Surprise, surprise, Josh Welch is back. And also, surprise, surprise, Trump's DOJ just released a Jeffrey Epstein suicide note. I'm calling BS on it. Just want to get that out on the front end of this. Pop this up. David and Rick post Epstein's apparent suicide note unsealed today at the request of the New York Times. Here's what it says. They investigated me for months, found nothing. Nothing is in cap lock, which is eerily familiar. It is a treat to be able to choose one's time to say goodbye. What you want me to do? Bust out crying and then we go to caps lock? No fun, not worth it.
Co-host Josh Welch
Josh looks exactly like a Donald Trump tweet. I can just imagine in my waning hours as I'm in my cell that I'm going to put in all caps. I'm going to put all these exclamation points as I'm about to hang yourself. I'm thinking about my whole life. Flash right by me and I. Exclamation point, exclamation point, exclamation point.
Host
Okay, let's just role play here for a second. That Donald Trump did author allegedly this suicide note, I think that wasn't the final version. I think it might have been a little bit more detailed and somebody walked him back from it. What do you think?
Co-host Josh Welch
The reason why we know that this didn't come from Trump is because there would have been a last sentence that would have said, oh, by the way, Donald Trump didn't have anything to do with any of this that people are talking about. And because it doesn't contain that sentence, I'm convinced that maybe Trump didn't write it.
Host
All right, and so Epstein's cellmate, Nicholas Tartiglione, said he discovered the note in July 2019 after Mr. Epstein was found unresponsive with a strip of cloth wrapped around his neck. Mr. Epstein survived that incident, but he was found dead weeks later at the age of 66. And here's more reporting from the New York Times. The note was made public on Wednesday by Judge Kenneth M. Karras of Federal District Court in White Plains, New York, who oversaw the cellmates case. The judge acted after the New York Times petitioned the court last Thursday to unseal the document and publish an article in which Mr. Tartaglione described the note and how it came into his possession. The Times has not authenticated whether Mr. Epstein wrote the not, which was placed on the court docket Wednesday evening. And the release of the note came on the same day that the House Oversight Committee Held a closed door meeting with Treasury Secretary Howard Lutnick. And you may remember Howard Lnick is the guy that came out in the Epstein files who's basically begging Epstein if he can stop by his island on his yacht. And he's giving his kids ages and genders. It's really weird.
Co-host Josh Welch
I, I, and I think he said prior to his testimony that he hadn't spoken or talked to Jeffrey Epstein since 2005.
Host
Barely knew, barely knew him. It turned off.
Co-host Josh Welch
And then there's all these emails, like, yeah, it's kind of a comedy show. You can't keep up with all the lying. Who's lying the most? This guy, Tarteglioni. He was sentenced recently to four consecutive life sentences. He's a former police officer. Finds this note, he says, four days after Epstein's suicide attempt. And, and keep in mind, he's trying to use this note in a court proceeding to get leniency from a judge because he's arguing or using it to show that he tried to save his life. So put that in context. If you're a defendant, how bad must it be that you're asking for leniency because you tried to save Jeffrey Epstein's life? There's probably not a lot of love to give for you, even if you did do that, which he didn't, I'm sure. But yeah, this is comical at best.

And here is Ro Khanna on Howard Letnick. Play the clip.
Ro Khanna
I know why that interview was not videotaped. If Donald Trump had seen the video transcript, he would have fired Howard Lutnick. It was really embarrassing. He was asked very straightforward questions about whether he regretted misleading the American people. I mean, he said that he would never see Epstein again in 2005. And everyone knows that he took his wife and kids to see Epstein in 2012. And yet it was just contortions and lies and no acknowledgement that he misled the American public. And if you saw the exchanges that my colleagues had with him, you would see he made a farce of the English language.
Host
And just, you know, it's obvious that everybody in the Trump circle and a lot of these oligarchs, much to my surprise, all are in the Epstein files in some form or fashion. And the timestamp of their involvement with Jeffrey Epstein is really troubling to me because it's after he pled guilty for sex crimes in Florida. And if you'll just speak to the audience about the fact that he got this type of sweetheart deal, you know, these federal prosecutors, you know how they charge Sex crimes. Tell, tell the audience just how stunning this original deal was it with Alex
Co-host Josh Welch
ACOSTA when in 2008, when this happened. I don't think anybody could have imagined that a United States Attorney would cut a deal with Jeffrey Epstein and give him the deal that he got and be able to save face with it. And it's clear, knowing how the government investigates their sex crimes cases, how serious they take them, I mean, it's clear as day that because Jeffrey Epstein was wealthy, because, because he had leverage with leaders or on leaders could possibly have information about them, it was clear that this deal was cut. And then after it was cut, everybody was tucking and running, trying to blame everybody else for doing it. And there are even some Democratic administrations along the way that we could say, honestly could have done a more thorough job of cleaning this up. But, but, and then you see the, the same cast of characters that, that surface over and over and the, in some of them are in President Trump's cabinet.
