Is he alive? Is he dead? No, I'm not talking about Trump. I'm talking about Mitch McConnell. And we continue to get evidence. Zero responses. And now we. Yesterday we showed you where McConnell staffers are running away from questions. Now we have people being thrown out for asking questions about McConnell's health. But he's fine. Play the clip.
A
She's like that. He should be gaining himself.
C
Do you think. Do you think Mitch McConnell needs to do more to prove his health?
A
I think we should give Mitch the time he needs to be able to recover and come back to the Senate. We're praying for him and wish him well.
C
Yeah, but we can give him the time he needs while also he provides. While also he's not.
A
No, only he's with me. He's two or not.
C
Yeah, but I'm a reporter, sir.
B
No, I already have been through security.
C
S
B
calling security on a person for asking questions. Nothing says you're guilty as sin to me. Is that, I mean, despite all evidence to the contrary that we absolutely know, they're covering it up, but they're asking security to throw them out of the Capitol. Are you kidding? These people are not even good at cover ups.
D
These are the same people who say that, you know, their First Amendment, you know, absolutists, they are freedom of speech, you know, and they're throwing reporters out of Capitol Hill. That's their job. And he's doing his job. He's been in the hospital now for almost seven weeks and we haven't heard or seen him. We, I mean, we saw him in a photo, but we haven't seen any video of him. We have no idea when we will.
B
And not to mention the governor of Kentucky made it very clear, I need a video. Basically, I need a legitimate proof of life from this man. Did y' all notice nothing?
E
Did you notice what he said, that Republicans always say this when they're guilty or something bad's going on. He said we wish him well. They always say, I wish them well. Elon Musk, I wish him well, Gal, I wish her well.
B
Yep.
E
Always.
B
You know that it stinks to high heaven when they're wishing people well. So to me, August 4th is going to be a big day because that's going to be the day that we're like, oh, yeah, Mitch McConnell's brain dead or whatever.
E
Yeah. Or he's fine. And we were trying to do. Yeah. More on this Mitch McConnell mystery. His wife, Elaine Chow, emerges to accept some bizarre award without her husband. And the Daily Beast has a whole article talking about how odd her appearance at this thing was. She didn't mention her husband once in this long acceptance speech she gave. And then they point out her appearance in the, you know, proof of life photos versus her hair for this event. And they think she looks very different. So a lot of people are speculating around this. I do think when, you know, such a huge story is going on, the last thing I'm probably doing, if my husband's brain dead in the hospital is going to accept some weird award and not say anything about it.
D
Well, and Kylie, if you can pop that back.
E
Yeah.
D
Quickly. If you look at the two photos, so you have July 15th and July 26th. Elaine Chao is wearing the same shirt. And people are speculating that on July 26, they released a photo from what would be nine days earlier. So there's even more speculation growing over the transparency over, you know, the McConnell situation. And this certainly isn't helping.
A
No.
B
Well, not to mention she has a mask on outside, but yet doesn't have a mask on when she's actually in the hospital. So, you know, my first thought is, well, because it's too late to worry about getting germs from him or to him. But I think it's, we got to remember, Mitch McConnell goes down. There's a 911 call that says he is unconscious. He is rushed to the hospital. Her first move is to go to China, and she releases a report that says her husband's condition didn't necessitate her being here. What?
E
Right.
D
Seven weeks later, we still haven't heard from him.
B
We still haven't heard from him. And you're, and you're have zero qualms about hopping a plane to go to China three days after he's unconscious, taken by ambulance. So this, to me, I know this is like not breaking news. The Republicans are lying. They're lying about Trump. They're lying about corruption. They're lying about the numbers in Iran of deaths of soldiers. They're lying about all of the casualties. They're lying about US Bases, they're lying about ice. I mean, just to bring it all full circle with the lying, every time they go into court and they have to prove something against a citizen they're accusing of, you know, it was their fault, like the car crash. Turns out they were lying. I mean, it is lie after lie after lie. The truth. We now have judges on appellate courts reaching the same consensus that what ICE is doing is illegal. We don't have concentration camps in this country. Now, Supreme Court may give them a pass that remains to be seen. But this administration is absolutely, positively a propaganda machine. And the thing is, they're not even doing any good government work. They're slapping gold on shit, stealing people's money and getting American soldiers killed and citizens on the street. That's their claim to fame.
E
Well, and on top of being liars, they're also just actually extremely incompetent. The US Government map of Africa mislabeled every country during a State Department presentation at a global conference in Brazil this week, causing a stir among attendees who took screenshots and posted them online.
B
You guys, I always go back to this. Does nobody check anybody's work? Does nobody in the State Department say, let me confirm this is correct. You remember the tariffs? The day. Liberation Day that has turned out to be an economic disaster. He comes out and it's countries that don't even have people he's putting tariffs on.
E
He tariffed penguins.
