Remember when Melania Trump gave her unprovoked denial that she didn't have anything to do with Jeffrey Epstein? Like, nobody asked for the speech, nobody was even thinking about her. And then she has, all of a sudden, this press conference that was weird as shit. Well, it's getting even weirder. Pop this up. Melania Trump's most trusted advisor says the first lady frantically denied any ties to Jeffrey Epstein in a surpr April address because she wanted to be a, quote, champion for the victims. Mark Beckman, the First lady senior executive adviser, told Politico in a report published Friday that Trump's decision to spontaneously reject any connection to the infamous sex criminal was less about her and more about empowering Epstein's victims. Okay, I'm at the stage in this where it, like, it's so. The lies have gotten so terrible. Like, who believes this? Who actually believes this? I think Melania probably does. Right. And the person who maybe who said that because you had have to live in a world where, like, you know how pathological liars lie so much, they start to believe their lies. Yeah, I. I think. Is that where they are? I mean, this is just the fact that they're even talking about, like, shut up. Your former best friend Amanda Ungaro came out and said you were a hooker that came here on an Epstein visa. I'm sorry, I meant an Einstein visa. Like, all of the. The reason she came out is and said this is because Amanda Ungaro said she was a part of the Jeffrey Epstein sex trade. Which I'm gonna say this. I cannot stand Melania. I think she's an evil twat of the highest order, but I'm not inhumane. Like, if she was 18, 19 years old, recruited from Eastern Europe, and then she ends up married to Donald Trump. You know, there's just. There's so much inhumanity and victimization about the whole Epstein thing. And to find out, allegedly, that Melania may have been a victim that then was passed up to Trump, that's why she came out and gave the speech.
Host 2
Well, because that was right before Amanda Ngara was set to release the. The evidence that she had or her testimony. But let me just say this. If Melania Trump wanted to be a champion for the victims, she would march into the Oval Office and demand release of the Epstein files. She would be out every day with survivors demanding release of the Epstein files. But she didn't do that. Just, like, be best against trolling on the Internet. Her husband's the biggest offender. So please send. Sell that somewhere else. We are stocked up on here. We know that that is a lie. And the fact that you even had to say it tells me just how badly, you know, that this whole thing for her is going completely.
Host 1
All right. And then the second lady, Usha Vance, you guys, I can't. The thing about Usha is it's really fascinating because she. Her parents are immigrants and. And that's a common American experience. And she's Ivy League educated. She was a Democrat. And I remember when she stood on the stage at the RNC and said that she was a vegetarian. And I remember thinking, wow. I mean, you know, like, it falls flat because this is the party where Ted Cruz, like, when Kamala was the nominee, he takes to Twitter in an emergency video, and he's like, kamala Harris, you're not taking my cheeseburger. And it's like, ted, we know nobody's taking your cheeseburger, big boy.
Host 2
No one wants to get in between you.
Host 1
We got that, Ted. Okay? And so Usha is doing. Launching this podcast where she's reading to children. And we all saw that cringy or JD man says, like, good to see you.
Host 2
Good to see you.
Host 1
Now she's sitting with Trump, famous reader Trump in the Oval Office, okay? And she asks him about his reading. And a lot of people online were deducing that Usha was trolling Trump, that she knows everybody knows that Trump is a famous non reader. And so she asked him a question about his reading. Play the clip. Everything that you just described, all of these incredible accomplishments, they take a lot of reading. Do you have any time to read for fun these days?
Donald Trump (clip)
So I end up reading mostly newspapers. I usually read stories about myself.
Host 1
And it's just. I mean, here's the deal Deathbed confession era. I told you guys, he's gonna start saying the truth all the time. Now he's just saying it like, yeah, I read newspapers. I read about myself. Which then gives veracity to the entire human printer thing that Natalie Harp goes and makes him pitch picture books. She spends all hours with him. My mother sent me an interesting text, and she studies all of this really closely. So you may remember during Trump 1.0, Trump was on Truth Social and Twitter, and he had a lot of spelling errors and punctuation errors all the time. And Stormy Daniels was tweeting around the same time, and hers was perfect, like spelling, grammar, punctuation. Nailed it. And now my mother pointed out that even these really late night tweets are at 2, 3, 4 in the morning on Lysocial. Spelling is excellent. Punctuation is excellent. So Natalie, the human printer that gives him stories about himself, I think she's with him right. All night long because the. We have a record of what happens when he's driving his own car. And for the listener, I'm talking about tweeting his own tweets, and he can't spell very well. He's horrible with grammar. And now it's all perfect. I mean, it's crazy.
Shopify Ad Speaker
But.
Host 1
But spelling, they're nuts. They're completely. They're completely insane. Mentally, psychologically, and emotionally. But they're spelled correctly.
