Thousands of racist, lying, morally corrupt Christian nationalists gathered in Washington over the weekend to spread hate, racism, exclusionary bullshit, racism. I'm going to say it right now. MAGA Christians are the worst, the biggest bottom feeders this country has to offer. Here is a video of Franklin Graham. Play the clip.
Host 2
Today the Bible has been removed from our schools and for the most part the public square. But there is a downward moral decline spiraling ever deeper into the mire. Things that never would have been talked about publicly just 30 years ago. Sinful behavior that should make us blush is now celebrated and flaunted on Main Street America. America has become morally rotten, completely sick with sin. Transgenderism, same sex marriage, opening women's locker rooms to men are just the tip of the iceberg pumps.
Host 1
Trump, Hegseth, Rubio and Gabbard all appeared in video messages at the event. Trump framed the rededicate 250 event as a rededicating of America as one nation under God. And this is an event that is funded by taxpayer dollars and corporate sponsors, including Palantir, of course, you know, the Christian Value company and Lockheed Martin, another Jesus company that you know is a big part of the military industrial complex. And the White House did not answer how much taxpayer funding was going towards the event.
Host 3
This makes me sick. And I look at this and I think Franklin Graham, if you want to start with gun violence, start with the NRA and the Republicans. You're so close with Donald Trump, start with him on policies about gun control. But he doesn't because he likes to say it, but he doesn't like to follow through on actions and violence. I'm worried about violence against women. I'm worried about the Tate Brothers who are buddies with the Trumps. Violence against women, violence against black people because we have Nick Fuentes and all of these people fall under the umbrella of Republicans. So Franklin Graham, you are a hypocrite. You are everything that a Christian should not be because you don't give a shit about people. You give a about grifting, you give a about power. And I think he is a disgrace.
Host 1
Topic to bottom. And Franklin Graham is a part of what I call America's crazy Christian problem. They are Christians. They get a lot of the things that they say from the Bible. And this is something that a lot of people want to say, oh, no, they're not real Christians. The same way MAGA says about us. Oh, they're not real Americans. Well, we are real Americans and these people are real Christians. And there needs to be an atonement within the Christian faith where people come out and call out the hypocrisy of these Christians. And I just want to state Franklin Graham cherry picks which violence he approves of January 6th. That's approved. That is approved violence. Violence against black people. That is approved. George Floyd getting suffocated where everybody watched it on their cell phones. That is approved violence. Women getting raped by the men in their lives. That is approved violence. These people are very pro violence. Very, very, very much so. And all you have to do is look at their votes, look at the things that they fund. And even our little Moses, Mike Grinder Johnson, had the gall to preach to the crowd about the sanctity of marriage between men and women. And mind you, all of these traditional marriage people, the guy that they love so much has been married three times and doesn't even sleep in bed with Melania because she hates him. Because I assume he stinks and is probably the worst lay on the planet. Play the clip, Father.

We pray for marriages across this land that. That husbands and wives have the patience to love one another in all the days of their lives and heal the wounds of broken hearts. God, and the battles that we do not see. Lord, we ask that you equip our educators with the knowledge to teach the truth, for they will shape the next generation of government and leaders.
Host 3
Angie, I find it extremely rich that he wants educators when his government is tearing down education. But here's what I would say to Mike Johnson and Franklin Graham. You want to pick the cruelty out of the Bible. You want to pick the Old Testament because you want to punish people that that are not you. And Mike Johnson, he wants love and he wants peace, but he doesn't want it for everybody. He wants it for the people that he deems worthy. And to me, that is worse than just saying, I hate everybody, because what he is doing Is this Christian narcissism and entitlement that ran me out of the church? I mean, there were a million reasons. But he. When you sit there and you say my values should be imposed on you, I should get to tell you what's best for you. That is bullshit and it is arrogance and it ends badly every time. And in terms, just one more thing. In terms of marriage, they want to take away, in Mike Johnson and Donald Trump's party, they want to take away no fault divorce because that means women can't leave as easily. They want women to be controlled because they are misogynist and the Bible is patriarchal. They don't give a shit about anybody but themselves. And this is dangerous. And Mike Johnson is a disgrace to, you know, like, he gets mad at the Pope. He tells the Pope he needs, he needs more than him. No, Mike Johnson, you want the cruelty, you want the judgment, you want the hatefulness.
Host 1
You don't want love, you don't want
Host 3
peace, so shut the up.
