As more information is released in the Epstein case, you see more and more crimes being committed. You see more and more people involved with it, and you see the US Government assisting in protecting these pedophiles. So this is the latest development regarding what happened after Jeffrey Epstein died in DOJ custody.
Guest Expert
There are many different stories about Jeffrey Epstein and the government response to his case, but this one is a real doozy. The Miami Herald's Julie Brown, who you might have seen on this program, has an absolute bombshell about how the Epstein files show there were an unusual number of bags of shredded documents removed from Epstein's jail just days after his death. That alone is suspicious. A corrections officer, though, was so concerned that they called the secret FBI tip line and said they'd, quote, never seen this amount of bags of shredded documents coming out to be put in the dumpster. The officer was concerned about the After Action group that came in to look into the death. Just to tell you how this works, usually investigative teams do not immediately shred documents and evidence. They collect evidence. The FBI records state that the caller found it, quote, suspicious that an After Action team charged with investigating would be shredding huge amounts of paperwork. That is an understatement. A corrections officer later wrote a memo to the FBI saying, you might want to investigate why those employees are destroying records. And jails sometimes use inmates for certain physical tasks. The Herald reporting an inmate at the jail was told to take bags of shredded material to the rear gate, throw them in a dumpster. The inmate said, reportedly, quote, they're shredding everything. On top of that, the files show that there were whistleblower accounts, a letter to a judge, and U.S. attorneys staff, who also viewed this as suspicious, at the very least, a potential crime or obstruction at most.

Okay, here's. Here's another thing that I think it's worth noting. When Jeffrey Epstein was originally arrested in Florida, before the 2008 plea deal, he was out of the country. And when the FBI got there to raid his home, all of the electronic equipment was removed, all of the computer hard drives were removed. So there. There is a consistent theme that people in the Department of Justice have been doing things to cover up the actions of Jeffrey Epstein. And here's the thing, we have a reporter that's telling us this, Julie K. Brown has been on top of it. There is no world in which you take evidence from a death scene and immediately shred it and dispose of it. That just simply does not happen any other time than this right here.

I just don't think there's any world where somebody can hang themselves off of a bedpost that's 24 inches from the ground. I mean, and I've always thought that. And as much as the right wing, like Candace Owens is into like she's linked brain Bridget Macron somehow in the French Legionnaires to being in Utah the day that Charlie Kirk was assassinated. And I just think it's interesting that all of these right wingers that were so into QAnon, it's crickets. I mean, it's complete crickets about this. And I would like to see the investigative journalism of Candace Owens on this. Like you when Kylie had up that video of the gel cell, if you can go back to that. Just a still frame of Jeffrey Epstein. See that right there, like that? Yeah. Like we all know that this just, this didn't happen. And time and time again we find out that whether it's a Republican DOJ or a Democratic doj, nobody wants to mess with this case. And it is because so many people that are active in politics and political donations or industry titans are in the center of these files. And it's the same reason that Merrick Garland and Joe Biden didn't do anything about the wealthy white Donald Trump after he did an insurrection. And for me, the bullshit that we have been fed, the propaganda that we've been fed our whole lives, justice is blind. And you see the statue everywhere with lady justice being blindfolded. It's bullshit. Our justice system is an apartheid justice system. And all of this moral ambiguity that the United States engages in breaks us and breaks the people who implement the moral duplicity of these policies to where now we find ourselves partnering in a war overseas with a war criminal that runs an apartheid state that genocided Palestine, it looks like he's in the works of wanting to do the exact same thing in Lebanon. His people in his own government have said that. So you would say, Jennifer, why are all of these things linked from Jeffrey Epstein all the way to what's happening now? And I think it is this notion that if you don't embrace universal human rights and you don't embrace equality, whether it be in the justice system, whether it be with valuing anti Semitism and its prevention every bit as much as you do. The anti immigrant bigotry that's rising all over the place in the United States. The anti trans bigotry which is a nightmare for trans people right now. But we always seem to quantify which bigotries are important, which ones aren't. And I think this moral cherry picking leads us to all of these things. To where if we are going to be the country that we tell our kids justice is blind. All of these things we have to address why Jeffrey Epstein, why all of the people surrounding him are off the hook on this and why there is clearly a cover up into the fact that I believe it's just my opinion based on watching a lot of true crime shows. My entire life was killed in a cell. That's what I think.