Host 2
They're completely detached from reality. Yeah, but they are spelled correctly. I don't think there's any question that she is typing this ship for him and that they're together 24 7. I would say she probably sends out a grammatically corre. Correct tweet and then runs over and changes his diaper in the middle of the night. That's what's going on there. Oh, but here's the thing. Remember when the, you know, he was like, oh, the books of the Bible are so important to me. What's your favorite book of the Bible? 2 Corinthians, which. That's not how the super Christians say it. It's Second Corinthians. But here's the thing. He runs around and he reads magazines about himself, and then he makes fake covers about himself on magazines, so he will not even read the intel briefings. They have to make him Fox News clips. That's how dumb this guy is. And that's who he surrounds himself with. People that will make his racial, horrible, hateful, deluded, unhinged texts spelled correctly. That's where we are.
Host 1
I'm just curious why he did Usha's podcast. I mean, when I first saw this clips, I was like, why is he doing Usha's podcast? Like, what. What's going on there? Like, what is. There's this weird promoting of these MAGA women and their podcasts. That is. It's Stephen Miller's wife, Usha Vance. It's just. It's some weird. It's really the weirdest to sit there and watch Usha Vance talk to him and how they had all the books stacked up and he's like, talk. It's just. It's. It's so dystopian. It's so like snl. Like, the whole thing was like an SNL skit. Here's another clip from it.
Donald Trump (clip)
A man that says an outdoor pool was built for President Gerald Ford. And that's right on the side of the house. I don't get to use it. I don't know if I look good in a bathing suit. I haven't had a bathing suit in a long time. I'm too busy. I never. I mean, it'd be nice. I'm looking at these pictures of people swimming.
Host 1
Like, what are we doing here? What are we doing? What are we doing? Why is this on video? Why are we talking about this? What is going on? That is the second lady of the United States of America that gave a children's book to the president, who then, of course, the whole thing is about himself. There were other clips where he's like, Bill Clinton. He used to run. He had a little running track. I still like Bill Clinton era. I don't know, maybe I could go around and run Every single thing he always attaches back to himself. Like, what is Usha doing? What are the people behind the camera doing? What is he doing? I want to get, like, the world's largest hook, right? And just get them all and just yank them all off the stage and then just put the boring brainiac people who know what they're doing in positions of power to govern. All gas, no brakes.
Host 2
Like, to your point, what was the. What was the goal of this? Like, they sat down and said, you're gonna do Usha's podcast. It's about reading. So here's what we want to step away from. This is our goal. We want you to do A, B, and C. But it just seems like he was like, oh, yeah, I'll do issues podcast. This is not the manosphere. This is not, you know, I'm a big, tough guy. Rapist and criminals and 2020 election. So what was the goal and. And then who's the audience? Who's the audience? And then do you think you achieved the goal? Usha, did you get out of that podcast? Do you think that children are more inclined to read now than they were?
Host 1

I want to know who watches her podcast, who listens to her podcast.
Host 2
Is it analytics?
Host 1
Is it children? Is it who is the audience? Because here's the fundamental problem, and I'm just going to be really frank. Maggot Bass is racist, right? And Usha is an Indian woman. I think Usha, I. I don't understand what's going on with all of that. Could be an amazing second lady in different. In a different world, but somehow she's aligned herself with all of this. And it could be a multitude of reasons. She could be emotionally abused. I mean, who knows what's. What all's going on? But the base is not going to be in on Ush's podcast to me. Oh, okay. We've got 7,000 subscribers. Are kids gonna watch this? Like, you know, our kids gonna sit down and go, let's watch the second lady, Usha Vance. And then when I think about back to my days in Oklahoma, like, these good old boys would be like, you can watch some Foreigner. I don't care if she's second La.
Host 2
Not.
Host 1
I mean, that's just like, that's the world they live in. Do you remember pumps? And I watched this clip early on in our podcast, and it was Vivek Ramaswamy when he was running for president in primary, and he sat down in this cafe in Ohio with these white people, and they're Republicans. And Vivek's like, hey, I'm a Republican. And he was like, so would you vote for me? And they're like, no. And he's like, why? And she's like, well, honestly, I just don't like the color of your skin. Yeah. Where is this moment? It was this moment where I'm like, that's. That's a huge driving force that keeps Maga all coalesce together. And then when you get these other players that are carrying the water for the white supremacists, sadly, Usha is going to be the first to drown. I mean, it's just. I just. That is so. It's such a weird thing to watch these videos of her with Donald Trump and he's just all fluffed up. Can you get back to the still shot of that? With all the gold and the books surrounding him? I mean, that's just. Is that not the weirdest shit you've ever seen?
Host 2
I mean look at that. Just the Oval Office and what a dump truck he's turned it into.
