Reports of WWE style fighting in the Oval Office come as a surprise to no one. But you may remember last week we reported that Scott Besant and Elon Musk, like all mature co workers do, unfollowed each other on Twitter. Well, the details of why they may have unfollowed each other on Twitter are now leaking out. Put this up. Elon Musk and Treasury Secretary Scott Besant got into a screaming match in the White House in front of Trump last week. Besant slammed Musk's over promised and under delivered Doge plans while Musk called him a Soros agent and him out for a quote failed hedge fund per Axios. I also read a little tidbit that Scott Besant yelled to Elon Musk fuck you. And Elon Musk said say it louder. And Scott Besant said fuck you. I love that.
Political Commentator 2
Here's the thing. Obviously all of this is so ridiculous. I can't take it because Elon Musk wants to tell Scott Besant who he can have in his employee at the irs. Whatever. Here's my thing. Elon Musk quit talking about George Soros. You are everything that you the right wing says George Soros is you are. Nobody saw George Soros cutting federal worker like stop. You are an out of control nutjob that runs around on Twitter asking people to have your babies. Like we don't need to hear from you. Shut up.
Political Commentator 1
And it's just amazing to me that the MAGA base allows a non born American, which that's super important to them. That's like a major pillar of MAGA that you have to be a real American and that they've allowed this South African born man that came over here on some shady visa standings and then he starts these businesses and he gets all these subsidies and he doesn't really pay taxes and then he donates $300 million to Trump. And then he, you know, his complete. It's Doge is the most failed American program we've ever seen. Nobody can find anything good that this has done other than dismantle the federal government and leave all of us less safe. I just read this morning they're no longer going to be checking milk for safety.
Political Commentator 2
Right.
Political Commentator 1
You know, so this is. This is utterly insane. Okay, next up, we have Steve Bannon. Steve Bannon's had it with Elon Musk. Put up this headline, Steve Bannon accuses Elon Musk of putting his, quote, own interest ahead of the nation while defending Scott Besant. And this is where you're going to see people that care about their money start to step in, and they're going to start dipping their toes in the pool a little bit. And Elon Musk has a ton of money, so he doesn't care if people are fired. He doesn't care if milk is inspected. He probably has a team of weirdos that inspect all everything.
Political Commentator 2
Food first.
Political Commentator 1
Yes. And so, you know, within the MAGA movement, I think it's already being set up for Elon Musk to take a lot of the fall of the failures of Trump in these early days.
Political Commentator 2
Well, it absolutely is, because Trump is already starting to distance himself from this. As you said, Doge has been a complete and total failure. The federal government is spending more under the Trump administration than it did in the Biden administration. There's been no proof of cuts, and you've got Elon Musk out there doing sick house. I mean, he is a total nightmare to be around. So absolutely, Trump's going to dump all this on him, and he's crying around about her feelings. And I hate it when Steve Bannon's right. But Elon Musk, the only reason he took this position was to have all the investigations into him in his shady, corrupt business practice delayed and stopped and award himself more government subsidies. And that's what he has done.
Political Commentator 1
I just will never forget when he said on the campaign trail, if Trump doesn't win, I'm probably going to go to prison.
Political Commentator 2
Right.
Political Commentator 1
And I think that there is a mutually assured destruction agreement between Trump and Musk. They kept each other out of prison, and it's just the damage to the rule of law when you have these corrupt criminals and grifters running the country. And it makes me question, like, even Steve Besant, like, what is the moral flaw in you that you think you can work for a failed businessman that was convicted of lying and Fraud and all sorts of things. Okay, next up, Trump's still grifting and this should be such a huge scandal. Trump just announced that the top 220 holders of his Trump meme coin will be invited to dinner with him on May 22. Let that sink in. Trump, his family and his businesses control the coin. So he's essentially telling people to pump his asset if they want a seat at his table. It's a pay to play scheme dressed up as a meme, and it's everything America is supposed to stand against. Oh, and the lockup period for insiders to dump the coin ended last week. So Trump, I saw a video of him in the White House in the Oval Office yesterday, and it's just what he's done to the Oval Office. He, I mean, it looks so trashy and tacky, but then he has all these make America grade again hats sitting on the desk and it's just like the, it's so wild to be our age and have watched presidents in the Oval Office and there was decorum and like respect and a level of seriousness and then just him being this blow hard bullshitter with all of his riff raffs and knickknacks and he's surrounded by all these nut jobs that are like, oh yeah, Trump's like, he's like an architect. He's so into all the details and it's just, you see the trashy hats and the trashy decor and just he always has to have the cameras on him. He's just, it's so embarrassing and cringy and I guess that there's, you know, 35% of the American population that see that and they get hard when they see it. Like they like it, you know, I mean, what is that?
Political Commentator 2
Politics are supposed to be boring. That's what this generation doesn't understand. Politics are supposed to be boring. We've got Trump with his Trumpy trout and his watches and his shoes and now he is in the White House paying to play his five million dollar card to be an American citizen if you have enough money. This is a transactional guy, I have no doubt. If some guy gets his ear at his meme coin thing and gives him some stupid hair brain idea that he thinks he can make money off of, he's going to go with that because he has no morals, no ethics, and he's a terrible businessman. And this is just an outright corruption of the tenth kind.
