I don't know if you haven't seen him in eight days. I saw him yesterday. I didn't see him today but yesterday because I was in Congress the day before. I talked to him at all hours of the day and night. He works inhumane hours. Okay, I've been on, I've been on foreign trips with the president that he doesn't sleep in the whole flight and everyone else is sleeping on the plane. And he's wandering the hallways looking for someone to wake up and talk to. That people are so. I don't know what you're referring to.

Marco, I did a quick little goog of dementia sleep habits. Kylie, pop this up. The sleep habits of people with dementia are characterized by fragmented, disrupted sleep wake cycles. That's the, you know, just the, the praising of this man just goes on and on from these guys. Wasn't his nickname Little Marco or something like that in 2016? It just goes on and on to where there's just no self respect at all.

Donald Trump called Heidi ugly, said that, that Ted Cruz's dad killed jfk, and Ted Cruz marches on the RNC convention stage. They all have maxi pads on their ear. Because they're all cattle, these Republicans. And he says, God bless Donald Trump.

There's, you know, Trump has this gift that he, that he's good at, that he gets, and that's seeing these people that criticize him initially, sort of bending them around to where they're not criticizing, now they're worshiping. It's like he loves to sort of watch their change, their subtle change over a period of time. It's beyond me. I mean, I remember we watched that 2016 election with vigor. And to now see these guys capitulate and just, you know, for lack of a better word, just dick suck over and over and over.

Yeah. And this is the humiliation ritual. And I agree that Trump is really good at the humiliation ritual. He has mastered it. I would even say what he just did to little Marco there. Ted Liu was asking him, has Trump, you know, fallen, fallen asleep? And he says, no, he doesn't do that. Well, then what Ted Lou did after that is he played a video of the most recent cabinet meeting. When Marco's droning on and on about some accomplishments, some circle jerk accomplishment at the State Department. Trump's sitting there sawing logs. I think it's just humiliating to the people at the Cabinet table that he, that he says, I don't like hanging out with winners. I like hanging out with losers. Then they all show up, and because of dementia, he's sitting there napping because he doesn't give a fuck. And he's really good at humiliating people. Imagine if I fell asleep through this podcast and then you carried us. I mean, imagine that.

And all of his friends and everybody who's ever touched him is never going to get audited. By their irs. But we're not doing the slush fund. I'm very proud to have given importance and I think they should be a reimbursed for a crooked government.

Well, see, I'm overstating the obvious to a certain extent, but everything he said in that is a complete lie. I mean, at literally every sentence that he said. So if you're in a court of law, those things don't hold up. And you notice with Trump, all of his rhetoric, all of his, it all may play in the court of public opinion with a bunch of these MAGA yahoo crazies, but when you strip this down and you put it before a judge and the rule of law matters and case law matters and stat statutes matter and things like that do matter, then all of, if not most all of his legal theories fall apart. The IRS can't give someone immunity for life from paying taxes. That's unheard of. Nobody gets that. The president doesn't have that authority. DOJ doesn't have that authority. The IRS doesn't have that authority to tell Donald Trump and or his children that you're going to be immune from paying taxes to this country for the rest of your life. That's fucking insane. Anybody knows that. You can't do that. It's not a presidential power. You can't do that with someone. The slush fund, that's another issue. You saw this judge in Florida. Initially, she allowed them to dismiss it, and then that's when they announced that there's a settlement of the slush fund. And then the judge down there said, you know, I don't have authority. Now they've dismissed that lawsuit. Well, a few days ago, 35 federal judges re urged her to look at that and render a different opinion and open that back up. And she did, about three days ago, I believe her last name is English, Judge English, Kathleen English, in the Southern District of Miami, Florida. And she basically told them that I'm going to have a look at this, that there's allegations of fraud and coercion and, and all sort deception. And so that's one inquiry that's currently under place. Then we talked about this previously. But in the Eastern District of Virgin, I believe an organization, Democracy Freedom or Freedom Democracy, filed a lawsuit and a judge there in Virginia ordered all members of the Department of Justice and the IRS and the federal government not to do anything with that fund, not to expend any money, not to make any decisions. They were basically ordered to cease and desist from taking part in any sort of payments toward any claimants. So you've got those two pieces of litigation going on. Ultimately, I think what we've seen is that Donald Trump, at least on his face, is kind of abandoning the slush fund because his legislative agenda is tanking. And I think there was a reconciliation bill that wouldn't pass because a lot of his Republican senators finally said we're not going to pass this legislation, but without some guarantee that you're going to end this stupid goddamn slush fund that you've got. And so that I think that's the leverage.

