Now we know why Elon Musk is chronically online and triggered by podcasters that talk about the DOJ doing what it should do, which is investigating crimes and corruption. Kylie popped this up. Molly John fast tweets. Two members of Elon Musk's Doge team working at the Social Security Administration, were secretly in touch with an advocacy group seeking to overturn election results in certain states. And one signed an agreement that may have involved using Social Security data to match state voter roles. The Justice Department revealed in newly disclosed court papers. Kyle Cheney is the one that broke this story and you can see it all here. And this should be a lead story everywhere. But we have mush brain pudding boy in know giving these insane press conferences to take everybody's eye off the ball. Eye off the ball is this. They are breaking the law by not releasing the Epstein files because he's in the center of the Epstein files. Elon Musk, in my opinion, this is my opinion. He got the keys to the federal government to shut down investigations into himself. And by doing so, he and other people in Doge probably again opinion, committed more crimes, which is why he's having a stage five meltdown that Jim Acosta and I said, we, if we get power back, we need to have investigations, unlike what Biden did. I appreciate that he thinks the Democrats are so ballsy that they're going to do this, I really do, because I don't have that kind of faith in the Democratic Party, but that's what all of this is about. And of course, he, he's a cheater. Of course, Elon Musk is the world's biggest cheater. Of course, Elon Musk, the man who had to buy a social media website to try to boost his ego. He gave his AI robot a lobotomy to say that he's some sort of genetic specimen. He's chronically online, the most pathetic. Literally, he, he is worth a trillion dollars and all he does all day long is sit and tweet that he's so oppressed. And then here's what's so effed up about it, you guys. He has like hive mind little people that go along with whatever he says. Like, oh yeah, Elon's so oppressed. It's, it's such, such a pathetic display of. And I'm not really into this masculine, feminine stuff, but it's such a pathetic display of masculinity and more than anything, a pathetic display of humanity to have the resources that he has. And that's how he chooses to spend his Day. It's gross.
Molly
Jennifer, did you forget that he hired someone and paid them to play some video game to make you win? I mean, so this surprises me. Zero. And I also want you know, this is not the. I'm super, super alarmed about this because I think they will stop at nothing to win the elections. Whether it's gerrymandering, stealing data, changing voting machines, whatever it is. But also remember that after Elon Musk and his little tiny men got in there and broke into the system, they had a Russia, Russia, some kind of Russian breach. Very soon thereafter, within like three or four days of them getting in the system under Elon Musk, our data is anywhere, everywhere, all at once. There is no doubt in my mind, in my opinion, like yours, this is the least of the crimes that he has committed and is willing to commit to keep the Republicans in power.
Jennifer
And I don't know about the Russian breach, but I do know that it's been widely documented that Elon Musk and Vladimir Putin are phone buddies and that. That during the election, and I don't know if it's up to date, but that they have had multiple, multiple phone conversations. So again, Elon Musk is the man that outed President Trump, which we all knew that he was in the middle of the Epstein files, but he's the one who said, hey, the reason you're never gonna get the files is because he's in them. And then he spends a day going, pedophile protectors are the worst. You know, I can't believe people protect pedophiles. And so now their big push is. So if you notice, MAGA has like two or three things that they know, culture war wise, keep the base engaged. Number one, pedophilia. You had all of these people that were full, you know, in the tank on this Pizzagate, QAnon stuff, right? And then all of that was proven to fall flat. And then they went all chips in on Jeffrey Epstein and they believed that Donald Trump was going to uncover this cabal of pedophiles. Problem for them is that, yes, there's a cabal of pedophiles. It's just the people that you support that are the pedos. And so another one that they always go to are trans people to be able to do things. So they just have like, they're like two to three trick ponies. It's never about health care, it's never about income inequality, it's never about quality of life. It's never about, you know, really being a party of law. And Order. So here we have this Bovino, this Nazi, just really weird guy who's playing out his broken inner child issues on the national stage dressing like a Nazi. And that's, that's no accident. Here he is using culture war stuff to the base. And I want to remind you, the man that he would die for is in the epicenter of a pedophile ring. Play the clip.
Interviewer
Think about it for just a second. What the race of a child actually entails. It seems as if that's glossed over by the media oftentimes. What does that entail and what's that like?
