Starr Hawkins is a celebrity trainer, Pilates instructor, and mother who has built a thriving fitness career while overcoming incredible odds. Growing up in a multiracial, broken home, Starr faced challenges early on, including navigating life with a mother battling substance abuse. This experience later mirrored her own journey with addiction.

Today, Starr is proudly sober and uses her platforms to inspire others through accessible fitness programs.
