The Trump administration blocking the publication of research that tracked the safety of vaccines. An official from the Department of Health and Human Services tells ABC News that the FDA did not publish several studies that showed the COVID and shingles vaccines were safe because, quote, the authors drew broad conclusions that were not supported by the underlying data.

Denver Mayor Mike Johnston
On the steps of the City county building Monday, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston made it clear what his city thinks of the Trump administration's demand to roll back gun laws. Two letters written in similar formats made their way from Washington to Denver last week. The Department of Justice is demanding Denver repeal its ban on assault weapons. And Colorado stop enforcing its ban on large capacity magazines. If they don't, the Trump administration is threatening to sue.

bit different now in the war with Iran. President Trump announcing that he is pausing Project Freedom, that the US Military mission to escort ships through the Strait of Hormuz. President Trump committed to defeat the Indiana lawmakers who voted down his redistricting Push in our state.
Dana White
How did that go?
Jack Posobic
Well, for President Trump, Scott and his candidates, it went very well. That's because at least five sitting state senators lost their seats tonight to primary challengers endorsed by President Trump. Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board today's edition of Human Events Daily here on Real America's voice. Today is May 6, 2026 Anno Domini. Listen up, America. Last night in Indiana, we just witnessed a massive Turning Point victory. The Rhinos who thought that they could sit on their hands, refuse to redistrict their state, block President Trump's push to secure more Republican seats in Congress and put their own little club ahead of winning for the country. They got absolutely delivered what was coming to them. RINO status patrolled. Turning Point promised that they would receive an answer for these spineless rhinos. And thanks to Turning Point action, hitting the ground, dropping the mail, running the ads, mobilizing the Real America first base. That retribution has now been served hot. Ladies and gentlemen, it's called putting winning first. And the shoulder the voters showed up big league. Dan Dermilk, gone. Linda Rogers, gone. Travis Holdman, gone. Jim Buck, gone. After all those years. Greg Walker, gone. Rick Niemeyer, gone. Another one who voted against redistricting and sided with the Democrats on all of it. He thought that he could defy the American people. No. No. Jay Starkey took him out in District 6. Turning Point backed patriots like Trevor Devries, Brian Schmutzer, Blake Fleischer, Tracy Powell, Michelle Davis. The momentum that carried Jay Starkey to victory, it crushed these Rhinos. We're not talking about one election victory. We're talking about political muscle on full display. Turning Point action just proved that it is the most powerful grassroots operation in the Republican Party. Turning Point didn't just beat these Rhinos. They exposed the entire protection racket and showed the whole country that when the base gets organized, mobilized and funded, no entrenched insider is safe. This is the new reality. The days of rhinos hiding behind committee assignments and lobbyists cash flow are over. For President Trump and for maga, this victory is pure vindication. Trump says redistrict to maximize Republican seats and lock in the America first patriot agenda. And these holdouts tonight thought that they could slow walk it all and play both sides and play the game. The old pay to play style. We all remember what that was like. No? Today. Well, last night, the base delivered the message that President Trump has been sending for years. Crosses at your own peril. MAGA is not some sidelined group. No, MAGA is the Heart and soul of this country. And Turning Point is the tip of the spear politically, making sure that every elected official knows it for 2026. Guess what? This is the blueprint, baby. You don't think we're going to apply this to Pennsylvania? This is coming straight to Pennsylvania. This is coming straight to the Keystone State. Understand that this is the Trump populist wave. It is coming. You cannot stop it. Are we spiking the football? Yeah, we're spiking the football. And you watch. You just watch because we're going to spike that foot zone. We're going to continue to spike the football again and again. Right in the end zone of the rhino graveyard. Indiana proved it. No more rhino protection racket. Turning Point delivered. The voters delivered. And President Trump's vision will be delivered. America first will be delivered. And as they say, the best is yet to come. Hoosiers, you did it. Now we're going to take that fire into November and keep on going. The Second American Revolution continues. In fact, it's just getting started right back. Human events daily.
Dana White
Stand in our way. And our golden age has just begun.

This is Human Events with Jack Posober.
Jack Posobic
Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the Second American Revolution.
Rob Kendall
And then you have these idiot. Look, I've dubbed them Turning Point Bros. You know why? Because these guys, I see them on social media, I see them post, they remind me of 12, 13, 14 years ago. The people I used to run into at Kilroy's and Brothers in Broad Ripple. Except instead of trying to pick up chicks, they're trying to alter the governmental landscape in our state. It's the same. The same look, the same demeanor, the same arrogance. The same completely zero idea about what's going on, except, like, it was harmless when they were trying to pick up college girls. These people get in. It's going to empower these Turning Point Bros. Look, if these guys lose, they're going to get out of our state and never come back. We'll never have to see them or hear from them ever again. If they win, they're going to get emboldened. But in terms of actual enthusiasm, Turning Point USA has been parachuted into our state for the better part of, what, seven months now?