Jennifer
Okay, I do believe that it is glossed over by the media. And I imagine, Mr. Bevino, that you are a big freebaser of Fox News. And I would imagine that you probably never hear about what Jeffrey Epstein and other people, Ghislaine Maxwell, who, remember Donald Trump, wishes her well and made her go from it like moderate prison to a cream puff prison. They never talk about the rape of those little girls, ever. Fox News just glosses right over it. They'll end up talking about a trans ping pong player in Thailand before they talk about the rape of little girls. And if you want to talk about the rape of little girls, let's have that conversation. Let's talk about the guy that you work for breaking the law with, Pam Bondi, who wears her Christian cross all the time and all, and Moses, Mike Grinder Johnson continuing to break the law by not releasing the Epstein file. So don't stand there in your Nazi outfit and lecture us that you give a about kids or about rape or about sexual assault or about sexual abuse, because you don't. You're lying. You are a liar. That's all MAGA does. Walks up to the mag, to the microphone and lies every day, all day to the people that vote for them. And they're so desperate right now that they're pulling out old stuff in their playbook. And again, an opportunity if we would have daily press conferences by swarms of Democratic politicians to juxtapose what he said with hardcore evidence from the Epstein files.
Molly
Well, or look no further than the January 6th, the people that he pardoned there, the insurrectionist. I mean, that is a walking, talking treasure trove of rearrested for sex offenders. I mean, I honestly, it's all over social media. So anybody in the Republican Party or that is a part of this administration that says I'm protecting children, rapist so bad you don't care. That should be the standard line. If you cared, you would Be against pardoning those people, you would be against the man that you work for. You have no credibility. Sit down. Shut the upper.
Jennifer
All right, this is stunning, what I'm about to play for you guys. So this is a chief of police in Minnesota, and he is speaking out for the black and brown officers in his police department that are being stopped by ICE agents when they are off duty. And these officers are American citizens and they're asking for papers. And I just want to remind you, all of you that are living in America right now, if I was stopped and somebody asked me for my papers to prove I was a citizen, I don't know what I would give them. I don't. The driver's license doesn't prove you're a citizen. So I don't know what these quote unquote papers are other than a jet stream of intimidation and by the Gestapo, led by that little tiny Bevino who dresses on purpose like a Nazi. The cops are starting to get really sick of this. This is stunning. Listen to this clip in its entirety.
Mark Brulee
Good morning, everyone. I'm Mark Brulee, police chief of City of Brooklyn Park. Behind me is a bunch of amazing police chiefs that are here in support of a very short but very important message that we want to share with you. What you won't hear from any of us today is rhetoric of abolish ICE or that there shouldn't be immigration enforcement. The truth is, immigration enforcement is necessary for our national security, for local security, but how it's done is extremely important. In fact, we have a long history of working exceptionally well with our federal partners, including ICE agents. And we have seen the best of them perform their job extremely well in the past. With that said, recently as the last two weeks, we as law enforcement community have been receiving endless complaints about civil rights violations in our streets from US Citizens. What we're hearing is they're being stopped in traffic stops or on the street with no cause and being forced to demand paperwork to determine if they are here legally. As this went on over the past two weeks, we started hearing from our police officers the same complaints as they fell victim to this while off duty. Every one of these individuals is a person of color who has had this happen to them in Brooklyn Park. One particular officer that shared her story with me was stopped as she passed ICE going down the roadway. When they boxed her in, they demanded her paperwork, of which she's a US Citizen and clearly would not have any paperwork. When she became concerned about the rhetoric and the way she was being treated, she pulled out her phone in an attempt to record the incident. The phone was knocked out of her hands, preventing her from recording it. The officer had their guns drawn during this interaction and after the officer became so concerned they were forced to identify themselves as a Brooklyn Port police officer in hopes of slowing the incident and deescalating the incident down. The agents then immediately left after hearing.
