Alex
Foreign knows that Trump's reconciliation bill is a disaster. But to hear this coming from his lord and master, Elon Musk was somewhat.
Brian
Surprising, like, disappointed to see the massive spending bill, frankly, which increases the budget deficit, not just decrease it, and undermines the work that the Doge team is doing.
Charlie
I actually thought that when this big, beautiful bill came along, I mean, like, everything he's done on Doge gets wiped out in the first year.
Brian
I think a bill can be. Can be, can be big or it can be beautiful, but I don't know if it could be both.
Alex
Okay, number one, Elon Musk has no expertise in economics. So in calling this the big beautiful bill, it just, it offends me because it's just not how government should work. But I see this and I ask myself, why are all these MAGA politicians kowtowing lips on Trump's ass, won't say a word against him. But Elon Musk feels so empowered to criticize the President and his bill. And in my mind, in my opinion, the reason he is able to do this is because he owns Donald Trump. He bought and been paid for to the tune of almost $300 million and then another million dollars for a Tesla commercial. It's just interesting. And we need to point out that Elon Musk is able to come out against him, but nobody else seems to be able to come out against him. And Elon Musk, the bromance, the convicted felon and the lunatic, unhinged ketamine person, their bromance is officially coming to an end. But as I said before, he owns Trump. It's really not ending. So this is what Elon Musk has to say. Myself, as my scheduled time as a special government employee comes to an end, I would like to thank President Donald Trump for the opportunity to reduce wasteful spending. The Doge mission will only strengthen over time as it becomes a way of life throughout the government. Didn't he just say that everything he did was going to be undone in the first year? Okay, that's A. And B, we know Elon Musk did nothing with Doge except enrich himself with government contracts and squash investigations into himself and his company for unsafe workplaces, unsafe regulations, and the fact that he is just absolutely pathetic. So here are the facts on Doge. We have Melanie de Arango said elon fired the IGs and gutted the federal agencies investigating and regulating his companies, including the sec, the nlrb, the dod, the nhtsa, fda, doa, and faa. So Elon Musk came in and he Got rid of everything that was going into him, awarded himself more contracts. Doge could only verify $5 billion in savings for this year while potentially costing taxpayers 135 billion. And when you think about that, these people that sit around and like, oh my gosh, Doge was such a success, that is a lie. The only thing that Doge benefited were the companies of Elon Musk and Elon Musk himself. And you look at the federal workers whose lives were wrecked over this. You look at the spending that has gone on and on in litigation because he went in with the chainsaw instead of a forensic accounting. And again, he is not an expert in accounting. He is not an expert in economics. What he is an expert at is buying politicians to gain favor. And then we hear from Marco Rubio because just want to remind everybody, China is not caving to Trump. They are not appeasing Trump. They are saying, kiss our ass. So now Trump is going after Chinese students here in the US Marco Rubio post breaking the Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the Trump administration will start revoking visas for some Chinese students. And I just look at this and I think, how petty, how petty are you that China has told you, go ahead, do it, we don't care. And so you start punishing people in the United States that came to better themselves and educate themselves. And it is exactly on brand for this administration because they are, you know, taking brown people and they're putting them in concentration camps in foreign countries. They're disregarding court orders to bring them back. These people go after individuals because they know they can't beat China, but they can go after people and they can be petty and they can always go after the little guy. And it's absolutely gross. And then I am so sick of hearing about Joe Biden's competency because he's not the president. There's only one president at a time, and unfortunately, Donald Trump is ours. So if you're going to sit there and talk about how incompetent Joe Biden is, we have a president right now in the White House that's not only corrupt, he is either demented on drugs or just completely delusional. This is a response that he gave in front of cameras regarding foreign students.
David
When could the administration resume the interviews for foreign students? Visa? When do you think your administration could resume these interviews on what? For the foreign student visa? Yesterday there was for the French visas or the foreign students for the foreign visas.
Evelyn
What are you referring foreign visas for? What are you talking about? For colleges.
David
Okay.
Evelyn
So you're off of Israel now you're talking about colleges, right? Okay, well, we're going to see. Look, Harvard has been a disaster.
Alex
He doesn't. Here's the deal. He dodges questions he can't answer. Oh, we're going to look at it just like they're going to look at abortion care and they're going to look at interracial marriage and they're going to look at this and look at that. He has no plan. He is vindictive, he is petty. That's the only thing he knows. And it is just mind boggling that there is no one in his orbit that says, you cannot behave this way. You know why? Because there is no accountability. He gets away with it with impunity. Legacy media does nothing. They're sitting around talking about Joe Biden, talk about Hannibal Lecter speeches, talk about his absolute disgrace at West Point, talk about the things that are actually happening now. Balls. Because this man is going on with zero accountability, with impunity. And as a result of this, tourism in the US Is down, which again, it doesn't affect Trump because Trump's making almost a billion dollars a month off of the presidency of the United States, but it affects American citizens with small businesses that cater to tourism. Put up this slide from NBC News. Spending from foreign visitors to the US is poised to fall by 8.5 billion this year, according to Ox Economics. Who can blame them? They are sending people to concentration camps in violation of the law, the Constitution and human rights. Who can blame people for not coming? And then I just. When I have the opportunity to browbeat Christine Ome and Caroline Levitt, I'm never not going to take it. But Kristi Gnome says the quiet part out loud. Loud. It would be easier to listen to her speeches if you were drunk. Here we go. Her in Poland could have come here.
Fiona
Today and given you a speech that you would have said, that was very nice, wonderful. And then go home and have some of your good Polish vodka and have a wonderful evening and enjoy and say, oh, she maybe would have even been better had we had the vodka ahead of her speech.