Jack Posobic
Well, Jack, we're back here. Human Events Daily. That was Rob Kendall, who I've never heard of before. He has about 2,000 followers on YouTube. So, I mean, my gosh, you know, really, really burning it up. Looks like he was fired from WIBC back in February. Used to host a program called Kendall and Casey. But gosh, you know, he was. He took a several weeks leave of absence and then is no longer. And then. I love this. Company representatives confirmed that Kendall is no longer with the station and wished him well on his future endeavors. Yeah, that's, that's, that's what it's called when you get put out to pasture. Yeah. Best of luck on your future endeavors. He sit up there ranting about the turning Point bros. Oh, the Turning Point bros. They come in and they just. They just start winning elections and there's no what to do. I'm just sitting here with my fake brick wall and I'm thinking, what can I do with my fake brick wall? Like, maybe I can. Maybe you can build yourself a house and go live in there and not bother anyone with your fake brick wall. Kendall. My gosh. You know, so. So this guy. And this, this aired, of course, before the stunning Turning Point victory last night in Indiana. It's such a turning point victory. It's a victory for patriots, It's a victory for America. It's a victory for the America First MAGA agend populism over this wing of like whatever you want to call these pencers. That's what they are. They're Mike Pencers. And they just, they're on the wrong side of history. It's really as simple as that. Someone who is not on the wrong side of history and someone who was there taking part on the ground as he always does. Ground operations, field operations. Generalissimo is Turning Point actions. Noah Formica, who was there going door to door and working the mail, working the foot soldiers all across Indiana. And he joins us now. Noah, how are you, brother?
Noah Formica
I'm great. How are you, Jack?
Jack Posobic
I'm doing great. As you. As you could tell, I'm a little, I'm a little. A little amped up. Do you. Have you heard of this guy, this, this Rob Kendall? Have you heard of him before?
Kevin Sorbo
Ever?
Noah Formica
I can't say I have. And I'll tell you what, I'm so glad our activism on the battlefield.
Jack Posobic
Well, we're giving him more views now than he's ever had. So, you know, we're doing, we're doing him actually a big favor. He's never had views like these.
Noah Formica
Yeah, I mean, just, I mean, I'm glad he's, you know, propping us up and, you know, spreading our message. I mean, truly. I mean, we live for these kind of liberal meltdowns. Truly. I mean, we saw a liberal meltdown like this with Jolie Spillsbury when she lost her Mesa City Council race against our Turning Point endorsed candidate. So, you know, let them just go off the rails. Let them cry like babies. We're just going to keep doing our activism, posting on social media, and if it offends them, too bad. We're going to keep having our great strides, our great victories.
Jack Posobic
No, and it, you know, it goes, it just goes to tell you. It just goes to tell you that when, when people underestimate Turning Point, when people underestimate where the people are, that's where they find themselves in places like this, ranting to a couple thousand followers on YouTube in front of, in front of a fake brick wall. And, and look, at the end of the day, it's not about, you know, how many followers you have or something like that or brand or whatever, anything like that. It's about actually meeting voters where they are. So walk us through what Turning Point Action did over these last. It's six, seven months. I remember it was November of last year when Turning Point Action came in and said, hey, the president is calling for this redistricting. The president is really pushing this up. And Indiana said no. They said, we're not going to go along with this. And so many of these state senators ended up siding with the Democrats. The bill failed. Now here we are, people remember that. Now here we are six months later. What Turning Point did was they didn't give up and take the ball and go home. They dug in on the ground and delivered a massive victory. Tell us the story.
Noah Formica
Absolutely. So as you, I mean, no, at the beginning, look at all these other Democrats, states that are just completely redistricting, taking away, trying to, you know, strip layer Republican majority. And then we have a deep red state like Indiana who isn't even going to redistrict a state where obviously it makes an impact and it's in the best interest of the constituents to do so. When they didn't vote on it, we were like, we, we have enough. We've had enough. We got to get rid of these people. We got to send them packing. So we endorse a great slate of candidates. As you know, we endorse nine candidates. Seven out of nine of those candidates have now won. And now it was tireless efforts, knocking doors, chasing ballots, talking to as many Hoosiers as possible, not just in Terre Hoot, but all across Indiana in some of these pivotal races. And I mean, as we were out there, we were really scaring, you know, the establishment rhinos who were trying to defend These seats, they were out knocking as well, and they couldn't even compete with our activism. We had dozens of field teams, field staff and volunteers as well, helping us in the fight, passing out literature, placing signs, you name it. Even on election night, Election day, we Woke up at 5:30 in the morning, 30 minutes, right before the polls open, set up our tables, set up our tents, talking as many voters as possible. It was quite the rainy day across Indiana. And as soon as the polls closed at 6, I'm sure a lot of us were sneezing, shivering and walking away knowing that we did our best. I know some of us were a little scared, not sure what was going to happen until, you know, boom, these results just started coming out, or Republican victory after Republican victory. And it isn't just Republican victories, it's MAGA victories. That's what we got yesterday, MAGA victories across Indiana. And it sends shockwaves against these people who think that they can get away with this. Not any longer. We're going to fight and we're going to make sure that we get our mandate and we defend this administration.
