An ISIS terror suspect who the FBI says confessed to helping carry out the bombing is in US Custody, facing federal criminal charges after being handed over by Pakistan. According to court documents, he was one of the architects behind the suicide bombing on August 26, 2021 that killed 13 U.S. service members and 106. An ambush attack that killed over a dozen Syrian security forces near the coastal city of Latakia quickly turned into the worst fighting that Syria has seen since its 13 year civil war. She suffered so much pushback for years for warning that this would take place, that the slaughter of Christians and minority groups throughout Syria would take place if a regime change operation was put out there. And she was told to be quiet. She was told to stop talking. She was told that she was an apologist. She was told that she was a toady by Barry Weiss on the Joe Rogan program. She was called every name under the book. But the one thing that they will never admit is that Tulsi Gabbard was right. The one word that they will never be able to call her is inaccurate because she predicted precisely this outcome, and so many others did as well. And why did we predict this? Because it's very simple. There's no such thing as a moderate jihadi. There's no such thing as a moderate head chopper. The current government of Syria, this interim president Al Jelani, this guy was Abu Bakr al Baghdadi's deputy in Syria. This guy was on the top of the food chain there. Today in Syria I shed no tears for the fall of the Assad regime. But today we have an Islamist extremist who is now in charge of Syria, as I said, who danced on the streets to celebrate the 911 attack, who ruled over Idlib with an Islamist extremist governance and who has already begun to persecute and kill and arrest religious minorities like Christians in Syria. I understand why that should be acceptable to anyone is beyond me. It should Certainly understand. Cuts her off, Senator. Cut her off right there, the confirmation hearing, to try to understand what's happening, to try to understand what, what the, what the process is. And she gets cut off. Telling them they don't want to hear it. These old timers do not want to hear. And when I say old timer, I mean with this old way of thinking. I mean age, right. They have this old way of thinking that the United States could just do whatever it wants around the world and not face any repercussions, that we can just knock off a government in Syria, that we can knock off a government in Libya, that we can knock off a government in Iraq, that we can knock off a government in Ukraine like in 2014 and bear no repercussions. Well, repercussions have been born. And they've been born some from the very start of all of them. Remember, we were told the Arab Spring was just a peaceful cavalcade of a couple of buddies getting together with their friends and throwing off tyranny. You remember who was behind all that? Oh, that's right, it was the Muslim Brotherhood. That's right, the Muslim Brotherhood throughout Egypt, throughout Tunisia, throughout Algeria, throughout Libya. That's how we got Benghazi. Right. We're going all the way back to 2012. And who was behind all that stuff, by the way? It wasn't just Democrats. I noticed I mentioned Democrats before. I said Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Victoria Newland. But, but, but, but, but, but wasn't just them John McCain, Lindsey Graham. Arm the terrorists, arm the rebels. They're moderate rebels, don't worry. And they would go in and they would change the names of the rebel groups. Why? Because some of their other names, like the PKK had actually been on the list of the terrorist, Terrorist sponsored organization, Terrorist designated organizations. So FTOs. So if you're on the FTO foreign terrorist organization list, you can't receive US funding. Well, what do you do? You take the people, you change the name. Now we're going to call them the Syrian Defense Units and the Syrian Defense Force and the SDF and the SDY and all these different things. It's a joke. It's a scam. Ypg, ypj, whatever. It's been a scam from the very start. Look, go ahead and look this up. It's amazing. By the way, Hollywood will never make a movie about this. Netflix isn't going to make movies about it. Jack Ryan, you know, isn't going to go fight these guys. And Jack Carr and Reacher, you know, was that Lee Child, Reacher's never going to fight these guys. And all your favorite spy novels, they're never going to tell you the truth. That for a decade plus, your government, through the auspices of your Central Intelligence Agency, spent a billion dollars funding a civil war. Money that went directly into the hands of terrorists. Weapons that went directly into the hands of terrorists. Anti tank missiles that were purchased in the Balkans, purchased in traveling through Jordan, traveling through places like Benghazi, Stingers, Javelins, all the rest of it, traveling up to do what? To launch a civil war. And the Arab states were in on this. Lots of governments in the Middle east were in on this. They all knew about it. A billion dollars, it's the same thing. It's the same thing the United States did in Afghanistan. Right? So when the Soviet Union was invading Afghanistan and started in 1979, went through the 80s, you had Charlie Wilson's War. So they said, let's do another Charlie Wilson's War and we'll fund these radical extremists. And that's what we did in Charlie Wilson's War. We funded the radical extremists and they fought the Soviet Union for us. And then we said, oh, this will be a great idea. So we'll just fund those extremists. They'll fight the Soviets for us. We won't have to worry about it. And it'll be so much cheaper than sending U.S. troops. And it'll be a proxy war, not a direct war. And wow, look at that. The Soviet Union pulled out. They way overspent themselves. They overextended themselves. And that led. Led and played a major part in the fall of the Soviet Union. But then what happened? Oh, then you had groups like the Taliban and Al Qaeda who grew out of that. They say, oh, we're not going to have to worry about them. Dedicated to brave Mujahideen fighters. Right, right. And Rocky Rambo, Rambo 3 is over there hanging out with them, saying, oh, these are the real freedom fighters. Yeah, Hollywood's all happy to make that movie. Charlie Wilson's War is all happy to make that movie. But you're not going to make