Foreign surprisingly shockingly, in a 9, 0, unanimous decision, the United States Supreme Court has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of wrongly imprisoned people in El Salvador and that due process is required. Let's see this in the opinion. Nevertheless, I agree with the court's order that the proper remedy is to provide Albro Garcia with all the process to which he would have been entitled had he not been unlawfully removed to El Salvador. That means the government must comply with its obligation to provide Abrero Garcia with due process of law. So are you shocked that it was 90 and the conservatives didn't all vote together against due process?
Host 1
I would say I'd always be shocked if Alito and Thomas showed any sense of humanity like being human beings. But I've read some people that are somewhat critical of this opinion saying that they just said facilitate, they use the word facilitate, and that it wasn't an immediate, you know, demand by the Supreme Court. So some of the legal scholars I've read this morning tend to think that there is a little bit of ambiguity in this order, despite it being 9 0, and that the Trump administration wouldn't consider this a victory. So I don't know how to what to make of it.
Host 3
Well, I completely agree with you. They could have said you have to immediately return him, but they did not. But what gives me hope on this is that the lower court who originally provided the injunction that he not be deported is going to be in charge of his return. And I believe that the only way they can get Alito and Thomas, onto it is to say facilitate, but I do like the due process of law. And then you think about how many people have been sent to these prison camps in El Salvador with no due process, the amount of money, the inefficiency going in, going out, lawsuits. It's unbelievable to me. Now strike that. It's absolutely believable. The incompetence in the inhumane treatment of these people. And now the Supreme Court is telling the Trump administration, you have got to do better.
Host 1
Let me ask you this, because you're a lawyer, is the. Because I. I'm so over my skis on knowing about this. So now that it goes back to the lower court, can the lower court then demand his immediate return?
Host 3
Yes, the lower court has that authority. And if, let's say, they say, okay, you have 10 days and they don't do it, then he can impose upon the Justice Department different balances, checks, measures, deadlines to have these people return.
Host 1
Okay. Something that, you know, we just skim over, you know, I mean, is that people are just getting rounded up off the streets and deport to an inhumane supermax prison in El Salvador. And the administration talks about possibly doing this to American citizens. So, you know, I hope that the Supreme Court continues to fight for their independence and for democracy because this is just such a dangerous road that we're down all for a movement, a personality cult behind this, you know, really gross propagandist, Donald Trump, who's just wrecking everything because he's a broken man.
Host 3
Absolutely. And what it says to me is that, like, you have always beat the drum on maga. They like the cruelty. As long as these people are brown and black, they do not care. They like to see them deported. So I'm happy to see the Supreme Court do this. We're not there yet, but we're moving forward.
Host 1
Okay.
Host 3
In another just. Absolutely. The incompetence of Pam Bondi and the Justice Department. You know, I bang on the drum that Pam Bondi should be impeached every single day. We should be talking about it, because she is absolutely weaponizing the Justice Department and reckless. So remember the big Pam Bondi move. We've arrested an MS.13 gang member. We're deporting him. Show this. This came out yesterday. Update it. Feds move to drop charges against alleged MS.13 leader. Seek to deport him instead. So here they are admitting they did not have the evidence because Pam Bondi got on Fox News and said how dangerous and criminal and every bad thing you could say, anything you think bad about a Gang member. He did. And now they're dropping charges. It's unbelievable, the incompetence of this administration.
Host 1
Here's where we have to really focus. Pam Bondi is not necessarily an Attorney general. And I think sometimes you, as an attorney, you are holding her to the standard that from all of your training, going to law school, that you believe an attorney general should have. And we have to reprogram the way we're processing this right now. Pam Bondi is a propagandist. That's why she's on TV all the time. She has said and sent the signal that it's okay. We're a corrupt administration. We're going to let cop beaters out. We're going to target property crimes against Tesla because she is a propagandist. So when it comes to her being a propagandist and not an attorney general, you see what she's actually doing here. That's why she's on Fox all the time. That's why they're not really doing anything through the courts, because what they're waging right now is a propaganda war to try to break as much as they can before the midterms. And she is one of his little foot soldiers. So we can't. I hate it that this is where we are, that we can't have an expectation of an Attorney General to do the right thing. But I kind of lost hope with Merrick Garland possibly charging Trump and putting his ass in prison. But what we have now is a total propagandist. That's what she is. That's what Levitt is. That's what Pete Hegseth is. All of these people are propagandists that are supporting Trump above all of the institutions that we hold dear.
Host 3
And you're 100% right. And why every time you say that, it is an epiphany to me that I haven't learned my lesson. But you're exactly right.