Host 1
Look at all that. And then of course, Trump is weighing clemency for Sean Combs. Pop this up newswire. He's weighing clemency for Sean Diddy Combs per cbs. And here's the deal. Of course he is. I'm not shocked. I'm not going to sit here and be outraged. I'm not going to sit here and Pearl Clutch, he will pardon everybody that he can pardon. He is normalizing his base for the absolute dismantling of the rule of law. And the Republicans, I want to remind you could stop this at any time and there's going to be a lot of Republicans when Trump dies or when there's a blue tsunami that trot out and they that are currently in office, there's going to be a lot of them that trot out. Like I imagine Senator Thune and Lyon, Ted and Susan Collins, hopefully her ass gets beat. But that style of Republican, they're going to march out and they're going to go we need to return the Republican Party to the party of race in I mean we just got off the rails here and we need to hold them to account that at any point you could have stopped it. The pardons, the grifting, the weird Usha reads to the President, the president talks about himself hour at any point you could have stopped these taxpayer funded naps the war and you chose not to, you chose to normalize this. But my biggest one, she's not in office right now but I guarantee you it's going to happen. Nikki Haley.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
She is going to rise up in the Republican primaries and be like we've got to go back to the party of Reagan and it's going to be so nauseating.
Host 2
Of course she is. Nikki Haley is the one that worked in his cabinet that knew that he knew nothing and she sat down and shut up when it came to speaking out. And she's also the one that said America's not as racist country. So you changed your name. Nikki Haley. These people live in La La land. They live in a world that they create that is perfect for them. And then you have all these outliers that are just up, I guess I don't know how else you would say it.
Host 1
All right, that's all we have. Like subscribe comment. We'll be back later with more news.

Episode: Melania Makes New Shocking Claim on Epstein & Trump Gets Humiliated by Usha Vance
Hosts: Jennifer Welch & Angie “Pumps” Sullivan
Date: July 6, 2026
In this sharp-witted, progressive take on current political events, hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan deep-dive into two headline stories: Melania Trump’s sudden denial of Jeffrey Epstein connections and a much-discussed moment where Usha Vance, the Second Lady, inadvertently exposes Donald Trump’s notorious aversion to reading during a children’s podcast. The conversation is laced with sarcasm, biting humor, and an unapologetic progressive stance as the hosts dissect media performances, political strategy, and MAGA world absurdities.
[01:02–04:05]
“If Melania Trump wanted to be a champion for the victims, she would march into the Oval Office and demand release of the Epstein files. She would be out every day with survivors... We know that is a lie.” (03:26)
[04:05–10:31]
Jennifer describes Usha Vance’s background—Indian immigrant parents, Ivy League credentials, former Democrat—and her turn to the right alongside husband JD Vance, now Vice President.
Usha launches a children’s reading podcast; Trump appears as a guest, leading to a viral, awkward moment.
Usha, perhaps trolling Trump, asks:
“Everything that you just described, all of these incredible accomplishments, they take a lot of reading. Do you have any time to read for fun these days?” (05:25)
Trump responds bluntly:
“So I end up reading mostly newspapers. I usually read stories about myself.” (05:41)
Jennifer and Angie revel in the “deathbed confession era” Trump has entered, observing that he admits to only reading about himself.
Discussion on “the human printer” (Natalie Harp), who allegedly crafts Trump’s social media posts to avoid his infamous spelling and grammar mistakes.
“We have a record of what happens when he’s driving his own car…now it’s all perfect. I mean, it’s crazy.” – Jennifer (06:43)
“She probably sends out a grammatically correct tweet and then runs over and changes his diaper in the middle of the night.” – Angie (07:22)
Callback to Trump’s “2 Corinthians” moment, further cementing his unfamiliarity with reading and religious references.
Jennifer compares the entire podcast segment to an absurd SNL skit, questioning its intention and impact.
Additional clip of Trump:
“I don’t get to use [the pool]. I don’t know if I look good in a bathing suit. I haven’t had a bathing suit in a long time. I’m too busy… I mean, it’d be nice. I’m looking at these pictures of people swimming.” (09:10)
Both hosts mock the self-centeredness of Trump’s answers, noting how everything returns to himself.
[10:31–16:12]
“This is not the manosphere...So what was the goal and then who’s the audience? ...Do you think that children are more inclined to read now than they were?” (10:31–11:14)
“Maggot Bass is racist, right? And Usha is an Indian woman...She could be an amazing second lady in a different world, but somehow she’s aligned herself with all of this.” (13:59)
“Honestly, I just don’t like the color of your skin.”
Using this, they frame Usha’s position within MAGA politics as tenuous and possibly self-defeating.
[16:12–17:58]
“He will pardon everybody that he can pardon. He is normalizing his base for the absolute dismantling of the rule of law.”
“These people live in La La land. They live in a world that they create that is perfect for them.” (17:58)
The hosts maintain a sarcastic, irreverent, and blunt tone throughout, combining comedic banter with deeply critical observations about American political figures and media spectacles. Their language is candid and unfiltered, aimed at progressive listeners seeking both catharsis and sharp analysis.