Jack Posobic
And this is so key because this is something that not only does it prove that you're meeting the voters where they are, but also that this is what the voters want. Talk to us about how receptive Hoosiers were when you were going out there meeting them and talking about these issues.
Noah Formica
Right. So a lot of the Hoosiers didn't know what was going on. They saw, you know, the Trump endorsed signs that we were planting all over, you know, Terre who Indiana, for the most part. They also saw the social media blast. But you know, the real impact how you went over the votes is knocking on that door, talking to that voter and making that neighborly face to face connection. And as we were reaching some of these people, I mean, some of them were on the fence. They're like, I don't know, you know, I like my current, you know, state senator. Why would I vote against him? Even though the other guy is endorsed by Trump, was like, well, do you understand he did this. Not voting for the redistricting effort that we all wanted. And then as soon as they kind of learned that, and just the impact this would have had just on international politics within Penn. I mean, just, you know, United States, they have immediately flipped. We flipped so many different voters from these establishment candidates to our candidates just by meeting them face to face, talking to them at the polls, anywhere we can get, not even just at the door, but we were texting them, sending phone calls, any kind of voter contact we could do. We were doing it day in and day out.
Jack Posobic
They're calling it the Hoosier Hurricane. People who came out and said, you know what? Enough is up. Because so many of these races, by the way, they're just not. No, you know, this from Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania state senators, Indiana state senators, they're just not used to getting this level of national scrutiny. They're used to kind of flying under the radar and they just sort of go along to get along. They take their. They take their checks, they take their lobbyist cash. They do whatever they're asked of and nobody really ever pays that much attention.
Noah Formica
Oh, absolutely. And I mean, it's terrible here in Pennsylvania. We have quite an establishment, Rhinos. And a lot of these people literally run just to be career politicians. As you know, in Pennsylvania, people are making six figures just for being state reps and state senators. That's abysmal. And then they're not even doing the will of the constituent base. Pennsylvania's got a serious issue. And I think what this Indiana election just sends to these people is maybe we're on the table, maybe we're next. And that's what these people in Pennsylvania need to look at right now. We're coming for you. We're going to come for you guys if you go against our will, our mandate as Republicans. And that's why I'm also running for state committee, FYI, just to get in there and do my little impact.
Jack Posobic
Hey, Jack Posobic endorsed. Noah Formica. I appreciate you signs Posto endorsed. No, but it goes to show you that. That people are. People want accountability and people are willing to deliver that message, that when they see accountability because they have a sense, they sense that things are not going the way they want. They have a sense that politics as usual was not working. And people want to deliver that message. They want to deliver a message that it's real simple. It's real simple. We're going to throw the bums out. It's always been the message of maga. It's always been the message that's delivered MAGA for so many years. In 2016, in 2020. Yes, I do say that. And in 2024, that it's always been about 20. The working class, the working parties, the middle class versus the establishment versus the elite. And that is an elite uniparty that strides both sides of the aisle. All right, you got to go through the bad Republicans before you can talk about the Democrats. No, we don't want to just focus on one side. We Want to focus on both. As the Lord himself said, as the Lord himself says, take out the spec in your own. Do not point out the spec in your neighbor's eye before you take out the log in your own. Be right back here. Jack Posobic, Human Events Daily.

So we're talking about turning point action, the stunning victory here. But, but Noah, there's, there's another piece to this beyond. It's, it's having the right message, that's for sure.
Kevin Sorbo
Have.
Jack Posobic
Having what? The voters, you know, listening to voters, communicating with voters. But talk to us a little bit about the targeting. Talk to us a little bit about the formula, the fact that this wasn't something we're turning point action. Like the guy was saying there, you know, Rob Kendo or whatever was saying. Oh, Rob Kendall. Is that his name? Ken doll. He thinks he's a Ken Doll. I guess he, he was saying that, oh, you know, they just floated in and did all this. But it's not like that, is it? It's actually understanding the area, doing the micro targeting, trying to reach out to people who are low propensity voters. Walk us through a little bit of the formula here. And the system, which, by the way, and this is so key, is replicable.