Political Commentator 1
Okay? And then, you know, all of these maga, the MAGA base, the MAGA men, they always have to Talk about how tough they are. And they're big boys and they do big boy stuff, right? It's like a big part of the brand, the identity of, you hear Jesse Waters, real men don't suck on straws and real men don't eat their pasta a certain way. It's all of this just overt masculinity. So at the same time, one of the big things the MAGA movement has identified as a problem in the United States of America are drag queens, right? And so, but despite the evidence showing that no children have ever been harmed by a drag queen, and tons of evidence showing that children are constantly harmed at church, church camps, youth groups, etcetera, they still continue to perpetuate that drag queens are somehow interested in harming children with zero, zero evidence. And I tee it up this way because it's interesting that something about men wearing makeup seems to trigger them, yet at the same time, Trump wears makeup every day because he knows that, you know, he's like a TV personality, J.D. vance, by all accounts, you know, pops smokey eye, and it seems to be getting heavier. And now Pete Hegseth, the leader of the Department of Defense, and I would think that when you get to the Department of Defense, this is a huge, like, epicenter of maggot men, like the, the peak ascension, right? To confirm your masculinity, Hegseth has ordered makeup studios be installed at the Pentagon. And that shows you that these people, the propaganda component of this is more important to them than anything. That's why Pam Bondi's on television all the time. That's why Trump has cameras following him around all the time. I've never seen cameras in the Oval Office like they are now. I'd much rather them be working on a bunch of stuff and then give us the Cliff Note version, right? But then Pete Hexseth responds to this, number one, totally fake story. No quote orders and no quote makeup, but whatever. And then he says, number two, we should have installed tampon machines in every men's bathroom at DOD instead. The leftist news media would have loved that. And this is always their go to, like these really fringe issues that are non existent, non existent anywhere, but like they, the tampons everywhere. Like that's, that's their big thing. That somehow a tampon being in a boys bathroom somewhere is damaging to humanity. Meanwhile, this guy is sending out war plans in between getting his makeup touched up, right? Trying to get his wife security clearance, which I don't know how emasculating that could possibly be.
Political Commentator 2
Yeah, That's a weird deal.
Political Commentator 1
Let's be like me trying to get Josh, you know, can you give me permission on our scripts before we do our I hip news? I mean, it's weird.
Political Commentator 2
Something's weird.
Political Commentator 1
So that's all weird.
Political Commentator 2
I think what's interesting about when I was reading articles about why Trump went with Hecseth, it was because he looked good on TV and Trump thought he was an attractive man. And you look at that, that is really his only qualification. He is terrible at running non profits, so it is no wonder. He is terrible at running the Department of Defense. The only thing he is good at is looking good. The fact that he drinks and he's incompetent. Trump doesn't give a about it's what he looks like. And he's used to wearing makeup because he was on Fox News.
Political Commentator 1
Okay. And then finally, let's put up this last video. We all served together. Wow.
Military Official
So you guys got hit, huh? Pretty good. You got hit pretty good. Amazing.
Political Commentator 1
We're in a pretty tough area in Canada in the Arkadal River Valley. Right. Their unit had a more than 50 purple heart rate, sir.
Military Official
Wow.
Political Commentator 2
In 2010.
Military Official
You deserve it. You deserve that and more. We appreciate it so much. Great. Really brave, brilliant people. Thank you very much. Do you have any questions?
Political Commentator 2
Yeah. You really got hit. I mean, these are amputees sitting there and he. That's all he can say.
Political Commentator 1
But I also think, like, this whole thing that he does where everything is, you know, ovaled out, the shape of the oval and the cameras are in there all of the time. Biden really took because he had his son served and he served and. And he really took care with the troops. And for him to say, you got hit. Amazing. You know, what they're doing to the military is abhorrent. Appointing Pete Hegseth is so insulting to the generals and the career military men who genuinely care about serving the Constitution first. And the disrespect in trying to put somebody at the top of the Defense Department that is going to be more loyal to that man than to the Constitution is so disrespectful to the military and to the country at large.
Political Commentator 2
I completely agree. And you see the breakdown that the military is having under Pete Hexseth. And what I find just so despicable is you have all these rah rah military people. And there was no hiding how Trump felt about the military. He dodged the draft with bone spurs, suckers and losers. He hasn't liked John McCain because he got captured. It is no shock that he is disrespectful to military members. And I think the biggest sign of disrespect was putting Pete Hexseth in charge of it. I completely agree with you on that. It was so disrespectful.
Political Commentator 1
And I'll just leave it with this. There's something that we have to address as a country that when you look at the numbers of military voters, they swung towards Trump, a man who had that record previously. And so there's something that we need to look at internally, you know, and that's way over my pay grade and I'm way over my skis. But that's a very interesting component to me that people that served would hear how he speaks about other people that have served been POWs and would still vote for that man. Now a lot of people, there's like a veterans account that I follow that just hammers Trump for how disrespectful and disgraceful he is to those that serve. But anyway, that's all we have for today. Please subscribe and we'll see you all later.
