According to two people with direct knowledge of the proceedings. Imagine you're on the board of the Kennedy center and you think, oh, my gosh, I would rather placate to Donald Trump's pathetic ego than follow the rule of law from a federal judge.

First of all, I think everyone that's on that board is paid for by Donald Trump. He owns them. To a certain extent, I think this is a larger symptom of Donald Trump simply thinking that he doesn't have to follow the law because he's got the Supreme Court in his pocket. And in Trump versus United States, they basically told him, you can do whatever you want. And so that's a. This is a. I think, a symptom of that. You see him. He just doesn't care. And what a poor example that is for the rest of the country and everyone else, because we all have to live by the rule of law. We all have to follow the fact that you can read a federal judge's order and just blatantly say, I'm going to defy that order. I don't care. That's chilling. That starts to be the breakdown of a democracy when you can do things like that.

And the fact that he's in front of the employees of the Department of Justice with this cavalier music that they played in the backdrop as if their savior has come home and it's like a John Wayne movie, like he's riding up on his horse, is despicable. I mean, the only way that they can restore integrity in the Department of Justice is to remove his ass immediately. That would be the only thing. It's like these guys put a suit on, stand in front of the American flag, go to one of these speeches, and that they just say all of this bullshit and they think that they can forget all of these things that they've done that are easily provable, that disprove all of the things they're talking about. It's like you can just go have this circle jerk and say integrity and say respect and say this and say that without any, Any verification of truth, any. Any fact checking that all of the things that he's saying are complete and utter bullshit.

Every day that these corporations propagandize to the American public. Because at the end of the day, they don't give a. About the truth.

every single time on this exact same day. Josh, the DOJ is warned about covering up the Epstein files. Pop this up. CNN is reporting a federal judge gave a chilling warning to Justice Department lawyers fighting the further releases of documents tied to Jeffrey Epstein. If they don't comply with the court orders, contempt proceedings could ruin their futures. Epstein judge says the public has a right to Know what the hell is going.

This is a pretty fascinating piece. And I read this yesterday, and all of this is based on the lawsuit that Katie Fang brought against the Department of Justice. And I don't know her, but she's doing fabulous. Incredible. And it's ironic that you've got Todd Blanche with this cavalier music giving a speech about integrity in the Department of Justice. And then just across the way in D.C. in a district court of the District of Columbia, you've got Judge Sullivan, this federal judge, absolutely annihi. This United States Attorney, Andrew Block is his name in this lawsuit that Katie Fang brought. And he's being. His ass is basically being chewed out because he's not prepared and he. And he's not being honest with the court. And he can't give the court a date in which he'll comply with the court's orders regarding these unredactions in the documents that Ms. Fang has requested. So there's a lot of irony here that it's unheard of for lawyers like myself to think that an AUSA would appear in front of a federal judge, number one, not comply with their order, number two, not be prepared, and number three, just completely get dressed down, get an ass chewing like Mr. Block got yesterday. And Katie Fang does a really good job sort of describing this on her substack. I listened to it yesterday and it was pretty fascinating because we talk about how the bar has been lowered so much with the United States Attorney's office in the Department of Justice based on this administration's leadership. And it's real and it's true and she talks about it.

All right now we have some new reporting on Trump's fascist crackdown on ICE protests. Pop this up. New DHS agents in Minnesota conducted huge spying campaign on left wing groups and people at the height of ICE protests earlier this year. Undercover agents, infiltration of group chats, subpoenas for labor union financial records. And it goes on to say, put up the next slide in another investigator scrutinized three years worth of wire transfers made by the nation's biggest health care workers union, the Service Employees International Union, and what they referred to as an inquiry into domestic terrorist financing. This is unbelievable because the domestic terrorists are the Trump regime. The domestic terrorists are the Republican senators and congressmen who are helping the most incompetent, demented, obese, infirm piece of president dismantle our country in real time. Because the only thing these Republicans are good at is. Is kissing ass. That's it.