Noah Formica
Absolutely. So a little bit of a nerdy talk. So if you know there's a specific scale within politics is low propensity versus high propensity. High propensity typically tends to be threes and fours. Low propensity typically is ones, twos, pretty much the formula. What we do at Turning Point Action is not only do we target the ones and twos, whenever we finish those guys up, then we go after the threes. When we finish those guys up, then we go after the fours. How do you go after the low propensity voters? Well, in a lot of our swing states, we chase those ballots, we knock on that door not just once, not just twice, not just three times. I could keep counting. That's how many times the leftists are knocking on these doors until they get that person to vote in lockstep. That's what they're doing constantly in key states like Pennsylvania, key states like Arizona, they're constantly out there beating that drum. And Turning Point Action, we're beating that drum as well on a daily basis, talking to our voters, just like the Democrats are, you know, finding them where they're at, using that be neighborly strategy, which if you're like, what is be neighborly? It's just building that personal connection with the voter at the door, letting them know that, like, hey, we're not just there to earn your vote. We're also there to make sure that, you know, we're going to be your friend, we're going to help take care of you, whatever you need, all kinds of stuff. That's what Turning Point Action tells people to do within their territories as well, that they operate in is just that, the neighborly strategy. And as you utilize that strategy, not only are you going to get the ones and twos out the vote, but you're going to get all kinds of different people, the persuadables, who kind of meet in the middle to come over to the Republican side as well.
Jack Posobic
And so those ones to those numbers. So people understand this, the way it works is we're not, we're not assigning that number randomly. So that is how many of the past four elections you have voted in, that includes primary elections. So if you have voted in all four of the most recent four elections, so primary and general 1, 2, 3, 4. The that means you're an extremely high propensity voter. Right? Not, not many people go and do that. A lot of people you'll see, they vote in. There's a huge number of people who are low propensity that probably vote only in presidential elections in the general election. So that might, that makes you a 1 of 4 or as we go on, you may not even have voted since that election and that means you're registered but you haven't voted all. You might be a 0 for election voter at that point. And what's incredible about those is to your point, when you're in a turn election, which these low, you know, low turnout midterms always are, it's all about juicing up your base. It's all about getting it out that every time you convert a non voter, someone who wouldn't have voted in a midterm race to a voter, that is net gain. So that's a net gain that you would not have necessarily already had. But to your point, you've got to knock on that. You've got to knock on the door. Trying to remember Tyler Boyer. He had the number. It was, I think it's like six or seven times or six or seven contacts before that that person goes from a nonvoter to a voter.
Noah Formica
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, and it kind of, for those listening, it sounds extreme to knock on that door that many times. But like I said, the leftists are doing it in lockstep. They're sending all their paid people to these different swing states and I mean they're doing it in Pittsburgh all the time just to get people, terrible politicians like Summerly across the finish line on a daily basis. And they're doing it in Pennsylvania where they're targeting three specific congressional seats. Scott Perry, Rob Bresnahan, Brian McKenzie. I mean the list could go on of all the different targets. It just is in Congress they're going after state reps, state senate, they're ballot chasing for every single position up and down the ballot. If Republicans just do the exact same kind of mentality when they're out there on the battlefield training up volunteers well to do this kind of ballot chase operation, then we're going to have great successes like we just had in Indiana that be neighborly strategy works effectively anywhere and we can most certainly do that in all of our swing states and make sure that we have truly a red resurgence.
Jack Posobic
And actually by the way, I just pulled up Tyler's tweet about this from I was Trying to remember the sweetie he had. So he wasn't just talking about door knocking, but he was talking about overall. You know, this could include seeing someone sign or seeing a billboard or hearing an ad. He says in elections, we've collected data that suggests it's closer to 40, 40 interactions before someone goes from a nonvoter to a voter. And that's huge. That's twice as much as marketing. But I tell you what, this thing works in Indiana and it is going to work in Pennsylvania as well, because I know there's some very interesting state senate races coming up that a lot of people are looking at. Noah, for Micah, if anyone wants to get involved, Pennsylvania or any other of the key states, where can they go?
Noah Formica
All right, so you can go to tpaction.com get involved tpaction.com coalitions. If you're looking to get in touch with me personally, I'm more than happy to help get you involved. Go to my twitter handle @NPRMICA GOP. Go to any social media page. Happy to get you connected.

One of the hardest working men in politics. Take a victory lap, Noah. You deserve it. As well as everyone else who is out there working the. Working the ground for Turning Point action and for America. Right back.

Where's Jack? Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news

and these are the guys who'd be getting policies.