And I just want to point out that a lot of these January six defendants, a lot of them have already been, they had previous criminal convictions because these are broken people that go in and break federal laws and take a in the Capitol and beat up cops. Since the pardon, a lot of them have been rearrested for ding, ding, ding, sexual assault, child porn, all sorts of, I mean, these people are the bottom of the barre. Now. Trump is telling criminals, if you commit crimes for me, you don't have to buy lottery tickets anymore. You're, I'm going to make sure you get paid because that's how transactional this man is. But this man has been laser focused on about four or five things. Obviously, the ballroom is his newest focus, but one of his focuses since 2020 has been trying to prove that Joe Biden didn't kick his ass in the election. And everybody surrounding Trump that went on all these news stations, oh, it was rigged. Fo news. Oh, it was rigged. Fox News had to pay $1 billion for lying about that in the Voter machine case. And here's a video of Trump still. He just still goes on and on because Roy cone, his gay mentor in New York City, told him if you repeat a lie over and over and over long enough, it becomes true. And so that is one of the weapons that Trump deploys to a non critically thinking base that he has. Play the clip.

I used to say that a year and a half ago, the election was rigged and the cameras would literally turn off. Yeah. And the anchor would say, sir, you're not allowed to say that. You know, now nobody ever turns off the camera because it's been proven to be rigged. Look at what happened in Georgia. Look at all the stuff that we found out. It was a rigged election. He got. Biden lost in a landslide, okay?

But he says it with such ease and conviction. And you're right. I mean, it's a technique that if you continue to say it over and over, he thinks that it's going to be. Be persuasive and convince the non critical thinker that hey, maybe this is the truth. It's just like rewriting January 6th. I mean, he talks about patriots and some of them killed themselves and, and for no reason and just says all these things that just are simply not true. He bombards you with so many lies that you are perplexed as to which one to pick apart first because there's so many of them.

All right, and then Josh the SCOTUS approves a gerrymandered map in Alabama. Pop this up. Democracy docket who does incredible work has breaking news. The Supreme Court will allow Alabama to use congressional map that a federal court found intentionally discriminates against black voters effectively blessing racial gerrymandering. And I've said this once and I'm going to say it again. The rise of anti black racism in this country is the most under reported story ever. This is weaponized racism. When they say make America great again they're talking about going back to segregation. That's what these people want. That's why they voted for Trump. It wasn't about the price of eggs. It's about this racism that Trump allows. And interestingly, a black man on the Supreme Court votes for Josh.

This is another concurring chapter of the shadow docket. This opinion was issued on the shadow docket. It's interesting because it comes from a three judge panel in Alabama, two of which were Trump appointees, that found, specifically found that this redistricting had intentional racial discrimination as a part of it. There was a finding of that and two Trump appointed judges found that. And then they send that up to the Supreme Court. And in the middle of the night, the Supreme Court on the shadow docket overturns that with basically no reason or justification. Again, you want to talk about criminals, you want to talk about people that are evil, look no further than our Supreme Court because they're doing it in a way that matters. Like the one thing that we have is that we have the people can go vote. We can take it to the people and they can vote and their votes count. And they're striking right at the heart of our democracy by saying that your vote's not going to matter if you're African American. We're going to dilute the black vote in this particular state and it's not going to matter. You're going to have pure black representatives, African American representatives. So this is the meat of it right here.

Those are the meanest people that this country has. If you look at the Bible Belt states, they are the bottom 10 states in the country. They're all poor, they have the most racism, they have the most crime, they have the most teen pregnancies, they have the most everything. And then you get this twat. K. Ivy who posts this, she's a governor of Alabama. She posts this. Alabama Governor K. Ivy has proclaimed June as Strong Families Month. Our Alabama families remain the foundation of healthy communities. Alabama recognizes the importance of encouraging strong families. Libs of Tik Tok says amazing, Happy Strong Families Month. What about weak families? What about the weak families? What about that? Aren't Christians supposed to stand up for weak people and weak families? You only want strong families. This is just such Christian signaling. They're all triggered because of Pride Month. They, they melt down. Libs of Tick Tock is going crazy. This, this broad K. Ivy's melting down and only honoring strong families. This is. Josh and I had a rule when we were raising our kids in the Bible Belt. If somebody said, we're a good Christian family, we would always tell our kids, you're not going over to their house.

She, you know, we've lived amongst those people our whole lives, so we, we hear that bullshit, you know, where you like to spew these words of, of Christianity and values and all this stuff, and then you go live a life that's completely different than that. And it's just. It's disgusting. All of it is disgusting. And the people that need help, that truly need help, you're refusing to give it to because you're a racist. Because maybe they're African American or maybe they're gay, Maybe they're marginalized, but you don'. Because they're not white Christians. It's disgusting.