Host 1
I'll tell you why. Because we are. We are hardwired to think certain things about America, and we're still playing a game that we still think the rule book applies. Trump and his cabinet have torn up the rule book and they're saying, fuck it all. Let's burn it all down. And so we keep arriving with the way that we think the government should work, and it no longer works that way. So that's why, if you think about what they did during Biden's administration, how they just beat the shit out of him, Sleepy Joe, blah, blah. Well, he was really passing massive legislation it was a really successful presidency. He just didn't take his victory to her like, like a propagandist would. But we need to start at continue just sustained attack on these people. So I think it's good that you're attacking her and I think we need to continue it to attack her. But I think we have to take it over the finish line and say she is a propagandist and she is, you know, engaging in illegal activities. Clearly. And I mean, she is a bugger with a cross and all that. I mean, I can sit here and browbeater with you till the cows come home. I would never leave you high and dry on that. I just want us to start thinking, because it's been hard for me too, thinking about what these people are doing and the bill of goods they're selling us and what the end game is. The end game is no more elections. Trump's installed, you know, statues of him all over the place. He's on, you know, money. It's just nauseating, nauseating to think about. So while she wears her little Christian cross, all she's doing is worshiping Trump.
Host 3
Well, when you mention cabinet meeting and propaganda, it brings me to my next point. Yesterday we saw in the cabinet meeting all of these secretaries, oh, Trump, you are the greatest. You're 5D chessing it. You're the art of the deal. Just like the most ridiculous bullshit you've ever seen in your. And then now we have the Midas touch. Explained it quite well. Exactly what was happening that made Trump go back down from the tariffs. The euro and the yen are surging, the US Dollar is failing, stock futures are crashing, the bond markets are imploding and the 10 year treasury yield soaring. So it is not 5D chess. Oh, Trump, you got the one guy yesterday saying, oh, every country wants to negotiate with you. Everyone's coming. That is a lie.
Host 1
Yeah.
Host 3
And you know how we know it's a lie is because China, European Union, they're Taiwan, they're all coming together, thinking about dropping tariffs against each other so they can trade with each other. Which brings me to. And I just had to show this headline from the Independent because I just, it's like, really? This is where we are. Fund managers quietly fear Trump doesn't have a tariff plan and that he might be insane. No shit. Where were you when he was giving microphones a blowjob during the election? Where were you? Remember he had a dance party for 40 minutes, right? @ a rally.
Host 1
Yeah.
Host 3
And now, because the markets are tanking, you trusted him. With the economy. And now you're surprised. It's so infuriating. But what I wanted to show everybody is this is China's response to Trump, to Trump's tariff. And remember that the US exports are only 2% of China's GDP. So here's what China has to say.
Host 2
To Trump is fully prepared to fight to the very end because the world is big enough that the United States is not the totality of the market in the world. So if the United States wants to go in that direction of completely shutting itself out on the China market, be my guest.
Host 1
Yeah.
Host 3
And China will lose the US market, which as I've said, is 15. We don't care.
Host 2
We don't wait on care. China has been here for 5,000 years most of the time.
Host 3
So China's not going to blink. And she is a strong man while Donald Trump is cosplaying a strong man. And you hear all about all of the, you know, now they've increased U. S Import tariffs to 125%. You hear that the CEO of Amazon is canceling orders from China. This is a huge market that is going to be sold and taxed on the American consumer and China's not going to blink. So Trump blinked first and this is where we are.
Host 1
Well, and Trump has intentionally broken the economy with zero plan other than Peter Navarro who had to make up and fabricate an expert because his ideas didn't exist because they weren't tested and proven. So he made up an expert. Trump hires people that tell him what he wants to hear and then they start free dicking it and free basin it with the American economy. And what they're doing right now. These hedge fund guys are looking day to day, but they're starting to see the identifiers that you played from the Midas touch, the bonds and all of those things. He's inherently breaking the economy because he wants to concentrate power. And this is an authoritarian play. They want all of Americans to feel helpless and hopeless. And one of the pillars that we take a lot of pride in as Americans is our economy in our US Dollar. And all of these fiscal conservatives, country club Republicans, hedge fund guys were short sighted with this man and all they saw was a little bit money in their own personal pockets and they're willing to tear the whole thing down. And it's just so sad and unnecessary, diabolical and evil. Support our show by supporting our sponsors. You guys delete me. Host 3
So I want to leave everybody with what they're saying on Fox News because I think it's important because these people are not hearing it because we're talking about Biden's mental acuity over on Fox and trans athletes when the economy's crashing. But we did have this comment from Larry Kudrow Kudlow.
Host 2
I'm Larry Kudlow. So markets crash over 700 points today after a bad inflation report, more tariff confusion. Oh, and by the way, Republicans really going to raise taxes that could have done it. Our own Sandra Smith, Taylor Riggs and Jerry Wills be right here on set to break it.