Jack Posobic
All right, folks are back. Jack Posobic here. Live Human Events Daily. Real America's Voice. And folks, if you're anything like me, you know something? You. You get off of your habits. You get off of your routines. Life gets busy and, you know, you lose the habits and they're so hard to get back. You start slipping. You go into desserts, you get into late night eating, you skip your workouts. You know, something is just off. But now that we're coming into spring, the winter's over, right? Winter's over. It's time for a reset. And that's what we did in the Poso household. We decided to make a spring reset. And what we did with the Poso family is that we made a fresh start with COVID Pure when it comes to our water. And here's the thing. Every time somebody wants to jump into something new, like a new diet or a new workout, they completely ignore the most important basic thing, your water. Even mild dehydration impacts your Energy, your focus, your metabolism. When you think about all the garbage that's in our water, you're starting behind the curve before you even begin. Well, Cove Pure is clear. Wave technology is certified to remove up to 99.9% of contaminants. That's pretty much anything that isn't water. PFAs, microplastics, pharmaceutical residue, fluoride, it all gets removed. It's the purest water you can get. And what I love most about COVID Pure is that it lets you choose the temperature of your water. Hot, cold, warm. And it makes your water taste so good. Pure and clean, with no aftertaste. Co pure makes it so easy. You get pure water with the push of a button. So in the big two, six, it is time to improve your health. Right now with clean water right now, you can get $200 off for a limited time if you use my link code. Pure.com/poso that c o v p u r e.com/poso to start the new year. Right. You know, I got some comments in from the last time that I did this read. And people are saying, oh, poso, you're up there, you're doing the, you're doing the, the water filter ad with, with the Philly pronunciation, you see, talking about water. And you know, instead of saying water and not saying water, well, you know what, in Philly it is called water. In the Philadelphia area, that is the correct pronunciation. How do I know this? Because that's where America was founded. So obviously that is the original pronunciation. It's really as simple as that. Seriously, though, my kids love it. We call it, they call it super water. We get it for all the baseball games. It's awesome. Try it out. You'll love it. Cove Pure.com poso want to get on Kevin Sorbo here because something that he and I have been talking about for quite some time actually may have led to something big, a huge change up in the entertainment landscape. Kevin, how are you?
Kevin Sorbo
Good, how you doing? Look, I got to go off your commercial there because I lived in New Zealand seven years filming Hercules, and they always, you know, I always call it schedule. And they say, no, it's schedule. And I said schedule. 340 million of us and 5 million of you. It's schedule. Now you say school. They don't say, sure, but I had to put it in because I thought it was too funny.
Jack Posobic
No, it's ridiculous. No, it's, it's like I'm going to keep doing this water. It's 100%. It's water. That's how it go. I guess that maybe that is closer to British. I don't know. Water, Water, Water. That's. I'm saying that's the original one. Yeah. I guess it's closer to the British. Yeah. But no, speaking of entertainment and speaking of, obviously, your incredible efforts to. And contributions to it over so many years, decades, at this point, that we had this crazy situation with Warner Brothers, Paramount versus Netflix. And Netflix, this was something. And you've been talking about this for a long time. I've been talking about it where Netflix and so many of these big studios have just gone so insanely woke that people are done with it. They don't want that crap anymore. And now Paramount has come in and actually won out in the bidding war over Warner Brothers. I actually kind of see this as a positive thing because I think Netflix has just gone down the tubes, and it sucks because they could be a great service. But I wanted to get your sense on it.
Kevin Sorbo
Look, I did it. I did a movie that I directed that my wife wrote, actually, and I was called Let There Be Light. Came out in 2018. Here's a $3 million movie up against a $300 million movie called Ragnarok. And we opened number two per screen average. Number two per screen average. I get a call after opening weekend Monday from Netflix saying, we want to open a family inspirational movie division here at Netflix. We want you to run it. I go to this one. I'm still living in la, so I go to their offices there in Hollywood. I had four meetings over four months with these guys. Ultimately, they did nothing, because ultimately, they don't like any movie that has God in it or faith or redemption or hope or laughter, because they keep putting out this crap out there that people got tired of. Disney sort of led the way in the movie world because if you look at the movies, they came out from 2020 to 2023, they lost close to $2 billion. Now they can say all they want about, you know, the wonderful worlds and wonderful things of.
Jack Posobic
I think, guys, do we lose audio there from. From Kevin? Okay, I think we think we may have lost some of the audio there. So, guys, we're gonna. We're gonna try to bring that up real quick. I'm not sure if he hit the. Remember, there's something muted or something needs to get reset, but let's. Yeah, let's just fix that out, because he was. He was popping it off, and I just can't. I don't know what happened there, but no, he's. He's exactly right. What? He's. Oh, wait, Kevin, do I have you back?
Kevin Sorbo
I'm back.
Jack Posobic
Oh, that's weird. A little. Little glitch in the Matrix, I guess. Please continue.
Kevin Sorbo
Yeah, no, what I'm saying. But, you know, Hollywood runs. It's. It's. It's. It's. The industry of Hollywood runs pretty much the way world of China runs. This country, they want to squash the world under communism, their. Their countrymen, but they run their. Their country under. Under capitalism, and they love it. And Hollywood wants to make money, but at the same time, they want to put the product they put out there. That's not going to make money.
Jack Posobic
No.
Kevin Sorbo
And it's simple. Okay.
Jack Posobic
Oh, no, no, no, no. It's really simple. So. So you got a guy, you get these guys on Netflix. They're putting up. And ultimately. And Disney is the same way, they actually don't care that they lose money because they're actually trying to get the propaganda over the target. That's what they want. They want the propaganda in front of your children. They want the trans in front of your children, like they were doing over and over in these cases. And by the way, I heard. I heard some stuff recently that, like, some of the Netflix guys were coming over saying, oh, we're actually, you know, we're actually big supporters of what you guys do and all this. I said, you know what? You know, if you guys. If that's true, right, if that's true, then fix your content.