Well, not in to echo that. We also have had so many people, attorneys for victims. We've had Julie K. Brown on, on this show. Every single person that had any interaction or any knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein as a person said he would not have committed suicide, I assume. And my theory is he was sitting in jail waiting to get out because he was going to spill the beans and then all of a sudden he ends up dead. You know what's going on there. But in terms of so many justice departments allowed this to go on. It was Democrats and Republican. There is no getting around that because these men are rich and they have money. We see other countries going full throttle on people deeply involved in this. And we just found out France did a big, big raid. Pop that up, Kylie. Okay, so Reuters is reporting Edmond de Rothschild Paris's office rated an Epstein linked probe into the diplomat. And if you remember, you, Jeffrey Epstein's accountant came in and testified that this Rothchild person was one of the four main biggies with him. Have we seen anything? He also said Les Wexner was involved. Leon Black. We have seen nothing like that in the United States. We have not seen one criminal case be filed based on what is happening in the Epstein file. Nor have we seen any politician who is mentioned in the Epstein files have any consequences. There has been zero accountability in the United States of America and that says a lot about how sick and disgusting as a nation we are allowing pedophiles and pedophile protectors to go with zero accountability.
Jan
Yeah. The problem that we have is people like all of the Qanonors, they cared about this when they thought Hillary Clinton was cannibalizing children in the non existent comet pizza basement. They cared about it. They were, you know, knee deep in the whole thing. And now that it's shown to be really, you know, Democrats, Republicans, and it is a cabal of pedophiles, but the through line is that they are elites, right? All of these people, much like the Don't Tread on Me crowd that was like, we're so worried about the federal government having so much power, they immediately disappear. And, and the. At the same time that all of this is going on, we have forces within the federal government, specifically the President of the United States, who wants the American public to be at odds, the enemy from within. We've got to go against the Democrats. And there's just an overarching moral collapse on so many issues in our culture right now that are so devastating to watch. The Trump administration and the first law firm that bent the knee, and everybody was so shocked that the law firm bent the knee. That guy's in the Epstein files, all the oligarchs that bent the knee. Turns out Jeffrey Epstein had a dinner with all of them, takes a picture of all of them at the table and emails it to himself knowing, oh, this is good shit. Everybody surrounding Trump is in these Epstein files. How Howard Lutnick took his kids to Epstein island after. After he was already a convicted pedophile. The most jarring thing for me is that after all of the time after 2008, whenever it was in Florida that he took that sweetheart deal, the last Epstein dump is all after that. What kind of fucking parent allows their child around Jeffrey Epstein, number one? And number two, what type of person wants to be around Jeffrey Epstein after we already know that he is a pedophile that runs a pedophilic sex ring? It's just the moral collapse in this, coinciding with the moral collapse of our government to me, are in lockstep.

No, I agree with you on that. And, and just the lack of investigation by Republican and Democratic DOJs. And you know, we see in New Mexico properties never been searched, storage units never searched. And then this came out and I thought, well, that's a duh. Politico reports Epstein's accountant and lawyer tell Congress they were never interviewed by federal investigators. Like, this was the most hands off of any pedophile trafficking ring in the history of the world. And I stand by saying if this was a cabal of blue collar workers, it would be everywhere, their faces would be everywhere. They'd be held without bond awaiting trial because everybody would be so outraged. But because it's the Epstein class. It's fine. You know, rich people, they just have different wants and need. It's just like nobody gets. Nobody should excuse pedophilia or people that protect pedophiles. It should not be a partisan issue.