Host 1
And it's interesting that all of these MAGA Republicans tell the Pope to stay out of politics and they trot out this. But behind all of this, what I want to get into. Mike Johnson, if you're going to get into the private lives of everybody, then we want to get into your private life. Franklin Graham, if you want to get into the private lives of everybody, then I want to get into your private life. Tit for tat. So is, is it comes to little Moses, Mike Grinder Johnson, he lives with this or used to live his roommate in Washington D.C. and I've talked about this before, but I think it's an appropriate time to bring it back up again. This evangelical pastor who neighbors noticed when little Grindr would get home from work, this pastor answered the door in his panties. I mean, I'm not saying that's gay or not gay or anything, but I'm just saying these people that are screaming nonstop about traditional marriage, something is going on here. I'm traditionally married. I never talk about it ever because I'm not trying to cover for something that Josh and I are secretly hiding. They. It's always a tell on these people. It's always a tell. These MAGA men are full of so much sexual depravity. And these MAGA women that carry the water for their abusive, patriarchal, racist piece of pink arm, teeny weeny husbands are so miserable being stuck in it. And you don't have to do it, ladies. You do not have to carry the water for these men. And here's A speaker that says that. Just play it, just play it.

Hard to believe that it would take two centuries for the Lord to raise up a great man to bring that ballroom finally to stand where it needs to stand. It's a king.
Host 1
Extraordinary. We only had to wait 200 years. Yeah, it, it, it is hard to believe that it actually, really, really is incredibly difficult for any person with I'm going to go double digigit IQ, any person with an IQ of 90 to believe that it took 200 years for the sky Captain to say, you know what? I'm going to pick this dementia riddled, total narcissistic dipshit with a low IQ Donald Trump to finally build God's ballroom for America. Or the. Here's the thing, I get these dipshits that carry the water for all this. Did you hear the audience out there clapping like seals to this? I mean America has a crazy Christian problem. These people are the most co opted voting group that we have. They're the ones who are easily manipulated by Fox News, easily manipulated by the nra, easily manipulated by the pro life movement, easily manipulated by Vladimir Putin and Russian propaganda. These people believe in nothing. They are die hard amoral, nihilist to their core that feast and the only thing they enjoy is recreational cruelty.
Host 3
Well, and another thing that always strikes me having having been inside and indoctrinated from birth in this I was able to deny and have cognitive dissonance about everything because I was not taught to use critical thinking skills. I was taught that you have to have faith over facts regardless of what the facts are. You have to have faith and you ignore the faith. And to me that make, that's why it makes it so easy for these people. You know, Donald Trump, a con man every Christian would, if you just blank took here are the characteristics they would say oh no, that's bad. But they're able to just have complete and total separation and go into denial because they've never been taught to critically think. And it is, you know, it's what's so stunning to me is the people in my life that want to preach morals and ethics and do the right thing and accountability turn around and vote for this man. And that goes to a choice you are willfully choosing racism, homophobia and misogyny because that where that hits you. And so you're willing to say oh it falls under the Christian umbrella.
Host 1
Well that's, they vote for him because they're just like him. And that's what people have to realize. These people I have grown up around These Christian evangelical circles are the meanest people I have ever met. They truly feast on recreational cruelty, casual racism, casual homophobia, punching down, criticizing anybody around them that looks different or may not be attractive or may not have as much money. They feast on it. It's the only time I've ever seen these people get excited. Trump is the exact same way. They're MAGA pastors. They are grifting and ripping these people off. There's a church in Oklahoma City called Life Church. It is the biggest scam racket on the planet. Ponzi scheme. They've got like $500 million liquid in the bank. And then if you look, and it's based in Oklahoma City, if you look at the people that go there, they vote for this. Why? Because there is no daylight between the morals of this sect of Christianity and Donald Trump. The brokenness you see on display, this is the same thing that I witnessed the evangelicals that I grew up around having the same level of brokenness. Forgiveness with zero accountability. Lies, picking up the rug, sweeping it under. The whole world should be curated for these people. Zero critical thinking. As Pumps was saying. Listener. Finding a doctor is like finding a diamond in the rough. I mean, the first phase of that is you have to make sure they're close, they have availability, they're most importantly accepted in network via your insurance. But beyond that, once you get all of those things crossed off the list, are you going to get somebody who really listens to you, who makes you feel comfortable, who calms you down, who tells you it's going to be okay? That's what you really need. And I have been able to find the best doctors since my recent move to New York because I use the app ZocDoc. ZocDoc is a free app and website that helps you find and book high quality in network doctors so you can find someone you love. We're talking about booking in network appointments with more than 150,000 providers across all 50 states. And appointments made through Zocdoc happen fast, typically within 24 to 72 hours of booking. You can even score same