Kevin Sorbo
All right?
Jack Posobic
Listen to something that we say for five seconds, because I don't want to. And we don't do this. We don't let our kids just sit on Netflix and pick whatever they want or something like that, because we don't have it. But, you know, for kids that are out there, they're going to sit around and turn on something and they're going to get nonsense, wokeism, lgbt, whatever pumped into their content, and they think they're just putting on something totally normal. It's ridiculous.
Kevin Sorbo
Yeah. Here's more of a conspiracy theory. They're losing billions of dollars. My mindset was, I wouldn't be surprised if The Democrats in D.C. are funneling our taxpayer money under the table and say, just keep doing what you're doing. We see all the fraud out there. Why would that be any different? I mean, all my conspiracy theories that made me lose 4 million followers on Facebook during COVID All of my conspiracy theories, of course, came true, but I still can't get back on Facebook. So go figure. That one out. But it's interesting, when somebody comes in and buys up Warner Brothers that has a conservative bend to his politics, they go crazy. Anything left of Hollywood, because let's face it, Hollywood's gone so far left. JFK would be a conservative today. Look at his 1960 inauguration speech. That would make him conservative. But everything kept moving more and more left. So anybody comes in a little bit more right than Hollywood, they just have a heart attack and flip out. And I think the Warner Brothers are going to go back to the way they started, because the Warner Brothers, when they started that company back 100 years ago, they were conservatives and maybe get a little bit back into Hollywood and maybe get a little to give the courage that people step out because the gays are fully out of the closet. It's the conservatives in the closet in Hollywood today.
Jack Posobic
No, 100%, that's. That is the new blacklisting, the new black markets. Obviously you knew, you know, full well, the scarlet letter, as it were, that, you know, you come out and you say that, you know, you're a Christian, that you're outspoken, that you believe in God, that you, you actually think that these things matter, that you actually believe in traditional morality, and suddenly you are your Persona non grata.
Kevin Sorbo
Yep. Kind of the way they work it. So people should follow me on sorbo studios.com sorbo studios.com I got four wonderful movies coming out soon. I got two documentaries. My latest movie will be out on screens in October. I gotta give a push for it. It's called the Flood, the End of Mankind. So I went Old Testament on Hollywood and actually did it the way the Bible wants it to be done. And I play Noah in the movie, so check it out. There you go.
Jack Posobic
Oh, that's incredible. Because we, we need, we need a little bit of Old Testament. And by the way, there's something about that story where it, when you, when you hear the story of Noah for the first time and you realize how ancient it is and how it's been part of our society from time immemorial, right from the actual flood itself, we, you know, you realize there's a reason that people still today find it so fascinating and that people still want to find more of it. There's still more pieces of it yet to be explored because it is, it's that great idea. It's that great idea that God may come and press the reset button yet again and what side of that you want to be on. And I've always thought that that's. And that but then through that, having faith and having redemption and the idea that, you know, what do you, what are you building this giant boat for? No. And he said, it's got to be done. You guys aren't listening, man. I, I, I, I feel like that so many times. I know the feeling. Kevin Sorbo, this is a great, great situation. Obviously, we're talking about the wonderful victory that, well, I should say the wonderful failure of Netflix to purchase Warner Brothers. Right back. Human Events Daily. Can I ask you about something else after the break? We're going to call this the Jack Posobic Appreciation Hour. I can say confidently, I believe, I
Kevin Sorbo
think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobic.
Jack Posobic
And that is, I'm honest. All right, folks, we're back. Jack Posobic, Human Events Daily. We're on with the great Kevin Sorbo. And just yesterday, President Trump made a huge announcement that signed the executive order. He is reinstating the Presidential Fitness Test in public schools nationwide. And this is an incredible achievement, I think it is. We had Kevin on and I wanted to get his take on it because people know that the Presidential Fitness Test existed from the 1950s all the way up to 2013. But people don't always remember that it was Barack Obama that actually took away the Presidential Fitness Test. And in fact, it was first instituted in the 50s during what, the Cold War, to show that Americans, or be assigned, that our system was better than the Soviets. It was always meant to be anti communist and always meant to have this competitive spirit. So, Kevin, I wanted to ask you, what is the importance of the Presidential Fitness Test? Why? Just having a sort of general fitness program isn't the same thing. Having standards, having competition, having metrics. Why does this matter so much to young people?
Kevin Sorbo
Well, because we're the most obese country in the world. You look at the difference of college students. Well, you look at the high school photos and college photos of students back.
Jack Posobic
I was trying to be nice. I was trying to be nice, but
Kevin Sorbo
yes, you're not going to be nice. Look, I think the president should lead the ways. That means he's going to stop his Big Macs and French fries. I don't know that's going to happen, but.
Jack Posobic
Oh, wow, he's serious.
Kevin Sorbo
Look, look, look.