Host 3
So they're hearing the truth. Whether they believe the truth or not, we don't know. But people are going to feel it in their pocketbooks. They're going to feel it in their 401k despite Fox saying, oh, just don't look at your 401k. People are going to look at their 401k. So I hope that all these people, like you said that were shortsighted that came to the oligarchy ass kiss of Donald Trump. I hope that that they will get some clarity. But we'll have to see how bad the markets get for them to do that.
Host 1
I think in order for them to see something wrong in Trump, they will have to see something wrong in themselves. And only the strong people will be able to do that. Most of these people in his personality cult are incredibly broken, incredibly immoral, have a default setting of cruelty, racism and greed. And so, you know, hopefully we can keep fighting. But I do want to point out that's FOX Business, not FOX News. And so FOX News is a complete. It's just, it's like trans pool and trans hacky sack over there the whole time. I mean, that's all they're talking about over on on fox, you know, Jesse Waters and.
Host 3
Right. Greg Dick Propaganda.
Host 1
Yeah. Yeah.

IHIP News: Trump Gets Rude Awakening After SCOTUS Rules Against Him! Release Date: April 11, 2025 Hosts: Jennifer Welch & Angie “Pumps” Sullivan
In this episode of IHIP News, hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie “Pumps” Sullivan delve into the United States Supreme Court's unanimous decision requiring the Trump administration to facilitate the return of individuals wrongfully imprisoned in El Salvador. The hosts unpack the legal and political ramifications of this landmark ruling.
Host 3 opens the discussion by highlighting the significance of the 9-0 Supreme Court decision:
"Surprisingly shockingly, in a 9-0 unanimous decision, the United States Supreme Court has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of wrongly imprisoned people in El Salvador and that due process is required." [00:57]
The ruling mandates the government to provide Albro Garcia with all due process rights he would have received had he not been unlawfully deported. However, the use of the term "facilitate" introduces ambiguity:
"There is a little bit of ambiguity in this order, despite it being 9-0, and that the Trump administration wouldn't consider this a victory." [02:29]
The hosts express deep concern over the administration's handling of deportations and the lack of due process for individuals like Garcia. Host 1 emphasizes the broader implications:
"People are just getting rounded up off the streets and deported to an inhumane supermax prison in El Salvador." [03:48]
Host 3 criticizes the systemic issues within the administration, particularly targeting Attorney General Pam Bondi:
"Pam Bondi is absolutely weaponizing the Justice Department and reckless." [04:48]
They discuss the administration's approach as a propaganda war aimed at undermining democratic institutions ahead of the midterms, with Bondi portrayed as a propagandist supporting Trump over the rule of law.
The conversation shifts to the economic fallout from Trump's tariff policies. Host 3 points out the instability caused by inconsistent trade strategies:
"Trump has intentionally broken the economy with zero plan other than Peter Navarro who had to make up and fabricate an expert because his ideas didn't exist." [11:10]
They discuss how market fundamentals are suffering, with the US Dollar faltering and bond markets in chaos:
"Stock futures are crashing, the bond markets are imploding, and the 10-year treasury yield is soaring." [09:51]
Host 1 criticizes Trump's disregard for economic stability:
"He hires people that tell him what he wants to hear and then they start free dicking it with the American economy." [11:47]
The hosts dissect the administration's use of media to manipulate public perception. Host 3 references a Fox News segment featuring Larry Kudlow:
"Markets crash over 700 points today after a bad inflation report, more tariff confusion." [14:38]
They argue that the administration's propaganda efforts aim to obscure the economic hardships faced by Americans and to maintain Trump's dominance:
"Trump and his cabinet have torn up the rule book and they're saying, 'Fuck it all. Let's burn it all down.'" [07:25]
Host 1 differentiates between Fox Business and Fox News, criticizing the latter's focus on sensational topics over pressing economic issues:
"Most of these people in his personality cult are incredibly broken, incredibly immoral, have a default setting of cruelty, racism, and greed." [15:39]
They express frustration over Fox News' distraction tactics, such as focusing on trans athlete debates instead of the economic crisis:
"On Fox, you know, Jesse Waters and... Greg Dick Propaganda." [16:15]
Wrapping up, the hosts emphasize the need for continued resistance against the administration's policies and propaganda. Host 1 urges listeners to recognize and combat the authoritarian tendencies undermining American democracy:
"We need to start continuing just sustained attack on these people." [07:18]
They conclude with a call to action, encouraging listeners to stay informed and support the fight against the corrupt administration.
This episode of IHIP News provides a comprehensive and critical analysis of the recent Supreme Court ruling against the Trump administration, highlighting systemic issues in deportation practices, economic mismanagement, and propaganda tactics. Welch and Sullivan advocate for vigilance and resistance to protect democratic institutions and uphold due process.
