Donald Trump sat down with all of the major oil companies, big oil, who gave him a billion dollars so that he could be reelected. He sat down with them in this embarrassing meeting on Friday. There were lots of dementia moments. Marco Rubio passes him a note. He reads it out loud. He gets up to go stare at his imaginary ballroom. I'm sure you guys have seen the clips everywhere, but this was of most importance to me. This man is the President of the United States of America. It is a serious job and serious people should have said job. We have the most unserious, malignant, narcissistic, sociopathic, dementia ridden show of a president. And he shows up to the meeting, you guys, with his American flag lapel pen. You know how the politicians often wear the American flag and they're like, we're, we love America and we, you know, we wear our flag pin like that means anything, that performative patriotism. Well, now we're engaging in performative narcissism. Put this up. He is wearing a pen of himself on his suit. It's unbelievable. You cannot shame the shameless. I am not surprised in the least bit that this man does this stuff. He's always been like this. What surprises me and continues to surprise me is how all of these good country club Republicans that care about a fiscal conservative and I'm interested in tax policy and I want a strong national defense and the decorum and the dignity of the office. Where the are you guys? It's unbelievable the lack of conviction that people have, and that is my thesis sentence into 2026. Do you have conviction? Do you walk the walk? Do you talk the talk? Or do you just allow all of this to go on unchecked all of the time? And as stupid as that pin is, in a reverse world, if Kamala Harris had a pin of herself on her lapel, I don't know that Jesse Waters would make it out of the er from the panic attack that he would have.

Well, the double standard and the hypocrisy is so deep. But do you remember shortly after the inauguration, a lot of congressmen and appointees in the Trump administration were wearing Trump pants. It wasn't that caricature. But so, you know, they're in on this. And they're in on this because they like proximity to power. They want to achieve personal goals, not goals for the American people. And I don't think there's a person on the planet that looks at Donald Trump and is like, oh my gosh, he is such a great leader. He's not narcissistic Oh, I think there is, but they allow. They like it. They like that he's a bully. They like that he's always a victim. Because they're victims. And I think the people and leadership in our country right now, I don't think they give a about anybody but improving themselves. They don't care what Donald Trump does as long as they get more. So it's just a bunch of sadistic narcissists all the way around.
Bari Weiss
Yes. And grifters. These people are total grifters. And you remember the Trump phones that they rolled out, which, you know, every president starts a side hustle as a mobile phone dealer and salesperson. I mean, like, that's totally normal. All right, pop this up. 590, 000 idiots purchased Trump's mobile phone that went on sale. Not a single person has received it. Trump started taking money in June 2025 with a price of $499. They claimed it would ship in August slash September of 2025. The same phone and specific was found on Temu for $45. 590, 000 people bought this cell phone. These are probably a lot of the same people as we've covered previously in these fundraising where if you click the box on December 31, you'd be charged, you know, $3,500 to fight for America, to get America back. And it's like, get America back from who? Like y' all have. And I think it's going to be interesting and I'm sure hopefully some journalist is working on this to see how many of his supporters have actually gone into debt with all of his rackets. Because it's this cult, this cult of personality. It has to, there has to be thousands of them that I would think that just, you know, are hitting the pipe every day with all of these emails and buying this and buying that and clicking, you know, some people probably got double dip for the 2,500 deadline and the 3,300 deadline. And it's, it's, it's wild that it's not just enough that he's gotten all this crypto and we can't even imagine probably all the deals he's cut himself on personally by using the office of the presidency. But like all of this money, like in a normal world, a DOJ would investigate this phone thing and it would be fraud. And of course that's never going to happen. Nobody's ever going to advocate for these MAGA people. Most of all, the people who are the MAGA politicians that have Power, right?
Pumps
They, they grift off them because they still can. But do you remember that there was a report that people were actually taking the Trump cash with his face on it and they were taking it to the bank and trying to, to deposit it. What I would like to know is the court correlation between the Trump phone purchasers and the people that took the Trump money to the bank and thought they were going to deposit it into their savings account and on this Trump phone. Here's the thing, the minute I saw that Eric Trump was going to be in charge of doing the Trump phone, I thought this will never fucking happen. This phone will never hit the market because so many of his griffs are like that. And as to Tumi, remember the watch that he was selling for like thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars. You could get it, get the parts and everything for like $110,000 or $110 from China. This man will take a supporter's very last time, he will max out their credit cards, he will leave them with no health insurance and they will not be able to buy groceries and he will not feel one teeny weeny bit of guilt that he put them in that situation with his grift because he believes he deserves it.