And it's his way of trying to take down any, any group, any party, any opposition party that thinks or believes contrary to him. Then he goes after him. This is similar to, in my opinion, the indictment against the Southern Poverty Law center, where they dress something up as fraud under the statute, just as a means to be able to investigate it when there's no legal basis, no foundation for it. That's what we're dealing with and it doesn't. None of this surprises any of us with this government. He's basically said, I'm going to come after anyone who thinks differently than me. I'm going to use all the means necessary. I'm going to indict, I'm going to use doj. It's his doj. I mean, all of this is expected conduct from this man. And the media needs to do a better job calling this stuff out.

and then in a really interesting turn of events, RFK Jr. And I know all of you unfortunately have heard him speak. And to illustrate just how incompetent the people in the Trump regime are, it's not just the person that we're talking about, it's everybody around them, too. Anybody who loves RFK Jr. Would say, I don't think podcasting would be a great format for you because of your voice. And I mean no disrespect to him regarding some sort of health condition he has. But then I also see in the comments, sometimes people write the nation's most anticipated obituary and I'm like, okay, yeah, I totally see that. But then is that what we want? Do we want this man just like suddenly dying in his sleep, or do we want him in prison? And then we want a toothpick placed here and a toothpick placed here to prod his eyes open and then a live stream of real patriots going and chiseling out his name on the Kennedy center and then tearing down all the gold and we just have tons of television screens in front of him as watches us dismantle all of his horrible, tacky, white trash vanity projects. That to me seems more like justice.

I can't disagree with that. I think you make a very valid point. And, and just one thing about Robert Kennedy. Is he really the person that needs to be on point talking about people's health and stuff? When you, when you hear him speak, it sounds like he's about to keel over and die. I mean, I don't know if that's a medical condition or not. I'm certainly not to be mean, but he can barely. It sounds like he's got COPD. Like he's about 85 years old. He smoked for about 50 years. I'm not sure that he needs to be the point man on health in, in this country. On, you know, that's just a thought.

And he's literally six inches away from Donald Trump and he's talking like this Donald Trump is full blown rem. He's full blown asleep. You can sleep through RFK being in an earshot. I mean, literally, like, he's right. He's right here. Here's where Donald Trump's completely asleep. And then I think he only wakes up when he farts. And I've seen this on, like, Instagram. I don't know if it's. If people are AI ing the fart in, but I'm gonna go with it. I saw it. I saw it on the Tech Oligarchs website. I'm going that he sharted and that's what woke him up. But not RFK Jr. S voice. And so go ahead.

Well, my favorite thing is when he's asleep and everyone's around him, they still feel compelled to have to kiss his ass. Even though he's asleep, he's unaware that they're kissing his ass. And sometimes they even double down and kiss it, like double the amount when he's sleeping. He's not recognizing that you're kissing his ass.

So, you know, our friend Ruth, Ben Guyot, she pointed out something really interesting about the taxpayer funded naps. It's not so much that he's doing it. We all see senior citizens kind of fall asleep in easy places. It's that everybody around him standing behind the oval just continues going on and says he gets to do whatever he wants with impunity. Where in any other normal situation, if you were in court and you fell asleep during one of your trials, everybody would stop and make you wake up because you're at your job. But Trump is at his job, being the President of the United States, taking taxpayer fund naps. And not one person, not one will nudge him and say, hey, big guy, you're asleep. You're asleep at work. You need to wake up. None of us, not one of us. Could you imagine me podcasting here and I'm like, you know, and I wake up, oh, God, what happened there? I mean, I wouldn't have an audience.

I think what you're getting at is that, and this is what people get mad about with Trump is the fact that he has somehow lived a life free of consequence. He's free of consequences. He doesn't have to, in his opinion, stay awake. You know, when people are speaking in the White House. He doesn't have to listen to a federal judge about removing his name from the Kennedy Center. He doesn't have to follow the rule of law as it relates to ICE being able to search and deport citizens. And he just thinks that he can do whatever he wants free of consequences.

And he does it because he's allowed to do it by this Congress and more importantly, this Supreme Court. And we know that Donald Trump is corrupt, but what's the excuse for Congress and Supreme Court? I guess they're corrupt, too. They're in the tank, too. And that's one of the things we've talked about. The Constitution didn't envision all three branches at the same time going in the tank and basically acting afoul. That's where we are. All right.