the movie that talks about the fact that those same Islamist fighters then became the ones who perpetrated 9 11, along with elements of the former Saudi Arabian government. All right, put that in your craw and chew it. Next up, next up, what do we have? Oh, we've got Libya. That'll go well, Boom. Get out of Gaddafi. Then you get Benghazi. And then they say, let's go fund people in Ukraine. Like the Azov Battalion, let's go fund the neo Nazis of Ukraine, the hyper nationalists. And they go start wiping out the ethnic Russians in the Russian speaking provinces of Eastern Ukraine. They start wiping them out. And then we put up all these CIA offices and CIA secret black sites along the border with Ukraine and Russia. Russia invades, that's number one. And then Russia invades because they say, we could see you got what you're doing in Ukraine and we're going to go and defend the Russian speakers. Then you get the same group. The Azov Battalion has this guy in a propaganda video and his name is Ryan Routh. What does Ryan Wesley Roth do after he's in that Azov Battalion propaganda video? A story that we broke right here on human events. Well, they find him lying in the bushes on the sixth green of Trump International Golf Club as president. Trump is on hole five. And he's on hole six lying in the bushes with an SKS rifle about to murder the President Elect of the United States. And there was another guy shot outside the White House just this weekend. Now, we talked a little bit earlier, and I want to bring in here the real America's Voice audience as well as hour three of the Charlie Kirk program on the Salem Radio Network because we talked a little bit this weekend about there's an individual, reports are kind of spotty right now and who exactly this was at the White House who they claim was suicidal, was potentially seeking suicide by cop. He was armed, was trying to get into the White House and was shot at by Secret Service. Well, we're also hearing that Ryan, pardon me, folks, that Ryan Wesley Routh was in court on Friday last week down there in Florida. Now, that was Judge Eileen Cannon. And so there's this really interesting hearing that went on. Judge Cannon brings him in. We've got some great sketches here from this. You can see him looking emaciated. I've heard reports that he's not doing well in prison. Now, by the way, that has nothing to do with the fact that he's been treated improperly. He's been treated very fairly, very properly, but he refuses to eat. He goes on and on about Ukraine, about Zelensky, various things. However, he has also apparently instructed his lawyers to not make an insanity plea. So that's making their jobs a whole lot harder. What are they? What have they asked for? Ryan Rouse. And for those who don't remember, because, you know, nobody else in media seems to care about this, that Ryan Routh was the second potential Trump assassin from 2024. This was the guy on September 15, 2024, who was out on the sixth green. So the sixth hole, Trump International Golf Course. Trump's on the fifth. He's coming around the bend. That's the way it works there on the map of the Trump golf course. And we'll have to go back and do a deep dive on all this when he finally goes to trial, if he ever goes to trial. I believe it's currently scheduled for December, but they might be moving that back to later. So then the Secret Service agent engages him, fires, is not able to hit him. And it's been my contention that he uses this makeshift body armor and plates that he put up alongside the fence with a GoPro on the golf course. Remember, he's not on the golf course. He's in the bushes directly outside the golf course. He then gets away, isn't hit by the Secret Service agent, but Trump is saved. Guy directly received information while on the battlefield, or at least in battlefield training from Ukraine. He directly came from the Ukraine. He was using an SKS, which is a Soviet style rifle, predecessor to the AK47 model. He then also, his lawyers are now saying that potentially the gun didn't work, potentially the gun may have malfunctioned and potentially he would not have been able to assassinate Trump with this. So the lawyers and their latest following piling are saying that, well, if his gun didn't work, then maybe it wasn't really an assassination attempt. Are you kidding me? That's the best you got? That's ridiculous. He was sitting in a hide site. He had the GoPro up. He even released a letter saying that he was going to kill Trump and that he wasn't able to finish the job. He left it with his neighbor up in North Carolina and he said that because he couldn't finish this job, that there would be a bounty for others to kill President Trump. Look, don't act like you can hide all this under the radar. There are people trying to kill President Trump and there are people still. Look, you've got the letter right here, handwritten. There are people still trying to kill President Trump. He is in danger. His family is in danger. J.D. vance and his 3 year old child were accosted by some of these Ukraine and more Ukraine extremists over the weekend while he was home in Cincinnati. So wake up. People really need to wake up, particularly when it comes to this issue because we've got fifth column issues here in the United States with the likes of pro Ukraine extremists and NATO. But words through the grapevine is that it might soon be called Liberty Plaza, according to some. Some sources on the ground here. But as you can see, there's plenty, plenty of work accomplished already. We got some protesters behind me is the White House. And here's our. Here's our glorious workers. They couldn't have got it done without the coffee and donuts. Compliments of Posto Bros today. Wawa. You know, we got them. We got them going. They're digging up all the ballasts here and sweeping up everything. And honestly, Jack, one thing I wanted to point out that nobody else is talking about is this is an actual evacuation route from the White House. So not only did they. Did the Black Lives Matter Mariel Bowser fill this evacuation route with all these balusters, impeding, impeding the way out. But you know, they dug up. They dug up all the, all the, all the bricks here and put in Black Lives Matter. So it's interesting to see we got a big trash truck here coming along as well. But, you know, it's. It's a great, great day down in D.C. it's a refreshing, refreshing Spring afternoon.