Bari Weiss
Right? And I, I don't even know that he's capable of. If somebody explained to him like, hey this supporter brought all of your stuff and now they're filing bankruptcy, he would see in that, God, they really love me, don't they? You know, that's what he would think. Like, God, that's love. Like look at how great my fan base is. All right, so as we talk about some light stuff because these new cycles are hard, hard. We are as an electorate being abused every day, particularly the people that are being abused and terrorized in Minnesota that are going to Target, that are going to the gas station, that are just walking outside in their front yard and they see these pink arm, low te mast pieces of running around terrorizing everybody. Mother Jones is doing some incredible journalism and they are reporting that more than 170 US citizens have been held by immigration agents according to a report from our friends at ProPublica. So I'm sorry, ProPublica is doing the journalism on this, which they are 12 out of 10. Among the citizens detained are nearly 20 children, including two with cancer. And I specifically want to speak here to the women, the Charlie Kirk women of America, the Erica Kirk women of America that have your Bible studies and live in your little gated community and think that you are Christ's, you know, best trad wife on the planet. There are 20 children in ICE custody and two with cancer. And you think, oh, that'll never happen to my kid. These people are American citizens. These children are American citizens. And for you ladies, you're okay as long as they're brown. They're from Mexico, they're from El Salvador, they're from Venezuela. But when you allow for the egregious human rights violation of one group, that makes everybody unsafe. And I don't know how to teach these TRAD wives, the Erica Kirk's, I believe they're in some form of, you know, they have been severely religiously abused their whole lives. Like these men in ICE have been severely abused their whole lives and then they become adults and now they are abusers. The same goes for these women that form these exclusive groups where they are homophobic, racist, exclusionary, privileged, and they regram and retweet Erica Kirk's work in the world. And the whole time they have no empathy, not an ounce of empathy. And this is such a problem for them that Mary Beth Stuckey or Ali Beth Stucky, some nut job who's been religiously abused her whole life has written a book when Empathy Becomes Toxic so that she can make a roadmap for these people to be more sociopathic, to be less empathetic. And I want to say to all of these women, your form of Christianity is the most disgusting, evil cult in the United States of America. The fact that you go around and you act like you're so Christlike and you are better than everybody else. Meanwhile, when you hear that there are egregious human rights violations, people, children with cancer in ICE custody, and you think, well, you know, if they don't break the law, then nanny, nanny, boo, boo. That type of mentality is the grossest part of American culture. And having lived in Oklahoma City the majority of my adult life, I can tell you that women like this are ubiquitous. And we have a mass psychosis of people in the MAGA movement. Those that remain, that are die hard, that are buying the Trump phones, that are sending in money, these people, these people have capitulated to this depravity. And it's such a part of their DNA, it's such a part of their church, it's such a part of their Bible study studies, it's a part of the schools, the private Christian schools that they send their kids to, that the cruelty is normalized all day, every day. And this is. These are the 80 plus percent of white evangelicals that turn out in force to vote for this cruelty, they watch these ICE raids, and they probably are like, yeah, get them. They feel like they're watching a football game. It's sport for them. Cruelty for sport. And the dangers that these women are using their microphones and their social media platforms while they are working full time and doing the exact opposite of what their faith allegedly. You know, the New Testament, at least, is they're supposed to advocate for while they're doing the exact opposite. They are making women and children and all of us less, less safe nationwide. So the fact that there's so much to be upset about. But you see Erica Kirk out there, and she is a representative of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of white Christian women that see her and hear her and never occurs in their head. This is a little odd. Why isn't she talking about gun violence? Why. Why does she want J.D. vance, who wants people to go door to door like the Gestapo did in Germany? And I realize I'm giving these ladies credit. They would know what the Gestapo was from 1930s Germany. But this is a huge cultural problem in suburban America where these people operate with impunity for their recreational cruelty. And it is very, very real. Okay, Pumps. You know how you're on the Internet and you see something that you love, whether it be a chair, this great blazer, this great coat, and then you go and you click the website and it's like thousands of dollars. And you're like, ugh, that sucks. Well, I have a hack for you. It's called Dupe. You are able to go online, and it's not just about furniture. It works for fashion, shoes, and jewelry. Here's what these white evangelical Christians, non denominational, with the coffee shop in the, in the lounge of the church. Here's what they watch at night. And they have a completely different reaction than I do regarding this and pumps does regarding this. Play the clip of the agents, agents moving forward now pushing the demonstrators off the road, few of them holding path. And we're seeing here the use of pepper spray and the firing and the firing of pepper balls. Okay? So as you can see, people across from ice pumps. And this is what the. This is not about deportation. This is not about Law Order. This is about terrorizing people. That's what this is about. This is about making a police state and terrorizing citizens. If they were interested in deportations, they would be on the border. They're not there. They're in Minnesota. Like there's all these Canadians trying to get in here. Canadians want nothing to do with us.