Check insurance off your list@simplybusiness.com. i just want to say one thing about the use of the phrase Epstein class. Now there are hard right Zionist groups that are saying if you refer to these rich pedophiles as the Epstein class, that that is anti Semitic. And this over diluting and weaponizing of anti Semitism constantly and the conflation of these types of things are insane and and are making Jews less safe worldwide. But I would just remember the following. I remember in the early days of Trump 2.0 there was a f FBI sex sting in Las Vegas where the FBI set up on, you know, phones like lured in the pedophiles like I'm a 12 year old or I'm a 13 year old and then the pedophile would show up, braceless custody. Well, one of these guys that they lured in was an Israeli that worked for the Israeli government. And he just immediately got deported back to Israel. Not deported, but sent, not even deported, with no charges, all charges dropped. And so my thing as an inquisitive person is when somebody's telling me, you can't say that, you can't criticize that, you can't do this, and they're trying to be my thought police, I'm like, what are they hiding? What. What's going on there? Like, of course Israel gets to be criticized. Of course we can call the Christians, atheists, Jews, whomever, the billionaires that raped little kids. Of course we can call them the Epstein class. You don't get to tell us we can and cannot call them that. Of course I get to say Benjamin Netanyahu, who's a war criminal, who I think dog walked via the help of Witkoff and Kushner into this illegal war in Iran. Why do you think you get to fucking tell me what I want to say, what I want to do? It's just that to me, that thought police speech, police control police. And I always think about that. That situation in Las Vegas. Do you remember that punk?

Oh, I absolutely remember it. I mean, it was like, gone.

Why did he get to go back? And everybody else faces justice again. What's the link between the United States and Israel right now? They have an apartheid form of government, and so do we. Black people have been telling us forever our justice system is an apartheid justice system. So when you allow a moral collapse or a moral exception in one thing, you leave everything else vulnerable, and then you end up not believing in anything. And you're a nihilist who will not prosecute pedophiles because they're rich. Like, that's what country we live in right now. And for the record, to all of the anti Semitism police, I criticize the United States first and foremost. I think the Trump regime, I think the Western media in the United States deserves more criticism than anything, because the buck stops with Trump and our electorate. A portion of it is so stupid and racist that they elected a man that is so compromised and so easily manipulated. And that's on us, right? That is on us that we elected such a. That is so easy to be manipulated by a war criminal named Benjamin Netanyahu. It's on us that we elected a man who cannot come, who was calling child rape a hoax, but with the signs were there. He told us, you can grab them by the you can go do inspections of teen what are they? Pageant. Pageant girls. So, you know, that's that's on the American public. And all of my criticism goes there because we are not we don't have moral clarity on so many issues. So within it's super easy to buy in to any other nation that has apartheid systems or wants to genocide or wants to start illegal wars. If I'm looking at this from that. So I'm oh, yeah, the US Will be your perfect partner for that.

Episode Title: New Evidence in Epstein Death, Shredded Docs Thrown Out at NY Jail
Hosts: Jennifer Welch & Angie “Pumps” Sullivan
Date: March 25, 2026
In this episode, Jennifer Welch and Angie “Pumps” Sullivan analyze shocking new revelations about the Jeffrey Epstein case, notably the suspicious shredding of documents at the jail following Epstein’s death. The hosts, joined by a guest expert, discuss government complicity, bipartisan failures, the theme of elite immunity, media silence, and the broader moral collapse in American justice. The conversation is infused with their trademark candidness, dark humor, and unfiltered progressive critique, drawing connections between systemic injustices, international cover-ups, and current political crises.
“…an After Action team charged with investigating would be shredding huge amounts of paperwork. That is an understatement.” ([01:43])
“…if this was a cabal of blue collar workers, it would be everywhere…faces everywhere…held without bond…because it’s the Epstein class, it’s fine.”
“The moral collapse in this, coinciding with the moral collapse of our government to me, are in lockstep.” ([11:07])

The episode is fiery, darkly humorous, and laced with righteous indignation and blunt progressive critique. Jennifer and Angie dismantle partisan excuses, demand accountability, and draw connective tissue between the Epstein scandal, systemic inequality, U.S. political rot, and global crises. Their message is clear: American justice is rigged for elites—and the cover-up surrounding Epstein’s jail death is a glaring, bipartisan symptom of deeper moral failure.