Jennifer
This making okay, so here's some points that I want to make about this. Number one, if you notice at the top of that this is so important to him, the human rights violations and the racism from EYES to his staff. He wanted to establish himself as a credible messenger and he says this is not about abolish eyes. I'm a law enforcement guy. I understand that sometimes I have to work with the feds on issues. I'm a law and order guy. So he establishes himself as this isn't a political thing for me. And he did that intentionally because he wants MAGA to hear this and he wants MAGA voters to hear what is happening. And then he goes on to talk about his co workers that are stopped because of the color of their skin, asked for papers, guns are drawn on them when they're doing absolutely nothing wrong. These ICE agents are pulling over black and brown cops and shaking them down because they're racist. And the Minnesota cops are sick of this. And it's not his job to say abolish eyes. So when people on the left hear this, do not get pure in this whole thing. It hurts the cause. The larger message here is it's our job to push our politicians to abolish ICE because it's FUBAR and it needs, if we have to have some sort of border protection, you know, which we obviously need, need it if it can't be absorbed by some other organization that we already have, a moral clear, non gestapo style. But this cop says that at the top and I'm afraid that a lot of our listeners oh, he said he didn't want to abolish ice. It's not his job. He's a law enforcement guy. The thing is, if you're getting cops that are mag coded like that to start calling ICE bigots and racially profiling people, it will make some of these white people that juggle with their racism, depending on what crowd they're in, stop for a second, go, oh this is a big butch American man. You know, he didn't say abolish ICE and that, you know, that black lady that works for him or that brown skinned guy that works for him. They're just doing their job and that's his co worker. Well, I work with a brown skinned person or I work with a black woman and it's, it's bringing it back to the humanity of it. And I think it's just a really important message. And we as the receivers of this message cannot just slice, slice and dice. Everybody are like. For me personally, I won't speak for pumps. I believe that ICE needs to be abolished. And I, and I believe that for a very, very long time. And Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has been saying this for like six years and it's only gotten worse.
Molly
I think that all the money that's going into ICE should go into the immigration system to make us a functioning administrative court system that when people come in and go out. But here's the only. I can't add to anything that you beautifully, very well said, talked about how this man handled this. But I just will say I watch Christy, no unfortun who I just want to say she probably feels such a compliment when they call her ICE Barbie instead of being embarrassed. But that's, that's beside the point. But she talks about the. We have targeted training. Our training is this. Our training is that we're so targeted in the training. Christy, if you're so targeted in the training, why are you stopping US citizens at a rate that is mind boggling? Why are you trying to stop police officers? This training not targeted. Other than ra. Racially targeted. It is not targeted. That is the biggest line of. And I just want to get that out there because every time she's on TV our training is so targeted. Then why do you have 40% of criminals and or what, what is it, 70% are not criminals? If it's that targeted, show us the numbers.
Jennifer
But it is targeted. It is targeted towards black and brown people and it's called the Kavanaugh stop. The Supreme Court allowed this and they are doing what the Supreme Court emboldened them to do, which is target black and brown people. And so when she says that she believes it because that's what they're doing. They are targeting the people that the Supreme Court said they could target. And that's why that butch white MAGA coated looking guy walked out there. To be apolitical to say I'm not about abolishing ice, but they are stopping my people who are not doing anything wrong because of the color of their skin. And Kavanaugh, Brett Kavanaugh, this is called the Kavanaugh stop. So we have to understand these people are telling us who they are and what they're doing and we have to believe them. Now there's going to be some people who will not ever believe that they're doing anything wrong or this is this type of recreational cruelty and recreational racism is something that they find very comforting and entertain. And that's their problem. You guys, it's really kind of scary because right now it's so easy to find personal information about people online. People can have your address, phone number, family members, names, and it's really unsettling. And so that's why I have signed up for Delete Me. I want to move along that Gavin Newsom arrived in Davos and he very brilliantly had some good messaging for these European leaders who are still trying to play patty cake with, you know, who play the clip.
Mark Brulee
Messages from the White House around Greenland this week.
Gavin Newsom
Yeah, it's time to fuck up. Stop being complicit. It's time to stand tall and firm. I should have brought a bunch of knee pads for all the world leaders. I mean, handing out crowns and handing. I mean, this is pathetic. Nobel prizes that are being given away. I mean, it's just pathetic. And I hope people understand how pathetic they look on the world stage. I mean, at least from an American perspective, it's embarrassing.