Host
Yeah.
Co-host Josh Welch
Think about that. And, and think. And, and President Trump is in it. And then the part that baffles me is that Congress passed this act, this so called bullshit Transparency act, and DOJ's just saying, you know what? We're not going to turn this over, we're just going to give it to you. We don't give a shit. We realize Congress passed it, passed this act, but we're not going to give it to you. And we don't care. And we can't do anything to enforce it because Trump controls doj. And if DOJ is not bringing some sort of action, who is?
Host
Who else can Remind me who controlled the doj? When Tartaglione found the suicide. No. And when Jeffrey Epstein, quote, unquote, committed suicide, who was in charge of the DOJ then?
Co-host Josh Welch
Well, it would have been 2019, so Trump and Bill. Yeah. And another curious fact is, is that there's two suicide attempts, one that's obviously successful by Jeffrey Epstein, but both of those, I think one of them, there's zero video, and then the second one, which is of his actual death, is, has been tampered with. Uh, it's, it's crazy. It's, you know, it's so painfully obvious if people want to see it, what happened.
Host
Right. I mean, I don't think there's anybody who believes that this was a suicide. I don't think anybody genuinely believes that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. And now when you couple that with the fact that Trump's doj, and Trump was president when this alleged suicide took place with now Trump 2.0 and these efforts to break the law where Congress passes this Epstein Transparency act and they say you, we're not releasing anymore. The. I always say this and we need to say it over and over again. Maga. MAGA is an anti family, pro child rape death cult. They are. The evidence is just overwhelming that that's what this political party believes in.
Co-host Josh Welch
That's right. And you have Todd Blanche, who we discussed earlier, out auditioning for the president. You have him meeting with Ms. Maxwell. Right. And her lawyer, who is also a good friend of Todd Blanches. I mean, this thing is an inside job. It's an inside job. And so you can count the days until Ms. Maxwell gets her pardon.
Host
Yeah.
Co-host Josh Welch
And you can count the days. And if you think, well, God, that's not going to happen, that's crazy. It's going to happen and it is crazy.
Host
All right, Speaking of crazy creeps, let's pop this up. A Secret Service agent involved in protecting Trump has been arrested for allegedly masturbating naked in a hotel hallway. And I just have this question for you, listener. Can anybody around Trump keep their dick in their pants, for God's sakes? Everybody's in the Epstein file. Secret Service whacking off in public. This guy is on Trump's detail, Is that right, Ryan? Josh.
Co-host Josh Welch
Well, he looked like he was a little bit intoxicated in that photograph. And you read this every day. And keep in mind that this is the party that gets to champion the fact that they have Christian values, that their family values. They. And somehow they can sell this shit across America. They have Fox News and these other outlets that will pitch this incredible amount of bullshit to people that will absorb it and soak it in. When you have these kind of people, I mean, I mean, he sort of personifies maga, right?
Host
I'm sure he's a mag Christian. I bet you today, right now he's like, well, I've got to get saved again. And everybody's like, yeah, he does. We're going to go, we're going to go find Jesus again. And that's going to be the end of the public masturbation and more members of Congress are being investigated for their weird behavior towards women. Pop this up. Here's some scoop. Sources told Axios they witnessed inappropriate conduct by Representative Chuck Edwards toward two female staffers in their 20s. The interactions included gifts. Gifts one on one. Dinners, a Vegas trip, and a handwritten letter from Edwards telling a staffer, I only wish I could explain the joy and meaning to me for the time we spent together at the office, but especially away from it. So again, it, it's, it's always these maga Christian alleged pro family that always turn out to be the maga pro pedophilia, anti family death cult.
Co-host Josh Welch
We know if this guy's married, I mean that would just make perfect sense if he was. But I, I couldn't tell from the article.
Host
Yeah, he's married. Multiple sources say the relationship was not discreet and became common knowledge.
Co-host Josh Welch
So that's the sort of whipped cream and the cherry on top for all this, that you're doing all this stuff. You're married, you're pro Christian values, you're
Host
all the traditional family.
Co-host Josh Welch
Traditional family that you're all the stuff that they all want to be and you're out doing this kind of shit. And it makes you understand why people like myself and Jennifer have such disdain for this hypocrisy for these people that, that walk around and act like they're Christians and they're good loving people and they believe in their country and they're patriotic and they're doing all this shit all the time.
Host
