All right. You have to remember that, you know, 15 years ago there was the Tea Party, and they seemed very radical and very fringe, and they incubated. What is maga? And right now, MAGA is incubating something, believe it or not, that is going to be worse. The Democratic Party has always been like, oh, that's fringe. Nobody will vote for that. Well, the French people are occupying the House, the Senate, the Supreme Court, and the Executive branch. Are we all suffering because of it? So what's incubating right now? And in my opinion, one of the worst things happening is Tucker Carlson. He is trying to launder his image, and I think he's going to run for president. And I think it will be far worse than what MAGA is. He sat down with the New York Times this past weekend for an interview that's making a lot of news. Here's a very interesting clip from that.

Who do you think is more morally repulsive? Ted Cruz.
Political Analyst/Critic
Who do you think is more morally repulsive?
Tucker Carlson (clips)
Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz is a sitting US Senator who has called for the killing of people who did nothing wrong. Whole populations who advocated for this war. Nick Fuentes is like a kid. He's like 26 or 70. He has no power except his words. Here you have a public official who we pay, who has actual power, who's voting for things, who's making policy decisions. And those decisions would include, in fact, they are focused on the murder of people who did nothing wrong. And yet no one thinks it's a big deal. Well, this is totally fine. I mean, if there's tape of Nick Faulkner, Fuentes saying we should kill people because we hate their parents, or it's okay to kill children. I would love to see the tape because that's disgusting and that's basically the entire US Senate does every single day and no one notices. Nick Fuentes said something naughty that I disagreed with. He made fun of things that I don't think I would never make fun of.
Political Analyst/Critic
He's a white nationalist who's denied the Holocaust and what I will say.
Political Commentator
Okay, so number one, I appreciate how much Tucker hates Ted Cruz. I, I, Ted Cruz has earned that. And I think that is a really worthy argument. My problem with this whole take is how dismissive he is of Nick Fuentes. And he's just a kid. He doesn't have any power. And that's how these movements start. And if you remember, Nick Fuentes sat down for dinner with Donald Trump. Nick Fuentes is. He will look in his camera and say, I am a neo Nazi. He says that America is been taken over by ghetto. In words, he is a vile human being. And it's a false equivalency because, yes, Ted Cruz does have a lot of power. But what I'm worried about is a lot of people on the right are trying to give a permission structure to Nick Fuentes and the groipers. You may remember Vice President Vance refused to condemn the Nazi group chat. So what they're trying to do is say it's okay for us to have this type of speech. Our party, we are a big tent. Enough. And what he's trying to do is stamp out the establishment. And this should ring off alarm bells. This is what Trump did. He came in in 2015, 2016, and said, Lion Ted, Lil Marco, low energy Jeb. And the entire Republican Party was frothing at the mouth because they were so sick of being lied to. The Republican base was they were so sick of it. They loved that somebody came in and cannibalized Tucker knows that. Tucker's a lot smarter than Trump. And Trump has really good instincts. I hate to admit it, but he does. And so Tucker is already starting to bash the establishment, make room for racism, and set out this party that is America first. And here's another notable exchange from this episode.
Political Analyst/Critic
King, on your show about whether Trump is the Antichrist.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
I have not said that.
Political Analyst/Critic
On your show, the day after Easter, you noted he did not put his hand on the Bible during his swearing ceremony as president, you said, and I'm quoting, maybe he didn't put his hand on the Bible because he affirmatively rejects what's inside that book. And then on a recent show, you went further saying Here's a leader who's mocking the gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of gods and exalting himself above them. Could this be the Antichrist?
Tucker Carlson (clips)
I actually did not say, could this be the Antichrist? Here's a leader who's mocking the gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of gods and exalting himself above them. Could this be the Antichrist? Well, who knows? I don't know where that comes from, but I know that those words never left my lips because I'm not sure I fully understand what the Antichrist is. If there's just one. I actually tried to understand it. I may have said some are asking that. I'm not weighing in on that because I don't understand it.