So, Kev, walk us through the story. So, so you go to Wawa this morning and, and you say, you want it? You want to go down? By the way, guys, Kev calls me up, he says, jack, I'm going down to BLM Plaza. I'm like, why are you going to BLM Plaza? We got, we got a show to do. We got everything else. And he goes, I want to bring coffee and donuts down to the boys down there. They're doing a great job. And I said, all right, Kev, you go for it. So Kev goes down, he calls me up, he's practically all the way halfway there and he starts filming this stuff. How, how were they received?

They were received very well, as you can see from the videos. We just posted a few. And the guys, the guys loved it.

I mean, maybe it should have been ice. It's actually a little hot down here. It's getting hot again in the swamp. But yeah, they, they loved it. I was very receptive. We talked with the foreman. He said this was going to be about a two week operation. And as you can see, it looks like they're going to started here again. Behind me. Yeah, very well received. Oh yeah, we're getting going.

You better believe it. I, I mean, hey, I, I, you know, you read the Art of the Deal. You got Donald Trump saying he could finish the, the skating rink in New York. And half the time you got Posto down here saying, I could, I could finish this in two days. Really, if we really went, if we really went full gas pedal here, talking about government efficiency. That's right. Maybe we'll see America, United States of America. Tell folks about some of the other iconography that's down there. Because, because people are talking about this as the removal of BLM Plaza. I said, well, wait a minute. BLM was never. This was a revolutionary cultural Marxist movement. They were against the nuclear family. They, they were, they're completely anti Christian. You could see this in if you listen to their founders and Patrisse cullors and many others who were practitioners of these, of these, you know, Haitian style rituals and various things that they were doing, IFA and others. But, but Kevin, talk to me about some of the iconography that is there. The White House, the Washington Monument, Lafayette Square, there's even a church there. Walk people through what that scene is, because this is really the head, the symbolic head of the United States of America. This is our head of state.

It is the head of state. And we don't want cultural Marxists coming around making demands anymore like they did in Philadelphia. That eyewitness and you witnessed as well, saying that all the oppressed people need to take down statues that are complicit in, you know, white supremacy. And anything that goes against the black community or any oppressed people for that matter. It's not about race. They'll have people that want to take down the Andrew Jackson statue on the horse right in front of the White House. And they made demands back in 2020 when I was living there, saying that they need to take down all the statues that are. That are. That they tried to cut Jackson's head off. Tried to. Yeah, they trashed Benjamin Franklin's statue down the street at the old post office. And they want to make demands saying that every DA and every mayor should drop any charges and any arrests that come from anybody in this rebellion led by Black Lives Matter, quote, unquote, cultural Marxists. So I have a list of the demands. This goes back from 2020. And since then they've revealed themselves and come out in the open and said who they are. When people tell you who they are, believe them. So that's what we're up against.

Tell people about. You just went in there's, there's, there's a church right by there. I'm not going to ask you to move because I know the signal's a little tight. There's a lot of security, there's a lot of sensitive systems. When you get close to the White House, it's very hard to live stream from there. But, Kev, tell people about the church that's right there in the history of, even the recent history of that church in 2020.

