Donald Trump is tanking in the polls and everybody knows this is the one thing that he cares about more than anything else and he wants everybody to lie about it. He doesn't care if the numbers are fake. Fox News has been putting out some polls and he is big mad at Rupert Murdoch. Pumps, what have you found?
Kyle
Okay, so let's put up these slides. They broke it down and then they did an overall. So the first one they did is Trump's overall approval rating. Disapproval. Approve. 54% approve. 46%. And then when you break it down, inflation, 64% disapprove. And this is Fox, only 34% approve. Okay, what's next? Foreign policy, 57% disapprove. And then one more on the economy, 58% disapprove. And he ran on the economy. So here is the fantastic part. Put this up. Kyle's Donald Trump posts. The crooked Fox News polls got the election wrong. I won by much more than they said I would and have been biased against me for years. They are always wrong and negative. It's why MAGA hates Fox News. I have to stop there and get your comment. Like I could not believe my eyes.

So first of all, with the first part of it putting out the polls, it's still unbelievable to me that his disapproval is just a little bit over half. And so I just, I mean, I want to point out that if that were like a Mitt Romney or a John McCain or George W. Bush, I would get it. To me, the fact that that number isn't in the 60s or 70s speaks to a larger phenomenon that there is a cancer in America that will outperform Trumpism. Trump could be dead and in the grave. And the fact only a little bit more than half of the people in that poll think that he's doing a bad job is very alarming to me. Secondly, Rupert Murdoch and Lachlan Murdoch have benefited immensely from the American capitalistic system that is set up for them to make billions of dollars, have multiple private planes, multiple homes, multiple yachts, trust funds for generations. And the fact that they want to leave this is their legacy. Brainwashing working class Americans. When I want to remind our viewer, Rupert Murdoch wasn't even born here. He's Australian. So by maga's logic, you know, we want America to be for Americans. You have Elon Musk, Rupert Murdoch and oh, what's his name? Peter Thiel. And all of these people have come over here and have benefited from, from unregulated capitalism. And if they had tried to set up these companies in their own countries. Those countries would have made them pay taxes to help fund the people and the work and the consumer base that pedals in their products. But the United States of America doesn't do that. Yet these men have been teed up and they have had the affirmative action of being men with white skin and loopholes that they have been able to garner all of these benefits. And they want to leave this as their mark on the country. And it's staggering to me.
Kyle
I completely agree with you. One thing I was thinking about when, because this is not the first time that Trump has been big, big mad at Fox News. And of course, they always kiss and make up. And I know we've talked about this before, but I think it's worth repeating. This is a man you cannot make happy unless you are blowing smoke up his ass. It is impossible. He's mad or all the time. He has a full blown propaganda network that all they do all day long is lie to their viewers and he's mad at him. And then here's what he does on his own truth Social and people are reposting it on Twitter. Here's what he says. So then he puts on his Truth Social 56% approval rating. And again, when I saw that, I knew he was lying. But quite frankly, I'm surprised he didn't put like 80% or 85%. I mean, this is a man that runs around and tells everyone he wins his own golf tournament every year because he cheats and he has zero shame about it. Like I cheat. So it's my golf course and I win and I'm going to tell everybody how great I am down to having it put in his overall health physical that he wins golf tournaments. I mean, he is the most miserable person, like he will never be happy a day in his life. I cannot imagine the people that serve under him and think that he is so great. But I don't. I mean, you know, we all, we know he loves nothing more than Fox News. This breakup won't last long. I'm sure Sean Hannity and Jesse Waters were trying to make apologies for it, but it's just stunning how quickly he turns on people. I mean, ask Elon Musk.