day appointments. So listener, you've got to stop putting off those doctor's appointments and go to Zocdoc.com ihip to find and instantly book a doctor you love today. That's Z o c d o c.ship zocdoc.ship and we would like to thank Zocdoc for sponsoring this message. And the, the, the fact that there's churches that have 500 million, a billion dollars. And they just grift, grift, grift off of their flock. Make them worse people. Make them really, truly some of the worst thinkers that this country has. An absolute cult upon a cult. So you're in the Christian cult and then you become in the MAGA cult. They, they don't think anything about what I'm about to show you because their pastors do this, they to them and they willfully and gleefully tithe because they think that the tithing is going to trickle down to them. Where have we heard that before? Republican Party trickle down economics. It's all a lie. All a lie. Here's Trump's stock graph since Trump 2.0. As you can see, Representative Melanie Stansberry says looks like potential insider trading to us. Does this look like insider trading to you? Over 3,600 stock trades by Trump since January. Absolutely unprecedented. This will be investigated. And the disclosures also showed how Trump is directly using his power to manipulate the market. Let's pop this up. Trump purchased up to $630,000 worth of paler during the first three months of the year. In March alone, Trump made at least seven purchases of palantir totaling much as 530,000. A month later, Trump literally wrote on true social. Palantir technologies has proven to have great war fighting capabilities and equipment. So how are Christians on board with this? Because this is exactly what their churches do. The churches will throw in a little bit, oh, we're going to go do a mission trip which, how arrogant is that to go abroad to some poor place and try your number one goal isn't to provide aid, it's to convert people. Because your own faith is so fragile. If everybody doesn't believe it, it will come falling apart at the seams. This is a cult. And it's really important that we always separate right now at this moment, when we get 10 years away from this, we are still going to be the United States of America, a country with whom we should feel immense pride. MAGA is the cult. Maga is the Nazis. Germans in Germany have pride in who they are right now. And they have overcome this maniacal death cult. And that's what evangelical Christianity is. And that's what MAGA is. It is a death cult. All of their policies lead to death. They are anti family, they are anti law and order. This is a party of crime, of exploitation and, and death. It is a cult to the highest order. And evangelical Christians vote for him because they are exactly, exactly like him. And that's why their Relationships are so incredibly superficial because they know they're not built on unconditional love, but conditional love, because that's what the faith is. God will only love you if you're this particular way. And if not, off to hell you go. Well, who does that sound like, Trump? If you're not loyal to me, off to the pasture you go. And this is why these family units are so incredibly toxic. So imagine as a child seeing your parents, you know, just horrible towards minorities, towards homosexuals, towards non believers. At some point, subconsciously, you think, am I on the chopping block, too? And so this has built this whole anti family, anti unconditional movement. And they vote for Trump because he's exactly, exactly like them.
Host 3
Well, and obedience, it makes people obedient if they think the only way I can get your approval and your love is to do what you want. So I, I don't do what I think is morally right. I do what you want me to do because if not, you'll banish me. And that goes right in line with what you're saying.
Host 1
Yeah, I think pumps in my book.
Host 3
Your book, not today.
Host 1
Not today, fascist. I dive into. There's a link between authoritarian religions, authoritarian parenting, and authoritarian governments. It's, it's a straight through line. And subconsciously this feeling of, oh my gosh, these people are supposed to take care of me, are supposed to love me unconditionally. When you see them constantly, whether it's the president, your parents, your pastor, exercise arbitrary cruelty whenever and however they want, it creates a very destabilized emotional state for the group. I mean, this is just abuse on top of abuse on top of abuse. Boycott mega churches And God damn it, maga, quit being so fucking racist. Black representation in Congress is awesome, needed and helpful. All right, that's all we have. Like and subscribe. And we'll be back later with more news.

Episode Title: Mike Johnson Faceplants at Disaster Trump-Backed Event; Calls for 25th Amendment Now
Hosts: Jennifer Welch & Angie “Pumps” Sullivan
Date: May 18, 2026
This episode of IHIP News dives into a recent Trump-backed “rededicate America” event in Washington D.C., highlighting the intersection of Christian nationalism, right-wing hypocrisy, and recent political developments. Hosts Jennifer and Angie deliver their signature blend of biting satire and sharp analysis, dissecting the rhetoric of figures like Franklin Graham and Speaker Mike Johnson, exposing double standards, critiquing the complicity of corporate sponsors, and connecting it all to broader trends in MAGA-aligned evangelical politics.
The episode is loaded with passionate, often profane critiques, sarcastic humor, and personal experience. The hosts remain unapologetically progressive, with no patience for bigotry or hypocrisy and a willingness to call out both political and religious leaders. They lean into colorful insults and personal stories to connect the macro (national politics, mega-churches, insider trading) with the micro (family dynamics, upbringing in evangelical settings).
Summary prepared for listeners who missed the episode; catch the next IHIP News for more sharp, comedic progressive commentary on U.S. politics and culture.