B
He tariffed penguins. Like, it's. You get us around a table and it's like, who's the most incompetent person in this room? And it's a big pool to choose from. And they're like, you. I think it's because shame. Like, if Ryan, if you came to me with the map and said, I'm going to represent the State Department and the first thing I would do is check the map, I mean, that's just the first thing you would do. And it's like, they don't have shame enough to be embarrassed. They don't have any. Like, I've embarrassed my employer. I've embarrassed the State Department. That is not a feeling that they're able to feel. This kind of shit is all day, every day with the Trumps. But you know what I love so much about it? They did it fucking glorious globally. They didn't just roll it out in Indiana for the MAGA rally supporters. They did it for the whole world and have egg on their face. And I say, good.
D
Well, the MAGA supporters wouldn't have even noticed.
B
They wouldn't know the difference. Fair. Yeah, Fair point.
E
So let's see why we're mislabeling maps so much. Marco Rubio's State Department has turned a high school dropout with ties to Donald Trump Jr. To help staff the country's diplomatic corps. So we're going just straight for people who didn't graduate high school, and no offense to people who didn't graduate high school.
B
Right.
E
But I think the top tiers of government, you might have needed to get a diploma to get there you know this.
B
If you, if you want to get hired by Trump a give money, we've seen that work. It's a tried and true method. Donald Trump, what are. I'm sorry, what's his connection to John Jr. Ryan? Do you know?
E
He invests.
A
He.
D
Yeah, he invests in a company that he owns. Some kind of red balloon.
E
Yeah.
B
Okay. So if you're in on the grift, if you're willing to be in on the grift and, you know, look no further than the Tate brothers. Look at the sweetheart deal they got left. Romania came to the United States. This is what it requires. All it requires is padding the pockets of the Trump family. It doesn't require expertise. It doesn't require any kind of loyalty to the United States. And despite the fact that they all run around and say, we are patriots, they have no respect for the United States, for the United States Constitution, and they are not patriots, full stop. These people are not patriots. If you are not willing to uphold the Constitution and all you want to do is grift and self enrich, then you are not a patriot.
D
Well, pumps. There's one qualification that you miss, and we have that in our next post. So exclusive. A senior Trump official is under investigation after being accused of forcefully pushing a State Department colleague and threatening to beat the out of him inside the agency's Washington, D.C. headquarters, according to a formal complaint exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail.
B
You're right, I apologize. I miss assaulting people, sexually harassing, slash abusing women. That's a criteria. Being willing to protect pedophiles. That has to be right up there on the list that. This is just, I, I say this all the time, but this is a clown car that never empties. It's just clown after clown after buffoon after. It's stunning.
D
I mean, and these are just the last three things that we've popped up. These are just in the last 24 hours.
B
This is 24 hours.
D
Yeah. I mean, we can't even get to half of this stuff, but this is sort of the representation that we're giving to our listeners.
B
Are we ready at this point in Trump's presidency to say stupidity and corruption might be a feature?
D
Are we ready?
B
Are we ready to make that? Can we break that?
D
We're ready.
B
We're ready. Yeah.
D
Yeah.
E
Speaking of corruption and the grift, Trump is still spending a lot of time fundraising. This says, the boss wants this money. Trump has reportedly been demanding companies and donors pay up. President Donald Trump has taken an unusually hands on role in raising money personally, directing multi million dollar fundraising efforts and pushing corporate leaders for increasingly large contributions, according to a report published on Thursday by the Wall Street Journal.
B
Okay, here's my question for you. We have, if, if we have learned Nothing in the 10 years that Donald Trump has been in politics, we have learned he does not share money, he does not help people in need, he does not pay bills supporters, he doesn't give a, he doesn't give a. About his reporters. He's promised some Trump money and they're going to the bank and trying to deposit it. So he is on this massive campaign to fill his pack. He is term limited and even let's say he's not term limited. He is one foot in the grave. He makes no sense. I don't even believe that the die hard Trumpers, maybe 25 to 30% would vote for him. But there's no way he wins another election. He has fucked it up too bad and he is too physically and mentally unwell. Okay, where's this money going? I think it's going to the same place everything in this administration is going to and that is in Trump's pocket. I no more think that he is going to start funding Republicans after he's out of office to keep the Republican Party in power. I think this is going to go from the bank on the, to the PAC money. We're going to hit the transfer act and we're going to put it his own personal bank account because this man does not share the money. He wants you to pay it to him, demands absolute loyalty and he will fuck you off in a second.
D
Pumps. I think the only way that he will share the money is by using it as leverage basically to make the Republicans fall in line. And some of this money reportedly is also going to some of his pet projects. I'm not sure I fully believe that because obviously the ones who end up paying for it and many of these people in corporations that they're soliciting donations from, shockingly are the ones that are ending up with large government contracts. I mean, it's just the, it honestly gets boring to talk about this because it's so, the grift is so clear and we all know it. And no one is shocked by any of it.
B
No, it's every single day you pick up something that somebody paid for a pardon. Somebody bought into Trump's company and now they're getting an approval. I mean, look at the lettuce. Deal with the diarrhea. Don't eat this lettuce from Taylor farms. He gives a million dollar to Trump, and all of a sudden it's like, oh, that was a false positive. You know what I mean? When Taco Bell is the leading person or is the leading entity on food safety, we're in real trouble.
E
All right, Pumps.