Political Commentator
Okay. This is a guy who claims that demons attacked him while he was sleeping. He knows damn good and well what the Antichrist is. This is a guy that traffics in these stupid conspiracy theories on the right that Trump didn't officially put his hand on the Bible when he was sworn in because there's some Illuminati Satanic going on. These people are conspiracy theorists and they prey on the weakest intellectual minds among us. In this group gets co opted by the Tea Party, then they get co opted, you know, Rush Limbaugh before that, then the Tea Party, Fox News, then maga, and now Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes, which is why he refuses to throw Nick Fuentes over the bus. But I think that Tucker is positioning himself to be the America First, Mr. Populist. Trump betrayed everybody. We didn't even see it coming. We had no idea he was going to be this insane. He's. He is doing a cult capture. He's in cult capture mode. He is trying to capture the cult. And so let's do a recap on what he genuinely believes. Play the clip.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
No. Why? Because I. You don't want to get arrested, do you? Doesn't want to be arrested. Oh, because it's so harmful to people. Is that like gay bashing? What's wrong with that? Actually, my whole issue with the whole trans debate, for example, is you don't need to slide into actually saying derogatory stuff about trans people to make the point that women's rights should be protected. You don't need to. Well, I agree. So. So what? I don't believe it's a magic word. I don't believe in needlessly sneeze. I'm not smearing anybody. I just think. Would you use that word? Yeah, I just did. But would you? Okay, but, but why? And I'm using it because, I mean,
Political Commentator
seriously, like, this is a guy who's now pitching that he cares so much about the death of deaths of Palestinians, and then here he is talking about 10% of the American population, the LGBTQ community, saying the f slur in the most white supremacist, crusty, country club, racist, Republican kind of way. And then he expects us to buy into the, that he's so offended by Ted Cruz's policies. This guy is a master manipulator and he is trying to capture the cult. And that's why he can say we can't support what's happening in Palestine anymore because it's objectively so bad. But he's also two videos here. He's serving up a permission structure that Trump always gave the base racism. Nick Fuentes, racist. He's serving that up. You still get to be a white supremacist. Oh, and guess what? You still get to use the fw. He's not going to be woke with that. And here he is, Tucker Carlson, talking about women. Let's play the clip.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
Or wars. That. First of all, that's not, you know, that's not a liberation movement. That's a kind of slavery. And it's totally wrong. And so I said something like that to him. He looked at me like I was a freak. And, and I was just, I, I was just so filled. I, I didn't, you know, this was at a dinner, so I didn't really have time to think it through. I still haven't fully thought it through, but I just remember thinking, that's disgusting. It's like walking by a pile of human feces on the sidewalk. You can explain it away. And there are no restrooms here. It's like, no, the. On the sidewalk.
Political Commentator
Like, all right, so there's going to be a body of evidence that's disqualifying for Tucker. But the new Trump standard that is out now that a lot of 77 million Americans will accept is that we don't care if people are bigots. We don't care if they're sexual assaulters. We don't care if they're in the Epstein files. We just care that they give us the permission structure to, quote, own the libs and continue with our bigotry. And then here is a video of Tucker's long running Great Replacement Theory. Play the clip.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
A lot about the Great Replacement Theory recently. It's everywhere in the last two days, and we're still not sure exactly what it is. I know that the left and all the little gatekeepers on Twitter become literally hysterical if you use the term replacement, if you suggest the Democratic Party is trying to replace the current electorate, the voters now casting ballots with new people, more obedient voters from the third world. But they become hysterical because that's, that's what's happening. Actually, let's just say it, that's true.
Political Commentator
So the great replacement theory is something that really hits hard in maga. And again, Tucker Carlson is in a cult capture era. He's trying to capture this cult. So the theory goes that all of these immigrants, the black and brown people that you see are replacing the white population. And there is a real fear in white supremacists that this is going to happen to them, that somehow something is going to happen to their whiteness. And if we have immigrants here that are from, have a different complexion than European traditional, what do they call it? Heritage Americans. And Tucker Carlson also spread lies about the 2020 election that he privately admitted were absurd and continued spreading them for years after the election. Play the clip.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
And welcome to Tucker Carlson. Happy Monday. We're about to show you surveillance footage from inside the United States Capitol. The images you'll see were recorded 26 months ago today on January 6, 2021. Until now, politicians have kept this tape hidden from the public. There is no legitimate justification for that and there never has been. On January 6, two years ago, thousands of protesters walked from a Trump rally on the Ellipse outside the White House to the US Capitol where the certification of the presidential election was underway. The protesters were angry. They believed that the election they had just voted in had been unfairly conducted. And they were right. In retrospect, it is clear the 2020 election was a grave betrayal of American democracy. Given the facts that have since emerged about that election, no honest person can deny it. Yet the beneficiaries of that election continue to lie about what is now obvious.