Jennifer
So, okay, here's my take on all of this. Gavin is really good in certain instances. Like, that was excellent. But then he erases any sense of being a credible messenger to me. When he should have taken knee pads to his interview with Ben Shapiro. When he should take knee pads to any conversation he has about Israel that he can talk about people being complicit, but he, he can't stand up to billionaires that are threatening to pack their toys up and move away from California. And this selective tough guy act of his. I, I love it when he is the tough guy and he stands up to Trump. But here's where I am with all of this. I'm not just waking up every day going, God, I want to beat up on Gavin Newsom. God, Cory Booker sucks. God, Chuck Schumer's an abject disappointment. Hakeem Jeffries. Social media sucks. Standing there with a baseball bat. There's no joy in any of that. Like, we're looking person that has moral clarity across the board that says, I'm not sitting down with Ben Shapiro right now, right this second, me trying to peel off some Ben Shapiro voters and me saying that it wasn't a genocide when our base and everybody on the planet and even Israeli human rights groups say it's a genocide. I'm not going to take part in the ADL weaponizing anti Semitism towards the left to erode their free speech on universities when the spear of anti Semitism is the Groipers and the Tucker Carlson and the Marjorie Taylor Greens and the Donald Trumps that just is simmering on the right. We're looking for somebody not perfection, but show some evolution. And at every turn, that's great. He goes over. There's a great sound bite in Davos. Loved it. Unfortunately, you can talk the talk, but you can't walk the walk. You're a great critic of Trump, but the standards that you try to hold him up to verbally, you do not apply. Lie to these tech oligarchs in your state because you got to drop on your knees and say, please don't pack your toys up and leave California. I mean, you're this. Tell them, say you want to pack your toys up and leave. Okay, do it. Go move to piece of Texas where if your daughter gets raped, then she can't have an abortion. I mean, he's such a good messenger on so many parts, but he, he thwarts so much of his credibility. And at this point, it's like the Democrats are so thirsty for leadership and his social media at times does. But I'm so sick of compromising for corporate Dems. I am so sick of it. And I just think, and I, I don't want to speak for you because I think you're more to the center on a lot of these establishment Democrats than I am. But for me, I Am so. I'm so sick of this. I feel like it's just like nobody has the moral clarity to stand up for the country right now.
Molly
Gavin Newsom, I mean it, it hurts when I see him on these podcasts completely undermining himself because I think he is a great candidate because he can, he can get in there, he can debate. But here's the thing. I feel like him getting on there, the way he handled Charlie Kirk, the way he handled Ben Shapiro, that hurts him.
Jennifer
Him.
Molly
That, that doesn't help him. That hurts him. And the billionaire thing, it's just like, are you kidding me? We saw in New York City, this is how you do it. It's not, it's not that hard, apparently, because Zorin was laser focused and he won by a mile. So I still have hope for Gavin Newsom on the evolution, but the, the podcast thing, I just. That's horrible political advice. And you have said this from jump and I have believed you from John. None of these people that are down the rabbit hole of Ben Shapiro are going to jump over and vote for a Democrat ever. Period. End of story. Like, stop it.
Jennifer
Well, there's this whole thing. This is what I think spawned this. There's this whole thing where these right wingers, younger right wing people that are kind of in the, in the Nick Fuentes, groper, groiper area of the Internet, did this whole thing where they were like, we're voting for Gavin over J.D. vance because J.D. vance is pudgy and it like popped off in all of these young guys. And so the problem with, for me, Gavin Newsom, and I hope that he is not the candidate because it is more of the same and he'll probably win a general election. He's a white dude. Historically, Americans like electing white dudes, as evidenced if you look at the pictures of all the United States presidents with the exception of one. But those policies, those corporate policies, they do, they are not enough of a resistance to the fuel that feeds fascism. And he, his corporate ties and his inability to have moral clarity over Israel right now is. It just, it's fundamentally disqualifying to me. And I, I have opened my eyes up to this and I just think his political career, Governor of California, that's great. You know, if they want you to never tax billionaires and that's behooves your state, that's your business. But I don't want him bringing that to the national stage. I don't want a, a president that threw trans people for what? I mean, less than 1% of the population throws them under the bus with Charlie Kirk to try to get a few of these right wing voters to me, he has proven to be morally compromised and has the same level of narcissism that a lot of these politicians do where they're just prostitutes. And it just, I just, I'm really off the Gavin train. All right, give us, tell us what you all think in the comments. Who's your front runner for 2028? Like subscribe comment. We'll be back later with more news. Sam.