Pumps
Well, you know, it's so interesting. You see that there was no violence. That was strictly, I mean, everything that those ICE agents did, particularly the ones with the pepper spray and the pepper balls or whatever they're called, they're violating every single one of those citizens first amendment rights, free expression, free assembly. When are we going to look at that as a whole and say this has to stop because we're giving people like you see the murder and we, we went live the day of Renee good shooting. And you said very accurately, they're going to say she's a lesbian, she's a terrorist, that it was self defense, all the things. But then you see the video and they even release their own video, which makes it look worse. You see the video, but people do not believe their own eyes. And the reason they don't, and I'm just going to link it back in with, we were talking about earlier with the evangelical Christian movement. Because you are not taught to think critically. You are taught to believe without questioning. So when someone looks at a video that, from Renee Good or this, these ICE agents walking up to people and spraying them with pepper spray with no provocation. I think the only way that you're able to do that is you are unable to believe your eyes because you cannot critically think. Somebody has to tell you what to think all the time because you do not have the skills to take in information and break it down because you have been so indoctrinated that you only believe what you're Told well.
Bari Weiss
And also, it's. There's a darker side to that that they see that. They see their fellow Americans get sprayed with chemicals and pepper spray and being bullied and terrorized by ice agents, and they like it. It's their flavor. And that is something that I think is more insidious and more on the point, because I hear and I see when I'm in Oklahoma City around these groups, the racism that is permitted and chuckled at, the homophobia that is permitted and laughed at, the treatment of black women that is normalized in these circles, the. The dehumanizing of immigrant labor, the bragging about, oh, I'll just get a Mexican to do it. It will be so much cheaper. And so there is a flavor when it's like people go into an ice cream shop and this is their favorite flavor. And they prefer this type of authoritarian regime because they come from an authoritarian religion and probably come from authoritarian parents. And this rigidity and this very fixed world world view is something that's generational in these people and has been in this particular sect since the Civil War, since the kkk. This is a sect of Christianity that is a death cult that wants to see people mistreated and killed. And they like it. It is their number one flavor. And that's what's so disturbing, because they operate with being on the moral high ground. I mean, just, you know, like that there. I can't tell you how many times so many people have acted like they're morally so great because they go to this mega church with the coffee shop and the dunk tank and the light show every Sunday, and they act like, well, we go to Life Church or we go to Crossings or my kids go to Crossings, and. And then I look and I'm just like, you're the biggest con artist, depraved, horrific piece of shit on the planet. You're not on the moral high ground. You're exposing yourself as being in this really horrific cult. And if we ever make it out of this, and I believe that 60, 65% of Americans oppose this outright. I believe the majority of us are good. The evangelical Christian Christian movement that is embedded in the nra, that is embedded in the Heritage foundation, that is embedded in the Supreme Court, will have to be addressed. It will have to be addressed. There's no reason that a church in Oklahoma City called Life Church, that preaches this Christian narcissism, that never speaks out against social justice, has $600 million sitting in the bank in a couple of private planes, other than it is an untaxed business that brainwashes people into a death cult. And that is at some point, if we ever atone from all of this, that is going to have to be addressed. These private Christian schools that have contracts where people have to sign that they oppose gay marriage, they oppose the gay lifestyle, where this is institutionalized, these schools deserve to be taxed and not have an accreditation. There has to be consequences for institutionalized racism, for institutionalized homophobia. You can't just let that go and run rampant. And then we get into mag and go, how did we get here? Because if you've lived in a Bible Belt state, you know exactly how we got here. It's cooked in. It is cooked in. The fix has been in for a long time. All right. That's all we have for this episode. We will be back later with more news. Make sure you subscribe to this channel.
