About Tatiana:

Tatiana Lampa was born and raised in Queens, NY, and now lives in South Florida. Tatiana has a Nutrition & Exercise Sciences degree and is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. She also founded and created the Training with T App and a one-on-one online coaching business.

Tatiana started her career as a fitness professional almost ten years ago in NYC and specializes in helping women decrease back pain with strength training and Pilates. Tatiana has trained hundreds of clients worldwide and worked alongside many fitness brands and magazines such as Women's Health, Health, Good Housekeeping, and more.
