Reggie, I just sold my car online. Let's go, Grandpa. Wait, you did? Yep. On Carvana. Just put in the license plate, answered a few questions, got an offer in minutes. Easier than setting up that new digital picture frame. You don't say. Yeah, they're even picking it up tomorrow. Talk about fast. Wow. Way to go. So, about that picture frame. Ah, forget about it. Until Carvana makes one, I'm not interested.

The speaker of the House, Little Moses Mike Grinder Johnson, who cannot shut up about how close he is with God and how close he is with Jesus and the sanctity of life and pro American just, we just want to love America. Lord, just lift us up. Jesus lets us lift us up to love America just will not shut up with that kind of talk. These are very serious things that are happening right now. People are dying all over with our taxpayer dollars while Americans are dying because
they don't have health care.
Right. Or because of abject poverty. Because little Grindr will not advocate for meeting the suffering and standing against the grotesque accumulation of wealth. No, he's always shilling for the billionaires and he's always shilling for the killers. And right now, Benjamin Netanyahu said, we're going to have to have boots on the ground. Donald Trump keeps whispering, we're going to have to have some boots on the ground. Well, surely the pro life, pro Jesus, Pro God. I'm Mr. BFFs with God. God wakes him up in the middle of the night, says, hey, wake up, little buddy, you're Moses. And he goes, oh, my God, I'm Moses. I'm going to do God's work in the House. What does he do? Play the clip. There are ground troops. Did they come to Congress first? If there are ground troops? Again, all the details matter. This.

If. If we're completing the mission and it's a limited scope, then that's not a declaration of war.

It's always been a lie. These people never, ever, ever fight for life, ever. He's going to allow the President to go around Congress to send American troops on the ground for what? Because Benjamin Netanyahu wants to Balkanize Iran. He wants the whole Entire area Balkanized. They're already completely decimating Beirut. They've already genocided Gaza. And now he's moving on. And he cannot do this without the United States of America. And this a Speaker of the House that will bend the knee to worship this death cult. And it is completely exposed the Republican Party from, for the lying liars decade long, full of lies. We're so good with the economy. We're so fiscally conservative. We're all about America. We love the troops. It's all bullshit. They've been lying to you for decades.
Mike Johnson is worthless as tits on a borehog. But here's something that I have heard. When asked about what's going on in Iran, that is illegal, that is a war. He dances around it and he says, well, if we need to complete the mission, that's the justification. What is the mission? What is the mission? The American people have never been told what the mission is. And then you have him saying, you know, it's not a war. I don't give a shit if you call it a war, an excursion, a play date. People are dying. Little girls in Iran are dying. People in Lebanon are dying. United States troops are dying. This is absolutely him being the weak coward that he is. And it just. I just want to scream, Jennifer.
Yeah, and. And it's important that within the Christian movement, a lot of times people go, well, they're not real Christians. Just like within the American culture, people on the right will say, oh, well, you're not a real American. And the thing is, you have to take people at their word. And this is where people within the Christian faith need to deal with this firsthand. And they need to have louder voices that advocate for the marginalized within that religion. Because when you allow the most diabolical, loudest, most hysterical, craven, extremist sect of Christianity to ascend to the top of the federal government, it needs to be dealt with. And I think the people that have the most credible voices are people within the faith, like Talarico and others that are reminding people, this is not what any of this is about, but this is hilarious. Okay, so Piers Morgan has been going through a lot of things, and so he posts the following online. Trump is losing control of this war. And then he gets checked by Candace Owens. Candace says, wrong. He never had any control of this war. He just had deranged, bloodthirsty neocons in his ear telling him that he would be great if he did it. He. He should have listened to Charlie Kirk. Of course, now she's linking Like Charlie Kirk back into it. But, but to Candace's point, which bizarrely, I kind of agree with her, that he says Trump has lost all control of this war. I saw that on Twitter a couple of days ago and I was like, he never had control. He doesn't even have control of the Oval Office. It is Marie Antoinette meets Liberace shit show trophy presentation hour, which all of the Republicans are like, yeah, American culture sucks because everybody's getting a participation trophy. We have a participation trophy President.
I mean, he.
