.

Jack Posobiec and Conor McGregor express frustration over the media's selective reporting—highlighting positive economic indicators like declining gas prices and inflation while criticizing the administration's immigration policies.
Notable Quotes:
They argue that the media prioritizes sensationalism over substantive policy discussions, thereby obscuring the real issues facing both Ireland and the United States.
Timestamp [34:03 - End]