Political Commentator
Okay, so here's the facts about this. Fox News helped cover this big lie because Donald Trump is a thin skinned egomaniac that couldn't stomach that he lost and he didn't want to pack his toys up and leave the White House. So he had all of his rube followers go attack it, beat up cops, do all the that you saw. They took literal shits in the Capitol. After Fox News lied and ran cover, they had to pay a 787 million dollar settlement because it was proven that they had lied. And in the discovery of these documents, we' found out what all of these Fox News on air personalities feel. Documents from the lawsuit exposed how spineless Carlson is. He texted colleagues things like I hate Trump passionately while his show was pushing for pro Trump election content. In private, Carlson wrote that Trump needed to concede and agreed there wasn't enough fraud to change the outcome. So this is all wwe. This is all manufactured and Tucker is in his era where he is trying to capture this cult. He also texted his producer that the Dominion allegations were absurd. His producer agreed, writing, I don't think there is evidence of voter fraud that swung the election, yet they all still promoted it. And here's the thing about how crazy MAGA is. They know that Fox News lied to them. They know that Fox News had to pay a billion dollars in damages. Still, every night I'm gonna watch the Five. I wonder what Jesse's up to tonight. How stupid are these people? Like if I knew I watched a news channel and they lied and they had to pay a billion dollars in damages, I might not be the sharpest person on the planet, but I wouldn't watch that channel anymore.

Okay listener, I have made no secret that I have used GLP1s and it has changed the my life. It is so important to feel good and be healthy and that's the advantage of using GLP1s. And you might say, well, they're so expensive. Does my insurance cover it? I'll tell you how you find out and who my partner is in this is ro. RO is an exciting way to lose weight and understand what is best for your body. My personal experience has been fantastic. I highly recommend it. The new GLP1 pill has the same weight loss ingredient as the shot and packs comparable results to the shot. The RO Body membership includes access to FDA approved GLP1s, unlimited provider messaging, side effect management and more. All all for just $45 for your first month and $145 a month thereafter. The ROE membership fee excludes the cost of the GLP1 medication. Go to RO CO IHIP to see if you are eligible for the new GLP1 pill on RO. That's RO CO IHIP. And then this is the one that I want everybody to remember and share from now until the cows came home because this never happened. I'm going to show you a video of Tucker Carlson lying and if he thinks it's true. I challenge Tucker. Let's hook you up to a polygraph machine, big boy. You come right here to New York City, sit your ass down, and we'll do a little polygraph. Because 100% you're lying about. Play the clip. I think the presence of evil is kickstarting people to wonder about the good.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
That's what happened to me.
Political Commentator
That's what happened to you.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
Oh, yeah. I had a direct experience with it. In the milieu of journalism or just.
Carvana User
Nope.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
In my bed at night and I got attacked while I was asleep with my wife and four dogs in the bed and mauled. Physically mauled.
Political Commentator
In a spiritual attack. By a demon.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
Yeah, by a demon. Or by something unseen. That left. Is that right? Claw marks on my sides. On my.
Political Commentator
Maybe it was the poor dog.
Tucker Carlson (clips)
Oh, they're still there. Yeah. Yeah.
Political Commentator
Maybe it was the four dogs. I was asleep in bed with my wife and four dogs and a demon attack. That's just such. It's such. And this guy is on with all that Dominion stuff, lying. And he still has this big of an audience because what does it say about American culture that tens of millions of people know that this channel is lies? That this guy claims he was attacked by demons and says this about Trump behind his back, but says this about Trump to all of the millions of followers, and they still listen to these people as though they're credible messengers? It is insane. Let's end with something even more embarrassing than all the other stuff I mentioned. Tucker on Dancing with the Stars. Let's play the clip. Does he have to sit down the whole time? Oh, oh, Here he goes. 3, 4, 5, 6, 6, 7, 8. Step. Together, step. Okay, so he was eliminated the first week, I think, because he sat down for most of his performance. He scored a 3 out of 10 with one judge in a just absolute act of patriotism. In my opinion, one of the worst scores a contestant has ever received in 34 seasons. Maybe if Tucker had a gay dance buddy, he could give him a couple of tips. Maybe if he wasn't out calling everybody F, a G, G O T, he could have won. This is a lesson right here. This performance, this face plant on Dancing with the Stars as to why Tucker, you need to not be such a homophobe. Gay people help us all, and we help them, and we build a community in America is better and safer when we support our LGBTQ community. Plus friends, you miserable fuck twat. All right, that's all we have. Please like and subscribe. And I'll be back later with more news.

The episode is unapologetically sharp, irreverent, and comedic—mixing passionate progressive analysis with biting sarcasm. Welch and Sullivan repeatedly use humor, profanity, and personal anecdotes to connect with listeners and underscore the dangers they see in Carlson’s evolving political playbook.
Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan use this episode as both a warning and a cathartic roast of Tucker Carlson and the broader right-wing media apparatus. They contend that Carlson is both symptom and architect of an ever more extreme, manipulative strain of American politics—one that deliberately blends fringe conspiracies, racism, and performative outrage to “capture the cult” and maintain power. The episode is dense with commentary, clips, and biting one-liners—proving both a vivid recap for news-followers and a scathing indictment of right-wing media's current trajectory.