Every day is participation trophies. I mean he, he is such a toddler. He convinced the woman that actually won the Nobel Peace Prize to give it to him. You didn't hear that. And he, and he accepted it and he stole the soccer players medal thing. It's just a nut. But for us to act like, for Piers Morgan to meet, that he's lost control. There was never any control. There was because he lost control the moment his Pentagon said, do not do this. We have run every possible calculation for decades because Benjamin Netanyahu has wanted to do this for decades. We've heard it with our own ears on tape. And, and do not do it. You will not win this war. And he said, you get the out of the room. I want to listen to Witkoff, I want to listen to my son in law. I want to listen to little Marco and I want to listen to bb. He lost control when he didn't listen to his own Pentagon. And that is just the. Those are the facts. This man is incompetent. This man does what every Republican does. And if Piers Morgan cared about journalism or the truth, start at the incompetence during his campaign when he tried to give a microphone a blowjob. Or the part where he did the insurrection, or the part where he was convicted of felonies, or the part where he's in the Epstein files over a million times. To have an expectation that he has ever had control of anything other than his cult base is a fool's errand.
We don't even know. Everybody tells us he doesn't even have control of his bowels. But when I look at, you know, people like Trump's losing control, it's Armageddon. You know, he didn't anticipate closing the straight up her moose. All this stuff, I'm like, this has been happening on every level in Trump 2.0. He doesn't have control of anything.
Dosh.
Let's Elon Musk go in. Because he doesn't have the attention span for intelligence briefings. To sit down with a forensic accountant and say, here's where we need to make cuts. He doesn't give a shit. And people and soldiers dying. He has no empathy, he has no soul. And we're just watching this narcissist who thought he would get all the glory. And everyone would say, oh, my gosh. Every living president would call and say, I wanted to do it, but you did it for real. And instead, he is humiliated and it's only going to to get worse.
Okay? And so he was able to get elected in large part because the media played a spectacular role in any time there was any sort of economic glitch under Biden. I mean, it was like, oh, my God. Inflation, inflation, inflation, inflation. Or any sort of, you know, like the Afghanistan withdrawal was completely covered in this hypercritical lens. Trump is able to operate in media terms with zero sanitizing, sane washing, et cetera. And he was able to scapegoat a lot of immigrants and say, the immigrants are coming for your jobs because America has very racist, tribalistic, xenophobic roots. And he was able to tap into that, as all autocrats do. So he scapegoated the Latino immigrants. They're coming for your jobs. They're coming for your jobs. They're coming for your jobs. Meanwhile, all of the people that are voting for these policies have no problem exploiting said immigrant labor. But it was never, ever about immigrants coming for your job. And it was always going to be about the oligarchs and their AI. The robots are coming for your jobs. Pop this up, Kylie. Jeff Bezos has begun the process of raising $100 billion for a new fund that would buy up manufacturing companies and then use AI to automate production. So think about this. Jeff Bezos. Clearly in his mind, he thinks he doesn't have enough. He thinks he hasn't done enough damage to the United States of America. This is a man who spiked the Washington Post endorsement of Kamala Harris. This is a man who raced to the White House as fast as he could for the inauguration. This is a man who threw in $70 million for the shit show, propaganda, fluff piece piece on Melania Trump. And it's just not enough. And let's just talk about how, how diabolical this is. He wants to take over all manufacturing. This is going to be the annihilation of a lot of good working class Americans. They don't wake up like Jeff Bezos and say, who can I exploit today? How can I make the country worse? That's what Jeff Bezos does. That's what Elon Musk does. That's what all these other people that have sucked up to Donald Trump do. A lot of these people whose jobs are being taken are just people that are like, you know, I'm never going to be rich, but I want to be able to have a house, I want to be able to have a family, I want some health care and maybe go on vacation and that's enough for me. But for Jeff Bezos, it's not enough to help these people. Remember all the anti union within Amazon. He is a massive exploiter of human beings. He wants to decimate an American workforce. Some of the best people among us that aren't just so intoxicated by greed and wealth. And it's just utterly disgusting that we live in a society that has enabled billionaires to tap into this greed level psychosis and that it just, just news cycle after news cycle after news cycle. At every turn these oligarchs are dismantling the workforce.