Alex
I mean, like, come on. Like, I guess because she's not a dental hygienist uniform or a nurse's uniform or a cop uniform. That's better. But she is acknowledging what we all know. She is a moron. She has no business on the world stage. She has no business as the Secretary of Homeland Security. And then the liar in chief, Caroline Levitt is just appalling in every way. It makes My blood boil. Here we have her. Regarding Harvard LGBTQIA + students and trade schools.
Grace
President is more interested in giving that taxpayer money to trade schools in programs in state schools where they are promoting American, American values. But most importantly, educating the next generation based on skills that we need in our economy and our society. Apprenticeships, electricians, plumbers. We need more of those in our country and less LGBTQ graduate majors from Harvard University. And that's what this.
Alex
Okay, I just want to say this. Number one, that is absolutely ridiculous. So what she is saying is that depending on who you sleep with, it determines your competence. I don't think she's incompetent because her husband is decades and decades older than her. I think she's incompetent because she's a liar. And I think she's incompetent because she said Trump wants to give money to the states. He is dismantling the Department of Education. He's going after universities. He's not giving any money to universities and states. And to say no one values like trained plumbers, electricians, VO tech more than I do, it is so valuable. But where is a bill that says, let's invest in these programs, let's educate people for this, let's give them opportunities in these trades. He doesn't do that. It's all wah, wah, wah, lie, lie, lie. So I just have to end with her because she makes my blood boil. But please subscribe to our channel and we will come back with more news as it becomes available.

In this explosive episode of IHIP News, hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie “Pumps” Sullivan delve deep into the tumultuous relationship between Elon Musk and former President Donald Trump, exploring Musk's recent criticisms of Trump's reconciliation bill and the broader implications for U.S. politics and governance. The hosts employ their signature comedic and feel-good style to unpack complex political dynamics, providing listeners with insightful commentary and sharp analysis.
The episode opens with a heated discussion about Elon Musk's unexpected stance on Trump's massive spending bill.
Alex sets the tone by stating, "Elon Musk has no expertise in economics. So in calling this the big beautiful bill, it just, it offends me because it's just not how government should work" (00:44).
Brian expresses disappointment, remarking, "Surprising, like, disappointed to see the massive spending bill, frankly, which increases the budget deficit, not just decrease it, and undermines the work that the Doge team is doing" (00:16).
The hosts critique the characterization of the bill as "big and beautiful," arguing that such labels are misleading and reflect a lack of proper governmental procedure.
A significant portion of the conversation focuses on Musk's management of government-related projects, referred to metaphorically as the "Doge mission."
Alex criticizes Musk’s administration: "He bought and been paid for to the tune of almost $300 million and then another million dollars for a Tesla commercial... The Doge mission will only strengthen over time as it becomes a way of life throughout the government" (00:44).
Melanie de Arango is cited, highlighting Musk's alleged dismantling of regulatory bodies: "Elon fired the IGs and gutted the federal agencies investigating and regulating his companies, including the SEC, the NLRB, the DOD, the NHTSA, FDA, DOJ, and FAA" (04:15).
The hosts argue that Musk's actions have led to significant savings on paper but, in reality, cost taxpayers billions and primarily benefited Musk's enterprises.
The discussion shifts to the Trump administration's stance on China, particularly regarding visa policies for Chinese students.
Alex criticizes the administration: "China is not caving to Trump... So you start punishing people in the United States that came to better themselves and educate themselves" (05:28).
Marco Rubio is mentioned in the context of revoking visas, with Alex mocking the administration's pettiness: "They are violating court orders to bring them back... They can always go after the little guy" (05:28).
The hosts express frustration over perceived retaliatory and ineffective policies that negatively impact American citizens and international relations.
Jennifer and Angie take a strong stand against current political leadership, particularly targeting President Joe Biden and other officials.
Alex decries Biden's competence: "He is either demented on drugs or just completely delusional... This man is going on with zero accountability, with impunity" (06:00).
Caroline Levitt is harshly criticized for her remarks on education and LGBTQIA+ topics: "She makes my blood boil... She has no business as the Secretary of Homeland Security" (08:03).
The hosts argue that the lack of accountability among political leaders has led to detrimental policies and a decline in U.S. tourism and international standing.
A contentious debate centers around the allocation of funds between trade schools and programs supporting LGBTQIA+ students.
Grace presents the administration's viewpoint: "President is more interested in giving that taxpayer money to trade schools... Educating the next generation based on skills that we need in our economy and our society" (08:38).
Alex vehemently disagrees: "Depending on who you sleep with, it determines your competence... He is dismantling the Department of Education... It's all wah, wah, wah, lie, lie, lie" (09:06).
The hosts argue that the administration's priorities undermine comprehensive educational initiatives, favoring vocational training over inclusive academic programs.
The episode concludes with a sharp critique of the legacy media's focus on Biden rather than the current President's actions.
Alex states, "Legacy media does nothing. They're sitting around talking about Joe Biden... because this man is going on with zero accountability, with impunity" (06:00).
The decline in U.S. tourism is highlighted with data from NBC News: "Spending from foreign visitors to the US is poised to fall by $8.5 billion this year, according to Ox Economics" (06:00).
The hosts emphasize the need for greater media scrutiny of political leaders to ensure accountability and transparency.
Alex (00:44): "Elon Musk has no expertise in economics. So in calling this the big beautiful bill, it just, it offends me because it's just not how government should work."
Brian (00:16): "Surprising, like, disappointed to see the massive spending bill, frankly, which increases the budget deficit, not just decrease it, and undermines the work that the Doge team is doing."

Alex (09:06): "Depending on who you sleep with, it determines your competence... It's all wah, wah, wah, lie, lie, lie."