So in 2020, this, the St. John's Church there, aside from me, is, yes, you can. Every president since Madison has attended services there, and there's a few in the back where Abraham Lincoln used to go to during the Civil War. But yes, in 2020, the Black Lives Matter protesters are mostly, mostly peacefully lit the church on fire and. Which caused, which caused President Trump, in his iconic fashion, to walk across the lawn through Lafayette Square and raise his hand with the Bible in front of the, in front of the, in front of front of the sign out front of St. John's so, you know, I was hoping to see if anybody came out from the White House today, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I'm sure somebody will make some kind of public appearance in the next week or so here in the Black Lives Matter plaza, or as it's used to been known. But, yeah, this church, St. John's is very historic, very historic. And, you know, it's, it's good to see that there's no security there. Today. We did have some protests.

Hold on a second. Wait a minute. But, but, but, but, Kevin, hold on a second. Wait, I'm confused. Right? So we, we were told that this, this was the most important movement in America. We were told that BLM was the forefront of, of change and hope, and this was everything Obama had, had fought for. Where are all the protesters? Where's BLM today? Where are all these organizations? Remember, it was just organic. It was natural. Where was it? Where are the protesters today? How many people actually showed up for the, the deconstruction of BLM Plaza? Where, where are the millions of protesters in this totally organic movement?

Amen. I think it's been enough time. I think people need to just hear this plainly, and we covered the trial of Derek Chauvin. Day in, day out, I covered every single minute of it. And I'm just going to come out here and say something as plain as I can. Derek Chauvin did not murder George Floyd. Derek Chauvin, the police officer, did not murder George Floyd. We as a country need to have a system of criminal justice. We do. But we can't have a system of political justice, of woke justice. It was woke justice that put Derek Chauvin behind bars. It was woke justice that got O.J. simpson out of prison. Foreign Here we are back. Real America's Voice want to welcome in as well the Charlie Kirk audience for hour three on Salem Radio Network. So a couple years ago here on the program, I came out and was one of the first voices in conservative media to. To say this. And. And I'm just gonna point it out. Derek Chauvin did not murder George Floyd. There were a lot of conservative pundits who said that Derek Chauvin murdered George Floyd. And I get it. The videos, the images are horrific. The videos and images that came out that day were just something that people took. And we knew they were horrific, but at the same time, they were something that people really, I think, looked at and said, oh, my gosh, this is horrible. I don't want to see this. And they turned away and they said, get this off my screen. And they didn't want to actually deal with the facts of the matter. Whenever any viral video comes out, whenever any viral video comes out, you always have to ask this question. What happened 30 seconds prior? What happened 30 minutes prior? What happened before that? And what happened before that was a situation that was very complicated and involved drugs, involved fentanyl. It involved all that stuff. And when you don't look at that, we don't consider that. When instead you look at this one image over and over and over, that image takes over, and that's woke justice. And there were a lot of conservative pundits on that day, May 29, 2020, conservative pundits, conservative thought leaders, who said that Chauvin was murdering Floyd. Who said that Chauvin was murdering Floyd. I have all your tweets saved. And that just wasn't the case. These people didn't call, didn't wait for more information. They didn't wait for, for example, the autopsy, and if we can get that autopsy up again. So this is an image I made a couple of years ago, highlighting the fact. Highlighting the fact that there were. There was enough fentanyl in George Floyd's system. To kill a horse. We also have information that Floyd at this time, had a heart tumor. That was information that wasn't even included in the trial. So the question is, was this a fair trial? Of course it wasn't. We covered it here on the program extensively. But then the question becomes, what to do about this? What to do? Now, many have come out and said George Floyd, because he was not murdered by Chauvin, that Chauvin should receive a federal pardon. I've heard this from a lot of legal types, even spoken to some people that are close to the case, and they are saying that a pardon would not be beneficial for Chauvin. Chauvin doesn't need a pardon. What he needs is a new trial. I'm going to say that again. Chauvin doesn't need a pardon. Chauvin needs a new trial at the state level, and here's why. Because he took the federal plea deal to get into federal prison. The last. Because Chauvin, he's. Remember, he's convicted at the federal level and the state level. The federal charges essentially give him an upgrade in terms of the prison system to get him into the. To get him into a federal prison. Last time he was in state prison, he was stabbed 22 times and nearly killed. So a pardon for Derek Chauvin would mean his federal charges get pardoned, but his state charges are still on the books. And that conviction ain't getting pardoned because who's the governor of Minnesota? Oh, right. Tim Walls. That's psychopath. Talk about horses. So with Tim, that's never going to happen. The attorney general, Keith Ellison at the time. Now, what you're going to need is pressure for a court order through the appeal, separate trial, a new trial of Derek Chauvin because it was ridiculous. It was a miscarriage of justice. It was woke justice over. It was woke justice over. Real justice, true justice, fair justice. And that is what we stand for. That's what everyone in this country deserves. That's what George Floyd would have deserved. If George Floyd was in a similar situation, I would have argued that he deserves a fair trial as well, because that's the system we have.