You know what is just fascinating to me about Jeff Bezos? He hates people that work for him. It appears he doesn't want to pay him a livable wage, he doesn't want to pay taxes, he doesn't want to pay for anything. Yet he owns the world's largest retailer without a storefront. So his business model depends on people packaging and delivering the products that he sells. Yes, it. Yet it appears he has this deep seated resentment about the very people that make his business run and now he wants to take it into other industries. It is just, I wish a psychologist could explain that to me where I would understand because it seems like an oxymoron. Somebody that owns the world's biggest retailer with no storefront depends on people. Yet he resents the people that do the job well.
But this is the through line. You know, we learned from the scholars we've had on this podcast that authoritarians have utter disdain for their supporters. And so this type of like megalomania, this type of narcissism, this type of elitism causes people to resent the people who actually do the work. Who do you think works harder every day? Jeff Bezos on his private plane banging Lauren Sanchez or the worker that is out in 110 degree heat in Arizona delivering package after package after package after package. So then they start hating the people that actually put in the work to put it for him. Just like, just like men with sex drives that are right wing Republican Christians hate the women because they are the source of lust for them. But they've been Told you can't lust after a woman. So let's by all means, if they get raped, if they get knocked up, they're going to have to have an abortion so they'll be marked with that baby. And we know the sluts are over here and the virgins are over here. It's classic. It's classic. It's a story as old as time. But here's just what's coming for you guys. Just this year, UPS 30,000 workers fired. Amazon, Jeff Bezos 16,000 workers. Intel 15,000, Volkswagen 50,000 workers fired. Meta 16,000, Oracle 30,000 and Citigroup 20,000. It is only March. We are at March. So this narrative that so many Republicans die on this hill, that Republicans are so good at business and can we just give up the idea that billionaires create jobs? I just for you, we are at March and we have hundreds of thousands of Americans that have lost their job on top of the decimation, decimation of jobs in the federal government at the behest of Doge, the underlining thing that holds up the economy and our stock market is collapsing. If we do not have a strong middle class, which we have been eroding and eroding and eroding for quite some time now with corporate interests buying off both political parties, everybody's precious 401ks and all the fiscal Republicans that vote for time and time again sell their kids down the river, sell the future down the river, sell their grandkids ability to live on a planet that people care for. They sell it all down the river just for now. I want what I want now. The most short sighted, narcissistic greed on the planet. That is America's number one product that we have made. That is the cancer in our culture and that is what is going to take us completely down. Propping up these piece of shit billionaires and a piece of shit president that have utter disdain for the workers. And let's just. Do not kid yourself for a second. All of these top executives that make 6,000 times what their worker does, they sit at a desk and paperclip and staple and click a mouse. The actual labor that people do, that people work, they're eliminating that and replacing it with robots. And with a smile on their face they think they're changing the world and they're so incredibly out of touch. Meanwhile, all of these jobs that are going to mean less taxpayer money into the federal government. At the same time, the Republicans and a lot of Democrats will continue to vote to fund this shit show waste of time, horrific war in Iran, where the goal is for Benjamin Netanyahu to Balkanize it. That's the goal. And Americans are going to die. The American economy is going to be in tatters, all because people in this country vote for greed and they vote for the just. Right now. Me now what affects me right now. And they buy into this narrative that Trump and these oligarchs are going to fix things for you and wealth is going to trickle down. It never does. It never has. It only makes you poor. All right. That's all we have. Like, subscribe, comment, and we'll be back later with more news.

In this energetic and unsparing episode, Jennifer Welch and Angie "Pumps" Sullivan dissect current U.S. and international politics, focusing on Speaker of the House Mike Johnson’s handling of the Iran crisis. They lambast the Republican Party’s rhetoric versus reality on moral and economic issues, highlight the hollow nature of “pro-life” politics, and critique the oligarchic influence of billionaires like Jeff Bezos. Their witty, no-holds-barred tone delivers a comedic yet substantive take on the hypocrisy of right-wing leaders, the devastation of endless war, and the crisis facing America’s working class.
Welch and Sullivan deliver a scathing, darkly comedic critique of Republican leadership, U.S. foreign policy, right-wing moral hypocrisy, and the unchecked power of corporate billionaires. Through sharp analogies and memorable quips, they illuminate the dangers of performative religiosity, endless war, eroding working-class stability, and a culture addicted to greed. This episode is essential listening for anyone seeking an unvarnished progressive perspective on the current U.S. political landscape.