Jack Posobic
You were serious about when you're going Old Testament, huh?
Kevin Sorbo
No, look, I ran my own after school program with the number one after school program for 20 years when I lived in LA. It's called a World Fit for Kids. And with A three hour program. Their first hour was physical fitness. We didn't force kids to do basketball if they wanted to do dance or they wanted to do something, but they had to do something physical for one hour because it's a no brainer. After an hour of physical exercise, your retention and attention levels spike. In the next hour, we dealt with the school problems. What do you got? I'm failing math, I'm failing biology. We had all these people in there working with them. Third hour is working with them to build up their self esteem and say, look what's going on. I'm 16 years old, I'm pregnant. What am I going to do? So we were there. We did such a better job than LA Unified. LA Unified is the second worst school system in the country. You got it over there. And then I live now on the east coast too, but Baltimore is number one. And what's wrong with it? Because the school system is totally broken, as you know. And it's great to get back to get these kids to exercise. They're taking gym classes out of schools and everything. They've taken music out of school. There's a lot of things they should have that they still have in there. But I love the fact that president's bringing back. I think it's a no brainer.
Jack Posobic
Well, and not only is the President bringing this back, but I'm actually being told that the President's holding and guys, do we have this feed? He's holding a surprise meeting with UFC fighters in the Oval Office right now. Guys, can we take this? Can we get to this?
Dana White
Very special. And a friend of mine, Justin Gaethje, who is just a fighter like you've never seen. You see the kind of pounding he'll take and then all of a sudden it's over. And the other guy's not in good shape. Right.
Justin Gaethje
It's a crazy game.
Dana White
Not in good shape. So these are the. These are the toughest people. These are the greatest fighters in the world. They're all champions. And they'll be fighting against very tough people also. But, but I think you always go in thinking you're going to win, but they're fighting against. They're Olympians. They come from all over the world. Some come from extreme poverty, some come from. Not too many people come from Fifth Avenue for the most part. I would say Fifth Avenue is not well covered in this sport, but it's a special group of people with tremendous heart and really tremendous talent. And, and I really believe you're probably born with the punch and you're born with an ability to take a punch, too. I was talking to Dana White last night. He was talking about that some people can take a punch and some people can't. And in life, it's always good to be able to do that. And if you guys want to say anything, I don't want to pick out individual, but if you want to say anything, you could. But we're going to see you all here on June 14th.
Justin Gaethje
What are the unbelievable honor. I mean, I'm not sure many know how. How big of a part you were to the UFC coming out, coming on and becoming mainstream in the early 90s when nobody would let us and nobody believed in us, and they thought we were just absolute animals. And you gave us a chance to fight in your property.
Dana White
Well, they're right about that.
Justin Gaethje
Well, yeah, some way, we just. Yeah, I mean, it's. It's truly an honor. It's awesome that your birthday. Awesome. It's Flag Day. Wonderful to represent this country. You know, these guys aren't from this country, but I'm sure it's an honor to them as well. But I think we'd be 10 years behind if it wasn't for you, so thank you for that.
Dana White
Well, Justin, it's great being with you. You know, what he's saying is right. They couldn't get. Dana says it better than anybody can say. They couldn't get any arenas because it was so violent that they couldn't get arenas. I was able to give them, I guess, the first four or five fights.
Justin Gaethje
Yep.
Dana White
And I went and I said, this sport is unbelievable. They had some of the greatest fighting I've ever seen. And it's. It's continued on now. It's really at a new level because the talent is.
Jack Posobic
That's incredible. So you got President Trump right there with the main eventers. You got to pour your got Gage there. They're going to be fighting on the White House lawn. The fact that he's even holding about on the White House lawn is. Is, like, terrifying to some people. But I remember Teddy Roosevelt used to, you know, do stuff like this, and it just, It. You know, Kevin, I actually didn't realize the President was gonna be doing this kind of a surprise. But it goes directly to what we're talking about, isn't it?
Kevin Sorbo
Oh, sure. No question. I love that he's not afraid to step out. I mean, he's not a politician, he's a businessman. Look, I met him 21 years ago. We golf together at a charity event up in Lake Tahoe. And I told him during lunch, I said, donald, when I can call him Donald. He was doing the Apprentice. And I said, I've always thought a businessman should run America, not a politician. I'm sick of these politicians. And he said, yeah, that'd probably be a good idea. So when he came 10 years later, coming down the escalator announcing his running for president, I just have to say thank you to the rest of the world. I planted the seed.