Episode Title: Minnesota Police Speak Out Against Trump's ICE Abuse in Public Call Out
Date: January 21, 2026
Hosts: Jennifer Welch & Angie “Pumps” Sullivan
Guest/Contributors: Molly John-Fast
This episode dives into two major stories: recent revelations about Elon Musk’s connections to government databases and the Trump-linked abuse of ICE authority against Black and brown police officers in Minnesota. Hosts Jennifer and Angie, with input from Molly John-Fast, use a mix of sharp criticism and biting humor to deconstruct right-wing culture wars, ICE abuses, and Democratic Party shortcomings. The episode centers on a powerful statement by Minnesota police leadership calling out ICE for racially motivated civil rights violations, critiquing both the methods and morality behind current immigration enforcement under Trump-aligned policies.

Double Standards on Crime and Pardons
Police Speak Out Against ICE Harassment
Notable Quote (Mark Brulee, Police Chief):
“As this went on over the past two weeks, we started hearing from our police officers the same complaints as they fell victim to this while off duty. Every one of these individuals is a person of color... ICE agents are pulling over black and brown cops and shaking them down because they're racist.” ([09:28])
Host Commentary on Law Enforcement Message Framing
Abolish ICE: Personal and Political Stances
Jennifer: “For me personally, I won't speak for Pumps. I believe that ICE needs to be abolished. And I believe that for a very, very long time. And Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has been saying this for like six years and it's only gotten worse.” ([13:56])
Molly calls out claims of targeted ICE training as “bullshit,” noting the high rate at which “US citizens are being stopped.” ([14:38])
Jennifer introduces the phrase “Kavanaugh stop,” referencing Supreme Court-provoked law enforcement latitude to racially target individuals:
“They are targeting the people that the Supreme Court said they could target. And that's why that butch white MAGA coated looking guy walked out there.” ([15:54])
Newsom’s Messaging on World Stage vs. Domestic Failures
Jennifer plays a clip from Gavin Newsom in Davos:
“Yeah, it's time to fuck up. Stop being complicit. It's time to stand tall and firm. I should have brought a bunch of knee pads for all the world leaders... this is pathetic.” ([18:58])
Jennifer laments Newsom’s selective courage:
“He erases any sense of being a credible messenger to me. When he should have taken knee pads to his interview with Ben Shapiro... selective tough guy act.” ([19:25])
Democratic Leadership and "Moral Clarity"
Jennifer expresses exhaustion with corporate Democrats:
“I'm so sick of compromising for corporate Dems. I am so sick of it... I feel like it's just like nobody has the moral clarity to stand up for the country right now.” ([21:59])
Molly adds that Newsom’s outreach on right-wing shows is self-defeating:
“None of these people that are down the rabbit hole of Ben Shapiro are going to jump over and vote for a Democrat. Ever. Period. End of story. Like, stop it.” ([22:48])
Jennifer closes the segment with a critique of Newsom’s corporate ties and lack of progressive authenticity:
“His corporate ties and his inability to have moral clarity over Israel right now is... fundamentally disqualifying to me... I don't want him bringing that to the national stage.” ([23:26])
“He got the keys to the federal government to shut down investigations into himself.” ([00:51])
“This is the least of the crimes that he has committed and is willing to commit to keep the Republicans in power.” ([02:45])
“ICE agents are pulling over black and brown cops and shaking them down because they're racist.” ([09:28])
“If you're getting cops that are MAGA coded like that to start calling ICE bigots and racially profiling people, it will make some of these white people... stop for a second, go, oh, this is a big butch American man.” ([11:45])
“It's time to fuck up. Stop being complicit. It's time to stand tall and firm. I should have brought a bunch of knee pads for all the world leaders.” ([18:58])
“I'm so sick of compromising for corporate Dems. I am so sick of it.” ([21:59])
“None of these people that are down the rabbit hole of Ben Shapiro are going to jump over and vote for a Democrat. Ever.” ([22:48])
This episode uses a hot-mic, unapologetic style to spotlight the dangers of unchecked federal power, institutional discrimination, and the inadequacies of both Republican and Democratic leadership. The Minnesota police chief’s statement becomes a rare cross-partisan touchpoint. The hosts call for realignment of law enforcement priorities and a Democratic Party with unwavering moral clarity, not just oppositional soundbites. The episode closes by encouraging listeners to weigh in on preferred 2028 presidential contenders, signaling ongoing engagement with their fiercely progressive, activist audience.