It's, it's widely known that everybody at Fox News cannot stand Donald Trump. Rupert Murdoch is on the record hating Donald Trump. Sean Hannity is on the record hating Donald Trump. Tucker Carlson, when he worked there, is on the record hating Donald Trump. And what's happening around Trump is everybody talks behind his back. Everybody Even the people that work for him and the people that help promote his propaganda, like that Rasmussen poll, Scott Rasmussen, that pollster, always provides Trump with a poll that will stroke his ego. Yet behind the scenes, all of these same people talk terribly behind his back and they see crystal clear how corrupt and mentally ill and dementia ridden this man is. Yet they care more about consolidating power because they all play short term games with the economy and with themselves personally. And so Rupert Murdoch after 2020, came out big and called Arizona before any of the other major networks did because he wanted to be done with Donald Trump and he drove the network that way. And you probably know this because you have, you know us living in Oklahoma, we have MAGA people around us. After January 6th, Fox changed their tune on Trump and some of the Trumpers that I knew also changed their tune because these people have no conviction. They go and they watch the news and whatever Jesse Waters or Sean Hannity says, then they take on their own opinion because they're incapable of critical thinking because it's too painful for them. And so if Rupert Murdoch were to start changing the narrative around this presidency, we could see a big change because you're seeing right now in right wing media, you're seeing a splinter. And there is a moment here that we could actually do something that could give the feckless Republican Congress people a little bit of momentum. But I think you're going to have to have a coming together of private business, which nobody's really coming out. No, Fortune 500 stockholders are really, I mean, CEOs are coming out as they should be because they have benefited immensely from the suffering of Americans not having health insurance and not getting livable wages. They have disproportionately benefited from these policies. You're going to need some Republicans to jump ship and you're going to need somebody like Fox. Enough on the right wing podcasting that's starting a little bit right now because they've gone for so much in such a short period of time because they just can't help themselves. And so it's going to be interesting to see what Rupert and Lachlan call here. Do they help try to save democracy or do they just go all chips in and go, okay, we're going to consolidate power with him. Because what's going to happen eventually is Trump or his heir, if they end up turning this into an autocracy, will say, murdoch, we're done with you. This is going to be government owned now. That's what happens. That's what Putin does. This is what Hungary, Viktor Orban, he has his buddies buy the news and then he controls them implicitly. So it's going to be interesting to see what they do here.

I don't have a lot of hope in Fox News actually reporting facts. Okay. One thing we saw yesterday, actually one organization has stood up to Donald Trump and ice, and that's the Los Angeles Dodgers. So as we've talked about before, ICE is going into soccer games. Anything that's highly attended by Hispanic people, which soccer is popular among Hispanics, they're going in and they're arresting people and detaining them from the stands. So yesterday before the Dodgers game, they showed up to go into Dodger Stadium and the Dodgers organization said no. They turned their butts around and said, not on our watch. Which good for them for doing that. But then, as they always do, they start lying about it. So put up this clip. Okay. So the Los Angeles Dodgers report this morning. ICE agents came to Dodger Stadium and requested permission to access the parking lots. They were denied entry to the grounds by the organization. Tonight's game will be played as scheduled. Homeland Security says this had nothing to do with the Dodgers. CBP vehicles were in the stadium parking lot very briefly, unrelated to any operation of enforcement. And then the Euro Los Angeles says, false, we were never there. So you have two departments lying, but they don't get their lies straight. And I look at this and I think, good for the Dodgers. They're protecting the, the people that come and watch them. But how despicable that they're going into games. I mean, Home Depot 711 to arrest people because Stephen Miller's big mad. They're not deporting, deporting as many people as Biden did. I mean, it's absolutely gross. So I wish we would see more of this people saying no because Dodgers is a big organization. They can afford to make a stand.
Pumps
Well, you know, this is going to be very similar to what happened in Nazi Germany. Who protects their neighbors? Who has the moral compass and the conviction to stand up for everybody? And Stephen Miller and Donald Trump, they don't give a shit if the person is legal, illegal, criminal, not criminal. Stephen Miller deporting people and viewing it as like pornography for him. And Donald Trump is whatever makes his base love him more. And so this is a moment where decent Americans everywhere are going to rise up and talk about the immoral actions of this administration. And then you're going to have the people that silently or loudly go along with this and they like it. And they cheer for it. And there is a lesson here from. I always thought, like, how did it happen? How did it happen in Nazi Germany? How did that happen? And it happened because so many seemingly normal people were able to have zero conviction, get propagandized, hate the unifying force, which is what fascists do. In Nazi Germany, it was the Jews in the United States of America. Now it is immigrants. And this hate that is inside so many Americans is the problem that will live on past Trumpism, because Trump has stoked so much new racism on top of decades and centuries of existing racism. And this is, in my opinion, predominantly a white people problem. And we have at times fought along our brothers of sisters of color, but we need this time to fight like never before for the black Americans, for immigrant Americans, and we need to keep marching. I read online that there is going to be a no Kings March 2.0 on the 4th of July. And so we'll keep really ramping that up because I do believe that this makes an impact. This is what can impact these Fortune 500 CEOs, when they know that their customer base is not aligned with a wildly unpopular president. And if Fox News is showing what Pump showed you all at the beginning, then I have long thought that Trump support in MAGA is very exaggerated. They're just super loud and chaotic. And look at me online. Plus the bot farms and the rigged algorithms from Neutered Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. And so, you know, I mean, we'll just keep covering this, but this is wildly dangerous and it's. It's really sad. How many people are living in fear is sad, but what is even more disturbing is how many people enjoy. And they have a Pavlovian effect to knowing that other people are scared. That's the fucking problem right there. All right, that's all we have for today. You guys enjoy your weekend and we'll see you all later.