Jack Posobic
Oh, exactly right. But you're right, though. A businessman looks at the opportunities, he looks at the challenges and says, what can we do to get it across? Whereas a politician just thinks, how can I get reelected? What do I need to say to get reelected? What's the bare minimum I could do to get some contracts? And we were just talking earlier about some of these rhinos and the do nothings in Indiana. Hopefully we're going to be able to take care of some in Pennsylvania as well. But it's not about that. It's about actually putting up wind and showing leadership. And that's something where, you know, I'll just say this because I got, I've got small kids and they look at the president and he is setting a tone. He's setting an example for them in a way. You know, surrounding himself with fighters, talking about fitness, the things that he's doing, the things that he's pushing for. That is something that, that the American kids see going forward and continue to see. When they saw him get up at Butler after, you know, just being shot and get up and saying, fight, fight, fight. When he goes up and gives a press conference, just, you know what? Two weeks ago, after a guy tried to bow him down at the White House correspondence dinner, and he still keeps going. These are all things that make that imprint, just like you're saying on the young people of America.
Kevin Sorbo
Yeah, that's what makes him such a great leader. I mean, he's not, he's not owing things to other people. All these politicians take millions of dol while they're trying to get elected for a job that pays one tenth of that, and all of a sudden they're owned if they get in office. And they got to do the favors for those people, not for the American people. We need to get back to teaching civics in our schools because it is we the people. But people have totally forgotten about that. And I think one of the biggest killers in American politics today is apathy. And people need to wake up and start fighting back. I'm very concerned about the midterms. I think The Republican Party needs to wake up and not let go of any kind of progress we've made so far, otherwise this country could be in very big trouble.
Jack Posobic
No, I think it's exactly right. And I hope that Indiana was a shot in the arm last night to remind people that, hey, we get in there, we do the work, we actually get turning point action, fired up and moving, meeting with the people, making those voter contacts again and again. And having the right message, right, Actually having the right message and putting up wins, that's something that shows that can actually win elections. And all of this, all this is so tied together. And I'll just throw it to you for the last minute again because as Andrew Breitbart taught us, politics comes downstream of culture.
Kevin Sorbo
Andrew quite well. I got to know him through Gary Sinise and a couple other people in Hollywood when we had a full force going with friends of ABE where we found that there was at least 2,500 people on both sides of the camera in Hollywood that aren't liberal, that they believe in America and believe what the founders of America were, their dream was. And when I met, when he passed away, I still, there's my consciousness conspiracy thing I won't go into right now. But Andrew was, he was a great guy and it was, it was, he was, he became a very good friend of my wife and I and I'm glad that he was there to sort of plant the seed for a lot of people in today's political world.
Jack Posobic
Absolutely. And, and just a reminder for everyone
Kevin Sorbo
at Sorbo Studios, Storbo Studios.com Go to Sorbo Studios.com all kinds of information on there about upcoming movies and other things.
Jack Posobic
You're going to love it. Folks, folks, Sorbo Studios. We're taking back culture, we're taking back fitness and we're taking back America. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay a short fight you've ever seen.
Dana White
And they say this is the greatest sport. I could do it. You know, I'd rather sink a three footer personally. But these, there's no better thing to watch than this. And Justin is known as just one of the truly obviously talented and everything else but he's got, got more heart and he just has an ability. They call it a motor. He's got a motor that doesn't stop. And that's. It all starts right up here.
Justin Gaethje
Yep, here and here. And I mean I learned that going up to small town Stafford, Arizona, copper, cattle and cotton, that's what we do down there. Three generations in the copper mine. So like you said, none of us come from opportunity or wealth. And this is one of the true, truest merit based systems in the world. This sport right here. Everybody has an opportunity and we all get a chance and we will get a chance. And so of course my faith is as strong as his and I've committed my whole life to this. And so to have a president that's willing to go against an upstream and against the norms is truly special. It's why you got my vote and it's why we're such a great nation right now compared to where we were.
Dana White
Well, we all love you. He's got tremendous fan base. Each one of these people, these in the sporting world, really, because I think most of the sporting world is watching the ufc. But Dana White was here last night, we were talking about it. He said they've never had anything like what's happening. They all, the problem was everybody wanted to fight. You know, we had so many guys. They all, they all say we want to fight at the White House.
Justin Gaethje
But they all said we don't want to because the optics of them, they, they cried when they didn't get on outside.
Dana White
That's right now they're crying, but it's true. But anyway, so they're going to go outside, they're going to have some pictures taken on the balcony, the Truman Balcony, I think they're going up to Truman and there's a beautiful balcony on the White House. And do you have any questions? Only for the fighters now, I think is, I mean, they want to ask about Iran and a couple of other
Jack Posobic
things I could try on Iran.
Dana White
Go ahead, go ahead.
Kevin Sorbo
I'll break this.
Jack Posobic
I guess that's fighting.
Title: Trump & TPAction: The Hoosier Hurricane

This packed episode celebrates a pivotal political victory for MAGA and TPAction in Indiana, presenting it as a template for Republican insurgency nationwide. The show's tone is combative yet methodical, with an undercurrent of cultural renewal through fitness, faith, and media. The interplay between Jack, grassroots leaders like Noah Formica, and cultural voices like Kevin Sorbo reinforces the thesis: political change requires coordinated action in both ballots and culture, and the “Second American Revolution” is just getting started.
